<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for providing image editing processing services which eliminate unnecessary correction to enable images to be efficiently printed. <P>SOLUTION: After a design image by a designer is completed. a customer inputs character information by himself or herself and proofreads it. Concretely, the customer selects a desired title and a desired comment in a title column 130b and a comment column 130c while conforming the design image displayed in a display column 130a of a character information input picture 130. The customer inputs a desired comment to an original comment input column 130d. The customer inputs his or her personal information (address, name, where to make contact, etc.) to a personal information input column 130e. The customer selects fonts, sizes, and colors about the title, comments, and personal information in a font input column 130f, a size input column 130g, and a color input column 130h. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、顧客の提供する画像に対してデザイン的な編集加工を施し、その画像を用いてポストカードやカレンダー等の付加価値商品を作成する画像プリントサービスを、ネットワークを介して提供する画像編集加工サービス提供システム、及び画像編集加工サービス提供方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、取次店において、顧客が複数のテンプレートが記載される注文表において、所望するテンプレートを選択して、このテンプレートに合成するための郵便番号、住所、氏名、連絡先等の文字情報を記入すると共に、これらに合成するための画像として、プリントやネガフィルム、リバーサルフィルムなどのハードコピー、或いは、デジタル画像データを保持するメディアを添付することで、出力センター、ミニラボ（小規模現像所）、或いは、大ラボ（大規模現像所）においては、その注文表に基づいて画像プリントを行い、取次店において、顧客がその結果物であるポストカードやカレンダーを受け取るといった画像プリントサービスが提供されている。

ところで、近年においては、インターネットなどの通信技術の向上、及び、デジタルカメラやデジタルプリンタなどの画像処理技術の向上に伴い、デジタル画像は、一般家庭においてもホームページの作成やデジタルプリントなどの様々な用途に利用されることとなっている。

そこで、このような背景を鑑みて、顧客が自宅に所有するコンピュータ、或いは、出力センターや大ラボ等に設置されたコンピュータを用いて、自身がデジタルカメラ等により取得したデジタル画像データを画像サーバにアップロードして、そのデジタル画像データに合成するテンプレートを選択することで、出力センター、ミニラボ、或いは、大ラボにおいては、顧客から提供されたデジタル画像と顧客が選択したテンプレートとを合成して、ポストカードやカレンダーを作成する画像プリントサービスを提供するネットワークシステムが構築されている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

このようなネットワークシステムによれば、顧客は、自宅に居ながらにしてポストカードやカレンダーを作成する画像プリントサービスの注文を行うことができ、また、自身が提供したデジタル画像データに対して、デジタル画像データに特化した色彩の調整、ボカシ、グラデーション等といった編集加工サービスを受けることができるので、非常に有効なサービスとなっている。従って、このようなサービスの需要は、今後、益々拡大していくことが予測されている。

ところで、ポストカードやカレンダーを代表とする付加価値プリントにおいては、既成のテンプレートと自身の提供するデジタル画像とを合成するのみでは、他者との差別化ができず、面白みに欠けるといった問題がある。即ち、顧客においては、オリジナリティーのあるポストカードやカレンダーを作成したいという要望がある。

しかしながら、テンプレートとデジタル画像とを合成することのみならず、様々な画像編集加工を駆使して、オリジナリティーのあるポストカードやカレンダーを作成するといったことは、その道に長けているデザイナーでなければ行い難い現状がある。

そこで、最近では、このような画像編集加工をデザイナーに一任して、作成されたデザインを用いてポストカードやカレンダー等の付加価値商品を作成する画像プリントサービスを提供するネットワークシステムが提案されている。

このようなネットワークシステムによれば、顧客は、自身では到底行うことができない画像編集加工を駆使したデザインを用いて、オリジナリティーのあるポストカードやカレンダーを作成することができる。

ところで、ポストカードなどの画像プリントを行う場合には、通常、デザインに加えて、顧客の住所、氏名、コメント等の文字情報を合成する必要があるが、このようなネットワークシステムにおいては、その編集加工作業は、デザイナーが行うことになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そのため、例えば顧客の記入した文字情報に間違いがあったり、顧客が作成された画像を確認した後に、文字情報のフォントや色を変更したり、新たなコメントを追加したいといった場合には、顧客は、デザイナーとメールなどにより、やり取りを行い、デザイナーは、再度、デザインの修正を行う必要がある。従って、プリント画像の完成までに多大な時間がかかってしまうという問題が生じる。

従って、顧客にとっては、プリント画像が完成する前に、自分で文字入力を行い、その確認を行いたいという要望がある。このようなことを実現すれば、デザイナーは、文字校正に気を使う必要がなくなり、また、不要な修正を行うこともなくなるので、デザイン画像を効率良く作成することができる。また、顧客は、画像プリントされたポストカードやカレンダーを迅速に受け取ることができる。

本発明は、上記事情を鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、ポストカードやカレンダーなどの画像プリントサービスを提供する際に、デザイナーによるデザインが完成した後、顧客が自分で、そのデザインに対して文字情報を入力し、その確認を行うことで、不要な修正をなくし、効率良く画像プリントを行うことができる画像編集加工サービス提供システム、及び画像編集加工サービス提供方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、請求項１記載の発明は、顧客により選択されたテンプレートに対して、前記顧客により提供された画像を配置し、それらに対してデザイン的な編集加工を施すことでデザイン画像を作成した後、前記デザイン画像に対して、前記顧客により入力された所定の文字情報を合成することでプリント画像を作成し、前記プリント画像を用いてポストカードやカレンダー等の付加価値商品を作成する画像プリントサービスを所定のサイトを介して提供するための画像編集加工サービス提供システムであって、ネットワークと、前記ネットワークに接続され、前記所定のサイトに対するアクセスに応じて、対応する画面を表示させる受発注サーバと、前記ネットワークに接続され、前記所定のサイトにアクセスすることで表示される画面において、前記テンプレートを選択し、前記テンプレートに合成する画像を配信することでデザイン注文を行うと共に、前記所定のサイトにアクセスすることで表示される画面において、前記デザイン画像に対して、前記所定の文字情報を入力するための顧客端末と、前記ネットワークに接続され、前記所定のサイトにアクセスすることで表示される画面において、前記顧客端末からのデザイン注文の受付を行い、前記デザイン注文に基づくデザイン作成業務を発注すると共に、前記所定のサイトにアクセスすることで表示される画面において、前記デザイン画像に対して、前記顧客端末において入力された所定の文字情報を合成することで前記プリント画像を作成するための受発注管理者端末と、前記ネットワークに接続され、前記所定のサイトにアクセスすることで表示される画面において、前記受発注管理者端末からのデザイン作成業務の受注を行うと共に、前記顧客端末において選択されたテンプレートに対して、前記顧客端末から配信された画像を配置し、それらに対してデザイン的な編集加工を施すことで前記デザイン画像を作成するための作業者端末と、を含むことを特徴とする。

上記課題を解決するために、請求項６記載の発明は、顧客により選択されたテンプレートに対して、前記顧客により提供された画像を配置し、それらに対してデザイン的な編集加工を施すことでデザイン画像を作成した後、前記デザイン画像に対して、前記顧客により入力された所定の文字情報を合成することでプリント画像を作成し、前記プリント画像を用いてポストカードやカレンダー等の付加価値商品を作成する画像プリントサービスを所定のサイトを介して提供するための画像編集加工サービス提供方法であって、顧客端末より、前記所定のサイトにアクセスすることで表示される画面において、前記テンプレートを選択し、前記テンプレートに合成する画像を配信することでデザイン注文を行うステップと、受発注管理者端末より、前記所定のサイトにアクセスすることで表示される画面において、前記デザイン注文の受付を行うと共に、前記デザイン注文に基づきデザイン作成業務の発注を行うステップと、作業者端末より、前記所定のサイトにアクセスすることで表示される画面において、前記デザイン作成業務の受注を行うと共に、前記デザイン注文に基づき、前記テンプレートに対して、前記顧客端末から配信された画像を配置し、それらに対してデザイン的な編集加工を施すことで前記デザイン画像を作成するステップと、前記顧客端末より、前記所定のサイトにアクセスすることで表示される画面において、前記デザイン画像に対して、前記所定の文字情報を入力するステップと、前記受発注管理者端末より、前記所定のサイトにアクセスすることで表示される画面において、前記デザイン画像に対して、前記所定の文字情報の合成を行うことで前記プリント画像を作成するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る画像編集加工サービス提供システム、及び画像編集加工サービス提供方法の好適な実施形態の一例について、図面を参照しながら具体的に説明する。

［画像編集加工サービス提供システムの全体構成］
まず、本実施形態における画像編集加工サービス提供システムの全体構成について、図１を参照しながら説明する。

図１に、本実施形態における画像編集加工サービス提供システムの全体構成を示す。図１に示すように、当該画像編集加工サービス提供システムは、受発注サーバ１と、顧客端末２と、作業者端末３と、受発注管理者端末４とを含み構成されており、各々がネットワークＮを介して通信可能に接続されている。尚、受発注サーバ１、顧客端末２、作業者端末３及び受発注管理者端末４とネットワークＮとの接続は、専用回線、或いは、公衆回線のような有線接続であっても良い。或いは、通信回線等を通じた無線接続であっても良い。

このような構成において、受発注サーバ１は、ネットワークＮを介して、デザイン注文の受付、デザイン注文に基づくデザイン作成作業の発注及び受発注管理を行うと共に、デザインに供される画像データや文字情報の閲覧及び保管、顧客情報の管理など、顧客に画像プリントサービスを提供するための情報を有している。

より詳細には、受発注サーバ１は、後述するデザイン注文サイトにおいて表示される種々の画面を構成する画像データ、及び、それらを表示するためのプログラムを保有しており、当該受発注サーバ１が、このプログラムに従って画像データを表示することで、デザイン注文サイトにおいては、種々の画面が表示され、顧客端末２、作業者端末３、或いは、受発注管理者端末４においては、このデザイン注文サイトにおいて表示される種々の画面において、所定の操作を行うことで、デザイン注文の受付、デザイン注文に基づくデザイン作成作業の発注、受発注管理、デザインに供される画像データや文字情報の閲覧及び保管、顧客情報の管理などを行うことができるようになっている。尚、この詳細については、後述する。

また、顧客端末２は、パーソナルコンピュータ、ＰＤＡなどの携帯情報端末、携帯電話等、画像データと文字情報の送受信が可能な端末であって、顧客は、当該顧客端末２を用いて、デザイン注文サイトにアクセスして、このデザイン注文サイトにおいて表示される所定画面において、デザイン注文情報やデザイン決定情報を入力し、デザインに供する画像を配信することで、受発注サーバ１に対してデザイン注文を行う。また、デザイン注文サイトにおいて表示される所定画面において、文字情報を入力して、受発注サーバ１に配信する。さらには、デザイン注文サイトにおいて表示される所定画面において、プリント情報を入力することで、受発注サーバ１に対するプリント注文を行う。

尚、此処に言うデザイン注文情報とは、例えば画像プリントを行う対象物、例えばポストカード、カレンダー等に関する情報や、画像プリントを行う色、例えばカラー、モノクロ、セピアに関する情報等のことである。また、此処に言うデザイン決定情報とは、例えばテンプレートの特定番号等のことである。また、テンプレートは、文字情報やデザインに供する画像等の位置関係を規定したものであり、予め複数種類が準備され、顧客がその特定番号を選択することで特定される。但し、顧客は、文字情報やデザインに供する画像の位置関係を自由にレイアウトすることを選択しても良い。また、此処に言うプリント情報とは、例えば画像プリントの成されたポストカードやカレンダー等を送付する宛先人の氏名、住所、連絡先等に関する情報のことである。

尚、デザインに供される画像としては、写真画像やイラスト画像等があるが、これらは、当該顧客端末２が例えばパーソナルコンピュータや携帯情報端末である場合には、これにデジタルカメラを接続したり、画像データを保持する記録媒体をセットすることで取得されるものとする。或いは、スキャナ等のインターフェースにより取得されるものとする。また、当該顧客端末２がデジタルカメラを具備する携帯電話である場合には、デジタルカメラの撮像により取得されるものとする。また、当該顧客端末２がデジタルカメラを具備しない携帯電話の場合には、他の電子機器から通信により取得されるものとする。因みに、デザインに供する画像は、１枚であっても複数枚であっても良い。

また、作業者端末３は、パーソナルコンピュータ等、画像データと文字情報の送受信が可能な端末であって、デザイナーは、当該作業者端末３を用いて、デザイン注文サイトにアクセスして、このデザイン注文サイトにおいて表示される所定画面において、受発注サーバ１からのデザイン作成業務の発注に基づくデザイン作成作業を行う。具体的には、画像から不要な背景を取り除く、それらの画像を所望の位置に配置する、それらの画像にボカシやグラデーションを施すといった画像編集加工や、赤目を修正する、ゴミを除去する、色彩を調整するといった画像修正加工を行う。尚、当該作業者端末３は、デザイン事務所に配置されることとするが、ミニラボ、或いは、大ラボ等の店舗に配置されることにしても良い。

また、受発注管理者端末４は、パーソナルコンピュータ等、画像データと文字情報の送受信が可能な端末であって、受発注管理者は、当該受発注端末４を用いて、デザイン注文サイトにアクセスして、このデザイン注文サイトにおいて表示される所定画面において、デザイン注文の受付、デザイン注文に基づくデザイン作成作業の発注及び受発注管理、デザイン注文の作業者、即ち、デザイナーへのデザイン作成業務の振り分け及びプリント注文の受付等を行う。

（画像編集加工サービスの流れ）
次に、当該画像編集加工サービス提供システムにおける画像編集加工サービスの流れについて、図２及び図３の流れに沿って、図４を参照しながら説明する。

図２及び図３に、当該画像編集加工サービス提供システムの画像編集加工サービスの概略を説明するためのフローチャートを示す。また、図４に、当該画像編集加工サービス提供システムを構成する受発注サーバ１、顧客端末２、作業者端末３及び受発注管理者端末４間における情報の授受を説明するためのシーケンス図を示す。

図２及び図３に示すように、顧客は、まず、顧客端末２においてブラウザソフトを立ち上げ（Ｓ０１）、デザイン注文サイトにアクセスする（Ｓ０２）。さらに、このデザイン注文サイトにおいて、ユーザＩＤを入力して、これを受発注サーバ１に送信する。尚、このユーザＩＤは、このデザイン注文サイトを利用する顧客に対して配布され、受発注サーバ１において登録される。

受発注サーバ１では、送信されたユーザＩＤと、予め登録されたユーザＩＤとを照合して、顧客のユーザ認証を行う（Ｓ０３）。

顧客端末２では、受発注サーバ１からのユーザ認証を受け取り、顧客は、デザイン注文情報とデザイン決定情報を入力して、さらに、デザインに供する画像を添付して、受発注サーバ１に対して配信する（Ｓ０４）。

受発注管理者端末４では、受発注サーバ１を介して、受発注管理者が、このデザイン注文が、顧客がテンプレートを使用せずに自由にレイアウトした特殊注文であるか否かの判断を行い（Ｓ０５）、ここで、特殊注文であった場合には、特殊注文での見積もりを行う（Ｓ０６）。また、テンプレートを使用した通常注文であった場合には、通常注文での見積もりを行う（Ｓ０７）。さらに、受発注管理者が、そのデザイン注文の内容と見積金額とを顧客端末２に対して配信する。

顧客端末２では、顧客は、デザイン注文の内容と見積金額とを閲覧して（Ｓ０８）、デザイン注文を行うか否かの判断を行う（Ｓ０９）。ここで、顧客は、デザイン注文の内容と見積金額に問題がない場合に、デザイン注文を行う（Ｓ１０）。

受発注管理者端末４では、受発注管理者が、顧客端末２に対して注文確認メールを配信すると共に、受発注サーバ１を介して、デザイン注文サイトの受発注管理画面にアクセスすることで、デザイン注文の受付及び受発注管理を行う。受発注管理者は、さらに、デザイン作成作業の振り分けを行うか否かを判断して（Ｓ１１）、ここで、デザイン作業の振り分けを行わない場合には、作業者端末３に対して、注文受付メールを配信する。

作業者端末３では、デザイナーが、デザイン注文サイトのデザイン作成画面へアクセスすることで、デザイン注文に基づくデザイン作成業務の発注、受注を行う（Ｓ１２）。さらに、当該デザイン作成画面においてデザイン作成作業を行う（Ｓ１３）。

ところで、上述のＳ１１において、デザイン作業の振り分けを行う場合には、受発注管理者は、例えば特殊注文、通常注文といった注文別にデザイン作業を振り分け、或いは、デザインに用いる画像の不要物の除去、赤目の修正といった画像編集加工の別にデザイン作業を切り分けて、個々の作業者端末３に対して、注文受付メールを配信する。

個々の作業者端末３では、デザイナーが、デザイン注文サイトへアクセスすることで、このデザイン注文に基づくデザイン作成業務の発注、受注を行う（Ｓ１４）。デザイナーは、さらに、当該作業者端末３においてデザイン作成作業を行う（Ｓ１５）。そして、デザイン作成作業が終了した場合には、作成したデザイン画像を受発注サーバ１に対して配信する。

受発注管理者端末４では、受発注管理者が、受発注サーバ１を介して、作成されたデザイン画像を受信して、これを合成する作業を行う（Ｓ１６）。受発注管理者は、さらに、合成したデザイン画像を閲覧して（Ｓ１７）、デザイナーが作成したデザイン画像の仕上がりが顧客のデザイン注文の希望通りになっているか否かを確認して、ここで問題がある場合には、校正を行う（Ｓ１８）。そして、点検、校正が終了すると（Ｓ１９）、受発注管理者は、顧客端末２に対して、デザイン作成終了確認メールを配信する。

顧客端末２では、デザイン作成終了確認メールを受信して、顧客は、デザイン注文サイトのデザイン確認画面へアクセスすることで、作成されたデザイン画像の閲覧を行い（Ｓ２０）、その仕上がりが自身のデザイン注文の希望通りになっているか否かを確認する（Ｓ２１）。ここで問題がなければ、受発注管理者端末４に対して、デザイン校閲終了確認メールを配信する。そして、作成されたデザイン画像に合成する自身の住所、氏名、オリジナルのコメント等の文字情報の入力作業を行う（Ｓ２２）。

尚、顧客は、この際、文字の色やフォントを自由に選択することができるものとする。因みに、文字フォントは、受発注サーバ１に保有されていることとし、顧客端末２においては、これを保有する必要はない。従って、顧客は、自分が保有していないフォントであっても、これを自由に使用することができる。

顧客が文字情報の入力を終了すると、デザイン画像と文字情報が合成されたサンプル画像が表示される。顧客は、このサンプル画像を閲覧すると共に、その校正を行う（Ｓ２３）。因みに、このサンプル画像における文字情報は、サンプル用の文字情報であっても良い。顧客は、さらに、文字情報をプリントするか否かを判断して（Ｓ２４）、必要な場合には、自身の所有するプリンタにてプリントを行い（Ｓ２５）、その校正を行う（Ｓ２６）。因みに、この出力されるサンプル画像には、不正使用を防止するためのウォーターマーク、具体的には、“見本”、“サンプル”等の文字を合成することとする。顧客は、ここで問題がなければ（Ｓ２７）、受発注サーバ１に対して、プリント注文を行う（Ｓ２８）。

受発注管理者端末４では、デザイン校閲終了確認メールを受信した後、受発注管理者が、受発注サーバ１を介して、デザイン注文サイトの文字情報確認画面へアクセスすることで、顧客からのプリント注文を受け付けると共に、顧客により入力された文字情報と、デザイナーにより作成されたデザイン画像とを合成する処理を行い（Ｓ２９）、これをポストカードやカレンダーにプリントする工程へと移行する（Ｓ３０）。さらに、完成した画像プリントの成されたポストカードやカレンダーをデザイン注文情報に基づき、該当する宛先人に対して送付する（Ｓ３１）。
