Description

【0001】

<実施例1>
【0017】
<実施例2>

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a sticker that is used by sticking at the time of authentication, a sticker that is suitably used as a sticker that is used by sticking on cardboard or a package, particularly, it is difficult to replace the sticker without leaving a trace after sticking. The present invention relates to a sticking prevention sticker and a sticking prevention method using the sticker.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Heretofore, there have been cut stickers for preventing sticking of merchandise, such as discount display stickers of merchandise and stickers which are pasted on large merchandise at supermarkets or the like to indicate that settlement has been completed. Such a sticker, once applied and then peeled off, tends to tear along the cut.
[0003]
Further, as another example of a conventional sticker, as shown in Patent Literature 1, there is also known a sticker whose peripheral edge portion is made uneven or saw-toothed.
In such a conventional sticker, if you try to remove it, a part of it will be stretched and it will be difficult to return to its original state. But they can be put on. However, such traces were rather difficult to discern.
[0004]
On the other hand, as a measure to make the peeling more easily understood than this, for example, it is conceivable that the sticker "breaks" when the peeling is performed. Unfortunately, however, it was difficult for conventional stickers to reliably break once they had been pasted, and to be able to easily identify the traces that had been peeled off.

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the related art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sticker to be attached and used for the purpose of authentication or the like, for example, a situation in which discrimination from a fake is required. It is a sticker suitable for use as an authentication sticker or the like which is used by sticking it to a product below or a cardboard box or a package containing the product, and in particular, a person who intends to remove the sticker once peeled off is peeled off. In such a case, a break occurs surely, making it difficult to replace, and the traces can be easily distinguished, or the base material of the area (such as corrugated cardboard or package) where the paste is made To make it easy to break, even if it has been stripped together with it, making it easy to see that it has been or is about to be stripped, and does not leave any traces Una Paste re itself was set as the even more difficult, it is an object to provide a laminated re prevention stickers and attached replacement prevention method using the same.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and the invention according to claim 1 has a peripheral portion at least partially formed in a saw-tooth shape, and has a saw-tooth shape. A sticking prevention sticker characterized in that one or more cuts are formed inward from a valley portion sandwiched between individual blades of the portion.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, when the sticking prevention sticker according to the first aspect is attached to an article and a force is applied to the sticker in a direction in which the sticker is peeled off, at least one of the cuts is formed. This is a replacement prevention method using a replacement prevention sticker, characterized in that a break is caused starting from one of them.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic plan configuration according to an embodiment of the sticker for preventing replacement according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows an enlarged view of the configuration at one peripheral portion of the sticker for preventing sticking shown in FIG. Things.
FIG. 3 shows a schematic plan configuration according to another embodiment of the sticker for preventing replacement according to the present invention, and FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the structure at one peripheral portion of the sticker for preventing sticking shown in FIG. It is shown.
[0010]
The sticking prevention sticker 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a saw-like shape at all peripheral portions, and a valley 4 sandwiched between individual blades (peaks) 3 of the saw-like portion. One cut 2 is formed inward from each of the portions.
[0011]
On the other hand, the sticking prevention sticker 5 shown in FIG. 3 has a saw blade-like shape at all peripheral edges, and a valley sandwiched between individual blades (peaks) 7 of the saw blade portion. From each of the portions 8, two cuts 6 are formed inward so as to extend each of two sides constituting the outer shape of each blade, as shown in FIG. 4.
[0012]
The reason why the shape of the peripheral portion is saw-toothed is that the stress applied when trying to peel the sticker is concentrated on the valley portion sandwiched between the individual blades in that portion, and it goes inward from the valley portion This is to ensure that breakage occurs from the vicinity of the cut formed. Therefore, the shape of each blade in the portion having the saw blade shape is not limited to a triangular shape as shown in the drawing, but may be a roughly saw blade shape.
For example, the shape of each blade may be a shape close to a polygon such as a square or a pentagon. Also, the sides forming the outer shape of each blade may be curved, such as an arc or an elliptical arc, other than a straight line. As shown in the figure, the individual blades may be regularly arranged in the same shape, but irregularly arranged blades of various shapes, or a combination of the regular arrangement and the irregular arrangement. It may be.
[0013]
Also, as shown in the figure, the portion having the saw blade shape does not need to cover the entire area of the peripheral edge portion, and at least a part thereof has a saw blade shape, and breakage from this portion during peeling is reliable. What is necessary is just to come to occur.
Furthermore, the cuts formed inward from the valley portions sandwiched between the individual blades in the peripheral edge portion having the saw blade shape are not limited to those shown in the drawing, and at least one cut is formed. It is sufficient if at least one is formed, and a suitable shape such as a curved shape or a Y-shape can be adopted as needed.
[0014]
The replacement prevention sticker of the present invention having the above-described configuration is intended to be fraudulent if it is stuck on a product that is strongly required to be distinguished from a fake or an article such as a cardboard or package containing the product. When a person tries to remove this sticker, the traces are clearly left, and it turns out that he attempted to perform an illegal peeling, and even if he noticed such a mechanism, he tried to remove it. For those who can foresee the breakage at the time of setting, an effect of suppressing the peeling itself (adhesion prevention effect) is also provided.
[0015]
【Example】
Next, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples.
<Example 1>
A tack paper in which an adhesive layer made of an acrylic adhesive is provided with a thickness of 20 μm on one surface of a PET film having a thickness of 50 μm. The outer shape of the tack paper is substantially square, and the entire periphery thereof has a saw blade shape. And cut inward one by one inward from the valley portion sandwiched between the individual blades of the sawtooth-shaped outer portion (depth of the cut: 30 mm). 3 mm) to obtain a sticking prevention sticker having a configuration as shown in FIG.
[0016]
After sticking this sticker on a cardboard box, the sticker was to be peeled off, but a break occurred at one of the cuts as a starting point, and the sticker could not be peeled off without breaking its original shape.
[0017]
<Example 2>
The tack paper used in Example 1 was cut out (having a length of 30 mm and a width of 25 mm) so as to have a substantially rectangular outer shape and a saw blade-like outer shape over the entire peripheral portion. Two incisions (incision depth: 3 mm) were formed inward from the valley portion sandwiched between the blades to obtain a sticking prevention sticker having a configuration as shown in FIG.
[0018]
After sticking this sticker over the body and flap of the cardboard box and sealing the box, when I tried to peel off the sticker used for this sealing, it broke from one of the cuts as a starting point Occurred, and only a part thereof was peeled off from the cardboard box side, and could not be peeled off while keeping the original shape.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the anti-replacement sticker according to the present invention has at least a portion of the peripheral edge formed in a saw blade shape, and is further sandwiched between individual blades of the peripheral edge portion having the saw blade shape. There are cuts in the valleys for breaking, so if you stick them on the article, if you forcibly peel it off from the article to replace it, a break will occur, and you will be able to peel cleanly while keeping the original shape It will be difficult. Therefore, when an improper replacement is performed, a break occurs from the cut, and the replacement attempt is clearly left as a trace. Since such a configuration can be easily understood in an overview, an illegal replacement operation can be discouraged, and a practical effect as a replacement prevention method is expected to be large.
