TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technique for fuzzing a spun yarn in a ring spinning machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, spun yarn has fluff, and after spinning, at the stage of yarn or at the stage of woven or knitted fabric, a treatment for removing fluff is performed according to the application.
This method is generally a method using scabbing or shirring, or a method using chemicals or biotechnology, but it is a separate step, so the cost is high.
[0003]
In recent years, in addition to the above-described method, so-called compact spinning has been developed in which a spun yarn is sucked and fluffed around a draft part of a ring spinning machine.
However, this method requires frequent maintenance to prevent wear of the device, clogging due to fluff, and suction leakage. Furthermore, the burden of the running cost of the suction power is large.
[0004]
Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3-294528 proposes a method in which a spun yarn is brought into contact with a surface having a high coefficient of friction provided near a front roller between a front roller and a snail wire, and spinning is performed.
However, when the twist is brought into contact with a weak force enough to reach the front nip point, ballooning cannot be completely suppressed by this, and the principle is different from the present invention. Also, if the coefficient of friction is large, the spun yarn may be fuzzed on the contrary, and furthermore, the surface itself is worn, so that management is difficult.
[0005]
On the other hand, in JP-A-2002-54045, another guide is provided between the front roller and the guide and at a position deviated from the fiber bundle passing path between the front roller and the guide, and the fiber bundle passes through the guide. There is proposed a method for producing a spun yarn, wherein the spun yarn is passed through the another guide before the spun yarn is moved.
However, since the other guide stops transmitting the twist in the direction of the front roller from the other guide, the fiber bundle is twisted after the other guide.
This is evident from the angle formed by another guide described in paragraph 0008 of the publication, the description of paragraph 0016, the description of paragraph 0017, and the illustration of the fiber bundle shown in FIG.
Therefore, this other guide is different from the interference material of the present invention, which stops the transmission of twist in the direction of the front roller and only suppresses ballooning.
For this reason, in this proposal, the free state becomes long before the fiber bundle is twisted, and there is a defect that the fiber bundle after draft becomes unstable.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
To remove fluff at the yarn stage or at the woven or knitted stage after spinning, the number of production steps increases and the cost increases. Further, in the compact spinning by suction described above, although fluffing is performed at the time of spinning, maintenance and maintenance of the apparatus and a burden of running costs are large.
Furthermore, the proposals described in JP-A-3-294528 and JP-A-2002-54045 have defects as described in the aforementioned paragraphs 0005 and 0006, respectively.
Therefore, it is an issue to reliably perform the fluff binding by a method that minimizes the burden of maintenance and running cost of the apparatus during spinning.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the ring spinning machine, the twist by the rotation of the bobbin is transmitted to the fiber bundle of the roving immediately after passing through the draft part, so that the fiber bundle is twisted into a spun yarn.
In order to reduce the fluff of the spun yarn at the time of spinning, it is important that the fiber bundle is stably twisted and the fiber which is not twisted and becomes fluff is reduced.
[0008]
Now, when this fiber bundle is twisted, ballooning occurs in the spun yarn due to the rotation of the traveler.
This ballooning occurs between the draft part and the snail wire.
[0009]
Due to this ballooning, the position of the fiber bundle immediately after being released from the nip between the front top roller and the front bottom roller becomes unstable, and the fiber bundle is not twisted uniformly, which causes fluff.
[0010]
Therefore, in order to reduce the generation of fluff of the spun yarn during spinning, it is effective to suppress ballooning at a position immediately after being released from the nip of the front top roller and the front bottom roller into which the fiber bundle is twisted. It is.
[0011]
In the present invention, as this means, an interference material is applied to the spun yarn between the draft part and the snail wire, and only ballooning is stopped without stopping the transmission of twist in the direction of the draft part.
According to this method, the fiber bundle immediately after leaving the draft part after being drafted is twisted at a stable position that is not affected by ballooning.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described based on examples with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic side view of a part of a ring spinning machine from a draft part 15 to a ring 14.
[0013]
2 and 3 show front views of a portion from the front top roller 8 to the snare wire 12 in FIG. 1. FIG. 2 shows a state before the present invention is implemented, and FIG. Show the later state.
The portion of the spun yarn 10 indicated by a thick line indicates a state where ballooning has occurred, and the portion indicated by a thin line indicates a state where no ballooning has occurred.
[0014]
The roving 1 is nipped by the back top roller 2 and the back bottom roller 3 and inserted into the draft part 15, released from the nip between the front top roller 8 and the front bottom roller 9, and sent out toward the traveler 13.
At the stage of being released from the nip, the roving 1 completes drafting, and immediately receives the twist due to the rotation of the bobbin, thereby adjusting the form as a yarn.
[0015]
In the spun yarn 10, ballooning occurs between the draft part 15 and the snare wire 12 due to the rotation of the traveler 13.
Due to this ballooning, the position of the fiber bundle immediately after being released from the nip between the front top roller 8 and the front bottom roller 9 becomes unstable, and the fiber bundle is not twisted evenly, which causes fluff.
[0016]
Therefore, an interference material 11 is applied to the spun yarn 10 between the draft part 15 and the snare wire 12 to prevent ballooning between the interference material 11 and the draft part 15.
[0017]
As a result, the position of the fiber bundle immediately after being released from the nip between the front top roller 8 and the front bottom roller 9 is stabilized, and the amount of untwisted fibers is reduced, so that fluff is reduced.
[0018]
Now, the spun yarn of the interference material 11 is controlled so that the interference material 11 does not stop the transmission of the twist of the spun yarn 10 in the direction of the draft part 15 and that the spun yarn 10 is not fluffed by the interference material. Care must be taken to minimize the resistance to 10.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, a sufficiently thick iron round bar having a diameter of 13 mm and subjected to surface plating was used as the interference material 11.
[0019]
The interference material was applied from the width direction of the rollers of the draft part 15, as shown in FIGS. When a force is applied to the spun yarn 10 in the diameter direction of the rollers of the draft part 15, friction occurs between the spun yarn 10 and the surface of the front top roller 8 or the front bottom roller 9, and the draft part of the spun yarn 10 This is because transmission of the twist in the 15 directions is hindered, and the spun yarn itself is fluffed.
[0020]
Furthermore, the angle α formed on the side of the interference material 11 of the spun yarn 10 between the draft part 15 and the snail wire 12 formed by the interference material 11 is set to be 110 ° or more and less than 180 ° so as not to be sharp. . If the angle α is sharper than 110 °, the resistance of the interference material to the spun yarn 10 increases, which hinders transmission of twist in the direction of the draft part 15.
[0021]
Note that a snare wire, a ceramic guide, or a rotating body such as a pulley or a bearing may be used as the interference material. In the use of these rotating bodies, the negative rotation by the spun yarn 10 is also possible, but it is effective to positively rotate the spun yarn in accordance with the speed of the spun yarn. It is also effective to negatively or positively rotate the iron round bar used in this embodiment in the traveling direction of the spun yarn 10.
[0022]
The roving 1 is originally traversed in the width direction of the rollers so that the rollers of the draft part 15 do not wear unevenly. Therefore, the spun yarn 10 also traverses, and the interference material 11 is set so that the angle α is 110 ° or more and less than 180 ° regardless of the traverse position of the spun yarn 10. It is more effective to move the interference member 11 in accordance with the traverse so that the angle α always keeps a constant angle.
[0023]
Incidentally, the interference material 11 may be an obstacle at the time of yarn breakage processing in a spinning machine or doffing.
Therefore, it is effective to escape to a place where it does not become an obstacle during these operations, and to set it to a position that is effective only during spinning.
[0024]
Table 1 shows the measured values of the fluff of the spun yarn of this example and the like.
Here, the comparative example was implemented by a normal method not according to the present invention, and the example 1 was implemented by applying the interference material 11 to the spun yarn 10 in the positional relationship shown in FIG. . Further, in Example 2, the interference material 11 was closer to the draft part 15 by 10 mm than the positional relationship of Example 1, and in Example 3, the interference material 11 was symmetrical with respect to the spun yarn 10 of FIG. (Left side as viewed in the figure).
The angle α in Examples 1 to 3 was set at 160 ° to 170 °.
All spun yarns are CM40.
The fluff measuring instrument used is an F-index tester (manufactured by Shikibo Co., Ltd.), and the measured value is the number of fluff per 10 m.
[0025]
[Table 1]
[0026]
As shown in Table 1, in Examples 1 to 3, the fluff of 1 mm was reduced by 1.5 to 20% and the fluff of 3 mm was almost halved with respect to the comparative example.
This shows that the method of the present invention has a very great effect.
[0027]
In addition, among Examples 1 to 3, Example 2 was the most effective.
This means that the closer the interference material 11 is to the draft part 15, the more reliably the ballooning of the spun yarn on the draft part 15 side can be stopped without stopping the transmission of twist in the direction of the draft part 15. That's why.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and has the following effects.
[0029]
The fluff of spun yarn can be reduced during spinning.
Therefore, it is not necessary to go through another process for fluffing.
[0030]
Further, the apparatus of the present invention is simple, and the burden of maintenance and running of the apparatus and running costs is small.
