しかしながら、上述したようなスパウト付きパウチ容器のスパウトとしては、硬質のプラスチック成形体が一般的に使用されているので、ゼリー飲料等のように、内容物が粘性のある流動体の場合は、スパウト部分に滞留した内容物を最後まで搾り出すことができないという問題があった。

こういった問題を解決するためには、スパウト自体に可撓性を付与することが考えられるが、スパウトが可撓性を有していたのでは、容器本体にヒートシールする際の押圧力によってスパウトが変形してしまい、スパウトを容器本体に装着することができないといった新たな問題が発生する。

上記の課題を解決するため、請求項1にかかる発明は、袋状の容器本体にスパウトが装着されたスパウト付きパウチ容器において、前記スパウトは、前記容器本体にヒートシールされる、内容物の導出口が形成された、可撓性を有する本体部と、前記本体部の前記導出口に挿入することによって前記導出口を閉塞する口栓とを備え、前記口栓によって前記本体部の前記導出口を閉塞した状態では、前記本体部におけるヒートシール部分の撓みが抑制されるようになっていることを特徴とするスパウト付きパウチ容器を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。図1〜図4に示すように、このスパウト付きパウチ容器1は、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンやポリプロピレン等の熱接着性を有する合成樹脂フィルムの外面に、アルミニウム箔やエチレンビニルアルコールフィルム等からなるガスバリア層が積層された二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム、二軸延伸ポリアミドフィルム、二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム等の耐熱性フィルムをラミネートした柔軟性シートによって袋状に形成された容器本体10と、この容器本体10に装着される熱接着性樹脂によって形成されたスパウト20とから構成されている。

前記容器本体10は、表裏一対の外装シート11及び両外装シート11の両側部から内側に折り込まれて左右のガセット部を形成する左右一対のガセットシート12とから構成されており、折り込まれたガセットシート12の内面の周縁が外装シート11の内面にヒートシールされると共に、外装シート11の内面の上縁部及び下縁部が相互にヒートシールされることで、袋状に形成されている。なお、図2における網掛け表示部分がヒートシール部分を示している。
