本発明は一般的には面戸部の防水工法及び防水構造に関するものであり、さらに具体的には、乾式の陸棟や隅棟,乾式の水平壁際又は傾斜壁際における面戸部の防水工法及び防水構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の面戸部を塞ぐ防水工法では、後記特許文献1で記載されている肉厚10mm程度の発泡体からなる面戸材、特許文献2に記載されている弾性変形するエチレンプロピレンゴムの発泡体からなる弾性面戸体、特許文献3に記載されている高発泡のエプトシーラ(EPTゴム)からなる面戸材などが使用されている。
これらの面戸部材は、いずれも棟に沿って取り付けたフランジ状支持部材に取り付けられ、それらの裾部は桟瓦に接触している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述のような発泡体の裾部は、弾性を有するのでその下方の各桟瓦の上面形状に適合して変形するが、これをフランジ状支持部材の長さ方向に沿って取り付けた状態では、裾部と起伏のある桟瓦上面との間に隙間が形成され、十分な防水性が発揮されないという課題があった。

本発明の目的は、瓦屋根の乾式棟や壁際において、下方の桟瓦上面との間に隙間ができ難くより十分な紙水性が得られる面戸部の防水工法及び防水構造を提供することにある。

【課題を解決する手段】
本発明に係る面戸部の防水工法及び防水構造は、前述の課題を解決するため以下のように構成したものである。
すなわち、請求項1に記載の面戸部の防水工法は、桟瓦9の上面側に形成される面戸部に、下端側が該面戸部の桟瓦9の上面に略適合して変形する柔軟性を備えた保持体3を面戸部を塞ぐ方向に取り付け、該保持体3の外側面側より発泡性のプラスチック材を付着保持させて硬化させ、該発泡性のプラスチック材により面戸部を塞ぐ閉塞部4を形成することを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面を参照しながら、本発明に係る防水工法及び防水構造の好ましい実施形態を説明する。
第1実施形態
図1は本発明に係る実施形態の防水工法及び防水構造を陸棟に実施した施工構造の部分断面図、図2は棟に沿って取り付けられた芯材の部分拡大側断面図、図3(a)図は図1の施工構造で使用されている保持体の部分分解斜視図、同(b)図は保持体における板状本体の他の形態を示す部分斜視図、図4は芯材のフランジに保持体を取り付けた状態の部分側面図である。

先ず、面戸部の上面輪郭部を形成し陸棟の芯体を構成する各芯材1の張り出し部であるフランジ11の下面に保持体3を吊り下げ状に取り付け、これら芯材1を、取付具2を使用して陸棟の屋根下地90に取り付ける。棟の両側の流れ面には、既に桟木91等に桟瓦9が釘止めされた状態で葺かれている。
芯材1は角柱状の芯本体10とその両側部に長さ方向に沿って一体に形成されたフランジ11とから構成されている。芯本体10の下面には長さ方向に沿って溝12が形成され、溝12の内底と本体10の上面には小溝14,15が形成され、フランジ11の下面には蟻溝状の取付溝13が形成されている。
芯材1は、乾燥した木材チップを微細に粉砕した木材パウダーをプラスチックと配合して一体成形した、いわゆる木質材料によって構成されている。この実施形態では、芯材1のプラスチック材料として再生ポリスチレンを用いている。
芯材1の長さは、後述の熨斗瓦5の長さや施工の作業性等を考慮して設計されるが、この実施形態では2000mm程度に設計されている。

保持体3は、取付状態において下方の桟瓦9の上面形状に適合して変形するような柔軟性を有する部材である。この実施形態では、図3の(a)図のように、例えば発泡ウレタンやゴムスポンジその他の柔軟材料からなる板状本体30と、板状本体30の一方の長辺部に沿って固定された塩化ビニール等の硬質のプラスチックからなる縁材31とから構成されている。
板状本体30は、縁材31が固定されている側を背として多数の歯状片30aが形成されて全体が櫛形状を呈している。
板状本体30は縁材31には下面に長さ方向に沿って形成された溝31aヘ接着され、縁材31の幅は板状本体30の肉厚よりもやや広いため、縁材31の両側部は長さ方向に沿うフランジ状になっている。この縁材31を芯材1におけるフランジ11の取付溝13に差し込むことにより、保持体3を前記フランジ11ヘ垂れ下げ状に取り付けるように構成している。

各取付具2は、中央部に下向きの溝状部20aを有する金属板からなる取付ベース20と、溝状部20aに上下方向へ貫通状に固定された.スリーブ状のナット21aとボルト21bからなる伸縮調整可能なシャフト21と、当該シャフト21の上端部へ水平に取り付けた角パイプからなるの支承部材22とから構成されている。取付ベース20の溝状部20a以外の部分には、複数のねじ孔が形成されている。
取付具2は、両側の取付ベース20を棟部の屋根下地90の傾斜に合わせ、当該取付ベース20を屋根下地90ヘねじ止めすることにより、図2のように芯材1の長さに合わせた間隔で取り付けられる
図2で示すように、取付具2は芯材1の端部と芯材1相互の連結部と対応する位置に取り付けら、シャフト21のボルト21bをねじ回して支承部材22のレベルを調整した後、芯材1の溝12と支承部材22とを合わせて芯材1の端部を支持させる。

支承部材22の天板には中央部の孔23と両端寄りの孔24,24とが形成され、棟の端部においては、L字状の主部26aと主部26aの上端部の一方に一体的に曲げ加工された押え板.26bとを有する固定金具26を使用する。支承部材22に芯材1の端部を固定するには、金具26の主部26aと押え板26bとで芯材1の端部を挟む要領で先端のフック部26cを支承部材22の孔24に引掛け、押え板26bを芯材1の上部の溝15へ案内し、当該押え板26bを芯材1にねじ釘27で止める。
芯材1相互の連結部においては、先端部にフック部25cを有するL字状の主部25aの上端部両側方に押え板25b,25bを有する固定金具25を使用する。支承部材22へ芯材1,1相互の端部を固定し、芯材1,1相互を連結するには、金具25の主部25aの下端を支承部材22の中央の孔23に通してフック部25cを一つの孔24に引掛け、主部25aの両面に芯材1,1相互の端部を当接させ、一方の芯材1の端部を主部25aと一方の押え板25bとで挟む要領で各押え板25bをそれぞれの芯材1の溝15に案内し、当該各押え板25bを対応する芯材1へねじ釘27で止める。

保持体3の板状本体30は柔軟性があるので、図4のように多数の歯状片30aは下方の桟瓦9の上面の凹凸に適合変形して接触する。この状態で、例えば吹付けガンなどにより保持体3に発泡性のプラスチック(この実施形態ではウレタン)を吹き付けて発泡させ、これを保持体3の板状本体30に万遍なく塗り付けるようにして保持させ固化させ、閉塞部4を形成する。この閉塞部4により、面戸部の上部輪を形成する張り出し部である芯材1のフランジ11と桟瓦9との隙間を塞ぐ。発泡性のプラスチック材は、吹付けにより発泡膨張した後間もなく固まり始めやがて壁状の閉塞部4になる。
次いで、フランジ11の上に面戸瓦5の上端部をねじ5aにより固定し、閉塞部4の外側を当該面戸瓦5で塞いで仕上げる。

後は通常の乾式瓦屋根の棟組み工法と同様に、左右一体型の大型の熨斗瓦6と小型の熨斗瓦60とを芯材1の上に適当層重ね積みし、最上部の熨斗瓦の60の上に沿って押え材7を置き、押え材7と芯材1とをステンレス製のねじ釘70で締め付けることにより、各熨斗瓦6,60を芯材1へ固定する。6a,60aは、それぞれの熨斗瓦6,60に所定の間隔に形成されているねじ通し孔である。

前記の施工の際には、面戸瓦5の上面と最下段の熨斗瓦6との間に長さ方向に沿って枕状に生モルタルを介在させることができる。この際には、芯材1における本体10の上下方向の厚みを厚くする。

図5は本発明に係る実施形態の防水工法及び防水構造を隅棟に実施した棟構造の断面図である。
隅棟の両側の流れには、屋根下地90に桟瓦9がねじ釘などにより固定状態で葺かれており、隅棟に沿う部分には芯材1が第1実施形態と同様な要領により固定されている。
芯材1は、第1実施形態の芯材とは、面戸部の上面輪郭を形成する張り出し部であるフランジ11の形状を若干異にしており、フランジ11の上面は傾斜面ではなく水平面となっており、当該上面には長さ方向に沿って溝又は突条11aが形成されている。.
この実施形態では、芯材1を隅棟に取り付けた状態では、フランジ11と下の桟瓦9との間が大きくなっているので、芯材1を屋根下地90に固定した後、保持体3をフランジに取り付けることができる。

この実施形態の防水工法及び防水構造の他の構成や作用効果は、第1実施形態の防水工法とほぼ同様であるので、それらの説明は省略する。

図6は本発明に係る実施形態の防水工法及び防水構造を水平壁際に実施した壁際構造の断面図である。
下屋根の屋根下地90には、桟木91にねじ止めされた状態で桟瓦9が葺かれている。
先ず、下屋根側に張り出したフランジ11を有する芯材1の前記フランジ11に保持体3を垂れ下げ状に取り付ける。芯材1は壁際部の芯体を構成するもので、外側端部を桟瓦9の上に張り出させて面戸部の上面輪郭を形成するフランジ11を有する。この芯材1を、水平壁際に沿って垂れ壁92に対しフランジ11が下屋根上端の桟瓦9の上面からやや浮上した状態になるように連続して取付け固定する。保持体3の構成やフランジ11に対する保持体3の取付要領は第1実施形態とほぼ同様である。
芯材1は第1実施形態の防水工法で使用した芯材とほぼ同様な材質であり、フランジ11よりも上方部分には、適数の階段状の支承部16が形成され、底部の壁際寄り位置には溝17が形成され、背面側には後述の取付金具2aが嵌め込み状に収容されるむように収容部19が形成されている。
