Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a phosphorus removal device in a sewage treatment plant, and more particularly to a phosphorus removal device capable of easily and quantitatively predicting deterioration of a phosphorus removal rate due to rainfall.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to prevent eutrophication in enclosed water areas, the introduction of advanced sewage treatment for nitrogen and phosphorus removal is in progress.
FIG. 7 is an explanatory view of the configuration of a phosphorus removal apparatus based on an anaerobic-aerobic activated sludge method generally used conventionally.
In the figure, 1 is a first sedimentation basin into which sewage A flows.
[0003]
[0004]
7 is the first total phosphorus meter provided in the
The measurement results of the first
[0005]
In the anaerobic-aerobic activated sludge method as described above, microorganisms that remove phosphorus are preferentially grown in an anaerobic tank, and phosphorus removal is performed by utilizing the properties of the microorganisms that release and overtake phosphorus. Things.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The anaerobic-aerobic activated sludge method is an excellent treatment method, but has the following problems.
(1) When there is rainfall, the phosphorus removal performance decreases.
[0007]
(2) The phosphorus removal performance does not recover for a while after the rainfall ends.
At present, deterioration of the phosphorus removal performance after rainfall is confirmed by the phosphorus concentration of the treated water. Therefore, countermeasures were taken lately after rainfall, etc., and there was a risk of exceeding the regulated value of phosphorus.
[0008]
FIG. 8 is a graph showing the relationship between the amount of rainfall, the inflow acetic acid, the inflow total phosphorus, and the treated all phosphorus. The vertical axis indicates rainfall (mm), acetic acid concentration and total phosphorus concentration (mg / l), and the horizontal axis indicates time axis (
[0009]
That is, paying attention to the time point A in FIG. 8, the concentration of the inflowing acetic acid is reduced to 0 mg / l after the rainfall, and for a while thereafter, the phosphorus concentration of the treated water is increased (the phosphorus removing performance is deteriorated). Also, at the time indicated by B, it can be seen that after rainfall, the concentration of the inflowing acetic acid decreased to 0 mg / l, and for a while thereafter, the phosphorus concentration of the treated water increased.
[0010]
Furthermore, the relationship between the concentration of inflow acetic acid and the concentration of phosphorus in the treated water is found to be such that when the acetic acid concentration becomes about 20 mg / l or more, the phosphorus concentration of the treated water decreases (the treatment performance increases).
As described above, in order to judge the phosphorus removal performance, it is important to recover the acetic acid concentration and monitor the inflowing phosphorus concentration.
[0011]
When there is a large amount of rainfall and the treated water may exceed the regulated value of phosphorus, measures such as injection of coagulant can be considered, but the amount of coagulant to be injected and the timing of injection are difficult, and safety was considered. In this case, there is a possibility that the medicine is excessively injected.
[0012]
In addition, JP-A-2000-213057 is known as a conventional example of the sewage dephosphorization method. The sewage dephosphorization method described here is
As the addition timing 1 for adding the organic acid, if the phosphorus concentration of the treated water is expected to exceed the target concentration for a period of 24 hours or more before a predetermined time a has elapsed, the water is continuously added. However, the addition is stopped at any time when the above-mentioned prediction is canceled or when the set time b has elapsed since the start of the addition.

[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the phosphorus removal assisting device according to the first or second aspect,
The arithmetic unit performs a prediction calculation of acetic acid concentration.
[0019]
In
Levels are set in advance for the predicted acetic acid concentration and total inflowing phosphorus concentration, and an alarm level is set based on the numerical values of these levels.
[0020]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the phosphorus removing device according to any one of the first to fourth aspects,
A display screen is provided for displaying trends of phosphorus data, rainfall, and measured data of inflowing acetic acid of the first sedimentation basin and the second sedimentation basin.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of a main part configuration of an embodiment of the present invention.
In the figure, components having the same functions as those in FIG. 7 are denoted by the same symbols.
Hereinafter, only differences from FIG. 7 will be described.

[0024]
FIG. 2 shows a processing flow of the input signal in the arithmetic unit 25.
The description will be given according to the processing flow.
As a calculation start step (1), online measurement values (water temperature, total inflow nitrogen, pH, rainfall data) used for acetic acid prediction are input.
[0025]
In step (2), an integrated rainfall impact index is calculated from the amount of rainfall.
That is, the integrated rainfall is calculated from the rainfall data, and the integrated rainfall is converted into a variable to calculate the rainfall influence index.
In step (3), hand analysis data of acetic acid in the water quality test is input.
[0026]
In step (4), the presence or absence of input of acetic acid hand analysis data is checked.
Note that a spot sample is used as the hand analysis data instead of a composite sample. About 5 to 60 pieces of the hand analysis data are input.
In step (5), multivariate analysis is performed based on the values obtained in steps (1), (2), and (3).
[0027]
In step (6), a prediction formula for acetic acid is created and the formula is updated.
The results obtained by the multivariate analysis and an example of the prediction formula are shown below.
Results of multivariate analysis Contribution rate R 2 = 0.83
The prediction formula for the acetic acid concentration is as follows.
[0028]
Here, x 1 is affected index [0029] of the total nitrogen x 2 of inflow sewage water temperature x 3 influent sewage pH x 4 rainfall inflow sewage
In step (7), a predicted value (concentration) of acetic acid is calculated. In step (4), if there is no manual analysis data, the predicted value (concentration) of acetic acid is calculated using only the values obtained in steps (1) and (2).
In step (8), the current alarm level is determined by applying the predicted value (concentration) of acetic acid and the total phosphorus concentration of the inflow sewage to the phosphorus removal deterioration determination map shown in FIG.
It should be noted that the phosphorus removal deterioration determination map is created in advance from experience and is appropriately modified according to the actual situation.
[0030]
FIG. 3 is a graph showing the experimental results in the A sewage treatment plant, where the horizontal axis indicates the measurement date and the vertical axis indicates the acetic acid concentration (mg / l). The manual analysis value of acetic acid used in the analysis is a result of inputting data once a day on weekdays and 12 times every two hours in a day-to-day test for the past three months.
According to the figure, it can be seen that the measured value of acetic acid (the line indicated by A) and the predicted value of acetic acid (the line indicated by B) are almost the same.
[0031]
FIG. 4 is a graph showing the test results in the sewage treatment plant B in the same manner, in which the horizontal axis indicates the measurement date and the vertical axis indicates the acetic acid concentration (mg / l). According to the figure, similarly to the case shown in FIG. 3, the measured value of acetic acid (line indicated by a) and the predicted value of acetic acid (line indicated by b) are almost the same.
[0032]
FIG. 5 is a conceptual diagram for determining an alarm level from the inflow acetic acid concentration and the inflow phosphorus concentration. The abscissa indicates the acetic acid concentration, and the ordinate indicates the total inflow phosphorus concentration.
In FIG. 5, the inflow acetic acid concentration and the inflowing total phosphorus concentration are set to
[0033]
Here, as shown in the figure, the alarm level is set at one to four levels based on the relationship between the total inflow phosphorus concentration and the inflow acetic acid concentration. That is, when the acetic acid concentration is low and the inflowing total phosphorus concentration is high, the alarm level is high. When the acetic acid concentration is high and the inflowing total phosphorus concentration is low, the alarm level is low and the alarm is canceled.
[0034]
Such a setting changes for each treatment plant. For example, if the integrated rainfall is less than 20 mm, the alarm level is lowered by one step, and if the integrated rainfall is 100 mm or more, the alarm level is raised by one step. In addition, if there is no rainfall for one month, the alarm level is lowered, and if the accumulated rainfall exceeds 20 mm in winter, a

FIG. 6 shows the display contents of the
[0036]
It should be noted that the foregoing description has been directed to specific preferred embodiments for the purpose of explanation and illustration of the present invention. For example, the organic matter concentration may be measured by a UV meter or the like instead of the total nitrogen meter. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, but includes many more changes and modifications without departing from the spirit thereof.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Deterioration of phosphorus removal has been predicted based on experience and intuition, but this apparatus can realize a phosphorus removal apparatus that can easily and quantitatively predict using existing instruments. .
(2) As a result, it is possible to obtain a phosphorus removing device capable of coping with deterioration of phosphorus removal, such as appropriately injecting a coagulant.
[0038]
(3) In the present apparatus, since an instrument for directly measuring acetic acid is not required, the entire apparatus can be configured at low cost.
(4) The present device only needs to have a computer capable of programming arithmetic processing, and can be easily incorporated into a monitoring device using an existing personal computer or the like.
[0039]
(5) Since the alarm level is set based on the relationship between the total amount of inflowing phosphorus and the inflowing acetic acid, it is easy to take measures such as injecting an appropriate amount of a coagulant or an organic source.
