TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a powder and liquid mixing apparatus for mixing (dissolving or suspending) a powder and a liquid in-line and continuously producing a solution or a slurry, and a production for continuously producing a solution or a slurry. Method and so on.
[0002]
According to the present invention, a powder and a liquid can be mixed in-line, and a solution or slurry having a target concentration can be blocked with a very high probability of a pipe, particularly a pipe (branch pipe) serving as a flow path of the powder. It can be manufactured continuously without any need. Further, if necessary, pipes, particularly pipes serving as liquid flow paths, pipes serving as powder flow paths, and pipes serving as solution or slurry flow paths can be washed in-line.
[0003]
[Prior art]
When preparing a solution or slurry by mixing a powder and a liquid, the powder is transferred to a storage tank storing a liquid for mixing (suspending or dissolving) the powder, injected into the liquid, and mixed. . However, since it is difficult to continuously transfer the powder at a constant flow rate, a batch (batch) type operation is generally performed. First, a predetermined amount of powder is conveyed (transferred), and then the powder is transferred to a mixing tank. A solution or slurry must be prepared by mixing with a predetermined amount of liquid, the size of the device is larger than the amount of solution or slurry prepared for a batch device, and powder is used in a batch device. However, during stirring and mixing, there are various problems, such as the particles rising up from the liquid surface and easily scattering around.
[0004]
On the other hand, many proposals have been made to solve the above problems (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0005]
For example, a uniaxial eccentric pump for powder that transfers powder in a gas-solid mixed phase flow, and a liquid that suspends and / or dissolves powder as a driving fluid, and is transferred from the uniaxial eccentric pump for powder via a transfer pipe. Continuous and quantified by a powder suspension and dissolution apparatus comprising an ejector for sucking the gas-solid mixed phase flow thus obtained, a mixing means provided downstream of the ejector, and a separation means provided downstream of the mixing means There is a report that a powder can be suspended and dissolved in a liquid (see Patent Document 1). However, in the reported suspension / dissolution apparatus, the powder and the liquid must be agitated and dispersed during the mixing, and the mixing of the powder and the liquid must be performed in a batch (batch) type operation. Although the problems such as the fact that the size of the apparatus is larger than the amount of the solution or slurry prepared have been improved, the problem caused by the use of the ejector, that is, mixed phase without separating gas and powder, It is necessary to provide gas (air) separation means to mix the powder with the liquid as a stream and bring the powder and the liquid into contact during the mixing process (winding the powder and air together), which makes the device somewhat complicated. , The pressure in the ejector fluctuates easily, and it is difficult to control the flow rate. If the pressure balance in the ejector is broken, the pipes will be blocked immediately, Nozzle of the powder suction unit has a problem that it ie easy. When an ejector is used, for example, when mixing ordinary Portland cement powder with water, the flow rate of ordinary Portland cement powder at a water flow rate of 1000 kg / H is 200 kg / H at maximum (after mixing). (Slurry concentration: 17 wt% at maximum), and it is not possible to increase the flow rate of the powder with respect to the flow rate of the liquid, so that the concentration of the suspension or solution after mixing cannot be adjusted to a high concentration. Was.
[0006]
Under such circumstances, instead of a batch type device, the device does not become complicated, the pressure in the pipe is hard to fluctuate, the flow rates of liquid and powder are easily controlled, and the liquid and powder come into contact with each other (mixing). The suspension or solution after mixing can be adjusted to a high concentration even when the tube is difficult to block and a high concentration suspension or solution is desired. It is desired to develop a turbidity / dissolution apparatus.
[0007]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 3356957
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is not a batch type device, but the device is not complicated, the pressure in the pipe is hardly fluctuated, and the control of the flow rates of the liquid and the powder is less than the conventional technology. It is easy, the tube where liquid and powder come into contact (mixing) is difficult to clog, and even if you want to prepare a high concentration suspension or solution, the concentration of the suspension or solution after mixing is low. An object of the present invention is to provide a suspension / dissolution apparatus which can be prepared to have a high concentration.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to solve the above-described problems, and as a result of mixing powder and liquid in-line, a powder and liquid mixing apparatus for continuously producing a solution or slurry,
The liquid and the cylindrical mother pipe serving as a flow path for the solution or slurry, and a cylindrical branch pipe serving as a flow path for the powder connected to the outer periphery of the mother pipe so as to be orthogonal thereto. Solid-liquid contact tube,
On the upstream side of the branch pipe, a vertical uniaxial eccentric screw pump for powder transfer for quantitatively transferring the powder to the solid-liquid contact pipe is provided.
Downstream of the solid-liquid contact tube, a liquid transfer metering pump for reducing the pressure inside the solid-liquid contact tube and quantitatively transferring the liquid to the solid-liquid contact tube.
When powder and liquid are mixed using a powder and liquid mixing device characterized by having a device, the device does not become a batch type device, the device does not become complicated, and the pressure in the pipe is reduced. It is difficult to fluctuate, it is easy to control the flow rates of the liquid and the powder, and the solid-liquid contact pipe, which is the pipe where the liquid and the powder come into contact (mix), is hardly clogged. Even when it was desired to prepare a suspension or solution, they found that the suspension or solution after mixing can be prepared at a high concentration, and based on this finding, completed the present invention.
[0010]
That is, in the first aspect of the present invention, a powder and liquid mixing apparatus for mixing powder and liquid in-line and continuously producing a solution or slurry,
A cylindrical mother pipe serving as a flow path for the liquid and the solution or slurry, and a cylindrical branch serving as a flow path for the powder connected to the outer periphery of the mother pipe so as to be orthogonal or oblique thereto. A solid-liquid contact tube consisting of a tube and
On the upstream side of the branch pipe, a vertical uniaxial eccentric screw pump for powder transfer for quantitatively transferring the powder to the solid-liquid contact pipe is provided.
Downstream of the solid-liquid contact tube, a liquid transfer metering pump for reducing the pressure inside the solid-liquid contact tube and quantitatively transferring the liquid to the solid-liquid contact tube.
(Hereinafter, also referred to as a “powder / liquid mixing apparatus of the present invention”).
[0011]
In the powder and liquid mixing apparatus of the present invention, the powder and the liquid are uniformly mixed on the downstream side of the solid-liquid contact pipe and on the upstream and / or downstream side of the liquid transfer metering pump. By providing the mixing means, the powder and the liquid can be uniformly mixed.
[0012]
By providing a pipe, particularly a pipe serving as a flow path for the liquid, a cylindrical branch pipe serving as a flow path for the powder, and a washing unit for washing the pipe serving as a flow path for the solution or slurry, In particular, completely remove in-line powder and slurry adhering to a pipe serving as the liquid flow path, a cylindrical branch pipe serving as the powder flow path, and a pipe serving as the solution or slurry flow path. Can be.
[0013]
Further, a gasket for controlling the inflow of the liquid is provided at an upstream end of the mother pipe, and a gasket having an open area of 1/4 of the entire area of the gasket is provided at a lower end thereof. In this case, it is possible to prevent the powder from settling in the solid-liquid contact tube with a higher probability.
[0014]
In the case of producing a high-concentration solution or slurry, that is, when transferring a large amount of powder to the solid-liquid contact tube, instead of the solid-liquid contact tube, the liquid and the solution or slurry At both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical mother pipe serving as a flow path, a cylindrical pipe having a smaller diameter than the cylindrical pipe is inclined in the longitudinal direction to connect the mother pipe and the cylindrical pipe having the smaller diameter. Connected via a tube having an outer periphery
A cylindrical branch pipe serving as a flow path of the powder is connected to the outer periphery of the mother pipe so as to be orthogonal or oblique to the mother pipe,
Furthermore, a solid-liquid contact pipe in which a flange having a hole with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the branch pipe at the center is disposed at one end of the branch pipe that is not connected to the mother pipe. By using this, it is possible to prevent the liquid from adhering to the cylindrical branch pipe serving as the flow path of the powder with a higher probability.
[0015]
In a second aspect of the present invention, a method for producing a solution or slurry in which powder and a liquid are mixed in-line and a solution or slurry is produced continuously, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: (Hereinafter, also referred to as “the method for producing the solution or slurry of the present invention”) can be provided:
a. A cylindrical mother pipe serving as a flow path for the liquid and the solution or slurry, and a cylindrical branch serving as a flow path for the powder connected to the outer periphery of the mother pipe so as to be orthogonal or oblique thereto. A vertical uniaxial eccentric screw pump for powder transfer provided on the upstream side of the branch pipe of the solid-liquid contact pipe consisting of a pipe is used to quantitatively measure the powder from the powder storage tank to the solid-liquid contact pipe. Transferring, and
b. The inside of the solid-liquid contact tube is set to a negative pressure by a liquid transfer metering pump provided on the downstream side of the solid-liquid contact tube, and the liquid is measured from the liquid storage tank to the solid-liquid contact tube. The process of transferring.
[0016]
Further, in the method for producing a solution or slurry of the present invention, the powder and the liquid can be uniformly mixed by adding the following steps:
c. A step of quantitatively transferring the mixture of the powder and the liquid from the solid-liquid contact tube to mixing means for uniformly mixing the powder and the liquid, and
d. Mixing the mixture by the mixing means.
[0017]
Further, by adding a step of washing the pipe, particularly the pipe serving as the liquid flow path, the cylindrical branch pipe serving as the powder flow path, and the pipe serving as the solution or slurry flow path, In particular, completely remove in-line powder and slurry adhering to a pipe serving as the liquid flow path, a cylindrical branch pipe serving as the powder flow path, and a pipe serving as the solution or slurry flow path. Can be.
[0018]
At the upstream end of the mother pipe, a gasket for controlling the inflow of the liquid, the gasket having an open area of 1/4 of the entire area of the gasket at the lower end is provided. In this case, it is possible to prevent the powder from settling in the solid-liquid contact tube with a higher probability.
[0019]
When producing a high-concentration solution or slurry, that is, when transferring a large amount of powder to the solid-liquid contact tube, instead of the solid-liquid contact tube, the flow path of the liquid and the solution or slurry At both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical mother pipe to be formed, a cylindrical pipe having a smaller diameter than the outer circumference inclined in the longitudinal direction to connect the mother pipe and the cylindrical pipe having the smaller diameter. Connected via a tube having
[0020]
According to the present invention, for example, when mixing normal Portland cement powder and water, the flow rate of the normal Portland cement powder when the water flow rate is 1000 kg / H is 1000 kg / H at maximum (after mixing). Slurry concentration: maximum 50 wt%), especially when using an ejector (for example, when mixing ordinary Portland cement powder with water, the ordinary Portland cement with a water flow rate of 1000 kg / H) The flow rate of the powder can be adjusted so that the concentration of the suspension or solution after mixing becomes higher than 200 kg / H (concentration of slurry after mixing: maximum of 17 wt%).
[0021]

As a powder and liquid mixing apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention, for example, referring to FIG. 1, a vertical uniaxial eccentric screw for powder transfer is provided upstream of a branch pipe of the solid-liquid contact pipe. A pump is provided. Here, the vertical uniaxial eccentric screw pump for transferring powder used in the present invention is a male screw rotor inserted into a female screw stator via a connecting rod of a drive shaft of a drive device provided at an upper end of a pump casing. In a uniaxial eccentric screw pump, a propeller shaft is protruded from the lower end of the rotor so that the shaft protrudes downward from a powder suction port at the lower end of the stator, and a powder suction blade is attached to the shaft. In this case, the powder is transferred by opening the powder outlet in the pump casing in close proximity to the discharge port at the upper end of the stator (see Japanese Patent No. 2660720). When such a vertical single-shaft eccentric screw pump for transferring powder is used, the powder can be transferred quantitatively, and the introduction of air during the transfer of powder is not required. Since there is little or no need for this, there is no need to provide gas (air) separation means. Note that such a vertical uniaxial eccentric screw pump for transferring powder is commercially available under the trade name “Heissin Mono pump for powder”.
[0028]
In the vertical single-axis eccentric screw pump for transferring powder, a set flow rate at the time of transferring powder is appropriately selected according to a selected powder and a transfer amount thereof.
[0029]
In the present invention, the liquid transfer metering pump for quantitatively transferring the liquid to the solid-liquid contact tube may be provided downstream of the solid-liquid contact tube. As an apparatus for mixing a powder and a liquid according to one embodiment of the present invention, for example, referring to FIG. 1, the metering pump for transferring the liquid is provided downstream of the solid-liquid contact pipe. By providing the liquid transfer metering pump at this position, the inside of the solid-liquid contact tube can be made to have a negative pressure. Adhesion to the branch pipe can be prevented. Here, the metering pump for transferring liquid used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and a known or future-developed metering pump can be appropriately selected and used. For example, a male screw-type rotor is connected to a drive shaft of a drive device, and is rotated about an eccentric center via a connecting rod. Due to the pumping action, a uniaxial eccentric screw pump for transferring liquid, which sucks an object to be transferred (liquid) into the stator and discharges the liquid through the stator, can be used. When such a single-axis eccentric screw pump for transferring liquid is selected, liquid can be transferred easily and quantitatively. Specifically, as such a single-shaft eccentric screw pump for transferring liquid, a product name “Heishin Mono Pump” is commercially available.
[0030]
Also, in the liquid transfer metering pump, the set flow rate at the time of liquid transfer is appropriately selected according to the selected liquid and its transfer amount, and the mixed solution or slurry and its transfer amount.
[0031]
There are no particular restrictions on the valves (first, second and third valves) used in the present invention. For example, valves such as a needle valve, a ball valve, a pinch valve, a knife gate valve, and a V port valve are used. As the first valve, it is preferable to use a valve such as a needle valve that can be manually opened and closed to adjust the degree of negative pressure inside the solid-liquid contact tube.
[0032]
In the present invention, the degree of negative pressure inside the solid-liquid contact tube can be adjusted by the first valve, that is, the pressure inside the solid-liquid contact tube can be adjusted. By setting the inside of the solid-liquid contact tube to a negative pressure as described above, it is possible to prevent the liquid from adhering to the pipe, particularly to the cylindrical branch pipe serving as the flow path of the powder. The value of the pressure at this time is appropriately selected according to the flow rate of the liquid, the flow rate of the powder, the flow rate of the solution or slurry, and the like. For example, when producing ordinary Portland cement slurry, -500 to -100 mmH 2 It is adjusted to be about O.
[0033]
As an apparatus for mixing powder and liquid according to one embodiment of the present invention, for example, referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, downstream of the solid-

[0035]
The shape and size of the flange are appropriately selected according to the solid-liquid contact pipe to be provided. The diameter of the hole having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the branch pipe provided on the flange is not particularly limited, but preferably φ20 to φ40, more preferably φ25 to φ35.
[0036]
As a mixing device for powder and liquid according to one embodiment of the present invention, although not shown, a pipe used in the present invention, particularly a pipe serving as a flow path for the liquid, a cylindrical shape serving as a flow path for the powder, The washing means for washing the branch pipe and the pipe which becomes the flow path of the solution or slurry can be provided at an appropriate position. As an apparatus for mixing a powder and a liquid according to an embodiment of the present invention, for example, referring to FIG. 8, a pipe serving as a flow path for the liquid and a solid-
[0037]
The valves (fourth, fifth and sixth valves) used in the cleaning means are not particularly limited. For example, a valve such as a ball valve and a butterfly valve is used.
[0038]
Although not shown, the powder and liquid mixing apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention may be configured such that if a clogging occurs in a pipe, particularly a cylindrical branch pipe serving as a flow path of the powder, A device in which the second valve on the side of the vertical single-shaft eccentric screw pump for transferring the body is closed, the vertical single-shaft eccentric screw pump for transferring the powder is stopped, and thereafter, the metering pump for transferring the liquid is stopped. And such a device is preferable. Even in such a case, it is possible to remove the blockage in the pipe, particularly in the cylindrical branch pipe serving as the flow path of the powder, by the cleaning means.
[0039]
As an apparatus for mixing powder and liquid according to an embodiment of the present invention, for example, referring to FIG. 9, a solid-
[0040]
There is no particular limitation on the material of the piping used in the present invention. For example, SUS304 can be used from the viewpoint of corrosion resistance.
[0041]
In the present invention, measuring instruments (meters) such as a flow meter and a pressure gauge can be provided as necessary, and a known or future-developing measuring instrument should be selected and used. Can be.
