f0=f0m・sin(6π/τ)・x ・・・(1)
【0050】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a linear motor used for a transport system of an FA device, for example, a table feed of a machine tool or a stepper driving mechanism of a semiconductor device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional moving magnet type linear motor, a magnetic circuit is generally formed between the teeth formed on the armature core and the permanent magnets serving as the field poles. A cogging thrust was generated, and this cogging thrust contributed to a thrust fluctuation occurring at the time of relative movement between the field pole and the armature. Further, since the magnetic circuits formed at both ends of the field core are open, a cogging thrust due to the end effect is also generated, which also contributes to the thrust fluctuation.

[0004]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Publication No. H11-163873 discloses a technique for reducing thrust unevenness caused by non-uniform magnetic flux distribution of fixed magnetic poles of a permanent magnet in a linear motor.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the linear motor, the armature and the field pole overlap and there are parts that do not overlap, so discontinuity of the magnetic circuit occurs at the boundary, which occurs at the teeth at both ends of the armature Cogging occurs between the end cogging and the slot cogging caused by a change in magnetic resistance due to the slot opening shape of the armature. In order to improve the motion characteristics of the linear motor, it is necessary to suppress cogging. Of cogging, end cogging is dealt with as described in
[0007]
Further, in order to obtain a large thrust in a linear motor, a method of increasing the motor length is used. However, in this case, there is a problem that slot cogging increases in proportion to the length.

【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, it has the following effects.
[0053]
The linear motor according to the present invention has a field iron core in which a plurality of permanent magnets constituting a field pole are alternately arranged in a line at a magnetic pole pitch τ so that the polarities are alternately different, and a permanent magnet array and a magnetic air gap are provided. An armature composed of an armature core arranged to face and an armature winding formed by winding a coil around the teeth of the armature core, and either one of the field pole and the armature is fixed. In the linear motor in which the field pole and the armature run relatively to each other with the other as a mover,
A linear motor is constructed by connecting a basic block having a ratio of 3: 2 between the number of teeth of the armature and the number of magnetic poles formed by the permanent magnet to n (where n is an integer of 2 or more) basic blocks. When k is represented by an odd number and m is represented by an integer, the arrangement is such that the interval between the armature blocks in the basic block is τn + (k · τ / 6) + 2τm.
The armature divided into two parts cancels each slot cogging, so that the slot cogging can be reduced, and a large thrust can be obtained and the motion characteristics can be improved.
[0054]
Further, the basic block is configured such that the ratio of the number of teeth of the armature to the number of magnetic poles formed by the permanent magnet is 3: 2, and the armature is divided into r (where r is an integer satisfying 2 ≦ r ≦ n). And n / r is an integer), and n basic blocks (where n is an integer of 2 or more) are connected to form a linear motor. When k is an odd number and m is an integer, The interval between the armature blocks in the basic block is
Since it was arranged to be 2nτ / r + τ / (3r) + 2τm,
The divided armatures cancel each other's slot cogging, so that slot cogging can be reduced, and a large thrust can be obtained and the motion characteristics can be improved.
[0055]
