Abstract
Description
【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional configuration, when the saucer is pulled out from the cooking cabinet, the saucer moves while rubbing against the bottom surface and side surfaces of the cooking cabinet. If an unpleasant friction sound is generated, such as "squeaky", or if it is hit against the enamel surface violently, the enamel may peel off, exposing the dough and causing salt corrosion from the fish to cause corrosion.
[0010]
In addition, in order to reduce the contact surface between the pan and the cooking cabinet, if the configuration is adopted in which the pan is directly supported by the rail, the rail is provided in the cabinet, so that the lubricating oil evaporates and burns in a high temperature environment during cooking. There is also the risk that salt and sulfur content from the fish will accumulate and corrode the metal parts that make up the rail.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a cooking device according to the present invention is provided with a cooking cabinet having a built-in heater, a grill for loading foods, a saucer on which a grill is placed and which can be put in and out of the cooking cabinet, and attached to the saucer. A door that is removably mounted via a supporting member and covers the front opening of the cooking cabinet, an exhaust path provided at the upper rear of the cooking cabinet, a heat shield case continuously provided on the outer periphery of the cooking cabinet, and a heat shield case. A configuration including a pair of rails provided on both left and right sides, a control board for controlling a heater, a cooling device for cooling the control board, an operation unit for operating a cooking device, and an outer case forming an outer shell of the cooking device. In the above, the rail is provided between the heat shield case and the cooking cabinet and is fixed to the heat shield case, the left and right rail ends are fixed by the connection arm, and the connection arm and the support bracket of the saucer are configured to be locked. , Leh More can be installed to a place lower temperatures, and by food to rail can avoid adhesion of dirt butter, and the like, permanently capable of loading and unloading of the smooth pan.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The invention according to
[0013]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the connecting arm is configured to be restrained from moving in the horizontal direction by the claw of the support bracket of the pan and to be movable upward, so that the pan can be filled with water and cooked. After the completion of cooking, the tray in which water or fat is stored can be taken out horizontally without tilting and spilling.
[0014]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the connecting arm is formed by covering the resin or the metal with the resin, thereby preventing the connecting arm which is most easy for the user to touch from becoming high in temperature. Even if you touch it, you will not burn yourself.
[0015]
The invention according to claim 4 has a configuration in which a resin component is fixed between the tip of the rail and the connecting arm, thereby suppressing heat conduction to the connecting arm and preventing the connecting arm from becoming high in temperature. Even if the connecting arm is accidentally touched, no burn is caused.
[0016]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, at least a part of the connecting arm on the side of the cooking cabinet is provided with a rubber packing, so that the packing is mounted around the hole through which the rail of the front plate passes. Oil smoke can be prevented from entering through the gap between the front plate and the back surface of the door from the hole, and the slidability can be prevented from being reduced due to corrosion of the rail and adhesion of dirt.
