〔発明の属する技術分野〕

本発明は、従来ターフ等、日除けを作るために使用したロープやペグを使わずに場所も選ばず、苦労もせず、日除けを作ることができることを課題として研究を進めた。

〔課題を解決するための手段〕
日陰を確保するためにロープとペグを使わず自動車の自重を利用してタイヤを車軸プレート（１）に乗せプレートを固定させ、立ち上がりポールを車軸プレート外側の基礎ポールに差し込み上部に設けた日除けシート用ポール（５）にシートを張ることが最上である事を発見した。
〔発明の実施の形態〕
