【従来の技術】
従来の酸性染毛料は、精製水中に、整髪用基剤と、PH調整用の酸と、0.05重量%以上の酸性染料(法定染料)などを配合したものである。この酸性染毛料では、毛髪への染色を染料の浸透性に頼っており、染色性を上げるために酸性染料の量を増やしている。

このため、手や衣服などに染料が付着した場合、容易に落とすことができないという問題がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記欠点を解消し、酸性染料の量を減らしても、染色性の良好な酸性染毛料を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決する手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明者らは、鋭意研究の結果、リンゴ酸ジエステルを加えることにより、親水/疎水バランスが良くなり染色性が大きく向上すること、また高速で短時間撹拌することにより酸性染料が微細化し、毛髪に対する浸透性が向上することを知見し、これを出願した(特願2002−100707号)。
その後研究を続けた結果、リンゴ酸ジエステル以外のα−ヒドロキシ酸エステルを使用してもほぼ同様の効果が得られることを知見して本発明に至った。

すなわち本発明の酸性染毛料は、精製水中に、整髪用基剤と、PH調整用の酸と、酸性染料を配合した酸性染毛料において、

前記整髪基剤は、公知のいずれのものであってもよく、特に限定しない。例えば、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル,ポリアクリル酸アミド,パルミチン酸イソプロピル,軟質流動イソパラフィンを3:20:50:50の割合で配合したものである。
また、PH調整用の酸は、酸性染毛料中に従来から添加しているものであり、例えばクエン酸を使用する。
また、酸性染料は、従来から使用しているものであり、黒色401号、赤色102号、黄色4号等の「医薬品等に使用することがタール色素を定める省令」により定められたもの(法定染料)である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の製造方法について説明する。
先ず、精製水中に、整髪用基剤と、0.02重量%以下の酸性染料と、酒石酸ジエステルを2重量%以上を加える。
整髪用基剤は、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル,ポリアクリル酸アミド,パルミチン酸イソプロピル,軟質流動イソパラフィンを3:20:50:50の割合で配合したものを使用する。

これを要するに、本発明では、酸性染毛料に、α−ヒドロキシ酸エステルを2重量%以上添加し、回転速度3500〜5000rpmで15〜25分間撹拌して、乳化してなるので、親水/疎水バランスが良く、染色性が大きく向上するとともに、酸性染料が微細化し、毛髪に対する浸透性が向上する。よって、酸性染料を0.02重量%以下と従来の2/5より少なくしても同様の染色性が得られる。よって、染料が少ないので、手や衣服などに染料が付着した場合でも、容易に落とすことができる。
