【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、データ通信装置、電源供給回路及び信号伝送回路に関し、例えば無線通信によるデータ通信の基地局に適用することができる。本発明は、定インピーダンス線路を分岐するスタブを容量性リアクタンスにより接地してショートスタブを形成すると共に、この容量性リアクタンスを利用して並列共振回路を構成し、この並列共振回路を介して電源、制御信号等を供給し、またこの並列共振回路を介して電源、制御信号等の供給を受けることにより、従来に比して挿入損失を低減し、簡易な構成により伝送路を共用することができるようにする。

【従来の技術】
従来、ISDN(Integrated Services Digital Network )、ADSL(Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line)等のデータ通信においては、伝送路を帯域分割してデータの伝送に割り当てることにより、音声信号による電話回線の伝送路をデータの伝送に共用するようになされている。

すなわちこの種のデータ伝送においては、図7に示すように、同軸ケーブル等による伝送路1の一端に、音声信号の周波数帯域を通過帯域に設定してなるローパスフィルタ回路2と、このローパスフィルタ回路2の通過帯域を遮断周波数帯域に設定してなるハイパスフィルタ回路3とが設けられる。また伝送路1の他端に、同様のローパスフィルタ回路4及びハイパスフィルタ回路5が設けられ、これらローパスフィルタ回路2、4及びハイパスフィルタ回路3、5により伝送路1を帯域分割するようになされている。ISDN等においては、このようなローパスフィルタ回路及びハイパスフィルタ回路がディスクリート部品により構成されるようになされている。

これに対して無線通信の分野においては、例えば特開2001−148647号公報において、周波数特性評価法により通信状態の良好なアンテナを検出してアンテナを切り換えることにより、スペースダイバーシティの手法を適用して安定な受信状態を確保する方法が提案されるようになされている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところでこのようなスペースダイバーシティによるデータ通信においては、アンテナを切り換える制御信号をアンテナ側に伝送することが必要であり、このようにアンテナで受信した無線通信波と制御信号との伝送においては、いわゆるマルチラインケーブルを使用する方法がある。しかしながらこのようなマルチラインケーブルにあっては、同軸ケーブル等に比して汎用性に欠ける欠点がある。

これによりこのような無線通信波の伝送に供する伝送路を帯域分割して、制御信号の伝送に共用することが考えられる。すなわち図7について上述したローパスフィルタ回路2、4及びハイパスフィルタ回路3、5を用いて伝送路を帯域分割することにより、無線通信波と制御信号との伝送を1つの伝送路で共用する方法である。しかしてこのような伝送路の帯域分割においては、信号間の相互干渉を防止するためにローパスフィルタ回路による帯域とハイパスフィルタ回路による帯域とでアイソレーションを高くすることが必要であり、このためにはローパスフィルタ回路及びハイパスフィルタ回路を多段により構成して帯域制限減衰特性を急峻にすることが必要になる。しかしながらこのようにすると従来のディスクリート部品による構成によっては、構成が煩雑になり、さらには挿入損失が増大する問題がある。

本発明は以上の点を考慮してなされたもので、従来に比して挿入損失を低減し、簡易な構成により伝送路を共用することができるデータ通信装置、電源供給回路及び信号伝送回路を提案しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる課題を解決するため請求項1の発明においては、伝送路により接続されたアンテナを介して少なくとも無線通信波を受信して処理するデータ通信装置に適用して、伝送路に接続された定インピーダンス線路と、定インピーダンス線路を分岐する1/4波長線路と、1/4波長線路を終端して、1/4波長線路によるショートスタブを形成する容量性リアクタンスと、容量性リアクタンスとで並列共振回路を形成する誘導性リアクタンスとを備え、定インピーダンス線路を介して、アンテナで受信した無線通信波を受信して処理し、並列共振回路を介して、アンテナの駆動に必要な電源を供給する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、適宜図面を参照しながら本発明の実施の形態を詳述する。

(1)実施の形態の構成
図2は、本発明の実施の形態に係る無線通信システムの基地局を示すブロック図である。この基地局11は、2.4〔GHz〕の周波数帯域を用いた無線通信によるデータ通信システムである無線LAN(Local Area Network)の基地局であり、図示しないパソコン等の情報端末装置からのデータを受信してインターネット等のネットワークに送出する。

このためこの基地局11は、このような情報端末装置の集中する部屋の天井等の、無線通信による障害物の少ない箇所にアンテナ装置12が設けられ、このアンテナ装置12により高周波信号である無線通信波RFを用いて情報端末装置からのデータを受信する。またネットワークへの接続に好適な箇所に本体装置13が設けられ、この本体装置13とアンテナ装置12とが同軸ケーブルによる伝送路14により接続され、この本体装置13がネットワークに接続される。基地局11は、この本体装置13によりネットワークとの間でデータを送受し、またこの本体装置13により伝送路14、アンテナ装置12を介して情報端末装置から取得したデータを送出する。

ここでアンテナ装置12は、異なる方向に指向性を有する複数のアンテナ12A〜12Nが設けられ、アンテナ切換部16は、帯域分割回路17から供給される電源DCにより動作して、同様に帯域分割回路17から出力される制御信号SCにより、これら複数のアンテナ12A〜12Nを選択的に帯域分割回路17に接続する。ここで帯域分割回路17は、伝送路14を帯域分割する回路であり、伝送路14を介して本体装置13から供給される電源DC、制御信号SCをアンテナ切換部16に出力する。またアンテナ切換部16により選択されたアンテナ12A〜12Nで受信される無線通信波RFを伝送路14に出力する。これによりこの基地局11では、本体装置13による制御により、所望のアンテナ12A〜12Nを選択的に使用してデータ通信するようになされている。

本体装置13において、帯域分割回路18は、伝送路14を帯域分割する回路であり、この伝送路14を介してアンテナ装置12に電源DC、制御信号SCを出力する。また伝送路14から入力される無線通信波RFを受信部19に出力する。

アンテナ選択回路20は、この受信部19における受信結果により、アンテナ装置12においてデータの受信に適したアンテナを検出し、この検出結果に基づいて制御回路21にアンテナの切り換えを指示する。具体的に、アンテナ選択回路20は、アンテナ装置12で順次アンテナ12A〜12Nを選択するように、所定のタイミングで、制御回路21にアンテナの切り換えを指示し、これにより各情報端末装置毎に各アンテナ12A〜12Nによる受信電力を検出する。アンテナ選択回路20は、このようにして検出した検出結果に基づいて、各情報端末装置とのデータ通信の際に、最も受信電力の大きなアンテナを選択するように、制御回路21にアンテナの切り換えを指示する。

(2)実施の形態の動作
以上の構成において、この基地局11(図2)では、アンテナ装置12が設置されてなる箇所の情報端末装置から送信された無線通信波RFがアンテナ装置12側で受信され、この無線通信波RFが伝送路14を介して本体装置13に伝送される。またこの本体装置13でこの無線通信波RFが処理されて情報端末装置から無線通信波RFにより送出されたデータが復調され、このデータがネットワークに送出される。

基地局11では、このようにして無線通信波を伝送路14で伝送する際に、本体装置13の制御回路21で電源DC、制御信号SCが生成され、これら電源DC、制御信号SCが伝送路14によりアンテナ装置12に伝送され、このアンテナ装置12のアンテナ切換部16がこの伝送された電源DCにより動作して、制御信号SCに応じて伝送路14に接続するアンテナ12A〜12Nを切り換える。基地局11では、この制御信号SCによる遠隔制御によるアンテナの切り換えが、アンテナ選択回路20の制御により、所定のタイミングで順次循環的に実行されて、各情報端末装置で最も受信電力が大きくなるアンテナ12A〜12Nが検出される。またこのようにして検出したアンテナ12A〜12Nにより対応する情報端末装置との間でデータ通信するように、アンテナ12A〜12Nが切り換えられる。これによりこの基地局11では、スペースダイバーシティーの手法を適用して確実にデータ通信できるようになされている。

このようにして伝送路14を無線通信波RF、電源DC、制御信号SCの伝送に共用するにつき、基地局11では(図1)、伝送路14とインピーダンス整合してなる定インピーダンス線路であるマイクロストリップライン25を介して無線通信波が伝送される。またこのマイクロストリップライン25に設けられた1/4波長線路であるスタブ26によりマイクロストリップライン25が分岐され、このスタブ26が容量性リアクタンスであるコンデンサC1により接地され、これにより無線通信波RFのスタブ26側への漏出が低減される。またコイルL1、コンデンサC2によりこのコンデンサC1との間で並列共振回路が構成され、この並列共振回路を介して電源DC、制御信号SCが定インピーダンス線路に供給される。

これによりこの基地局11では、ショートスタブと並列共振回路との2段の構成により、定インピーダンス線路を伝送する無線通信波RFと、電源DC、制御信号SCとを帯域分離し、これにより少ない挿入損失で高いアイソレーションを確保することができる。また1段目の構成がショートスタブであり、このようなショートスタブと並列共振回路との2段の構成において、定インピーダンス線路を分岐するスタブを容量性リアクタンスにより接地してショートスタブが作成され、この容量性リアクタンスを利用して並列共振回路が作成されることにより、簡易な構成で帯域分離することができ、これらにより従来に比して挿入損失を低減し、簡易な構成により伝送路を共用することができる。
