Description

【0001】
そこで本発明に於いては上記課題を解決する為に、可視光域に於いて;

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an eye-friendly eyeglass lens using artificial quartz and eye-friendly eyeglasses.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a lens made of resin has been used as an eyeglass lens because of its easiness in processing. Although a small number, optical glass lenses are also used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the lens made of the above resin is (a) easy to be scratched because the surface is soft, and therefore hard coating must be applied to the front and back surfaces. I get tired. (B) The light transmittance is not good, and the degree of eye fatigue increases. (C) Due to the generation of static electricity, dust easily adheres to the front and back surfaces of the lens, and the static electricity adversely affects the eyes. (D) It is easy to become cloudy, and the cloudy state lasts for a long time, which may cause dangerous cases such as driving a car. Also, at the optical glass lens, when the content ratio is around 20% to 35% of S i O 2, the manufacturing process is inevitably complicated must added various kinds of additives.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, in the present invention, in order to solve the above problems, in the visible light range;
(A) the change in the refractive index due to the change in wavelength is within 0.05, (b) the Abbe number is 61 or more, and (c) the luminous transmittance before application of the surface antireflection agent is 93% or more, and the composition is , 99.8 to 100% by weight of SiO 2 and 0 to 0.2% by weight of Al 2 O 3 , and the far-infrared emissivity is 95% or more. An eye-friendly eyeglass lens made of quartz and eye-friendly eyeglasses are provided.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a graph showing a change in the refractive index of the artificial quartz lens of the present invention in a visible light range (400 nm to 700 nm). The vertical axis (y) indicates the refractive index, and the horizontal axis (x) indicates the refractive index. It represents the wavelength. When the refractive index in the visible light region (400 nm to 700 nm) is 400 nm, the refractive index is 1.590, and when the refractive index is 700 nm, it is 1.540. It is stable within 05 and does not tire eyes.
[0006]
1, the refractive index n d at d = 587 nm is 1.552, the refractive index at f = 486 nm is n f = 1.559, and the refractive index at c = 656 nm is n c = 1.550. Yes, the Abbe number presents a high Abbe number of 61.3. In particular, this eliminates image defects and eliminates chromatic aberration so that the eyes are not tired.
[0007]
Next, FIG. 2 shows the transmittance before applying a conventional surface antireflection agent, which is 93% or more in the visible light region. The luminous transmittance after application of a conventional surface anti-reflection agent to this exceeds 98%.
[0008]
Table 1 is a table comparing the far-infrared reflectance and electromagnetic wave shielding properties of the artificial quartz lens, glass lens, and plastic lens of the present invention. As is well known, far infrared rays are said to have the effect of calming eyestrain, stiff shoulders and autonomic nervousness, and also has the effect of improving blood circulation around the eyes and reducing eye fatigue, which is gentle on the eyes. Can be On the other hand, in the case of glass and plastic, such an effect is not recognized. Also, it has some shielding properties against electromagnetic waves generated by recent personal computers and electronic devices, which is useful for protecting eyes. Further, there is also an effect that no static electricity is generated and the clouding is hardly caused.
