以下本発明にかかる蝶番の詳細を図1ないし図3に示した実施例に基づき説明する。この実施例で示した蝶番は、左右の羽根板2、3が枢軸1を介して回動自在に連結された蝶番Aと、扉Cに取り付けられて前記蝶番Aの一方の羽根板2を支持する受け具Bとからなる。該受け具Bは取付孔12並びに固定ビス13を介して扉Cの端面に固定される。前記蝶番Aの他方の羽根板3は固定枠(図示外)に取り付けられる。本実施例では、前記蝶番Aの枢軸1が羽根板2側に固定され,この枢軸1を他方の羽根板3の巻筒3aに着脱自在に挿入できるようにして左右の羽根板2,3が分離可能に形成されているが、羽根板2,3を分離不可に形成してもよい。
