本発明は農芸用ビニールハウスにおける保温用ビニールシートの端末または中間をハウスのフレームパイプへ挟み付け固定するための支持具、通称パッカーに関する。

かかるパッカーの使用事例が前記特許文献に開示されている。特許文献１のものはビニールシートの端末をハウスの長手方向、両側に配した突条を有する金属製パイプに巻きつけ、断面Ｕ字状のプラスチック製パッカーで挟着してビニールシートがパイプから容易に外れないようにしたものである。また特許文献２には断面Ｕ字状パッカーの背面に巻き上げロープ通し用のフックを一体的に取り付けたものを開示する。

然しながら従来のパッカーはビニールシートを挟み込んでパイプに固定するために用いられるのを一般としておりロ−プ付き保温シートのロープを張り巡らすために用いられるものは無かった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明はかかるパッカーを利用してハウス内に張られる保温用ビニールシートのロープを容易にハウスのフレームパイプに取り付けるための手段を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
本発明のロープ付きビニールシートの支持具は、請求項１記載のように半円弧筒体１の円弧部分を長手方向に切り欠いて両側に伸びるロッド部２を形成し、その先端を上方に各突出させてロープ係止部３を形成するようにしたことを特徴とする。そして請求項２記載のように、前記ロッド部２に補強部材７を埋設したことを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づき説明する。図１は本発明のロ−プ付きビニールシートの取り付け支持具であって、ほぼ従来のパッカーのように断面Ｕ字状の半円弧筒体１からなり、該半円弧筒体１の円弧部分を長手方向に略１／３ほど切り欠いて両側に伸びるロッド部２を形成し、その先端を上方に各突出させてロープ係止部３を形成するようにした。また該ロッド部２の補強を図るためにロッド部分に鋼鉄製の板材またはロッドなど補強部材７を埋設しても良い。

そして本支持具は図４に示すようにハウス内にあって両側にすだれ状に吊り下げられる保温用のビニールシート４の上縁に取り付けられるロープ５をシート吊り下げ用のフレームパイプ６に固定するためのものであって、図２及び図３に示すようにロッド部２にシート４を載せ、先端のロープ係止部３にロープ５を引っ掛けて、半円弧筒体１から両側に延出するロッド部２間にフレームパイプ６を挟み込み、筒体１の側縁をフレームパイプ６に押し当てながら図３で時計回りに筒部１を回転させることにより該筒部１がビニールシート４及びロープ５を抱き込んだ状態でパイプ６に固定されることになる。

【発明の効果】
従来、ロープ付きビニールシートはシートに穴をあけ針金などでフレームパイプに結わえ付けるようにしていたが、本発明の支持具を用いればシートに穴をあける必要が無く、しかもロープとシートを同時にフレームパイプに固定することが出来る。またシートをロッド部にかけながらてこの原理で押しまわしてシートをパイプに挟みつけるようにしたから操作が容易であり作業手間を簡便にさせるなどの効果がある。
