【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、例えば人形やこけしを始めとする種々の工芸品、手芸品、様々な物品のミニチュア、装飾小物等を収容する前面開放型の展示ケースに関する。

【従来技術とその課題】
従来より、比較的小さいサイズの工芸品や手芸品等を展示するために、これらを収容して飾り棚や家具類の上に置いたり、壁面に取り付けるようにした前面開放型の展示ケースが汎用されている。そして、このような展示ケースとしては、外形的に三角形、四角形、五角形以上の多角形、円形、楕円形、台形等の様々な形がある上、内側が上下や左右あるいは格子状に区切られたもの、また複数個のケースを連結可能にしたもの等、多種多様な形態のものが知られている。

しかしながら、従来の展示ケースは、上述のように多種多様な形態が存在するが、ケース自体の外観体裁、装飾性、興趣性、ケース同士の組合せ変化といった面では、まだ多分に改良の余地を残している。

この発明は、前面開放型の展示ケースとして、展示側の体裁がよく、それ自体の装飾性や興趣性にも優れる上、複数個のケースを連結して極めて多様な組合せパターンに設定できるものを提供することを目的としている。
【０００５】
【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、請求項１の発明に係る展示ケースは、正面視が各内角を１２０度とする六角形で前面に開放した外箱と、同様の六角形で前面に開放して該外箱に着脱自在に内嵌される内箱とを備え、前記外箱に隣接体との連結部が設けられてなるものとしている。

このような展示ケースは、外形が六角形であることから、これをケースユニットとして複数個を相互の側面が重なる形で極めて多様な組合せ形態に連結できると共に、どのように組み合わせても全ての側面部が６０度斜面と水平面になるため、その組合せ形態の各々が装飾性及び興趣性に富むものとなり、しかも外箱と内箱との二重式であって外箱に隣接体との連結部を有するから、開放した前面からは連結部ならびに連結に用いたビス等が見えず、展示側の体裁は良好となる。なお、連結は、ケース同士に限らず、対応する連結部を有する他の物品に対しても行える。

しかして、請求項２の発明では、前記外箱及び内箱が正六角形又は横長六角形である構成とするから、ケース同士の組合せ形態がすっきりした幾何学的なものになる。また、請求項３の発明では、前記外箱及び内箱が正六角形であるケースユニットと、前記外箱及び内箱が横長六角形であるケースユニットとを連結する構成であるため、より変化に富んで装飾性及び興趣性の高い多様な組合せ形態に設定できる。

請求項４の発明では、前記内箱の水平方向に対向する内角部に両端を係止させる着脱自在な棚板を有してなるものとしている。すなわち、ケースが六角形であることにより、その内側の水平方向幅が水平方向に対向する内角部の位置で最も広くなるから、棚板のための格別な支承部分を必要とせず、該棚板は内箱内に差し込むだけで展示物の載置面として水平状態で安定に保持できる。また、棚板が着脱自在な独立部材であるため、展示ケースは、内箱の内部が棚板にて上下に仕切られた状態と、内部全体が仕切られていない状態との二通りの使用形態を選択できる。

請求項５の発明では、上記棚板の中間部に、棚面に対して垂直で先端が内箱内面に当接する突片を一体形成してなる構成としている。この場合、内箱に挿嵌する棚板の向きによって、内箱の上部側と下部側の一方の空間が該突片で左右に仕切られると共に、該突片が下向きの場合には支脚として棚板を中間部で支えることになる。従って、このような棚板は，特に前記外箱及び内箱が横長六角形であるものに好適である。

請求項６の発明では、前記外箱と内箱とが異なる色に着色されてなるものとしているから、ケースがツートンカラーになって優れた装飾性を発揮する。また、外箱と内箱とは別部材であるから、両者の色の組合せを変えることができ、これによって興趣性をより高めることができる。

請求項７の発明では、前記外箱における隣接体との連結部が背面に設けられていることから、該連結部ならびに連結に用いた連結部材やビス等が側方からも見えず、もって展示ケースの外観体裁がより良好となる。また、請求項８の発明では、前記外箱における隣接体との連結部が六角形の各辺に対応して設けられているから、六角形のどの辺に対しても他の展示ケースを連結できると共に、一つのケースユニットに対して複数個（正六角形では最高６個）のケースユニットを連結できるから、ケース同士の組合せパターンが極めて多様化する。更に、請求項９の発明では、外箱の背面に壁面取付部が設けられているから、ケースを平面部への載置と壁への取り付けとに併用できることになる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明に係る展示ケースの実施形態について、図面を参照して具体的に説明する。

図１（イ）に示す第一実施形態の展示ケースは、正面視が正六角形で前面に開放した外箱（１Ａ）と、同じく正六角形で前面に開放して該外箱（１Ａ）に略密接状態に内嵌した内箱（２Ａ）と、この内箱（２Ａ）内でその水平方向に対向する内角部（２ａ）（２ａ）に両端を係止して水平状態に保持された矩形平板状の棚板（３Ａ）との、いずれも合成樹脂成形物からなる３つの独立部材によってケースユニット（Ａ）を構成している。そして、これら外箱（１Ａ）及び内箱（２Ａ）と棚板（３Ａ）とは、相互に着脱自在であり、図１（ロ）に示すように個々に分離できる。

外箱（１Ａ）は、正六角形の周枠を構成する周壁部（１１）と後壁部（１２）とからなり、図２及び図３（イ）（ロ）に示すように、周壁部（１１）の後端縁が後方へ突出して後壁部（１２）を取り囲む突縁（１１ａ）をなしている。その後壁部（１２）には、図２に示すように、六角形の各辺の中央位置に臨む６ヶ所の連結用ビス孔（４）と、径方向両側２ヵ所の壁付け用ビス孔（５）と、１ヶ所のピン部品孔（１５）とが設けられている。そして、これらの孔周囲が、内面側で凹陥してビス頭用凹部（４ａ）（５ａ）およびピン部品受け凹部（１５ａ）を形成すると共に、外面側では突縁（１１ａ）と同じ高さの凸部（４ｂ）（５ｂ）（１５ｂ）を形成している。

内箱（２Ａ）は外箱（１Ａ）と同様に正六角形の周枠を構成する周壁部（２１）と後壁部（２２）とからなるが、その後壁部（２２）は孔のない単なる平板になっている。

また、外箱（１Ａ）と内箱（２Ａ）及び棚板（３Ａ）とは互いに異なる色に着色されており、これによってケースユニット（Ａ）は内外を異色とするツートンカラーになっている。なお、着色は、樹脂成形物表面に着色塗料を塗布するか、成形原料の樹脂材料中に着色剤を配合することによって行われる。

このようなケースユニット（Ａ）は、単独でも展示ケースとして使用できるが、例えば図４の如く３個のケースユニット（Ａ）を山形に連結した形態等、その複数個を様々に組み合わせて連結一体化することにより、多様な形態の展示ケースを提供できる。

しかして、複数のケースユニット（Ａ）を連結するには、図５及び図６に示すように、連結すべきケースユニット（Ａ）（Ａ）の外箱（１Ａ）（１Ａ）同士を、両者の側面が互いに重なる位置において、背面側に両外箱（１Ａ）（１Ａ）にわたって当接させた連結部材（６）を介してビス止めする。

この連結部材（６）は、図７に示すように、長手方向両側にビス挿通孔（６０）を備えたやや細長の合成樹脂成形物からなり、前面側の中央に幅方向に沿う溝部（６１）を有すると共に、各ビス挿通孔（６０）の前面側に凹陥部（６２）を備える一方、各ビス挿通孔（６０）の後面側にはナット（７）を回転不能に保持するナット保持部（６３）を有している。（６４）は両側のナット保持部（６３）（６３）間を結ぶ補強リブである。

この連結部材（６）によるケースユニット（Ａ）（Ａ）同士の連結操作は、図５及び図６に示すように、外箱（１Ａ）（１Ａ）同士の突縁（１１ａ）（１１ａ）の重なり部分に溝部（６１）を跨嵌させると共に、各外箱（１Ａ）における連結用ビス孔（４）の外面側の凸部（４ｂ）に凹陥部（６２）を嵌合し、各外箱（１Ａ）の内面側から連結用ビス孔（４）に挿通させた連結用ビス（８）を、ナット保持部（６３）に嵌装したナット（７）に螺合して締め付ければよい。

一方、ケースユニット（Ａ）を壁面等に取り付ける場合は、図８に示すように、その外箱（１）の２ヵ所の壁付け用ビス孔（５）に内面側から取付用ビス（９）を挿通し、このビス（９）を壁体（Ｗ）等に螺着すればよい。

あるいは、ビス止めできない石膏ボード等からなる壁面等であれば、図９（イ）および（ロ）に示すような壁付け用ピン部品１６を用いることで、ケースユニット（Ａ）を壁面等に取り付けることができる。

この壁付け用ピン部品（１６）は、図９（イ）および（ロ）に示すように、全体形状が略三角形で、各頂点近傍に合計３つのピン孔（１７）を備えた合成樹脂成形物からなる。各ピン孔（１７）は、いずれも斜め下方向約３０度の角度をもって貫通しており、ピン孔（１７）の前面側には凹陥部（１７ａ）が形成されている。壁付け用ピン部品（１６）の背面側の周縁は前面側に凹んだ凹部（１６ａ）となっており、ケースユニット（Ａ）のピン部品受け凹部（１５ａ）の内側に嵌り込んで背面側に外れないようになっている。

この壁付け用ピン部品（１６）によるケースユニット（Ａ）の壁面等への取付操作は、図１０に示すように、壁付け用ピン部品（１６）を外箱（１）のピン部品孔（１５）のピン部品受け凹部（１５ａ）に内側から嵌め込み、この壁付け用ピン部品１６の各ピン孔（１７）にそれぞれ止めピン（１８）を壁面（Ｗ）等に対して斜めに挿し込むようにすればよい。なお、この実施形態では３本の止めピン（１８）を同一方向に挿し込むようにしているが、互いに異なる斜め方向に挿し込むようにしてもよい。

このようなケースユニット（Ａ）の連結や壁面等への取り付けにより、外箱（１Ａ）の内面にはビス頭用凹部（４ａ）（５ａ）に納まったビス（８）（９）の頭部、あるいはピン部品孔（１５）に収まった壁付け用ピン部品（１６）および止めピン（１８）が露呈するが、内箱（２）の挿嵌により、これらビス頭部等は未使用の連結用ビス孔（４）及び壁付け用ビス孔（５）の部分を含めて隠される。また、連結部材（６）も背面側にあるために前方からは見えず、展示ケースとしての展示側の外観体裁を低下させる懸念がない。

図１１は上記正六角形のケースユニット（Ａ）の複数個を組み合わせた様々な形態の展示ケースを例示したものであり、（イ）〜（ハ）は３個、（ニ）は４個、（ホ）及び（ヘ）は５個、（ト）及び（チ）は７個、（リ）は８個の各々組合せ形態例である。なお、この図１１では、組合せ形態のみを示すため、重なった状態の外箱と内箱とを簡略化して単なる正六角形で表すと共に、棚板（３Ａ）を点線で示している。

図１１で例示するように、このケースユニット（Ａ）は、外形が正六角形であることから、その複数個を相互の側面が重なる形で極めて多様な組合せ形態に連結でき、展示物の種類や展示場所の状況に応じて高い興趣性が得られる形態を選択することが可能であると共に、いずれの組合せ形態でも全ユニットの側面部が６０度の傾斜面と水平面とで構成され、すっきりした幾何学的な印象を与えるため、その組合せ形態の各々が高い装飾性を示すものとなる。

そして、組合せ形態は例示した以外にも無数に存在するが、前記の図４で示す形態や、図１１の（ホ）（ヘ）（チ）（リ）で示す形態のように、左右両側に配置するケースユニット（Ａ）（Ａ）の底面が同じレベルになる組合せ形態では、自立性があるため、壁面取付け型の展示ケースのみならず、装飾棚、テーブル、家具等の平面部に置く載置型の展示ケースとしても利用できる。一方、自立性の制約がない壁面取付け型の展示ケースとする場合は、左右の支持バランスを考慮する必要がなく、全く自由に組合せ形態を選択できる利点がある。

なお、連結は、ケースユニット（Ａ）同士に限らず、対応する連結部を有する他の物品に対しても行える。また、組合せ形態での壁面等への取り付けにおいては、全部のケースユニット（Ａ）をビス止めする必要はなく、負荷重量に対する支持強度と取付状態での安定性を確保できれば、一部のケースユニット（Ａ）のみでビス止めすればよい。

しかして、この展示ケースは、前記のように外箱（１Ａ）と内箱（２Ａ）とが異なる色に着色されたツートンカラーになり、色彩的にも優れた装飾性を発揮する上、外箱（１Ａ）と内箱（２Ａ）とは別部材であるから、例えば内箱（２Ａ）として色の異なるものを交換使用して両者の色の組合せを変えることができ、これによって興趣性をより高め得る。また、組合せ形態においても、一部のケースユニット（Ａ）の外箱（１Ａ）あるいは内箱（２Ａ）を他とは異なる配色として意匠性を高めたり、更には使用中の異なる色の内箱（２Ａ）の位置を入れ替えて新たな意匠効果をもたらすことも可能である。

一方、このような展示ケースでは、棚板（３Ａ）が内箱（２Ａ）に対して着脱自在な独立部材であるから、これを取り外して内箱（２Ａ）全体の高さ範囲で比較的に背の高い展示物を収容することが可能になると共に、組合せ形態における一部のケースユニット（Ａ）の棚板（３Ａ）を取り外して意匠効果を更に高めることもできる。しかして、内箱（２Ａ）が正六角形であることにより、その内側の水平方向幅が水平方向に対向する内角部（２ａ）（２ａ）の位置で最も広くなっているから、該棚板（３Ａ）は内箱（２Ａ）内に差し込むだけで展示物の載置面として水平状態で安定に保持できる。従って、内箱（２Ａ）は、棚板（３Ａ）用の格別な支承部分を設ける必要がなく、それだけシンプルな形になって体裁がよい上、製作も容易になる。

図１２（イ）（ロ）に示す第二実施形態の展示ケースは、いずれも合成樹脂成形物からなる外箱（１Ｂ）及び内箱（２Ｂ）と棚板（３Ｂ）との相互に着脱自在な３つの独立部材により、前記第一実施形態と同様にケースユニット（Ｂ）を構成しており、外箱（１Ｂ）と内箱（２Ｂ）及び棚板（３Ｂ）とが異なる色に着色され、内外が異色で意匠性の高いツートンカラーになっている。しかるに、このケースユニット（Ｂ）の外箱（１Ｂ）及び内箱（２Ｂ）は、正面視が各内角を１２０度とする六角形で前面に開放しているが、この六角形が同長で長い上下の２辺（１０ａ）と同長で短い他の４辺（１０ｂ）とからなる横長六角形になっている。また、棚板（３Ｂ）は、内箱（２Ｂ）内でその水平方向に対向する内角部（２ａ）（２ａ）に両端を係止して水平状態に保持される帯板状の棚部（３１）と、この棚部（３１）の中央位置から垂直に突出し、先端が内箱（２Ｂ）の内面に達する短い矩形の突片（３２）とからなるＴ字形をなしている。

外箱（１Ｂ）は、横長六角形の周枠を構成する周壁部（１３）と後壁部（１４）とからなり、図１３に示すように、周壁部（１３）の後端縁が後方へ突出して後壁部（１４）を取り囲む突縁（１３ａ）をなしている。そして、後壁部（１４）には、横長六角形の長い上下の２辺（１０ａ）の各々左右及び中央に臨む位置と、他の短い４辺（１０ｂ）の各々中央に臨む位置との計１０ヵ所に連結用ビス孔（４）が設けられると共に、左右方向中央位置の上下２ヵ所に壁付け用ビス孔（５）が設けられ、さらに、左右両側の上部にそれぞれピン部品孔（１５）が設けられており、これらビス孔（４）（５）およびピン部品孔（１５）の部分は前記第一実施形態と全く同様の凹凸構造になっている。また，内箱（２Ｂ）は、外箱（１Ｂ）と同様に横長六角形の周枠を構成する周壁部（２３）と、孔のない単なる平板状の後壁部（２３）とからなる。

このような横長六角形のケースユニット（Ｂ）は、単独で展示ケースとして使用できると共に、その複数個を前記第一実施形態同様に連結した種々の組合せ形態でも使用できるが、例えば図１４の如く、前記第一実施形態の正六角形のケースユニット（Ｂ）と組み合わせて連結一体化すれば、より装飾性及び興趣性に富む極めて多様な形態の展示ケースを提供できる。

すなわち、正六角形のケースユニット（Ａ）と横長六角形のケースユニット（Ｂ）との組合せでは、両者の高さが同じであれば、互いの六角形の斜辺部の長さと傾斜角度が等しくなるから、その外箱（１Ａ）（１Ｂ）同士を斜辺部の側面相互が完全に合致する状態に重なった形で連結できる。例えば、図１４に示す組合せ形態では、２個のケースユニット（Ａ）における各外箱（１Ａ）の上向き斜辺部をなす側面と、１個のケースユニット（Ｂ）の両側の下向き斜辺部をなす側面とを重ね合わせた状態で、両側の外箱（１Ａ）（１Ｂ）同士を連結することにより、横長六角形のケースユニット（Ｂ）の両側下位に正六角形のケースユニット（Ａ）が配置した形態としている。

連結操作は、ケースユニット（Ｂ）同士の連結とケースユニット（Ａ）（Ｂ）の連結のいずれにおいても、既述した第一実施形態におけるケースユニット（Ａ）同士を連結する場合と全く同様に、連結部材（６）を介してビス止めすればよい。また、横長六角形のケースユニット（Ｂ）を壁面等に取り付ける場合についても、既述した第一実施形態のケースユニット（Ａ）の場合と全く同様に、外箱（１Ｂ）の壁付け用ビス孔（５）を利用してビス止めすればよい。しかして、このケースユニット（Ｂ）においても、外箱（１Ｂ）と内箱（２Ｂ）との二重式であり、外箱（１Ｂ）の背面側で隣接体との連結並びに壁面等への取り付けを行うから、外箱内面に露呈するビスの頭部やビス孔の部分が嵌合した内箱（２Ｂ）によって隠され、もって展示側の外観体裁は良好となる。

図１５は正六角形のケースユニット（Ａ）と横長六角形のケースユニット（Ｂ）とを組み合わせた様々な形態の展示ケースを例示したものであり、（イ）はユニット（Ａ）２個とユニット（Ｂ）２個、（ロ）はユニット（Ａ）６個とユニット（Ｂ）２個、（ハ）はユニット（Ａ）４個とユニット（Ｂ）２個、（ニ）はユニット（Ａ）２個とユニット（Ｂ）１個、（ホ）はユニット（Ａ）２個とユニット（Ｂ）２個、（ヘ）はユニット（Ａ）４個とユニット（Ｂ）３個、の各々組合せ形態例である。なお、この図１５でも、組合せ形態のみを示すため、重なった状態の外箱と内箱とを簡略化して単なる正六角形及び横長六角形で表すと共に、棚板（３Ａ）（３Ｂ）を点線で示している。

図１５で例示するように、ケースユニット（Ａ）（Ｂ）は、外形が共に各内角を１２０度とする六角形であることから、その両者を合わせた複数個を相互の側面が重なる形で極めて多様な組合せ形態に連結でき、しかも正六角形と横長六角形との組合せになるため、同じ組合せ数のユニットを用いても連結仕様によってパターン的に大きく異なる数多くの組合せ形態を設定でき、ケースユニット（Ａ）又は（Ｂ）の一方のみの組合せよりも更に展示物の種類や展示場所の状況に適した高い興趣性が得られる組合せ形態を選択できる。しかして、このケースユニット（Ａ）（Ｂ）を用いる組合せ形態でも、全ユニットの側面部が６０度の傾斜面と水平面とで構成され、全体的にすっきりした幾何学的な印象を与えて高い装飾性を示すものとなる。

しかして、組合せ形態は例示した以外にも無数に存在するが、前記の図１４で示す形態や図１５の（イ）〜（ハ）で示す形態のように自立性のある組合せ形態のものは、壁面取付け型と載置型の両タイプの展示ケースに利用できる一方、壁面取付け型の展示ケースとする場合は、左右の支持バランスを考慮する必要がなく、全く自由に組合せ形態を選択できる。しかして、ケースユニット（Ａ）（Ｂ）共に内外の色が異なるツートンカラーであるから、色彩的に優れた装飾性を発揮する上、一部のケースユニット（Ａ）又は（Ｂ）のツートンカラーの配色を他とは異ならせたり、更にはケースユニット（Ａ）（Ｂ）の一方又は両方を複数個用いる組合せ形態において、使用中の異なる色の内箱（２Ａ）又は（２Ｂ）の位置を入れ替えて新たな意匠効果をもたらすことも可能である。

ケースユニット（Ｂ）における棚板（３Ｂ）については、棚部（３１）の中央部より突出する突片（３２）を有することから、内箱（２Ｂ）に挿嵌する際の突片（３２）の上下の向きによって、内箱（２Ｂ）の上部側と下部側の一方の空間が該突片（３２）で左右に仕切られるから、この向きの使い分けによって展示状態を変えることができる。また、該突片（３２）が下向きの場合には、支脚として棚部（３１）を中間部で支えることになるため、長い棚部（３１）が上に乗せた展示物の重量で撓むのを防止できる。しかして、このような棚板（３Ｂ）は内箱（２Ｂ）に対して着脱自在な独立部材であるから、ケースユニット（Ａ）の棚板（３Ａ）と同様に、必要に応じて取り外して内箱（２Ｂ）の内側全体を一体の展示空間として利用できると共に、組合せ形態での意匠的効果を得るために一部のケースユニット（Ｂ）の棚板（３Ｂ）を取り外すことが可能である。

なお、上記の第一及び第二の実施形態では展示ケースが正六角形と横長六角形のものを示したが、この発明における展示ケースは正面視が各内角を１２０度とする六角形であればよい。従って、棚板を含む構成においては、当該棚板を境とする上部側と下部側との高さが異なる六角形のものも使用可能である。更に、棚板を含まない構成では、６辺の長さが全て異なる六角形、つまり非線対称形で水平方向に対向する内角部がない六角形のものも使用できる。

また、棚板としては、棚面に対して垂直な２つ以上の突片が上下一方又は両方に突設されたものでもよい。更に、外箱に設ける隣接体との連結部は、例示したような連結部材を介したビス止め方式に限らず、ボルト・ナットや連結ピンによる直接連結方式、スライド係合による直接係合方式、係止部材を用いた係合方式等、種々の連結方式を採用できる。そして、外箱に設ける壁面取付部についても、例示したビス止め方式およびピン止め方式に限らず、フックによる吊掛け方式等の他の種々の取付方式を採用できる。

【発明の効果】
請求項１の発明によれば、展示ケースとして、共に正面視六角形で前面に開放した外箱及び内箱の二重式であり、展示側の体裁が良好であり、これをケースユニットとして複数個を相互の側面が重なる形で極めて多様な組合せ形態に連結でき、その組合せ形態の各々が装飾性及び興趣性に富むものとなり、しかも外箱に隣接体との連結部を有することから、前面からは該連結部ならびに連結に用いたビス等が見えず、展示側の外観体裁に優れるものが提供される。

請求項２の発明によれば、上記展示ケースとして、外箱及び内箱が正六角形又は横長六角形であることから、ケース同士の組合せ形態がすっきりした幾何学的なものになって意匠的価値の高いものが提供される。

請求項３の発明によれば、上記展示ケースにおいて、外箱及び内箱が正六角形であるケースユニットと、前記外箱及び内箱が横長六角形であるケースユニットとを連結することから、より変化に富んだ多様な組合せ形態を設定でき、その中から展示物の種類や展示場所の状況に適した高い興趣性が得られる組合せ形態を選択できる。
