【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、情報提供システムに関し、特に記憶媒体に記録された映像に対して付加データを提供する録画映像付加情報提供システム関する。

【従来の技術】
ＢＳデジタル放送が開始され、新たな放送形態としてデータ放送が行われている。特に番組連動型のデータ放送では、番組映像との同時性を利用し、その番組映像の紹介やあらすじの紹介、映像内のオブジェクト（対象）の情報提供、クイズ番組への参加、ショッピング番組の商品申し込みに代表されるデータコンテンツの提供が行われている。しかしながら、番組連動型のため、データコンテンツを作成する上で、番組映像との同時性を意識する必要があり、その提供内容が限られたものになってしまう場合がある。また、あくまで番組映像が主体であるため、凝った内容や複雑な内容でデータコンテンツを作成しても、視聴者がデータコンテンツを十分に利用できない場合がある。

ハードディスクやＤＶＤなどのデジタル記憶媒体を使用すれば、番組映像とデータコンテンツを同時に記憶することができる。しかし、番組連動型のデータ放送を記憶して視聴しようとした場合、データコンテンツの内容が実放送時間での番組と同時性を意識しているため、データコンテンツが再生時には無効なものとなってしまう場合がある。具体的には、再生時には、番組参加型のデータコンテンツは使用できない。記憶媒体に記憶しても有効なデータコンテンツの作成が望まれる。

さらに、スポーツ番組などの中継放送では、リアルタイムにデータコンテンツを映像に付属することができない場合がある。さらに、映像中の動きの速いオブジェクト（対象）にデータコンテンツを付属できない場合、もしくは、視聴者がオブジェクトを選択できずデータコンテンツを利用できない場合がある。もしくは、データコンテンツを見るために視聴者が番組映像に集中できない場合がある。

さらに、生中継番組では、映像が編集されておらず、視聴者にとって無駄な部分がある場合がある。さらに、リアルタイムに行われる解説は、十分でない場合がある。

データ放送において、記録されることを意識したデータコンテンツの作成が望まれる。さらに、記録されることで付加価値が与えられるデータコンテンツの作成が望まれる。
なお、記録された番組映像に付加されるデータコンテンツは、放送データと同時に放送される必要が無い場合がある。
さらに、記録された番組映像が再生される時期に合わせたデータコンテンツが提供されることが望まれる。
データ放送は、記録されることで、その放送が視聴される機会が増加し、その放送に含まれるコマーシャルなどの効果が増加することが好ましい。
さらに、その記録されたデータ放送が視聴された時に、記録されているコマーシャル、商品販売情報、抽選募集の情報などの情報が古くなる場合がある。このため、記録された放送が視聴される時に対応したコマーシャルなどの情報が提供されることが望まれる。

また、映像が記録された記憶媒体が販売されている。ＤＶＤに例示される映像を記録した記憶媒体には、編集情報が含まれる場合がある。具体的にはチャプターポイント情報などの編集データを含む場合がある。さらに、特典としてサービス映像などを含む場合がある。
しかし、基本的には、ＤＶＤ内に記録されている映像やデータ以外は提供されない。ＤＶＤを再生する時に応じた、タイムリーなサービス映像やデータコンテンツを提供することが望まれる。

ＣＭデータを記録再生する記録再生装置であって、ＣＭのビデオ・データとＣＭに関する情報データを取得するデータ取得手段と、ＣＭのビデオ・データとＣＭに関する情報データを蓄積するデータ蓄積手段と、蓄積されているＣＭビデオ・データを検索して選択的に再生するＣＭデータ再生手段と、視聴者がＣＭのビデオ・データまたは情報データを利用した履歴を保管する利用履歴保管手段と、を具備することを特徴とするＣＭ記録再生装置が開示されている。さらに、外部ネットワークと接続するための通信手段を備え、ＣＭ詳細情報提示手段はＣＭで広告・宣伝される商品やサービスを紹介するサイトへのリンク情報を提示し、該リンク情報の選択動作に応答して、前記通信手段によって該当するサイトへアクセスする、ことを特徴とするＣＭ記録再生装置が開示されている。（例えば特許文献１）

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の目的は、記録された映像に、付加的なデータを提供することができる録画映像付加情報提供システムを提供することにある。
本発明のほかの目的は、再生された時に合わせて、記録された映像に付加的なデータを提供することができる録画映像付加情報提供システムを提供することにある。
本発明のさらに他の目的は、放送された映像が記録された場合に付加的なデータが提供されることで、放送された映像が記録されることを促進することができる録画映像付加情報提供システムを提供することにある。

付加データ提供装置（２０）が、付加データを受信記録装置（１０、５０）に送信するステップ。
受信記録装置（１０、５０）が、付加データを受信して映像データ（３２）と同期して再生する、もしくは、付加データに含まれるコマンドにより映像データ（３２）を加工するステップ。

付加データ提供装置（２０）が、付加データを受信記録装置（１１０、２１０）に送信した数に基づき、スポンサ端末（１４０、２４０）に課金情報を送信するステップ。

本実施の形態１における録画映像付加情報提供システムは、放送局３０と、受信録画再生装置１０と、付加データ提供装置２０を含む。受信録画再生装置１０と付加データ提供装置２０は、ネットワーク４０で双方向通信が可能に接続されている。
