Abstract
【解決手段】 ガスタービンシステムの調整を行うためのシステム(10)は、エンジン制御システム(34)に接続されてガスタービンエンジン(20)の運転状態を示すデータを送信するように構成されている、コンピュータ(32、35)にインストールされたサーバー(310)と、データベースを備えたクライアントアプリケーション(304)と、を含み、クライアントアプリケーションが、サーバーによって送信されるガスタービン運転状態データを受け取り、これによりユーザーがガスタービン運転データを解析して望ましいガスタービン運転状態を求める。望ましい運転状態は、エンジン制御システムに伝達されて、望ましいガスタービン運転状態に基づいてガスタービン燃焼制御システム運転パラメータの調整を容易にする。

Claims (10)
- ガスタービンシステムの調整を行うためのシステム(10)であって、
ガスタービンエンジン制御システム(34)に接続されてガスタービンエンジン(20)の運転状態を示すデータを送信するように構成されている、コンピュータ(32、35)にインストールされたサーバー(310)と、
データベースを含むクライアントアプリケーション(304)と、
を備え、
前記クライアントアプリケーションが、
前記サーバーによって送信される前記ガスタービン運転状態データを受け取り、
これによりユーザーが前記ガスタービン運転データを解析して望ましいガスタービン運転状態を求めることが可能である、
ように構成されており、前記望ましい運転状態は、前記ガスタービンエンジン制御システムに伝達されて、前記望ましいガスタービン運転状態に基づいて少なくとも1つのガスタービン燃焼制御システム運転パラメータの調整を容易にすることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記クライアントアプリケーション(304)が更に、オペレータを用いて前記ガスタービン制御システム(34)に望ましいガスタービン運転状態を伝達するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記サーバー(310)は更に、複数の圧力センサ(30)から受け取られたデータを送信するように構成され、少なくとも1つの圧力センサは燃焼器缶(26)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記サーバー(310)は更に、ガスタービンエンジン燃焼ダイナミックスを示すデータを送信するように構成され、前記クライアントアプリケーション(304)が更に、前記ガスタービンエンジン燃焼ダイナミックスを示すデータを受け取るように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記サーバーと前記クライアントアプリケーション(304)との間の相互接続(306)を更に備え、該相互接続デバイスは、電話回線、インターネット接続、及び衛星接続のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記相互接続(306)は、前記相互接続からデータ通信パケットを受け取るように構成されたデータネットワークスプリット/リレー装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記データネットワークスプリット/リレー装置(306)は、
ネットワーク入力ソケットと、
前記ネットワーク入力ソケットを介して前記ネットワークからデータを受け取るように構成されたバッファと、
バッファされた入力データを読み込んで、クライアントの予め定められたリストに出力データを送るようにプログラムされたマイクロプロセッサと、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム(10)。 - 前記エンジン制御システム(34)は更に、前記望ましい運転状態を確認するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム(10)。
- ガスタービン運転状態を示すデータを送信するために、前記サーバー(310)が更に、燃焼動的圧力、ガスタービン入口空気温度、ガスタービン排気口温度、ガスタービン負荷、及びガスタービンエミッションデータのうちの少なくとも1つを示すデータを送信するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記ガスタービンエンジン制御システム(34)が、燃焼ダイナミックスモニタ(CDM)(32)とオンボード・システムモニタ(OSM)(35)のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム(10)。
