【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は携帯電話やたばこなどの小物を収納し得る各種小物入れポケットに関するものである。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
例えば、かばんに設けた小物入れポケットに携帯電話を収納する場合、風雨からの携帯電話の保護や、小物入れポケットのコンパクト化のために、一般には、小物入れポケットに携帯電話のほぼ全体を収納して蓋部を閉じるようになっている。しかし、携帯電話を把持しにくくなって小物入れポケットから取り出すのに不便であった。ちなみに、本出願人は、特願２００２−１５７９６５号や特願２００３−３０８９１号において、各種小物入れポケットを提供している。

この発明は、各種小物入れポケットにおいて、特に携帯電話を取り出し易くすることを目的としている。

請求項１の発明にかかる小物入れポケットは、第１〜５実施形態に対応し、下記のように構成されている。
小物出入口（４）を有するポケット袋部（１）をポケット支持部（２，１１，２０）に対し小物収納状態（Ｐ）と小物取出状態（Ｑ）との間で相対移動可能に支持している。このポケット袋部（１）の相対移動に伴い、ポケット袋部（１）内で小物載置底部（１８，２１）を小物出入口（４）に対し接近離間させ得る小物出入補助手段（６）を備えている。なお、この小物出入口（４）を開閉する蓋部（５）を設ける場合と設けない場合とがある。

請求項１の発明では、ポケット袋部（１）をポケット支持部（２，１１，２０）に対し小物収納状態（Ｐ）から小物取出状態（Ｑ）へ相対移動させるだけの簡単な操作により、小物載置底部（１８，２１）を小物出入口（４）に接近させることができる。そのため、小物出入口（４）からの小物（例えば携帯電話Ｔ）の突出寸法（Ｍ）が大きくなり、その突出部分を把持し易くなる。従って、小物（Ｔ）がポケット袋部（１）から取り出し易くなる。

請求項２の発明にかかる小物入れポケットは、第６実施形態に対応し、下記のように構成されている。
ポケット袋部（１）の小物出入口（４）を開閉する蓋部（５）をポケット袋部（１）に対し小物収納状態（Ｐ）と小物取出状態（Ｑ）との間で移動可能に支持している。この蓋部（５）の移動に伴い、ポケット袋部（１）内で小物出入口（４）に対する小物載置底部（１８）の傾斜角度（θ）を変更する小物出入補助手段（６）を備えている。

請求項２の発明では、蓋部（５）を移動させるだけの簡単な操作により、小物出入口（４）に対し小物載置底部（１８）を傾斜させることができる。そのため、小物出入口（４）からの小物（例えば携帯電話Ｔ）の突出寸法（Ｍ）が大きくなり、その突出部分が把持し易くなる。従って、小物（Ｔ）がポケット袋部（１）から取り出し易くなる。また、小物載置底部（１８）が傾斜するため、小物（Ｔ）の一部分だけが小物出入口（４）から突出し、ポケット袋部（１）からの小物（Ｔ）の落下を防止することができる。

請求項３の発明にかかる小物入れポケットは、第２，５，７実施形態に対応し、下記のように構成されている。
この小物入れポケットは、腰バンド取付部（１１）を有するポケット支持部（１１）と、腰バンド（Ｗ）の延設方向に沿う横方向（Ｈ）に対し交差する縦方向（Ｖ）で上向きの小物出入口（４）を有するポケット袋部（１）とを備えている。このポケット袋部（１）にあっては、小物載置底部（１８）を小物出入口（４）に対し接近離間させる小物出入補助手段（６）を備えている。このポケット支持部（１１）に対し小物出入口（４）が接近離間するようにポケット袋部（１）を移動可能に支持し、その移動に伴いポケット袋部（１）の小物出入口（４）の向きを変更可能に設定した。

請求項３の発明では、ウエストバッグの小物入れポケットとして利用した場合、小物出入補助手段（６）により小物出入口（４）からの小物（例えば携帯電話Ｔ）の突出寸法（Ｍ）が大きくなってその突出部分が把持し易くなることに加えて、ポケット袋部（１）の小物出入口（４）の向きを変更し得るので、小物（Ｔ）がポケット袋部（１）から取り出し易くなる。

第４の発明は、第１，２，３，５実施形態に対応し、請求項１の発明を前提として下記のように構成されている。
前記小物出入補助手段（６）においては、受体（１５）の一端部側を受体連結部（１６）でポケット袋部（１）に取着し、この受体（１５）を折り曲げてその折曲部を前記小物載置底部（１８）とし、この受体（１５）の他端部側を受体支持部（１９）でポケット袋部（１）に対し相対移動可能に支持するとともに前記ポケット支持部（２，１１）に連結し、このポケット袋部（１）の相対移動に伴いこの受体（１５）の他端部側を受体支持部（１９）で小物出入口（４）側へ引いて小物載置底部（１８）を小物出入口（４）へ向けて移動させることにより、この受体連結部（１６）とこの受体支持部（１９）とをつなぐ受体（１５）の長さを変更可能にした。

第４の発明では、簡単な構造の小物出入補助手段（６）により、受体（１５）をポケット袋部（１）内で確実に保持した状態で、受体（１５）の他端部側を小物出入口（４）側へ引くことができる。従って、受体（１５）が安定して操作が行い易くなる。

第５の発明は、第４実施形態に対応し、請求項１の発明を前提として下記のように構成されている。
前記小物出入補助手段（６）においては、ポケット袋部（１）内で前記小物載置底部（２１）を小物出入口（４）に対し接近離間するように相対移動可能に支持し、操作体（２２）の一端部側を操作体連結部（２３）でこの小物載置底部（２１）に連結し、この操作体（２２）の他端部側を操作体支持部（２４）でポケット袋部（１）に対し相対移動可能に支持するとともに前記ポケット支持部（２０）に連結し、このポケット袋部（１）の相対移動に伴いこの操作体（２２）の他端部側を操作体支持部（２４）で小物出入口（４）側へ引いて小物載置底部（２１）を小物出入口（４）へ向けて移動させることにより、この操作体連結部（２３）とこの操作体支持部（２４）とをつなぐ操作体（２２）の長さを変更可能にした。

第５の発明では、簡単な構造の小物出入補助手段（６）により、操作体（２２）をポケット袋部（１）内で確実に保持した状態で、操作体（２２）の他端部側を小物出入口（４）側へ引くことができる。従って、操作体（２２）が安定して操作が行い易くなる。

第６の発明は、第１実施形態に対応し、第４の発明を前提として下記のように構成されている。
前記ポケット支持部（２）は腰バンド（Ｗ）等に対する取付部（１１）を有している。前記ポケット袋部（１）の小物収納状態（Ｐ）で、ポケット袋部（１）の小物出入口（４）の向きは横方向（Ｈ）に沿う。例えば、この横方向（Ｈ）は腰バンド（Ｗ）の延設方向に沿う。前記ポケット袋部（１）の小物取出状態（Ｑ）で、ポケット袋部（１）の小物出入口（４）の向きは縦方向（Ｖ）に沿う。例えば、この縦方向（Ｖ）は腰バンド（Ｗ）の延設方向に対し交差する。

第６の発明では、例えばウエストバッグの小物入れポケットとして利用した場合、ポケット袋部（１）を横方向（Ｈ）の状態で使用すれば、ポケット袋部（１）が腰に当たりにくくなるために歩き易くなって使用上便利である。また、必要に応じてポケット袋部（１）を縦方向（Ｖ）の状態で使用した場合、小物出入補助手段（６）により小物出入口（４）からの小物（例えば携帯電話Ｔ）の突出寸法（Ｍ）が大きくなってその突出部分が把持し易くなる。従って、小物（Ｔ）がポケット袋部（１）から取り出し易くなる。

第７の発明は、第２，３，５実施形態に対応し、第４の発明を前提として下記のように構成されている。
前記ポケット支持部は腰バンド（Ｗ）等に対する取付部（１１）を有している。前記ポケット袋部（１）は、例えば腰バンド（Ｗ）の延設方向に沿う横方向（Ｈ）に対し交差する縦方向（Ｖ）で上向きの小物出入口（４）を有している。例えば、この横方向（Ｈ）は腰バンド（Ｗ）の延設方向に沿う。前記ポケット袋部（１）の小物収納状態（Ｐ）で、ポケット袋部（１）の小物出入口（４）がポケット支持部（１１）に対し接近する。前記ポケット袋部（１）の小物取出状態（Ｑ）で、ポケット袋部（１）の小物出入口（４）がポケット支持部（１１）に対し離間する。

前記ポケット袋部（１）は、前記小物載置底部（２１）の移動方向に沿う縦方向（Ｖ）で上向きの小物出入口（４）を有している。前記小物載置底部（２１）の移動方向に対し直交する横方向（Ｈ）の両側でそれぞれ前記操作体（２２）の一端部側がこの小物載置底部（２１）に連結されている。前記ポケット支持部は、この両操作体（２２）の他端部側が連結された取っ手（２０）を有している。

前記ポケット袋部（１）は、腰バンド（Ｗ）等に対する取付部（１１）を有し、例えば腰バンド（Ｗ）の延設方向に沿う横方向（Ｈ）に対し交差する縦方向（Ｖ）で上向きの小物出入口（４）を有している。前記蓋部（５）は、この横方向（Ｈ）の両側のうち一方の側でこのポケット袋部（１）に対し回動支持部（２９）により縦方向（Ｖ）へ回動可能に支持されている。前記ポケット袋部（１）の小物収納状態（Ｐ）で、小物載置底部（１８）がポケット袋部（１）の小物出入口（４）に対し離間する。前記ポケット袋部（１）の小物取出状態（Ｑ）で、小物載置底部（１８）がポケット袋部（１）の小物出入口（４）に対し接近する。

第１〜７実施形態に対応する第１１の発明において、請求項１から請求項３のうちいずれかの請求項の発明、または第４の発明または第５の発明または第６の発明または第７の発明または第８の発明または第９の発明または第１０の発明にかかるポケット袋部（１）は、外底部（１７）のほかに内底部（１８）である前記小物載置底部を有している。第１１の発明では、この外底部（１７）により小物（Ｔ）を保護することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
〔第１実施形態〕
まず、本発明の第１実施形態にかかる小物入れポケットについて図１〜２を参照して説明する。

図１（ａ）（ｂ）に示すかばんＢは、小物入れポケットを有するウエストバッグであって、ポケット袋部としての携帯電話収納部１と、ポケット支持部としてのカバーケース２とを備えている。この携帯電話収納部１は、図２に示すように前壁部３ａと後壁部３ｂと左壁部３ｃと右壁部３ｄと底壁部３ｅとを有している収納袋部３と、この収納袋部３の右壁部３ｄに取着された蓋部５とを備えている。この蓋部５の内側には面ファスナー５ａが取着されている。この蓋部５は、収納袋部３において各壁部３ａ，３ｂ，３ｃ，３ｄ間で底壁部３ｅに面する小物出入口４を開閉する。この収納袋部３内には後で詳述する携帯電話出入補助手段６（小物出入補助手段）が設けられている。図２に示すように、前記カバーケース２は、互いに相対向する前側壁部７及び後側壁部８と、この前側壁部７の左端部と後側壁部８の左端部との間の左側壁部９（蓋壁部）と、この左側壁部９の下端部から前後両側壁部７，８の下端部に沿って延びる底壁部１０とを有している。この前側壁部７の上端部と後側壁部８の上端部との間、この前側壁部７の右端部と後側壁部８の右端部との間、この底壁部１０の右端部と前側壁部７の下端部と後側壁部８の下端部との間は、それぞれ開放されている。後側壁部８の外側には環状の腰バンド取付部１１がその一端部で取着されているとともにその他端部でホック１２により着脱可能に取り付けられている。

この携帯電話収納部１の前壁部３ａとカバーケース２の前側壁部７、携帯電話収納部１の後壁部３ｂとカバーケース２の後側壁部８とは、それぞれホック１３，１４（回動支持部）により着脱可能に取り付けられている。これらのホック１３，１４は、カバーケース２の前後両側壁部７，８に取着された雌部１３ａ，１４ａと、携帯電話収納部１の前後両壁部３ａ，３ｂに取着された雄部１３ｂ，１４ｂとからなる。これらのホック１３，１４において、雌部１３ａ，１４ａと雄部１３ｂ，１４ｂとを互いに離脱させると、携帯電話収納部１がカバーケース２の前後両側壁部７，８に対し分離する分解状態になる。これらのホック１３，１４において、雌部１３ａ，１４ａと雄部１３ｂ，１４ｂとを互いに取着すると、携帯電話収納部１がカバーケース２の前後両側壁部７，８に対し連結される組付状態になる。この組付状態では、携帯電話収納部１がカバーケース２に対しホック１３，１４（回動支持部）の回動中心線Ｃを中心に前後両側壁部７，８の相対向内面に沿って回動可能となる。

前記携帯電話出入補助手段６においては、収納袋部３の内外にわたり柔軟な連結帯１５（受体、連結部）が支持されている。この連結帯１５の一端部は、右壁部３ｄの内側に対し小物出入口４と底壁部３ｅとの間の中間部付近で帯連結部１６により取着されている。この連結帯１５は、帯連結部１６（受体連結部）から右壁部３ｄの内側に沿って底壁部３ｅの付近まで垂れ下がり、この底壁部３ｅの内側にある外底部１７に面してＵ状に折り曲げられ、そのＵ状折曲部（小物載置底部としての内底部１８）から小物出入口４へ向けて左壁部３ｃの内側に沿うように持ち上げられる。この連結帯１５の他端部側は、収納袋部３の左壁部３ｃに対しその小物出入口４と底壁部３ｅとの間の中間部付近で取着された帯支持部１９（受体支持部）により移動可能に支持され、前記帯連結部１６とこの帯支持部１９とをつなぐ連結帯１５の長さが変更可能になっている。さらに、この連結帯１５の他端部側は、小物出入口４の付近で左壁部３ｃの内側から外側へ引き出され、カバーケース２の底壁部１０の右端部に連結されている。この連結帯１５により、携帯電話収納部１はカバーケース２に対しその前後両側壁部７，８間で連結されて分離できないようになっている。

使用時には腰に巻いた腰バンドＷを腰バンド取付部１１に挿通して組付状態のかばんＢを腰に取り付ける。このかばんＢの携帯電話収納部１内には携帯電話Ｔが収納されている。このかばんＢにあって、小物出入口４がカバーケース２の左側壁部９の内側に対向するように携帯電話収納部１を回動させて腰バンドＷの延設方向に沿った横方向Ｈ（左右方向）の状態にすると、図１（ａ）及び図２（ａ）に示すように携帯電話収納部１の全体がカバーケース２の前後両側壁部７，８間に収納される。その横方向Ｈの状態（かばんＢの小物収納状態Ｐ）で、蓋部５を左側壁部９に当てがい、この左側壁部９の外側に取着された面ファスナー５ｂに蓋部５の面ファスナー５ａを結合すると、携帯電話収納部１の小物出入口４がカバーケース２の左側壁部９及び蓋部５により閉じられる。

使用時に腰に取り付けたかばんＢにあって、左側壁部９の面ファスナー５ｂから蓋部５の面ファスナー５ａを離脱させて携帯電話収納部１の小物出入口４を開くとともに、携帯電話収納部１の小物出入口４が上方を向くように携帯電話収納部１を腰バンドＷの延設方向に交差する縦方向Ｖ（上下方向）の状態にする。その縦方向Ｖの状態（かばんＢの小物取出状態Ｑ）では、図１（ｂ）及び図２（ｂ）に示すように、携帯電話収納部１の底壁部３ｅ側が前後両側壁部７，８間に収納されたままで、携帯電話収納部１の小物出入口４側がカバーケース２の前後両側壁部７，８間から上方へ突出する。このように携帯電話収納部１を横方向Ｈの状態から縦方向Ｖの状態にすると、一定長さを有している連結帯１５において、前記帯連結部１６と帯支持部１９との間をつなぐ部分の長さが変更され、連結帯１５の内底部１８が外底部１７から小物出入口４へ向けて移動する。そのため、携帯電話Ｔが収納袋部３内でＵ状連結帯１５間に挟まれるとともにこの連結帯１５の内底部１８上に載せられて収納された状態で連結帯１５により持ち上げられ、携帯電話Ｔの上端部が小物出入口４から突出する。従って、小物出入口４からの携帯電話Ｔの突出寸法Ｍが大きくなって携帯電話Ｔを収納袋部３から取り出し易くなる。

図１（ｂ）及び図２（ｂ）に示す縦方向Ｖの状態で携帯電話Ｔを収納袋部３内に押し込むとともに携帯電話収納部１を回動させて蓋部５により小物出入口４を閉じると、図１（ａ）及び図２（ａ）に示す横方向Ｈの状態に戻る。

〔第２実施形態〕
次に、本発明の第２実施形態にかかる小物入れポケットについて図３〜４を参照して説明する。

図３（ａ）に示すかばんＢは、小物入れポケットを有するウエストバッグであって、ポケット袋部としての携帯電話収納部１と、ポケット支持部としての腰バンド取付部１１とを備えている。前記携帯電話収納部１は、図３（ｂ）及び図４（ａ）（ｂ）に示すように前壁部３ａと後壁部３ｂと左壁部３ｃと右壁部３ｄと底壁部３ｅとを有している収納袋部３と、この収納袋部３の後壁部３ｂに取着された蓋部５とを備えている。この蓋部５の内側には面ファスナー５ａが取着されている。この蓋部５は、収納袋部３において各壁部３ａ，３ｂ，３ｃ，３ｄ間で底壁部３ｅに面する小物出入口４を開閉する。この収納袋部３内には後で詳述する携帯電話出入補助手段６が設けられている。

前記携帯電話出入補助手段６においては、収納袋部３の内外にわたり柔軟な連結帯１５（受体）が支持されている。この連結帯１５の一端部は、前壁部３ａの内側に対し小物出入口４と底壁部３ｅとの間の中間部付近で帯連結部１６により取着されている。この連結帯１５は、帯連結部１６から前壁部３ａの内側に沿って底壁部３ｅの付近まで垂れ下がり、この底壁部３ｅの内側にある外底部１７に面してＵ状に折り曲げられ、そのＵ状折曲部（小物載置底部としての内底部１８）から小物出入口４へ向けて後壁部３ｂの内側に沿って持ち上げられる。この連結帯１５の他端部側は、収納袋部３の後壁部３ｂに対しその小物出入口４と底壁部３ｅとの間の中間部付近で取着された帯支持部１９により移動可能に支持され、前記帯連結部１６とこの帯支持部１９とをつなぐ連結帯１５の長さが変更可能になっている。さらに、この連結帯１５の他端部側は、小物出入口４の付近で後壁部３ｂの内側から外側へ引き出され、後壁部３ｂの外側下端部に連結されている。前記腰バンド取付部１１は後壁部３ｂの外側でこの連結帯１５に対し環状に設けられている。

使用時には腰に巻いた腰バンドＷを腰バンド取付部１１に挿通してかばんＢを腰に取り付ける。このかばんＢの携帯電話収納部１内には携帯電話Ｔが縦方向Ｖで収納されている。このかばんＢにあって、携帯電話収納部１を縦方向Ｖの状態で腰バンド取付部１１に押し当て、前壁部３ａの外側に取着された面ファスナー５ｂに蓋部５の面ファスナー５ａを結合すると、図３（ａ）（ｂ）に示すように、携帯電話収納部１が小物出入口４が蓋部５により閉じられた小物収納状態Ｐとなる。
