Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a boiler mounted on a ship and a system for recovering thermal energy of blow water discharged from the boiler.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
In general, in boilers, since the concentration of chemicals such as scale inhibitors added to the boiler water in the can increases due to concentration, the water quality in the boiler water is normal by discharging a part of it as blow water. And maintaining the predetermined water level by discharging the excess boiler water as blow water when the water level of the boiler water in the can exceeds a predetermined value.
[0003]
In this case, conventionally, in a boiler mounted on a ship, blow water from the boiler is directly discharged to the outside of the ship.
[0004]
However, since this blow water has a large thermal energy at a high temperature, directly releasing it to the outside of the ship is accompanied by a high risk, and there is a problem that the thermal energy is lost so much. It was.
[0005]
Further, since the risk of discharging the blow water to the outside of the ship is high, the discharge operation of the blow water to the outside of the ship must be performed manually. It was not possible to automate the release of.
[0006]
The present invention generally relates to freshwater freshwater production in which a ship operating on the sea produces fresh water by heating and evaporating raw seawater using steam in a boiler mounted on the ship or circulating cooling water in an internal combustion engine such as a diesel engine as a heat source. Focusing on the fact that the device is installed, the technical problem is to solve the above-mentioned problems using this fresh water freshwater generator.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this technical problem, the heat recovery method of the present invention, as described in claim 1,
"Fresh water from a boiler mounted on a ship is produced by heating and evaporating raw seawater using steam in the boiler or circulating cooling water in an internal combustion engine mounted on the ship as a heat source, and condensing the steam to produce fresh water. Supply the equipment to heat the raw seawater. "
It is characterized by that.
[0008]
The heat recovery apparatus of the present invention is firstly as described in
“Evaporation can be generated by heating and evaporating the raw seawater using the discharge line of the blow water from the boiler mounted on the ship, the steam in the boiler or the circulating cooling water in the internal combustion engine mounted on the ship as the heat source, and generated in this evaporator A fresh water freshwater generator configured with a condenser for water vapor, and the blow water discharge pipe is connected to the fresh water fresh water generator so as to mix blow water with the raw seawater. "
It is characterized by that.
[0009]
Moreover, the heat recovery apparatus of the present invention secondly, as described in claim 3,
“Evaporation can be generated by heating and evaporating raw seawater using the discharge line of blow water from the boiler mounted on the ship, the steam in the boiler or the circulating cooling water in the internal combustion engine mounted on the ship as a heat source, and generated in this evaporator A fresh water freshwater generator configured with a condenser for water vapor, and a heat exchanger for indirectly heating the raw seawater using blow water from the blow water discharge pipe as a heat source. "
It is characterized by that.
[0010]
In addition to this, the heat recovery apparatus of the present invention, as described in claim 4,
“In the description of
It is characterized by that.
[0011]
Moreover, as described in
“In the second or third aspect of the present invention, a flow rate control valve is provided in the blow water discharge pipe to be closed when the temperature in the evaporator rises by a temperature sensor provided in the evaporator.”
It is characterized by that.
[0012]
[Operation and effect of the invention]
As described above, by supplying blow water from the boiler mounted on the ship to the fresh water desalination apparatus mounted on the ship for heating the raw seawater, the thermal energy of the blow water is obtained from the fresh water. Heat can be recovered by heating the raw seawater in the freshwater generator, so that the amount of freshwater generated in the freshwater freshener can be increased by the amount of this heat recovery, while the blow water is outboard. The risk in the case of release can be greatly reduced.
[0013]
In this case, when the blow water from the boiler is mixed with the raw seawater in the fresh water freshwater generator as in
[0014]
In addition, the hydrazine is added to the boiler water as a deoxidizing agent, so that the blow water contains the hydrazine, but this hydrazine is consumed by the reducing action in the fresh water freshwater generator and is rendered harmless. .
[0015]
Further, when there is a concern that various chemicals contained in the blow water are mixed with the fresh water produced by the fresh water production apparatus, the heat as in claim 3 In the exchanger, if the blow water from the boiler and the raw seawater in the fresh water production apparatus are indirectly heated, various chemicals contained in the blow water are converted into fresh water produced by the fresh water production apparatus. There is no mixing. Moreover, it can avoid reliably that the purity of fresh water falls with the various chemical | medical agents contained in blow water.
[0016]
In particular, since the risk in discharging blow water to the outside of the ship can be reduced, the structure of claim 4 has an advantage that the discharge of the blow water to the outside of the ship can be automated.
[0017]
Moreover, since it can suppress that excessive boiling and evaporation generate | occur | produce in the raw material seawater in the evaporator of a freshwater desalination apparatus by setting it as the structure of
