Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, when attaching the opening and closing members such as doors and lids so that they can be opened and closed by hinged to the housing, floor surface, top surface, etc., by holding the opening and closing members in an open state, by strong wind or door closer In order to prevent accidents due to unintentional closing of the door, hindering entry / exit work, insufficient ventilation, etc., it is pivoted between the door and the housing etc. The present invention relates to an open / close holder for an opening / closing member which is used by being attached so as to be as follows.
[0002]
[Prior art]
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-17100 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 44-15610 [0003]
In the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, as shown in FIG. 5 of the present application, a long hole d is formed in a stay c which is provided in a housing a and pivotally supported by a fulcrum shaft b, and a hinge is provided for the housing a. An open holder such as a door in which a holding shaft g fitted in the long hole d is fixed to a door f pivotally supported so as to be openable and closable via e is disclosed. When the door f is in the opened state, the large-diameter portion (not shown) of the holding shaft g is engaged with the large-diameter hole h formed at the tip end of the long hole d, so that the opened state is maintained. ing.
In addition, according to the known document, in order to exert the above-described effects, the large-diameter portion, the small-diameter portion, the coil spring, and the like must be attached to the holding shaft g. The number of parts is indispensable because the coil spring must be installed inside the vehicle, and the production of the coil spring requires a lot of effort. When the state is to be released, the holding shaft g must be pushed in against the elasticity of the coil spring, so that the operability is not satisfactory.
[0004]
In addition, although not shown, a telescopic rod disclosed in Patent Document 2 is also provided with a fixing rod mounting bracket (not shown) attached to a housing or the like, and a sliding rod coupling metal fitting that is telescopically fitted to the fixed rod is attached to the door side. In a door-open state in which the sliding rod extends from the fixed rod, the push button mounted on the fixed rod and the sliding rod is provided on the push button by being pressed by the compression spring. A locking rod holds the fixed rod and the sliding rod in a locked state.
When it is desired to release the locked state, the sliding operation is performed in the same manner as in the above-mentioned literature, whereby the sliding rod can be freely inserted into the fixed rod, thereby enabling the door closing movement.
Therefore, in any case, in this case, the push button also needs a compression spring or a locking rod. For this reason, as in Patent Document 1, various components must be incorporated into the push button. The operability has not been improved because it must be pushed in.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and opens the door and the like in the opening / closing member of the opening / closing member without adding any member such as the holding shaft, the fulcrum shaft, and the push button having a complicated structure. The idea is to make it possible to achieve the holding and the release.
According to the first aspect, first, the first and second attachments for attaching the first and second stays to the housing or the door are not only rotatable but also play. The first stay and the second stay are not provided with any member such as the push button at all, and the first stay itself is processed by the first stay itself so that the engaging portion and the first stay can be pivotally supported. A stopper is formed, and the second stay is designed to be able to exhibit the function of releasing and holding the opening / closing member with an extremely simple configuration in which the locked portion and the second stopper are set in place by processing. This is the first purpose.
[0006]
Further, in the first aspect, the second stay accommodated so as to be expandable and contractible with respect to the first stay is not always slid on a straight line but is provided with a loose fit state. By setting the first and second stays in the continuous state as described above, the first and second stays can swing, and the sliding of the second stay with respect to the first stay can be performed smoothly. This is the second purpose.
[0007]
Further, in the first aspect, when the door or the like is opened from the closed state, the locked portion provided on the second stay is locked to the locking portion of the first stay, so that the door or the like can be opened. In addition to ensuring the open holding state, even in the event that the second stay is rapidly pulled out of the first stay, the second stay is engaged with the first stopper so that the first stay and the second stay can be moved. A third object is to prevent an unexpected trouble such as escape.
[0008]
Further, in the above-mentioned invention, when the door is kept open as described above, when the door is to be able to be closed, of course, without performing an operation such as pushing a separate push button, the door is not opened. If the central portion in the longitudinal direction where the first and second stays are overlapped is pushed in one direction, the first and second stays change from a linear state to a bent state. By configuring the locked portion of the second stay to be detachable from the locking portion of the first stay, for example, a simple and quick behavior such as pushing up the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the first and second stays with the toes. A fourth object is to make it possible to release the state of holding the door closed only by itself and to dramatically improve the operability.
[0009]
By providing the first and second stoppers on the first and second stays, respectively, as described above, the locked portion of the second stay was detached from the locking portion of the first stay with the toes as described above. In this case, it is possible to solve the problem that the second stay comes off from the first stay if there is no first stopper, and if the second stopper does not exist, the second stay is sandwiched between the first stays so that the first stay is held. It is a fifth object of the present invention to eliminate the occurrence of problems such as the inoperability or difficulty of the retracting operation of the second stay.
[0010]
Next, in a second aspect, the first and second stays in the first aspect are formed by a first and a second horizontal plate portion and a pair of the first and second side plate portions, respectively. The locking portion provided on the first stay is formed by a locking through hole, the locked portion of the second stay is formed by a locking projection, and the setting positions of the first and second stoppers are specified. It is an object of the present invention to more reliably achieve the same effect as the first aspect.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a first stay and a second stay according to claim 1, wherein the first stay includes a first mounting device pivotally supported by play and a locking portion. A first stopper is provided, a second stay is provided with a second mounting tool pivotally supported, a locked portion, and a second stopper, so that the first stay can extend and retract the second stay. The second stay is loosely fitted to the first stay in a contracted state, and the second stay is pulled out to an extended state in a reduced state. The first and second stoppers can be freely held in an extended state by placing the first stopper and the second stopper adjacent to each other by engaging and disengaging the portions, and the first and second stays can be held in the extended state. When the first and second stays are pushed and pushed in a direction in which the first and second stays are in a bent state in the extended and locked state, the first stay is moved. By disengaging the locked portion of the second stay from the locking portion of the first stay, it is possible to shift the first stay and the second stay to the reduced state, and from the locking portion of the first stay. When the locked portion of the second stay is disengaged, the second stay is engaged with the first stopper, so that the second stay is pulled out of the first stay or the second stay is pinched by the first stay. Thus, an attempt is made to provide an opening and closing member for the opening / closing member, wherein the first and second stays are not prevented from contracting.
[0012]
Next, in the open-holding member for the opening / closing member according to claim 2, the embodiment according to claim 1 is specified, and the gutter shape is formed by the first horizontal plate portion and the pair of first side plate portions. A first stay, a second stay formed in a gutter shape by a second transverse plate portion and a pair of second side plate portions, and the first stay has a play support pivot at one end side of the first transverse plate portion. The first attachment is externally provided, and a locking through hole as a locking portion is formed near the other end, and the other end side is formed from the first edge side of the pair of first side plate portions. A first stopper is provided therein, and a second stay is provided on one end side of the second lateral plate portion on the second stay, and a second mounting member for play support is externally provided, and a pair of standing members are provided upright from the second lateral plate portion. A second engaging projection, which is a portion to be locked by the second stay, is extended from a second edge side of the second side plate portion, and a second stopper is provided outside the second lateral plate portion; S The first horizontal plate portion and the second horizontal plate portion are slidably connected in a play-fit state so as to be able to expand and contract in the longitudinal direction in a state of being separated from and opposed to each other. By pulling out the second stay to make it in the extended state, the second engaging projection which is the locked portion of the second stay is removably locked in the locking through hole which is the locking portion of the first stay. Thus, the first stopper and the second stopper are placed adjacent to each other, so that the extended state of the first and second stays can be freely held. When the second stay is pushed in the bending direction, the engaging projection, which is the locked portion of the second stay, is released from the locking through hole, which is the locking portion, so that the second stay is released. The first stay and the second stay can be shifted to the reduced state, and the first stay can be moved from the locking through hole of the first stay to the second stay. When the engaging projection of the stay is detached, the second stay is pulled out of the first stay by the engagement of the second stopper with the first stopper, or the second stay is sandwiched between the first stays, and the first stay is held. The purpose is to prevent the contraction of the second stay from being hindered.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The invention of claim 1 of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to FIG. 1. The first stay 1 is constituted by a first stay and a second stay. And a locking portion 1B and a first stopper 1C.
Here, the first attachment 1A is actually attached to a housing or the like as is known, with the first attachment seat plate 1a being attached to the first attachment hole 1b by an attachment screw (not shown). The first mounting seat plate 1a is swingably supported by the first retaining pivot shaft 1c so as to have a play, so that the first stay 1 is supported by the first mounting device 1A. It is pivotally mounted so as to be swingable and swingable in the vertical direction in the drawing.
[0014]
The second stay 2 is provided with a second mounting tool 2A, a second stopper 2C, and a locked portion 2B sequentially from the left end side in FIG.
Here, the above-mentioned second attaching tool 2A is actually attached to a door or the like by an attaching screw (not shown) in the second attaching hole 2b, as is known. As in the case of the first mounting tool 1A, the second stay 2 is pivotally supported by the second retaining pivot 2C so as to have a play. Therefore, the second stay 2 is also similar to the first stay 1. In addition, the second attachment 2A is pivotally connected to the second attachment 2A so as to be swingable in a vertical direction in the drawing.
[0015]
Further, in the first aspect, the first stay 1 is connected to the first stay 1 in a loosely fitted state so that the second stay 2 can expand and contract, that is, the first stay 1 and the second stay 1 and 2 are swingably mounted with a gap therebetween. The second stay 2 loosely fitted to the first stay 1 in the contracted state is drawn in the direction of arrow A as shown in FIG. That is, if the locked portion 2B formed on the second stay 2 is locked by the locking portion 1B provided on the first stay 1 by opening the door or the like, FIG. ), The extended state of the first and second stays 1 and 2, that is, the open state of the door, is maintained in a state in which the first stopper 1 </ b> C and the second stopper 2 </ b> C are adjacent to each other due to contact or proximity.
[0016]
Therefore, in the extended and locked state of the first and second stays 1 and 2, the first and second stays 1 and 2 are moved in the direction of arrow B as shown in FIG. In the illustrated example, the locking portion 1B of the first stay 1 is operated by pushing the central portion where the first and second stays 1 and 2 are in the heavy loading state so that the second stay 2 is bent upward. Thus, the engaged portion 2B of the second stay 2 can be detached from the second stay 2.
[0017]
Thus, as shown in FIG. 1 (D), the first stay 1 and the second stay 2 are allowed to move to the contracted state in the direction indicated by the arrow C.
Moreover, in the first aspect, when the first and second stays 1 and 2 are in the extended state as shown in FIG. 1B, the first stopper 1C and the second stopper 2C are in the adjacent state. Therefore, when the first stopper 1C is not provided as shown in FIG. 4B, when the locked portion 2B is detached from the locking portion 1B, the second stay 2 moves in the door opening direction. By receiving a force in the direction of arrow D, the second stay 2 comes off the first stay 1, but in the present invention, such an undesired movement can be completely prevented.
[0018]
Furthermore, in the case where the second stopper 2C is not provided as disclosed in FIG. 4A, when the second stay 2 is pulled out from the first stay 1, the second stay 2 Is in a state of being stuck to the first stay 1, so that the second stay 2 cannot slide even if it is contracted into the first stay 1. As a result, the door closing operation is performed. Is also impossible or difficult.
[0019]
Next, claim 2 will be described. Here, an embodiment of claim 1 is disclosed. This is described not only with reference to FIGS. 1 and 4 described above but also with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. This is explained below.
First, the first stay 1 is formed in a gutter shape by a first horizontal plate portion 1d and a pair of first side plate portions 1e, and the second stay 2 is similarly formed with a second horizontal plate portion 2d and a pair of second second plate portions. A gutter shape is formed by the side plate portion 2e.
As described above, the first stay 1 is provided with a first mounting tool 1A at one end of the first horizontal plate portion 1d as a play-supporting pivot, and a locking through hole serving as the locking portion 1B near the other end. If is drilled.
As shown in FIG. 2D, the illustrated locking through-hole 1f is formed at both corners formed by the pair of first side plate portions 1e and the first horizontal plate portion 1d. The locked portion 2B of the second stay 2 is configured to be freely disengageable.
Further, on the other end side of the first stay 1, the first stopper 1C is bent orthogonally from the first end side 1g of the pair of first side plate portions 1e and protrudes inward.
[0020]
Next, the second stay 2 is provided at one end side of the second horizontal plate 2d, and the second attachment 2A described above is freely pivotally supported, and a pair of second mounting members erected from the second horizontal plate 2d. An engagement projection 2f as a locked portion 2B of the second stay 2 extends from the second edge 2g of the second side plate 2e, and a second stopper 2C extends outward from the second lateral plate 2d. It is extended and erected.
The first stay 1 and the second stay 2 can be slid in a loosely fit state such that the first and second horizontal plate portions 1d and 2d can be extended and contracted in the longitudinal direction in a state of being opposed to each other. It is connected like so.
[0021]
Thus, when the second stay 2 loosely fitted to the first stay 1 is pulled out to be in the extended state, the second stay 2 is inserted into the locking through hole 1f which is the locking portion 1B of the first stay 1. The first and second stoppers 1C and 2C are brought into the side-by-side state as shown in claim 1 by locking the locking projection 2f, which is the locked portion 2B, so as to be freely detachable. The extended state of the two stays 1 and 2 can be freely held.
In the second aspect, the first and second stays 1 and 2 are pushed by the feet or the like so as to be bent as described above in the extended state, so that the second stay 2 is moved from the locking through hole 1f. Can be disengaged, whereby the first stay 1 can enter the second stay 2 to close the door, and the first and second stays 1 and 2 can be reduced to a reduced state. Migration is possible.
[0022]
In the case of claim 2 as well, when the locking projection 2f of the second stay 2 is detached from the locking through hole 1f of the first stay 1 as described in claim 1, the first and second stoppers 1C and 2C are engaged. At this time, the second stay 2 is pulled out from the first stay 1 or the second stay 2 is sandwiched between the first stays 1 to make it difficult or impossible to contract the first and second stays 1 and 2. It doesn't even happen.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is constructed as described above, according to the first aspect, the first and second mounting tools by the first and second stays are freely fitted and pivotally supported, and are locked to the first stay itself. Part, the first stopper, and the locked part and the second stopper are also set in the second stay by the processing, and it is not necessary to attach a push button or the like having a complicated structure separately. Manufacturing is possible, and high durability can be maintained.
[0024]
Furthermore, since the connecting structure of the first and second stays is not merely made to slide on a straight line so as to be able to expand and contract, both stays are made to be in a loosely fitted state to allow rattling. The first and second stays can not only swing, but also can smoothly slide the second stay with respect to the first stay.
[0025]
Further, only by the locking of the locked portion of the second stay by the locking portion of the first stay by opening of the door, a reliable holding of the opened state is ensured, and at this time, the pulling out of the second stay is performed. Can be prevented by engagement of the first and second stoppers, and an unexpected trouble such that the second stay escapes from the first stay can be prevented with high reliability.
[0026]
More importantly, the center portions of the first and second stays in the extended state in the opened state can be freely changed to the bent state only by a pushing operation that can be performed simply and quickly. Since the locked portion is configured to be detachable from the device, not only a separate member such as a push button is not required at all, but also the operability when releasing the open / close holding state can be dramatically improved.
[0027]
Since the first and second stoppers are provided at appropriate positions of the first and second stays as described above, not only is there no need to worry about the second stay being pulled out of the first stay as described above, but also from the second stop. It is also possible to eliminate the risk that the stay is in the pinched state when the stay is in the first stay and the contraction of the first and second stays is hindered.
[0028]
Next, in claim 2, the first and second stays are composed of the first and second horizontal plate portions and a pair of first and second side plate portions, or the locking portions of the first stay are locked. The above-mentioned claim 1 is diversified because the locked portion of the second stay is appropriately formed by the through-hole and the locking projection, and the set position of the first and second stoppers is specified. It is possible to secure the reliability of various effects.
