Description

【0001】

JP 2002-294972 A (FIG. 2)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, although these conventional panel-type waist walls certainly have a high decorative property such as woodgrain, the waist wall panels having the same appearance and a flat surface are lined up continuously, so When the openwork joints between the wall panels were repeated at regular intervals, the appearance became monotonous lacking the three-dimensionality, the solid feeling was poor, and the design was low.
[0005]
In addition, in recent years, there is an increasing need to provide handrails on walls for consideration of the elderly and the disabled. These handrails are functionally standardized at a height of 750 mm from the floor, which usually falls within the range of the waist wall. However, it is difficult to attach a handrail on a waist wall having a unique surface shape for decoration or the like, and even if it is attached, a special bracket is required.
[0006]
The present invention has been devised in view of the above-described problems, and makes it possible to feel depth, obtain a high design with a solid feeling, and stably use a standard bracket to stabilize a handrail. The purpose is to provide a waist wall structure that can be mounted.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is a waist wall structure including a plurality of rectangular decorative panels that are continuous left and right, wherein the decorative panel includes a first decorative panel whose surface is a vertical plane. At least the surfaces of both side portions are characterized in that the thickness is gradually reduced toward both side ends, and the second decorative plate has an arc-shaped curved surface in a horizontal cross section.
[0008]
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that the second decorative plate is formed by a vertical plane between the curved surfaces, and the invention according to claim 3 is configured such that the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate The decorative plates are arranged alternately and are continuous left and right.
[0009]
The invention according to claim 4 is characterized in that the first decorative board is arranged at a side end, and the invention according to claim 5 is arranged on a vertical plane of the first and second decorative boards, A bracket for supporting a handrail is attached.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 to 5, the waist wall structure 1 of the present invention is formed with a plurality of rectangular decorative boards 2 on the surface of the wall main body 21 and lower than the waist height, continuously on the left and right.
[0011]
In this example, the wall main body 21 is formed of a plaster board, a plywood, an MDF (medium fiber board), and the like on both sides of a wall panel frame 22 in which a vertical frame 22a, a horizontal frame 22b, and a middle crosspiece 22c are framed in a rectangular frame shape. The wall panel 24 to which the wall base material 23 is attached by nailing or the like is formed by fixing it to a building structure (not shown) such as a pillar or a beam. And shortening the construction period. In this example, an end corner portion 25 is formed by abuttingly attaching an end surface of the other wall panel 24b to an end side surface of one wall panel 24a that is perpendicular to the other, and a corner having an L-shaped cross section is formed on the surface. The member 26 is attached.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 3, the decorative board 2 is made of solid wood, decorative plywood covered with a veneer made of thin wood, decorative resin sheet-attached plywood, recycled wood, and the like. A male boss 26a and a female boss 26b on the other end, the end surface of the male boss 26a is formed as an inclined surface on the front side of the decorative plate 2 protruding from the back surface, and the end surface of the female boss 26b is a tip of the male boss 26a. The end surface is formed on an inclined surface from which the back surface of the decorative board 2 projects so as to match the shape.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 4, the decorative board 2 is placed on a skirting board 29, and an upper end is provided between a step 28 of a horizontal parting edge 27 attached to the wall main body 21 at a waist height and the wall main body 21. In the fitted state, as shown in FIG. 3, the male member 26a is fixed to the wall main body 21 with a fixing tool 30 such as a nail or a screw. Next, the female face 26b of the adjacent decorative board 2 is superimposed on the male face 26a, and the inclined face of the female face 26b is pressed against the inclined face of the male face 26a to fix one end of the adjacent decorative board 2 to the other. The male end 26a at the end is fixed to the wall main body 21 with the fastener 30 in the same manner as described above. By repeating this process, the decorative board 2 can be continuously attached to the decorative board 2 without loosening without using a fixing tool on the female female 26b side.
[0014]
In this example, the base of the male seed 26a formed longer than the female seed 26b is partially exposed on the surface to form the watermark joint 31 to add an accent to the appearance and enhance the design.
[0015]
The decorative panel 2 includes a first decorative panel 2A and a second decorative panel 2B, and the first decorative panel 2A has a surface formed of a vertical plane 3, a height of 500 to 1200 mm, a width of 100 to 500 mm, It is formed of a rectangular flat plate having a thickness of 3 to 20 mm. In the present example, the height is 740 mm, the width is 225 mm, and the thickness is 5.5 mm, and the male nut 26a and the female nut 26b are provided on both sides.
[0016]
The second decorative plate 2B has arcuate curved surfaces 4 in a horizontal cross section by gradually decreasing the thickness toward both side edges on both sides of a vertical plane 3 formed vertically in the center of the surface, The thickness is 5 to 50 mm in the central vertical plane 3, 3 to 30 mm in the curved surface 4, 500 to 1200 mm in height, and 50 to 300 mm in width. In this example, the thickness is 7 mm in the vertical plane 3 and curved. The surface 4 gradually decreases from 7 mm to 4.5 mm toward both ends, has a height of 740 mm and a width of 117 mm, and has a curved surface 4 having a radius of curvature of 150 mm.
[0017]
In addition, the curved surface 4 is formed by cutting a solid wood with a processing machine such as a router, modifying a material having the curved surface 4, attaching a decorative sheet to a core material such as MDF, and extruding recycled wood. And the like.
[0018]
As described above, in the present example, the unevenness due to the curved surface 4 is formed on the waist wall surface by arranging the second decorative plate 2B, and a shadow appears due to the three-dimensional effect and light projection on the surface. It has a profound feeling of depth and thickness, and high designability is obtained.
[0019]
Further, in the present example, the first decorative boards 2A and the second decorative boards 2B are arranged alternately and are continuous left and right. As a result, the curved irregularities formed by the second decorative board 2B are formed at regular intervals separated by the vertical plane of the first decorative board 2A, so that a repetitive rhythm is felt and a higher weight is obtained. A feeling is provided, and higher designability is obtained.
[0020]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, a first decorative board 2 </ b> A is arranged at a side end of the waist wall structure 1. In the mounting work of the decorative panel 2, the difference in the width of the entire waist wall is adjusted by cutting the decorative panel 2 at the side end, but when the second decorative panel 2B is cut, the width is interrupted in the middle of the curved surface 4. And the appearance is uncomfortable, and the appearance is deteriorated. However, the thickness of the first decorative board 2A is constant no matter where it is cut, and the adjustment can be easily performed without impairing the appearance.
[0021]
Furthermore, the length of the waist wall differs individually depending on conditions such as the length of the wall itself on which the waist wall is provided and the position of the entrance. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the width adjustment dimensions of the entire lumbar wall structure 1 obtained in advance by calculation are equally divided, and the first decorative boards 2A arranged on the left and right side edges are cut into the same width. By arranging, the balance of the appearance of both side ends is maintained, so that the appearance is further improved.
[0022]
In addition, in recent years, the necessity of providing a handrail 5 on a wall for consideration of the elderly and the disabled has been increasing. In the waist wall structure 1, as shown in FIG. 3, an end bracket 6a and an intermediate bracket 6b are attached at the same height at an interval of 1.5 to 2.5 m to support an end and an intermediate portion of the horizontal bar-shaped handrail 5. This eliminates the need for a special bracket corresponding to the shape of the complicated mounting surface, and allows the use of the ordinary bracket 6 having the flat mounting substrate 32, so that the mounting operation can be standardized and the mounting can be performed on a vertical plane. The mounting strength of the handrail 5 supported by the bracket 6 is stable.
[0023]
Further, in this example, as shown in FIG. 2, the waist wall structure 1 having the same configuration is formed on both wall bodies 21 a and 21 b which are perpendicular to each other via the protruding corner portion 25, and the both sides adjacent to the corner member 26 are formed. It is preferable that both of the first decorative boards 2A are formed to have the same width to make the appearance uniform.
[0024]
FIGS. 6 and 7 show that a second decorative plate 2B having an arcuate curved surface 4 on both sides of a vertical plane 3 is continuously disposed between first decorative plates 2A disposed at side ends. In the illustrated example, the curved irregularities are continuously formed in a short cycle, so that a high design that is rich in a sense of dynamism and has a sense of change can be obtained.
[0025]
In addition, the bracket 6 of the handrail 5 is attached to the vertical plane 3 of the second decorative panel 2B, and the second decorative panel 2B is continuous. Therefore, the mounting pitch of the bracket 6 can be set finely according to the required strength. The handrail is attached with sufficient strength.
[0026]
FIGS. 8 and 9 show alternately arranged first decorative panels 2A and second decorative panels 2B each having a curved surface 4 whose thickness gradually decreases toward both side edges on the entire front surface including both side portions. This is an example. In this example, the uneven shape formed by the curved surface 4 over the entire surface of the second decorative board 2B enhances the three-dimensional impression, enhances the shadow of the surface, increases the solid feeling, and achieves high designability. Can be In this example, the bracket 6 of the handrail 5 is attached to the first decorative board.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the invention according to claim 1 is basically provided with a plurality of rectangular decorative boards that are continuous left and right, and the decorative board includes at least a first decorative board whose surface is a vertical plane. Since the surfaces of both sides are composed of a second decorative plate having an arc-shaped curved surface in a horizontal cross-section by gradually decreasing the thickness toward the both ends, the surface is curved by the second decorative plate. Due to the unevenness, it has a solid feeling to feel the thickness, high designability is obtained, and the handrail is stably mounted on the first decorative board with a vertical flat surface using a standard bracket it can.
[0028]
In addition, by setting a vertical plane between the curved surfaces of the second decorative panel, the handrail can be stably mounted on the second decorative panel by a standard bracket, and the first decorative panel and the second decorative panel can be attached to the second decorative panel. By alternately arranging the decorative panels of the second decorative panel on the left and right, curved irregularities formed by the second decorative panel are formed at regular intervals, and a profound feeling of repetitive rhythm and high designability can be obtained. .
[0029]
Also, by disposing the first decorative panel at the side end of the waist wall structure, the difference in width of the lumbar wall can be adjusted without deteriorating the appearance, and the handrail is placed on the vertical plane of the first and second decorative panels. The handrail can be stably attached by the standard work using the ordinary bracket by attaching the bracket for supporting the handrail.
