Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to furniture such as a desk, a counter, a table and a panel. When connecting wiring drawn from a floor surface or the like to a personal computer or the like as is known, the wiring is connected to a top plate or a side plate of a desk or the like. By opening the insertion hole in advance, the above-described wiring insertion hole is provided so as not to impair the appearance in appearance even when a cord or the like is not inserted into the wiring insertion hole and to improve the usability. The present invention relates to an engagement cap which is fitted in a through hole in advance.
[0002]
[Prior art]
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-24135
[0003]
FIG. 5 shows an example of such a commercially available product, in which a wire insertion hole B previously formed in a top plate A of a desk is inserted into a wire insertion hole B. FIG. By engaging the small-diameter fitting cylinder b of a from above, the retaining peripheral lid c is engaged with the top plate A, and the loaded state is maintained. At this time, as is understood from FIG. 5B, a wiring insertion hole d is opened in the retaining edge cover c, where e in FIG. 5A indicates a retaining ridge. ing.
However, since such a wire insertion engaging cap is merely fitted into the wire insertion hole B in the top plate A, if this is adopted for a side plate such as a desk or a panel, it naturally causes vibration. There is a defect that unintentionally falls off by receiving other external force.
[0004]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6 (see Patent Document 1), the duct f is inserted into the inside of the desk c, and each end of the duct f is attached as shown in FIG. Is supported on the side plate g so as to be aligned with the wiring hole h formed in the side plate g. In this state, the mounting frame portion j of the wiring frame i is first fitted from the wiring hole h of one side plate g to the end of the duct f. The duct f can be attached to the desk C by inserting it and then performing the same operation on the other side plate k.
Therefore, according to the above-mentioned known example, although the wiring frame i does not fall out even if it is attached to the side plate g, the wiring must be inserted through the duct f from one wiring frame i to the other wiring frame. However, the degree of freedom is restricted and the usability is poor.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned defects of the conventional wire insertion engaging cap, and has been made so that it can be adopted without any problem even in the vertical plate as well as the top plate. In the case of (1), a pair of first and second cylindrical bodies are fitted into the wiring insertion holes of the plate so that the first and second cylindrical bodies can be attached so as to be able to be pinched according to the thickness of the plate. The pair of first and second lids are configured to be able to be detachably locked from the outside of the second cylindrical body.
Thus, regardless of the size of the plate thickness, the first and second cylindrical bodies can be attached without worrying about pulling out, so that they will not fall off even if they are loaded on the side plate instead of the top plate as before. In addition, the appearance can be beautifully maintained by the first and second lids, and a small amount of wiring opening usually provided in the first and second lids can be used. When it is desired to insert the wiring, the first and second lids are separated from the first and second cylindrical bodies in the same manner as described above, so that the first and second cylindrical bodies are largely opened. The purpose is to make use of the wiring openings.
[0006]
Further, any of claims 2 to 4 is an embodiment of claim 1, but in claim 2, a spacer is inserted between the plate and at least one cylindrical body. Thus, the holding state can be strengthened, and in the third aspect, first and second locking means for the pair of the first and second cylindrical bodies that can be freely held according to the thickness of the plate body are provided. By providing the two meshing portions in place, it is possible to secure the sandwiching state even if the plate thickness changes.
Also, in the present invention, the first and second tubular members are provided as first and second stoppers for preventing the engaged state of the first and second lids from being unintentionally withdrawn. The second cylindrical body, the first and second retaining inner step portions, and the first and second lid projections of the first and second lids are engaged with each other in a detachable manner. The first and second retaining anti-axis side pressure contact portions of the second lid body elastically contact the second cylindrical body and the first and second retaining axis side pressure contact portions, thereby providing a sufficient frictional resistance. By making it possible to exert, it is intended to more securely prevent the first and second lids from being unintentionally detached.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is configured such that a wire insertion hole penetrated through a plate body is inserted into an outer peripheral side of the wire insertion hole in a facing state so that the wire can be pinched according to the thickness of the plate body. A pair of first and second cylindrical bodies provided with locking means, and first and second lids inserted and fitted into the first and second cylindrical bodies, respectively. The first and second lids are provided with first and second small-sized wiring passages, respectively. The first and second lids are detached from the first and second cylindrical bodies, respectively, thereby opening the large-volume wiring opening opened by the first and second cylindrical bodies. It is intended to provide an engagement cap for a wiring insertion hole, characterized in that a state is formed.
[0008]
Claims 2 to 4 are all dependent on claim 1. In the case of claim 2, the outer periphery of the wire insertion hole is opposed to the wire insertion hole provided through the plate body. A pair of first and second cylindrical bodies are provided so as to be pinched according to the thickness of the plate body by being fitted into the side, and a spacer is provided between the plate body and at least one of the cylindrical bodies. By sandwiching, the holding state can be strengthened.
[0009]
In the case of the third aspect, by fitting into the outer peripheral side of the wiring insertion hole in a facing state, the wiring insertion hole penetrated through the plate body can be pinched freely according to the thickness of the plate body. The first and second engaging portions formed at a predetermined pitch in the axial direction of the first and second cylindrical bodies may be the entire circumference or a plurality of required portions. The content is that it is provided at a location and is freely detachable.
[0010]
Further, according to the embodiment of the present invention, by fitting into the outer peripheral side of the wiring insertion hole in a facing state in the wiring insertion hole penetrating through the plate, it is possible to pinch according to the thickness of the plate. The pair of first and second cylindrical bodies and the first and second lids which are pushed and fitted into the first and second cylindrical bodies are respectively attached to the first and second cylindrical bodies. On the other hand, a retaining means, which is engaged with the retaining member so as to be freely engaged with the retaining member, is provided on the first and second retaining inner step portions formed on the first and second cylindrical bodies. The first and second lid projections formed on the two lids are engaged so as to be detachable, so that the first and second lids are prevented from coming off, or the retaining means is provided with the first and second cylindrical members. The first and second retaining anti-axis side pressure contact portions formed on the first and second lids resiliently contact the first and second retaining axis side pressure contact portions formed on the body, and the first and second retaining stopper axial contact portions are formed on the first and second lids. Prevent detachment of two lids That in the way that has been and its contents.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
[0011]
The gist of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. The essential members in claim 1 are a pair of first and second cylindrical bodies 1A and 1B, and a pair of first and second cylindrical bodies 1A and 1B. And the second lids 2A and 2B, and the first and second cylindrical bodies 1A and 1B are provided with locking means that can be freely pinched according to the thickness D of the plate Y such as a side plate of a desk. 1C, and the first and second lids 2A, 2B described below are pushed into the first and second cylindrical bodies 1A, 1B to form the first lids. , Is provided with a retaining means 3 which is engaged with the second tubular bodies 1A and 1B in a retaining state so that the retaining means 3 can be freely engaged with the second tubular bodies 1A and 1B. The wiring insertion hole is shown.
The first and second lids 2A and 2B are further provided with first and second small wiring openings 2a and 2b, so that a small amount of wiring can be fitted in this state. However, once the first and second lids 2A and 2B are separated from the first and second cylindrical bodies 1A and 1B, respectively, the first and second lids 2A and 2B are opened by the first and second cylindrical bodies 1A and 1B. Thus, the open state of the large number of wiring openings 4 to be performed can be obtained.
[0012]
Here, in order to make it easier to understand the content of the invention according to claim 1 by the specific examples disclosed in the drawings, first, the first and second cylindrical bodies 1A and 1B are shown in FIGS. As can be understood with reference to FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the first and second peripheral portions 1a and 1b pressed against the respective surfaces of the plate Y when used in the wire fitting holes H, respectively. A first cylindrical body is provided with small-diameter first and second annular portions 1c and 1d, and protrudes by a predetermined separation distance near the first peripheral portion 1a in the first annular portion 1c in the drawing. The small locking protrusion 1e for preventing unintentional rotation of 1A is shown.
[0013]
Further, as the above-mentioned locking means 1c, various types are technically conceivable, but in the illustrated example, the first annular portion 1c is formed in a reduced diameter toward the front end, and is provided inside the free end. The first meshing portion 1f is formed in a small number in the circumferential direction in a sawtooth shape, and is formed outside the second annular body 1d of the second cylindrical body 1B formed so as to engage with the first meshing portion 1f. The second meshing portion 1g is formed over the length of. At this time, in the illustrated example, the plate is formed in the shape of a chevron, and as a result, if the first and second cylindrical bodies 1A and 1B are fitted into the plate Y as shown in the figure, there is a considerable difference in the plate thickness D. Even if there is, the plate Y can be held in a sandwiched state by the first and second peripheral portions 1a and 1b. (Claim 3).
At this time, when the above-mentioned dissatisfaction occurs in the sandwiching strength, the spacer 5 having an appropriate thickness is inserted between the plate Y and the second peripheral portion 1b as disclosed in FIG. 1B. This makes it possible to eliminate the above dissatisfaction. (Claim 2).
[0014]
Now, in the present invention, the first and second lids 2A and 2B are fitted into the first and second cylindrical bodies 1A and 1B, which have been loaded as described above, from the left and right in the drawing. However, since it is necessary to prevent undesired detachment from occurring after the fitting, the first and second embodiments (claim 4) as the above-mentioned retaining means 3 will be described with reference to FIGS. Each of these will be described below with reference to (C) and FIG.
That is, in the first embodiment of the retaining means 3, the first and second retaining inner stepped portions 1h and 1i formed on the first and second cylindrical bodies 1A and 1B are provided with the second The first and second lid protrusions 2c and 2d (semicircular cross section) formed on the first and second lids 2A and 2B are engaged with each other so as to be detachable, so that the first and second lids 2A and 2A can be detached. 2B is prevented from unintentionally leaving outside.
In the second embodiment, the retaining means 3 is attached to the first and second retaining axis-side pressure contact portions 1j and 1k of the first and second cylindrical bodies 1A and 1B. First, the first and second retaining anti-axis side pressure contact portions 2c and 2d formed on the second lids 2A and 2B are brought into an elastic contact state, and the first and second lids are formed by frictional resistance based on the elastic contact. The body 2A, 2B is trying to prevent undesired withdrawal.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, a pair of first and second cylindrical bodies are first fitted into wiring insertion holes of the plate body to make the plate body of various sizes have a thickness. The first and second lids can be engaged so that they can be freely attached and detached, and the pair of first and second lids can be detachably engaged from outside to inside of the first and second cylindrical bodies. Not only can the lid be exposed and the appearance can be beautifully finished, but also there is no need to worry about unintentionally falling off even if it is attached to the side plate instead of the top plate.
In addition, usually, the first and second small-sized wiring openings of the first and second lids can be used, and when a large amount of wiring is to be processed, the first and second lids are forcibly pulled out. Once this is done, it is possible to utilize a large amount of wiring openings that are largely opened by the first and second cylindrical bodies.
[0016]
In the case of claim 2, the thickness of the first and second cylindrical members with respect to the plate member is determined by utilizing the spacer in an appropriate position. Can be made stronger without rattling.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the first and second meshing portions are provided at appropriate positions as means for locking the first and second cylindrical bodies, so that the holding state is ensured even when the plate thickness changes considerably. Can be guaranteed.
Further, according to the present invention, the first and second stoppers of the first and second tubular bodies are provided as means for preventing the first and second tubular bodies from falling off from the first and second lids. The inner step and the first and second lid protrusions of the first and second lids are engaged with each other. It is possible to improve the reliability of the first and second stoppers against the unintended detachment of the first and second lids by the first and second retaining anti-axis side pressure contact portions being elastically contacted with each other.
