【従来の技術】
従来から、熱湯を注いで調理するインスタント焼そば用などの傾けるだけで残余の熱湯を湯切りすることができる、図4に示すような適度の強度や剛性などを有する紙積層材料製などの外蓋材20と、各種バリアー性や熱融着性などを有する樹脂積層材料製などの内蓋材30とを、部分的に設けた剥離剤層40を介して積層して成る湯切りする方向(図4では右から左)の下流側の(図4Cに斜線で示す)湯切り孔を形成する領域の下流端辺に湯切りつまみaを設け、開蓋する方向(図4では右から左)の上流端辺に開蓋つまみbを有する円形状又は角を丸めた長方形状の湯切り機能付蓋材であって、外蓋材20の湯切り孔を形成する領域の上流端に、この領域を区画する切れ目線dを設け、また内蓋材30の湯切り孔を形成する領域と湯切りつまみaの部分との間に、内蓋材30を切断する切れ目線fを設け、さらに内蓋材30の湯切り孔を形成する領域の下流部分に、湯切り孔を形成する複数の円形切れ目線c、c、c、…を設け、この複数の円形切れ目線c、c、c、…の内側を除いた湯切り孔を形成する領域に、部分的に設けた剥離剤層40を介して、この外蓋材20と内蓋材30とを積層した湯切り機能付の蓋材(特開2000−109141号公報を参照)があり、図4Bに示すようにインスタント焼そばなどを収容した発泡スチロール製などのトレー状容器50に被せ、このトレー状容器50のフランジgに周辺部を熱融着した蓋材として広く用いられている。

この従来の発泡スチロール製などのトレー状容器50に被せて熱融着した、図4に示す湯切り機能付の蓋材については、湯切り機能付の蓋材の開蓋つまみbをやゝ強く引張って、外蓋材20に設けた切れ目線d付近まで開蓋して、熱湯を注いで調理(閉蓋して3分間程度放置)した後に、湯切りする方向の下流端辺に設けた湯切りつまみaを引張って、内蓋材30の湯切り孔を形成する領域と湯切りつまみaの部分との間に設けた切れ目線fを切断して、図4Cに斜線で示す湯切り孔を形成する領域に設けた剥離剤層40を剥離しながら、この領域を区画する切れ目線dを切断し、内蓋材30を残して、湯切り孔を形成する領域の外蓋材20を除去するだけで、図4Dに示すように、剥離剤層40を除いた複数の円形切れ目線c、c、c、…の内側が、この外蓋材20とともに除去されて開孔し、この領域に残した内蓋材30に簡単に複数の湯切り孔c、c、c、…を形成することができる湯切り機能付の蓋材であって、続いて、湯切りする方向の下流側の湯切り孔を形成する領域に残した内蓋材30に、複数の湯切り孔c、c、c、…を形成したトレー状容器50を湯切りする方向の下流側に傾けるだけで、簡単に残余の熱湯を湯切りすることができる湯切り機能付の蓋材である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、従来の発泡スチロール製などのトレー状容器50に被せて熱融着した、図4に示す湯切り機能付の蓋材については、湯切りする方向の下流端辺に設けた(開蓋つまみを兼ねた)湯切りつまみaを引張って、内蓋材30の湯切り孔を形成する領域と湯切りつまみaの部分との間に設けた切れ目線fを切断して、図4Cに斜線で示す湯切り孔を形成する領域に設けた剥離剤層40を剥離する時に、通常は、この内蓋材30に設けた切れ目線fとトレー状容器50のフランジgの外周端とが、図4Bに示すように一致した位置に被せて熱融着されているものの、被せて熱融着する工程のばらつきなどで、図5Aに示すように、内蓋材30の湯切り孔を形成する領域と湯切りつまみaの部分との間に設けた切れ目線fが、トレー状容器50のフランジgの外周端の内側にずれて熱融着された場合、湯切りつまみaを引張ることによって、発泡スチロール製などのトレー状容器50のフランジgの上面側が、図5Bに示す材料破壊を起し易いことが問題であって、内蓋材30に設けた切れ目線fが切断されない恐れがあって、湯切り孔を形成する領域に設けた剥離剤層40を剥離することが難しいために、この領域の内蓋材30が外蓋材20とともに除去されて、湯切りする方向の下流側の湯切り孔を形成する領域に、全く湯切り孔を形成することができない恐れがあった。

そこで、本発明の目的は、熱湯を注いで調理するインスタント焼そばやインスタント生麺などを収容した、発泡スチロール製などのトレー状容器50に被せて熱融着する、湯切り孔を形成する領域に設けた剥離剤層40を確実に剥離して、この領域に残した内蓋材30に、確実に複数の湯切り孔c、c、c、…を形成することができる、傾けるだけで、簡単に残余の熱湯を湯切りすることができる湯切り機能付の蓋材を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の湯切り機能付の蓋材は、図1、図3に示すように、外蓋材20と内蓋材30とを、部分的に設けた剥離剤層40を介して積層して成る、湯切りする方向(図1、図3では右から左)の下流側の(図3Aに斜線で示す)湯切り孔を形成する領域の下流端辺に湯切りつまみaを設け、開蓋する方向(図1、図3では右から左)の上流端辺に開蓋つまみbを有する円形状又は角を丸めた長方形状(図1、図3では円形状)の湯切り機能付の蓋材であって、内蓋材30の湯切り孔を形成する領域の下流部分に、湯切り孔を形成する複数(図1、図3では7個)の円形切れ目線c、c、c、…を設けて、この複数の円形切れ目線c、c、c、…の内側を除いた湯切り孔を形成する領域と、この領域の下流端辺に設けた湯切りつまみaの部分とに、部分的に設けた剥離剤層40を介して、この外蓋材20と内蓋材30とを積層したことを特徴とする湯切り機能付の蓋材である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の湯切り機能付蓋材を、実施の形態に沿って以下に詳細に説明すれば、本発明の湯切り機能付蓋材を構成する外蓋材20は、図2(A)、(B)に示すように、例えばポリエステル(PET )や延伸ポリプロピレン(O−PP)などの、引張り強度などが優れた6〜30μm程度の表面樹脂フィルム層2と、表面に美麗な印刷をした上質紙やアート紙などの、適度の剛性などを有する60〜130g/m程度の紙材料層3とを、図示していない接着剤層を介するなどして適宜に積層した、適度の強度や剛性などを有する外蓋材20を、特に制約なく用いることができる。
