本発明は、引き出し式収納庫の引き手の技術に係わり、更に詳しくは、引き出し式収納庫の各引き出しの前板前方の中央に位置し且つ該前板との間に隙間を隔てて前方への回動が可能に上下端部が支持された垂直の引き手と、該引き手の操作に連動作動するラッチ機構とを備え、引き手の高さ方向の任意の位置に手を掛けて左右いずれかの片手で操作可能な引き手の構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の横長の引き出し式収納庫の引き手は、水平の引き手を引き出し前板の左右に1対設けた形態である。この従来の横長の引き出し式収納庫の引き手は、両手で操作するものであり片手では操作することができない。また、下方の引き出しを引き出す場合は体をかがめて引き出す必要があり、上方の引き出しを引き出す場合は低い身長の人にはやや困難が伴うなどの不便さがある。また、片手に物を持つなどして両手が自在に使えないときや片手が不自由な身体障害者には前記のような横長の引き出しの引き出し操作ができないといった不便があった。

一方、横長の引き出し式収納庫の例えば上段に両開き扉付きの収納庫を積み重ねる場合で、該上段の収納庫が、本願出願人が開発した両開き扉のめし合わせ部のほぼ全域を覆う垂直の引き手を備えた両開き扉付き収納庫であるといった場合は、上段収納庫の引き手が収納庫の上下端に亘る垂直の引き手であるのに対し、下段収納庫の引き出しの引き手が水平で左右に離れて1対設けられた形態となり、上下の収納庫が不調和の外観を呈し違和感を感じさせる。このような場合は、下段収納庫の引き出しの引き手を上段の引き手に合わせ、引き出しの前板中央に引き出しの上下端部近傍に亘る垂直の引き手として、上下段収納庫のそれぞれの引き手が一直線に連なって並ぶ形態にすると、外観が統一した意匠的美観を創出でき、且つ、片手で引き出しの出し入れ操作が可能となる。なお、引き出し式収納庫の引き手を前記の垂直形態にする場合、引き出し左右のラッチ機構の係合を引き手の操作に連動して解除する機構にする必要がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述の状況に鑑み本発明が解決しようとするところは引き出し式収納庫の引き出しの引き手であって、前記収納庫と両開き扉のめし合わせ部のほぼ全域を覆う垂直の引き手を備えた両開き扉付き収納庫を積み重ねる場合、前記双方の収納庫のそれぞれの引き手が中央で垂直一直線に並ぶ新しい統一美を創出するような、引き出し式収納庫用の引き手機構を提供することにある。また本発明が解決しようとする他の課題は、横長の引き出し式収納庫の各引き出しの中央に、引き出しの前板上下端近傍に亘る垂直の引き手を設け、人の身長や引き出しの高さに応じ引き手の上下方向のどの位置を掴んで引いても引き出しの左右に設けたラッチ機構が正確に連動し、また、左右いずれの手を用いて片手で容易に引き出しを引き出すことができる引き手機構を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述の課題解決のため、本発明の引き出し式収納庫の引き手機構は、引き出し式収納庫の各引き出しの前板内部の中央部上下端近傍にそれぞれ中間部を前後回動可能に支持された水平の1対の引き手レバーと、前記前板の前方中央に位置し且つ該前板との間に隙間を隔てて前記上下引き手レバーの先端同士を連結する垂直の引き手と、前記前板内部に水平に支持されて前記引き手レバー後端側の揺動に連動して回転し引き出しの左右端近傍に亘る従動軸と、前記従動軸の回転に連動して左右揺動可能に引き出しの左右側板部近傍に支持された揺動ラッチ片と、収納庫側壁の内面に設けられ前記揺動ラッチ片と係合する係止部材の側に向け揺動ラッチ片を付勢する付勢手段とを有する構成とする。

なお、上記の引き手は、上下端部を除く中間部を、水平断面が前端を底辺とする略2等辺三角形になるように形成するとともに、該引き手の上下端を引き手レバーの先端にそれぞれ固着すると都合がよい。或いは更に、引き出し前板の引き手が位置する部分の前面に、側面が後方傾斜する垂直の凹部を前板の上下端近傍に亘って形成し、引き手の後端側の一部が前記凹部に没する形態で引き手を取り付けると一層都合がよい。

また、上記引き出し式収納庫の引き手機構において、引き手レバーは、互いの後端同士を垂直の連結バーで連結するとともに、従動軸は、両端が水平の軸部の中間にクランク部を有し且つ両軸端にそれぞれ前記軸部にほぼ直交する鉤状部をそれぞれ有してなり、前記クランク部が前記引き手レバーの連結バーと当接して引き手操作時の連結バーの前後揺動に伴って従動軸が回転する様に支持する一方、揺動ラッチ片には揺動支持部材から側方に突出する操作レバーを設け、該操作レバーに前記従動軸の鉤状部が当接して従動軸の回転に応じて揺動ラッチ片が左右揺動するようにすると好都合である。これにより、引き手の上下方向のどの位置を引いても、左右のラッチ機構が互いに正確に同期作動し、且つ、左右の揺動ラッチ片に付勢力が均等に作用して作動を安定させることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに本発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づき詳細に説明するが、本発明は、添付図面に示された形態に限定されず特許請求の範囲に記載の要件を満たす実施形態の全てを含むものである。図1は、本発明に係る引き手機構を備えた引き出し式収納庫の全体斜視図を示す。図2〜図5は、本発明に係る引き出し式収納庫の引き手機構の実施例の上端側を示す部分図で、図2は側面から見た状態で図3のB−B矢線に沿う断面、また図3は上方から見た状態で図2のA−A矢線に沿う断面、図4は前板内部の従動軸部を正面から見た状態で図2の左方から見た図、図5は各構成部材を展開した斜視図をそれぞれ示している。そして図6には、図1に示す収納庫、およびその引き出しに備えた引き手と同形態の引き手を備えた両開き扉を備えた収納庫を、上下に積み重ねた際の外観を参考に示す。

図において、引き出し式収納庫1は、横長の直方体の筐体1aの内部の両側にそれぞれ前後方向水平に3段のレール(図示しない)を備え、その各レールに沿って前後移動可能に収納支持された3個(数は限定しない)の引き出し3,3,3を有し、各引き出し3は前後移動行程の前端にストッパ機構(図示しない)を備えている。そして、各引き出し3の前板3aの中央には、本発明に係る引き手機構5の引き手6がそれぞれ設けられ、該引き手機構の引き手6は、疋田sじ3の前板3aのほぼ上下端に亘る垂直の部材で構成されている。

引き手機構5は、引き出し3の前板3aの表板3bと裏板3cとで囲まれた内部空間の中央部上下端近傍にそれぞれ中間部を限定的に前後回動可能に支持された水平の1対の引き手レバー8,8と、前板3aの前方中央に位置し且つ前板3aとの間に隙間を隔てて上下引き手レバー8,8の先端同士を連結する垂直の引き手6と、前板3aの前記内部空間に水平に支持されて引き手レバー8,8の後端側の揺動に連動して回転し且つ引き出しの左右端近傍に亘る従動軸15と、前板3a裏側の引き出し左右側板3d,3dの外側に支持され且つ従動軸15の回転に連動して左右揺動可能な揺動ラッチ片25,25と、筐体1aの側壁内板1bに設けられ且つラッチ片25,25先端にそれぞれ形成されたラッチ係合部26,26と係合するラッチ爪2,2と、ラッチ爪2,2の側に向け揺動ラッチ片25,25先端を回動付勢する付勢バネ20,20とを有する構成からなる。

引き手レバー8,8は、互いの後端同士を垂直の連結バー9で連結する。そして各引き手レバー8は、中間部に形成した貫通孔8aの部分を、前板3aの内部に設けた引き手支持部材10に対しピン11(図3,図5参照)により前後に限定的に回動可能に支持する。従動軸15は、両端が水平の軸部の中間に斜め下方に向けて突出形成(図示の例では軸部中間部を折り曲げて形成)したクランク部17を有し、且つ前記軸部両端にそれぞれ該軸部にほぼ直交する鉤状部18,18をそれぞれ有してなる。そして、クランク部17を引き手レバー8,8の連結バー9の後端面に当接させ、引き手6を操作した時の連結バー9の前後揺動に伴って従動軸15が回転するように、前板3aの内部空間に固設した複数の軸支持部材16で支持する。

揺動ラッチ片25,25は、前板3aの裏板3cに貫通形成した係止穴23に装着係止されたバネ支持枠21に対し、該バネ支持枠に回転可能に装着した垂直の支軸27,27により、支軸27との相対的回転が規制され且つ先端部が左右揺動可能に固定支持する。各揺動ラッチ片25の支軸27は、バネ支持枠21から上方に突き出た部分をバネ支持枠21と干渉しない様な形状でU字状に下方垂直に曲げ、更にその端部を互いに内方に向けほぼ水平に曲げて形成した操作レバー28を有する。該操作レバー28,28には、従動軸15の鉤状部18,18をそれぞれ当接させ、従動軸15が回転するとそれに伴って揺動ラッチ片25,25が左右方向に揺動するように構成する。なお、バネ支持枠21内部の支軸27には付勢バネ20を装着し、その一端を支軸27に他端をバネ支持枠21にそれぞれ係止して、揺動ラッチ片25の先端をラッチ爪2側つまり外側に向け向け回動付勢する。

バネ支持枠21の構造は、図5に示すように、水平断面が矩形で内部に後方が開口する空間部を有し、この空間部外周の後端開口近傍に外側に突出するフランジ部を備え、そのフランジ部後方には上下に係止爪22a,22aを設けた係止部22を形成するとともに、前記フランジの前方側上下面には支軸27を装着する軸穴が貫通形成されてなる。このバネ支持枠21の係止部22を、引き出し3の側板3d外側の前板3aの裏板3cに貫通形成した係止穴23に内方から後方に向けて押し込み装着し、係止爪22aで係止固定する。そして、付勢バネ20および揺動ラッチ片25の基端部をバネ支持枠21の後方開口部から挿入し、バネ支持枠21の軸穴から支軸27を装着して揺動ラッチ片25を支軸27に一体的に固定するとともに、付勢バネ20に付勢力を与えてその一端を支軸27に他端をバネ支持枠21の内部にそれぞれ係止する。これにより、支軸27の操作レバー28を従動軸15端部の鉤状部18で前後に回転させると、揺動ラッチ片25は先端を左右に揺動するように支持され、且つ付勢バネ20で先端がラッチ爪2側に向け回動するように付勢される。

一方、引き手6は、垂直の棒状の中間部材6aと端部部材7,7とで構成され、中間部材6aの両端に引き手レバー8,8の先端をそれぞれ取り付けた後に中間部材6aの上下端にそれぞれ端部部材7,7を装着する。なお、引き手6の中間部材6aは、水平断面が前端6bを底辺とし後側面6c,6cを左右の2辺とする略2等辺三角形になるように形成すると好ましい。また、引き出し3の前板3aの引き手6の位置する部分の前面には、側面が後方傾斜する傾斜側面4a,4aとその奧に前板3aの表板3bと平行な底部4bとを有してなる垂直の凹部4を前板3aの上下端近傍に亘って形成し、引き手の後端側の一部が凹部4に没する形態で引き手6を取り付けると好ましい。

つぎに、上記の構成からなる引き手機構5の作用を説明する。引き出し3が収納庫1の筐体1aに押し込まれた状態においては、付勢バネ20の作用により引き手機構5の揺動ラッチ片25のラッチ爪係合部26がラッチ爪2に係合して引き出し3の飛び出しを規制するとともに、引き手6は、後側面6c側の一部が引き出し前板3aの中央凹部4に没する状態で端部部材7,7の当接端面7a,7aが前板3aの表板3b上下端部に当接している。この状態で引き手6の中間部材6aの適宜の箇所を左右いずれかの手で手前に引くと、引き手レバー8,8が限定的に前方回動し、引き手レバー8,8の後端に固着した連結バー9の後端面が後方に回動し、連結バー9に当接している従動軸15のクランク部17が図5の矢印方向に回転する。これにより、従動軸15両端の鉤状部18,18が揺動ラッチ片25の支軸27の操作レバー28を図5の矢印方向に回動して揺動ラッチ片25,25の先端を内方に回動させ、ラッチ爪係合部26とラッチ爪2との係合が解除され、引き出し3は前方に引き出される。
