四工程あるワークは四回とも作業者が加工ごとにセッテングしなければならない、さらに一工程毎に製品を山積にして、二工程三工程と運ばなければならない、一工程ずつでは加工時間が短いので作業者は機械を離れられない、したがって見ることの出来る機械台数が限られる。

生爪にテーブルマナーを取り付けワークを掴だまま360度回転させる、その動力はチヤックが開く時又は閉まる時のストロークを利用するので、安全で確実である。他の動力の設備はいらない。

生爪の中央に360度回転するテーブルマナーを取り付け、チヤックの開閉時のストロークを利用した動力で同心に複数の加工面のあるワークを一回のチャキングであとは自動で複数の加工が最終工程まで出来る。

チヤックが開いてワークを取り出す、この時はすでに一工程目でスタンバイしている状態なので次のワークをセツトする。
セツトしたらチヤックを閉める後はスイッチONで最終工程まで、作業者は他の仕事ができる。
