本発明はガラスを素材とする天板を用いた調理器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のガラスを素材とした天板は、結晶化ガラスあるいは強化ガラスを板金成形され更にホーロー等の表面処理を施された天板枠に耐熱性に優れたシリコン接着剤等で固定され、ガラス面には天板上の鍋等を加熱するバーナー等を設置する為に貫通口が設けられている。また貫通口周囲上面には鍋等を搭載するゴトクがガラス面上に直接搭載されており、その貫通穴の端面には天板上に滴下した煮汁等の浸入を防止すると共に、強度の弱いガラス端面部を保護する目的で、金属製のガスケットを貫通穴端面部に装着し、リング状の部材で押え込み固定する構成が一般的に採用されている(特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし従来のような構成では、天板上が平坦な為、バーナ部等で加熱された鍋等より吹きこぼれた煮汁等が天板枠を乗り越え、天板外を汚す、あるいはバーナ部の貫通穴付近より内部に浸入する。

また天板枠はホーローで表面処理されているために、煮汁等が落下した後加熱されると、焦付き状態となり、掃除性が悪い等の課題を有していた。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
この課題を解決する為に本発明はガラスを素材とした天板(以下天板と記す)と、前記天板に載置された調理物を加熱調理するバーナ部と、前記天板の周囲に接着固定されその外部表面側に撥水性を有する表面処理を施した天板枠を設けている。

この発明によれば、天板枠に撥水性の表面処理を施しているため、天板上に滴下した煮汁を、天板上に留まらせることができるので、煮汁の器具外へのこぼれを抑えると共に、器具内への浸入を抑える事ができ、掃除性が向上する。

【発明の実施形態】
本発明の請求項1の発明は、天板枠の外部表面に撥水性の表面処理を施す事により、ガラス面と撥水処理された天板枠表面との水分接触角の差により、煮汁等を天板側に留まらせる事ができる。

本発明の請求項2の発明は、天板枠の内側端面の天板接着部にマスキングを施した後に撥水性の表面処理を施す事により煮汁等を天板側に留まらせる事に加え天板と天板枠との接着の信頼性を高める事ができる。

本発明の請求項3の発明は、複数の貫通穴をもった構成でも、撥水性の表面処理を施す事により、ガラス面と撥水処理された天板枠表面との水分接触角の差により、煮汁等を天板側に留まらせ、貫通穴から器具内へ煮汁が浸入するのを防ぐ事ができる。

以下本発明の一実施例について図面を参照し説明する。

図1は本発明のガラスを素材とした天板構成を有するガス調理器の略断面図である。

ガラスを素材とした天板1(以下天板と記す)は、プレス成形され更に撥水性を有する表面処理が施された天板枠2に耐熱性、対薬品性に優れたシリコン接着剤12でその全周を接着固定されている。天板1には貫通穴13が設けられており、貫通穴13の内側にはバーナ部となるコンロバーナ4が設けられており、ゴトク3に搭載された鍋5等を加熱する。天板1に用いられるガラスの素材は一般的に結晶化ガラスあるいは強化ガラスであるが、結晶化ガラスは機械的強度が弱く、更に貫通穴13を設けているため、大きい加重が加わった場合その端部から亀裂が入り割れに至る可能性が大きい。

その為、本発明では天板1の下方にガラス受け6を設け、天板1に加わる加重による変形を抑える構成となっている。しかしガラス受け6は天板枠2とシリコン接着剤12により接着固定されている付近の強度と比較し貫通穴13付近、あるいは中央付近の強度は低下するため、大きい加重が加わった場合変形量が大きくなり、ガラスの割れに至りやすい。そこで支持部材11により強度の弱い箇所を下方より支える構成を設けている。

またガラス受け6の天板1面側に、天板1のガラス印刷色に近似した色の表面処理10を施すことにより、天板1のガラス印刷バラツキによるピンホール等が発生しても、ガラス受け6にガラスと近似した色を施す事により、ピンホールが判り難くする事がで、ガラスの歩留まりを向上することが出来る。

またガラス受け6の底面の所定位置に穴8を設けることにより、加熱された鍋5より滴下した煮汁15が天板1とガラス受け6の隙間に浸入しても、煮汁がその隙間に留まる事無く、所定の箇所より排出する事ができる。

またガラス受け6と天板1との間に接着性を有する接着部材14を設ける事により、ガラスを素材とする天板が割れた場合で接着部材14と天板1のガラス部が部分的に接着している為、ガラスが飛散を防ぐ事ができる。

図2は、天板枠2と天板1の接着部とオサエ金具部の要部断面図であり、天板枠2の外部表面にはフッ素塗装等の撥水性の表面処理16が施されており、汚染物15と天板1のガラス面の接触角aと撥水処理された天板枠2の表面と汚染物15との接触角bの差により、煮汁15等を天板1側に留まらせる事ができる。一般的な表面処理の水との接触角は、ホーロー加工で10〜20度、フッソ、シリコン塗装では90度以上である。

またフッソ、シリコン塗装を用いる事により、ホーローと比較し色の選択を増やす事ができる。

同様にオサエ金具7にもフッ素塗装等の撥水性を有する表面処理16を施す事により、汚染物15と天板1のガラス面の接触角と撥水処理16されたおオサエ金具7の表面と汚染物15との接触角差により、煮汁15等を天板1側に留まらせる事ができる。

また天板1とオサエ金具7の間にフッ素ゴム、あるいはシリコンゴム等の撥水性と耐熱性を有する素材からなるスペーサーを設ける事によりさらに煮汁等の器具内への浸入を防止する効果を得ることができる。

【発明の効果】
この発明によれば、天板枠に撥水性の表面処理を施しているため、調理物から天板上に滴下した煮汁を、天板上に留まらせることができるので、煮汁の器具外へのこぼれを抑えると共に、器具内への浸入を抑える事ができ、掃除性が向上する。
