Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a recording apparatus, a reproducing apparatus, and a recording / reproducing apparatus for recording or reproducing an input signal as digital data, and to divide digital data at an arbitrary timing according to the timing, and obtain a file obtained therefrom. The present invention relates to a recording device, a reproducing device, and a recording / reproducing device for recording or reproducing as recording.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There are known a recording device for recording an input audio signal as digital data, a reproducing device for reproducing the recorded digital data, and a recording / reproducing device for recording / reproducing the audio signal as digital data.
In such a recording apparatus, a reproducing apparatus, and a recording / reproducing apparatus, for example, as in the case of using a voice recorder or the like, there is a demand for an operator to easily find a specific timing during reproduction.
A number of techniques relating to cueing of recorded digital data have been known in the past. For example, there is a technique described in
[0003]

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Here, in the recording device, the reproducing device, and the recording / reproducing device disclosed in the patent document, in order to facilitate cueing at the time of reproduction, cueing at an arbitrary timing desired by an operator is performed. Mark information is added (index mark file method).
Then, in this case, an index file recording the mark information is separately created.
The index file includes a file number (file name) of digital data, position information of mark information included in the file (time information from a reproduction start position to mark information), and other attributes. .
[0005]
However, the method using the index mark file method has a problem that cueing using this mark information can be executed only between compatible models.
In addition, in the index mark file method, since a limit is imposed by setting mark information indicating a cue position, that is, the number of indices, there is a problem that a cue position exceeding the set number cannot be provided.
[0006]
On the other hand, to ensure that cueing can be performed even between incompatible models, temporarily stop recording at the position where cueing is to be performed during recording and manually divide the file. There is a known method (manual file division method).
By using such a method, the position to be searched becomes the head position of each file, so that there is an advantage that no compatibility problem occurs between any models.
[0007]
However, in such a manual file division method, a certain period of time is required for closing a file and opening a file, such as stopping recording of the immediately preceding file and starting recording of the corresponding file, at the cueing position. The problem that it becomes impossible to do so arises.
That is, when a continuous signal is input or the like, there is a problem that a missing portion occurs in recording.
Further, when a plurality of files are continuously reproduced, there is a problem that the reproduction is interrupted at the moment of moving to the next file.
[0008]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is possible to ensure compatibility between the respective models, perform continuous recording, and furthermore, perform recording at an arbitrary timing. It is an object of the present invention to realize a recording device that enables the recording to be performed.
Further, the present invention provides a reproducing apparatus which can ensure compatibility between models, can search for a file at an arbitrary timing, and can reproduce a plurality of files continuously. The purpose is to realize.
[0009]
In addition, according to the present invention, compatibility between the respective models can be ensured, and continuous recording can be performed. An object of the present invention is to realize a recording / reproducing device capable of continuously reproducing files.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above-mentioned problem is solved by each of the solutions described below.
(1) An invention according to
[0011]
In the recording apparatus having such a configuration according to the present invention, the control for storing the continuously input digital data stored in the buffer memory in the storage unit at a higher writing speed than that input to the buffer memory is performed. While performing, control is performed such that the file is divided according to the timing of the division operation from the operation input unit.
[0012]
Therefore, control is performed to accumulate data in the storage unit at a writing speed higher than that input to the buffer memory, and the file is divided according to the timing of the division operation, so that a continuous signal is input. However, there is no missing portion in the record.
In other words, at the cue position, a certain time is required for closing and opening the file, such as stopping recording of the immediately preceding file and starting recording of the corresponding file. And the time required to write digital data can be shorter than the time required to input digital data, so that there is no problem with continuous recording.
[0013]
Further, in the recording apparatus having such a configuration, a file division method is employed instead of an index mark file method in order to search for desired digital data from among recorded digital data. Compatibility is ensured.
Also, for example, in the index mark file method, the number of cueing is consequently limited by the set number of indexes, and cueing cannot be performed beyond that number. However, in the file division method, the limit by the number of mark information is limited. Since there is no cue, it is possible to provide as many cue as necessary.
As a result, it is possible to realize a recording apparatus which can ensure the compatibility between the respective models, and can perform an arbitrary number of cueing at an arbitrary timing while performing continuous recording.
[0014]
(2) A reproducing apparatus for reproducing and outputting digital data in a file format recorded in a storage means, comprising: a storage means for storing digital data as a plurality of files; A buffer memory for temporarily storing the output digital data, and a buffer memory for temporarily storing a plurality of file format digital data stored in the storage means and outputting the digital data to the outside at a predetermined speed. Control means for performing control, wherein the control means externally outputs from the buffer memory so that digital data of a plurality of files stored in the storage means is output to the outside as continuous digital data. Digital data from the storage means to the buffer memory at a higher read speed than output. Performs control to read, it is a recording apparatus according to claim.
[0015]
In the reproducing apparatus having such a configuration of the present invention, control is performed to read digital data from the storage means to the buffer memory at a higher read speed than is output from the buffer memory to the outside, and a plurality of data stored in the storage means are controlled. The digital data of the file is output to the outside as continuous digital data.
[0016]
Therefore, since digital data is read from the storage means to the buffer memory at a higher read speed than is output from the buffer memory to the outside, even when a plurality of files are continuously played, the next file is read. Playback will not be interrupted at the moment of transition.
In other words, at the cueing position, a certain time is required for the process of closing and opening the file such as stopping the reproduction of the immediately preceding file and starting the reproduction of the corresponding file, but the time required for closing and opening the file and the reading time are Since the sum of the required time is shorter than the time required for outputting digital data, that is, the time required for reproduction output, there is no problem with continuous reproduction.
[0017]
Further, in the reproducing apparatus having such a configuration, a file division method is adopted instead of an index mark file method in order to search for desired digital data among recorded digital data.
As a result, it is possible to achieve compatibility between the respective models, to realize a playback apparatus capable of searching for an arbitrary number of files at an arbitrary timing and reproducing a plurality of files continuously. Become.
[0018]
(3) An invention according to claim 3 is a recording and reproducing apparatus for recording an input signal as digital data in a file format and reproducing and outputting the file format digital data recorded in the storage means. A plurality of files, a buffer memory for temporarily storing an input signal as digital data during recording, and temporarily storing digital data read from the storage means during reproduction. Operation input means for inputting division for dividing digital data at an arbitrary timing during recording, and control for storing digital data temporarily stored in the buffer memory as a file in the storage means at the time of recording. And data of a plurality of file formats stored in the storage means. Control means for temporarily controlling digital data to be temporarily stored in the buffer memory and outputting the digital data to the outside at a predetermined speed during reproduction, the control means comprising: Digital data to be input is stored in the storage unit at a higher writing speed than that input to the buffer memory so that the file is divided according to the timing of the division operation from the operation input unit. At the time of recording, so that the digital data of the plurality of files stored in the storage means is output to the outside as continuous digital data, so that the data is output at a higher speed than the output from the buffer memory to the outside. The digital data is read from the storage means to the buffer memory at a read speed. Performing control at the time of reproduction, it is a recording and reproducing apparatus according to claim.
[0019]
In the recording / reproducing apparatus having such a configuration of the present invention, the control for storing the continuously input digital data stored in the buffer memory in the storage unit at a higher writing speed than that input to the buffer memory is performed. While performing, control is performed such that the file is divided according to the timing of the division operation from the operation input unit.
[0020]
Further, in the recording / reproducing apparatus having such a configuration, control is performed to read digital data from the storage means to the buffer memory at a read speed higher than that output from the buffer memory to the outside, and a plurality of data stored in the storage means are controlled. The digital data of the file is output to the outside as continuous digital data.
[0021]
Therefore, control is performed to accumulate data in the storage unit at a writing speed higher than that input to the buffer memory, and the file is divided according to the timing of the division operation, so that a continuous signal is input. Even in this case, there is no missing portion in the record.
In other words, at the cueing position, although a certain time is required for the process of closing and opening the file such as stopping recording of the immediately preceding file and starting recording of the corresponding file, the time required for closing and opening the file is Since the sum of the time required for writing digital data is shorter than the time required for inputting digital data, there is no problem with continuous recording.
[0022]
On the other hand, since the digital data is read from the storage means to the buffer memory at a higher read speed than is output from the buffer memory to the outside, even when a plurality of files are continuously reproduced, the digital data is read at the moment of moving to the next file. Playback is not interrupted.
That is, at the cueing position, although a certain period of time is required for processing such as stopping reproduction of the immediately preceding file and starting reproduction of the corresponding file, the time required for closing and opening the file and the time required for reading digital data are reduced. Since the sum is shorter than the time required to output the digital data, there is no problem with continuous reproduction.
[0023]
Further, the recording / reproducing apparatus having such a configuration employs a file division method instead of an index mark file method in order to search for desired digital data among recorded digital data. Compatibility is ensured.
Also, for example, in the index mark file method, the number of cueing is consequently limited by the set number of indexes, and cueing cannot be performed beyond that number. However, in the file division method, the limit by the number of mark information is limited. Since there is no cueing position, a required number of cue positions can be provided.
As a result, it is possible to ensure compatibility between each model, to search for any number of tracks at any time while recording continuously, and to play back multiple files continuously. It is possible to realize a simple recording and reproducing apparatus.
[0024]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

There is no problem with the time required for reading and the continuous input of signals.
[0041]
Further, in this recording apparatus, a file division method is adopted for cueing instead of the index mark file method, so that compatibility between the respective models is ensured.
Also, since the number of marks for cueing is set in advance as in the index mark file method, the number of cueing is limited as a result. However, this recording apparatus employs a file division method. Therefore, a desired number of cue positions can be provided.
As a result, it is possible to realize a recording apparatus that can ensure the compatibility between the respective models, and can perform an arbitrary number of cueing at an arbitrary timing while performing continuous recording.

That is, at the cue position, a certain time is required for file close and open processing such as stop of reproduction of the immediately preceding file and start of reproduction of the corresponding file. Since the sum of the required times is shorter than the time required for the reproduction output, there is no problem with continuous reproduction.
Furthermore, in this reproducing apparatus, a file division method is adopted instead of an index mark file method for cueing, so that compatibility between respective models is ensured.
Also, regardless of the limitation of the number of mark information as in the index mark file system, it is possible to reproduce the necessary number of cue positions.
[0048]
As a result, it is possible to realize a reproducing apparatus that can search for an arbitrary timing while ensuring compatibility between the models and that can continuously reproduce a plurality of files.
In the above case, if a specific file name is first specified on the operation input unit 110, the specified file is located at the beginning of the file, and thereafter, the file is reproduced continuously.

[0050]
Further, the recording device, the reproducing device, and the recording / reproducing device according to the above-described embodiment can be applied not only to audio signals but also to video signals, and similar effects can be obtained.
[0051]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail with the above embodiment, according to the recording apparatus, the reproducing apparatus, and the recording / reproducing apparatus, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) In the recording apparatus according to the first aspect of the present invention, the digital data stored in the buffer memory, which is continuously input, is stored in the storage means at a higher writing speed than the input into the buffer memory. While controlling, the file is divided according to the timing of the division operation from the operation input means.
Therefore, control is performed to accumulate data in the storage unit at a writing speed higher than that input to the buffer memory, and the file is divided according to the timing of the division operation, so that a continuous signal is input. Even in this case, there is no missing portion in the record.
That is, there is no problem even if a certain period of time is required for closing the file and opening the file such as stopping recording of the immediately preceding file and starting recording of the file at the cueing position.
[0052]
Further, in this recording apparatus, a file division method is used instead of an index mark file method for cueing, so that compatibility between the respective models is ensured.
Also, regardless of the limitation of the number of mark information as in the index mark file system, a necessary number of cue positions can be provided.
As a result, it is possible to realize a recording apparatus that ensures compatibility between the respective models, enables continuous recording, and enables cueing at an arbitrary timing.
[0053]
(2) In the reproduction apparatus according to the second aspect, control is performed to read digital data from the storage means to the buffer memory at a higher read speed than is output from the buffer memory to the outside, and the digital data is stored in the storage means. The digital data of the plurality of files is output to the outside as continuous digital data.
Therefore, since digital data is read from the storage means to the buffer memory at a reading speed higher than that output from the buffer memory to the outside, even when a plurality of files are continuously reproduced, the moment when the next file is transferred is returned. There will be no interruption in playback. That is, there is no problem even if a certain time is required at the cueing position for processing such as stopping reproduction of the immediately preceding file and starting reproduction of the file.
[0054]
Further, in this reproducing apparatus, a file division method is used instead of an index mark file method for cueing, so that compatibility between respective models is ensured.
Also, regardless of the limitation of the number of mark information as in the index mark file system, it is possible to reproduce the necessary number of cue positions.
As a result, it is possible to realize a reproducing apparatus that can search for an arbitrary timing while ensuring compatibility between the models and that can continuously reproduce a plurality of files.
[0055]
(3) In the recording / reproducing apparatus according to the third aspect of the present invention, the digital data stored in the buffer memory that is continuously input is stored in the storage unit at a writing speed higher than that input to the buffer memory. And the file is divided according to the timing of the division operation from the operation input means.
Also, control is performed to read digital data from the storage means to the buffer memory at a higher read speed than is output from the buffer memory to the outside, and the digital data of a plurality of files stored in the storage means is stored in a continuous state. Output to the outside as digital data.
[0056]
Therefore, control is performed to accumulate data in the storage unit at a writing speed higher than that input to the buffer memory, and the file is divided according to the timing of the division operation, so that a continuous signal is input. Even in this case, there is no missing portion in the record. That is, there is no problem even if a certain period of time is required for closing the file and opening the file such as stopping recording of the immediately preceding file and starting recording of the file at the cueing position.
Also, since digital data is read from the storage means to the buffer memory at a higher read speed than is output from the buffer memory to the outside, even when a plurality of files are continuously reproduced, the moment when the next file is moved to the next file. There will be no interruption in playback. That is, there is no problem even if a certain time is required at the cueing position for processing such as stopping reproduction of the immediately preceding file and starting reproduction of the file.
[0057]
Further, in this recording apparatus, a file division method is used instead of an index mark file method for cueing, so that compatibility between the respective models is ensured.
Also, a required number of cue positions can be provided irrespective of the limit on the number of mark information as in the index mark file system. Also, the required number of cue positions can be reproduced regardless of the limit of the number of mark information as in the index mark file system.
As a result, a recording / reproducing apparatus capable of ensuring compatibility between the respective models, enabling continuous recording, and performing cueing at an arbitrary timing, and further capable of continuously reproducing a plurality of files. Can be realized.
