Abstract
Description
【0001】

【0025】
評価システム1は、予測航跡L3における自船100が障害物に衝突するまでのTTC(危険が顕在化するまでの余裕時間、Time To Collision)を計算する。
そして、以下の式によりSJ値が所定のレベルになるときのTTC(以下、「SJT」ということがある。)

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described technique, various inconveniences occur because the hull is represented as a point by representing the hull by the center of gravity in the collision determination. For example, the magnitude of damage and the method of avoiding collision differ depending on which part of the hull collides, but the above-mentioned technology cannot take such difference into account. Further, when navigating in a narrow sea area such as a harbor or a narrow channel, the bow and stern may collide with surrounding obstacles depending on the azimuth of the bow, even if the center of gravity does not collide with an obstacle. In particular, when berthing a ship, it is necessary to berth a large ship with a total length of 300 m, for example, at a low speed of 5 to 15 cm / sec. Even when the center of gravity is stopped, the bow or stern collides with the berth by turning of the hull, and the berth Or the hull may be damaged. However, such techniques cannot detect such danger.
[0005]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an evaluation method, an evaluation system, and an evaluation program that can reflect the influence of the hull shape on the evaluation of navigation safety.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described. In addition, in order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, reference numerals in the accompanying drawings are added in parentheses, but the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment.
[0007]
The navigation safety evaluation method according to
[0008]
According to the navigation safety evaluation method of the first aspect, since the time until a point or a line on the outer shape of the ship collides with an obstacle is calculated, a danger that cannot be detected only by considering the motion of the center of gravity is detected. Is done. Further, for example, when calculating the time until collision over a plurality of locations on the outer shape, information on which portion of the hull collides can be obtained by specifying the location where the time until collision is shortest.
[0009]
According to the navigation safety evaluation method of
[0010]
The navigation safety evaluation system (1, 20, 40) according to
[0011]
According to the navigation safety evaluation system of the second aspect, the time until the point or the line on the outer shape of the ship collides with the obstacle is calculated by the calculation means. A navigation safety evaluation method can be realized. The information on the navigation safety evaluation result includes, for example, information indicating a determination result as to whether or not the time until the collision is shorter than a predetermined reference time.
[0012]
The navigation safety may be evaluated by providing the navigation safety evaluation system with evaluation means for evaluating the navigation safety of the ship based on the time until the collision calculated by the calculation means, or A presentation means for presenting the calculated time until the collision to the user may be provided in the navigation safety evaluation system, and the user may evaluate the navigation safety. The output means may be, for example, a means for displaying information on a display, a means for printing information on paper, or a means for recording information on a storage medium.
[0013]
A navigation safety evaluation system (20) according to
[0014]
According to the navigation safety evaluation system of the third aspect, the time until the point or the line on the outer shape of the vessel collides with the obstacle is calculated by the calculation means. Therefore, the calculation result is evaluated to evaluate the present invention. A navigation safety evaluation method can be realized. Furthermore, since the time until the collision is presented in real time by the presentation means, the user can perform subjective safety evaluation by visually observing the simulated landscape and objective safety evaluation by obtaining information from the presentation means. Can be performed in parallel. Therefore, a multifaceted evaluation of navigation safety can be performed, and utilization of the navigation simulator for safety evaluation is promoted.
[0015]
The presenting means may present the information visually by displaying the information on a screen or the like, or emit the warning sound when the evaluation result reaches a predetermined value, for example. May be presented. The user whose information is presented by the presentation means may be a user inside the simulated steering room such as a boat operator, or a user outside the simulated steering room such as an instructor.
[0016]
The navigation safety evaluation system according to
[0017]
According to the navigation safety evaluation system of the fourth aspect, the time until the point or the line on the outer shape of the vessel collides with the obstacle is calculated by the calculation means. Therefore, the calculation result is evaluated to evaluate the present invention. A navigation safety evaluation method can be realized. Further, since the time until the collision is presented in real time by the presentation means, the vessel operator can objectively evaluate the safety of his / her own vessel operation, and the safety of maritime traffic is ensured.

[0019]
A navigation safety evaluation program (PG) according to
[0020]
According to the navigation safety evaluation program of the sixth aspect, the navigation safety evaluation system of the second aspect is realized. The data for specifying the shape of the ship may be stored separately from the navigation safety evaluation program and read out by the calculation means, or may be stored as a part of the navigation safety evaluation program. .

[0032]
In step S24, coordinate conversion is performed on the barycentric coordinates of the predicted wake L3, and the coordinates of the points P1 to P5 in the predicted wake L3 are calculated. This coordinate conversion is performed based on the relative coordinates of the points P1 to P5 held in the hull shape data D2 and the heading azimuth in the predicted wake L3. By calculating the coordinates of the points P1 to P5 in the predicted wake L3, the positions of the respective line segments SL1 to SL5 (see FIG. 2B) in the predicted wake L3 are grasped. In step S25, it is determined whether or not any one of the line segments SL1 to SL5 collides with an obstacle (step S25). If it is determined that the collision occurs, TTC is calculated. If it is determined that no collision occurs, step S26 is skipped. In step S27, it is determined whether the calculation has been completed for all of the line segments SL1 to SL5. If it is determined that the processing has not been completed, steps S25 to S26 are repeatedly executed, and the TTC is sequentially calculated for the remaining line segments.
[0033]
When it is determined that the calculation has been completed for all the line segments SL1 to SL5, the calculated TTC is compared with a predetermined reference time to determine whether or not the ship is in an unsafe ship maneuvering state (step S28). In this determination, the TTC obtained for each of the line segments SL1 to SL5 may be appropriately used. For example, of the TTCs calculated for the line segments SL1 to SL5, the shortest TTC is compared with the reference time, and if the TTC is equal to or less than the reference time, it may be determined that the ship is in an unstable maneuvering state. The average of the TTC of the SL5 and the barycentric coordinates may be compared with the reference time, and if the TTC is less than or equal to the reference time, it may be determined that the ship is in an unsafe maneuvering state.
[0034]
By identifying the line segment SL1 to SL5 having the shortest TTC, it is possible to obtain information on which of the line segments SL1 to SL5 collides. At this time, it is only necessary to specify which of the line segments SL1 to SL5 collides, or it is also possible to specify which position (point) of the colliding line segment collides. Further, the determination as to whether any of the line segments SL1 to SL5 collide may be performed in step S14 in FIG. 5, and the routine in FIG. 5 may be terminated when the collision is determined.
[0035]
In step S28, the reference time to be compared with the TTC may be appropriately set based on various conditions such as the hull form, the boat speed, and the maneuverability of the own ship. For example, FIGS. 7A and 7B May be set as shown in FIG. In FIG. 7A, the horizontal axis represents the speed (u) of the

Since a standard is set for the SJ value for each sensory rank, any of the sensory ranks can be appropriately selected as the predetermined level, and sensitivity can be incorporated in the detection of the unsafe maneuvering state. In FIGS. 7A and 7B, the SJ L = 6 is used as the reference time. Note that sp2 is obtained as the speed when SST and SJT match. When the reference time is set as described above, the SST and SJT are different depending on the hull form, and therefore, as shown in FIG.

FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating the calculation results of the TTC every moment, as well as how the speed of the own ship is reduced, for maneuvering while entering the third route and sailing toward Maya Wharf using Kobe Port as a model. The solid line L20 is the speed of the ship, the solid line L21 is the calculated TTC, and the solid line L22 is the reference time according to the speed.
[0042]
When the plot of the TTC value falls below the determination reference line, it is determined that the boat is in an unsafe maneuvering state. Until about 1000 seconds on the horizontal axis, it corresponds to the point of passing the breakwater entrance, where an unsafe maneuvering state has appeared, but after entering the harbor, the speed was reduced enough to reduce the unsafe maneuvering state are doing.

The collision between the outer shape of the hull and the obstacle may be determined by various methods. For example, the determination may be made by approximating the hull shape by a shape having a curve such as a polygon other than a pentagon or an ellipse. As in the embodiment, the collision between the line group (SL1 to SL5) on the outer shape of the hull and the obstacle may be determined, or the collision between the point group (P1 to P5) on the outer shape of the hull and the obstacle may be determined. It may be determined.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the time until a point or a line on the outer shape of the vessel collides with an obstacle is calculated, a risk that cannot be detected only by considering the motion of the center of gravity is detected. Is done. Further, for example, when calculating the time until collision over a plurality of locations on the outer shape, information on which portion of the hull collides can be obtained by specifying the location where the time until collision is shortest.
