【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a lower frame cover mounting structure having a structure in which a hanging piece is hung from a sliding door frame such as a sliding shoji, and the hanging piece is fitted into a slide groove formed in a substantially flat upper surface of the lower frame. About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The applicant has formed an upper surface of the lower frame to be substantially flat, formed a thin strip-shaped sliding door slide groove on the upper surface of the lower frame, and fitted a drooping piece hanging from the sliding door lower frame into the sliding door sliding groove. A sash structure has been previously proposed (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-213156).
[0003]
In the case of such a barrier-free structure in which the upper surface of the lower frame is made substantially flat, a slide groove is formed to ensure watertightness and airtightness, and a sliding section of a sliding door is also required, so that a complicated cross section is required. Hard materials, such as SUS materials, which are shaped and have excellent scratch resistance, have been difficult to process.
On the other hand, extrusion processing using an aluminum alloy or the like allows easy and inexpensive molding. However, extruded sections made of an aluminum alloy have the disadvantage that they are softer and more easily damaged than SUS materials.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP, 2002-213156, A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above technical problems, the present invention is inexpensive, has excellent scratch resistance, and has a drainage property, in which the lower frame itself is formed from an extruded aluminum material and the upper surface of the lower frame is covered with a scratch-resistant material. The purpose is to provide an excellent lower frame structure.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the invention described in claim 1, the upper surface of the lower frame of the sash formed of the sliding shoji provided in the outdoor opening of the building is formed substantially flat, and the upper surface of the lower frame has a thin strip-shaped outer sliding door slide groove and an inner surface. In the lower frame structure in which the sliding pieces provided with the sliding sliding grooves and the hanging pieces hanging down from the lower frame of the outer sliding door and the inner sliding door are respectively fitted into the sliding grooves, the processing is bent in an L-shape or a U-shape and has excellent scratch resistance. The plate material was attached to the upper surface of the lower frame such that the bent portion was inserted into a slide groove provided on the upper surface of the lower frame.
[0007]
By inserting the bent portion into a slide groove and attaching it to the lower frame by bending an L-shaped or U-shaped plate material with excellent scratch resistance, the slide groove is prevented from being damaged, and the slide groove portion is prevented. The strength of is also secured.
Further, the upper surface of the lower frame can be prevented from being damaged.
Even a hard plate material having excellent scratch resistance can be easily bent in an L-shape or a U-shape, and the mounting of the plate material is simplified.
[0008]
According to the invention described in claim 2, the upper surface of the lower frame of the sash formed of the sliding shoji provided in the outdoor opening of the building is formed substantially flat, and the upper and lower frame upper surfaces have a thin strip-shaped outer sliding door slide groove and an inner surface. A sliding piece provided with a sliding door and a hanging piece suspended from the lower frame of the outer sliding door and the inner sliding door are fitted into the sliding groove, respectively, and the sliding door provided in the lower sliding door of the sliding door is located below the sliding door contact portion of the rail on which the sliding door runs. A groove was formed on the side surface of the sheet and opened along the rail in the direction in which the shoji was found. One side of a plate having excellent scratch resistance was inserted into the groove, and this plate was attached to the upper surface of the lower frame.
[0009]
By inserting a plate material having excellent scratch resistance into the groove on the side surface of the rail, it is possible to cover portions other than the rail portion that requires a complicated shape, and to prevent damage.
Further, by inserting the plate material into the groove on the side surface of the rail, the rail and the plate material appear to be connected without any gap when viewed from above, and the appearance is excellent.
[0010]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the configuration of the second aspect of the present invention, a drain hole is provided in the plate member, and the plate member is slightly inclined toward the drain hole and attached to the lower frame.
[0011]
In this way, as a structure in which the plate material constituting the upper surface of the lower frame is separately attached to the lower frame, a drain hole is formed on the plate material before mounting, and the plate material is attached to the lower frame with a slight inclination toward the drain hole side. This makes it possible to realize a drainage structure of a lower frame which is provided with a drainage hole in a hard material which is difficult to process and has excellent scratch resistance and which is an upper surface member.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a sash structure according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a transverse sectional view thereof.
FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the lower frame portion.
The lower frame 10, the upper frame 20, and the right vertical frame 30 and the left vertical frame 40 from the room to the outside form a substantially rectangular frame body at the opening of the building, and the openings are sequentially formed at the openings from the outside. , A screen door 70, an outer sash 50, and an inner sash 60 are slidably opened and closed.
The screen door is attached as needed.
Further, in the case of the sliding sash shown in the figure, there are two sliding doors, an outer sliding door and an inner sliding door, but the present invention is also applied to a sliding door having four sliding doors or the like.
[0013]
The upper frame 20 is formed by connecting upper frame base members 20a and 20c made of a metal such as an extruded aluminum material, which is easy to secure strength, with a heat insulating member 20d such as a resin material. 20b is disposed inside the room.
The lower frame base of the lower frame 10 is formed by connecting the outdoor lower frame base member 11 and the indoor lower frame base member 12 with the heat insulating member 16 on the frame mounting surface 1a.
The upper surface of the lower frame is formed substantially flat without unevenness which usually causes stumbling and fitting when passing over the lower frame.
[0014]
The right vertical frame 30 and the left vertical frame 40 have a heat insulating structure in which the vertical frame indoor members 30b, 40b made of resin or the like are connected to the indoor side of the metal vertical frame base members 30a, 40a, respectively.
[0015]
The pseudo rail 19b of the inner sash 60 is provided in a shape protruding above the rising piece 102 of the indoor side base member 12 in a convex shape, and the door wheel running part 3 is provided in which the door wheel 61c abuts the concave portion 61d and runs. I have.
A groove 5 that opens along the pseudo rail 19b is formed on the indoor side surface of the sliding door 3 in the direction in which the sliding door is located above the rising piece 102.
[0016]
A plate material 2 made of SUS material having excellent scratch resistance and formed in a shape to cover the indoor side portion from the pseudo rail 19b on the lower frame upper surface is inserted into the groove 5 and attached to one side thereof.
The plate material 2 is supported on the rising pieces 101 from the vicinity of the center in the width direction to the indoor side, and is fixed on the rising pieces 101 bent toward the indoor side.
The plate member 2 is supported and fixed in a state of being slightly inclined to the pseudo rail 19b side, and forms the upper surface of the lower frame on the indoor side from the pseudo rail 19b.
Accordingly, the upper surface of the lower frame on the indoor side of the pseudo rail 19b requiring a complicated shape is covered with the plate member 2 to prevent scratches.
[0017]
Since the plate 2 is fixed with one side inserted into the groove 5 below the pseudo rail 19b, when viewed from above, FIG. 4 shows the pseudo rail 19b and the plate 2 viewed from above. Since the pseudo rail 19b and the plate member 2 appear to be connected without any gap, as shown in FIG.
Further, in the processing of the plate material 2, even if a slight deviation occurs in the length of the plate material in the finding direction, the depth of the groove 5 absorbs the deviation and has no effect on the appearance, so that the processing accuracy is strict. Is not required, and there is an effect of reducing the processing cost.
In FIG. 4, the plate 2 is fixed by screws 6.
[0018]
The plate 2 is slightly inclined toward the pseudo rail 19b, and the drain hole 4 is provided on the pseudo rail 19b.
As a result, the water that has fallen on the plate 2 due to the opening and closing of the shoji during dew condensation and wind and rain, etc., is quickly drained from the drain hole 4, and from the hollow portion 111 provided immediately below the drain hole 4, the drain hole 111 a Can be drained through.
Processing of the drainage hole 4 is easily performed by punching or the like.
The water on the plate member 2 is drained to the inner shroud lower frame drain recess 14b, and is drained from the drain hole 18 together with the water that has entered through the inner shoji sliding groove 13b.
The drainage from the inner sash lower frame drainage recess 14b to the drainage hole 18 is performed through the rising pieces 103, the upper surface member 15, and the drainage holes provided in the outdoor lower frame base member 11, and here, this drainage path is used. 【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, the pseudo-rail portion of the lower frame, which requires a complex cross-sectional shape, and the structure provided to ensure watertightness and airtightness are formed at low cost by extrusion using an aluminum alloy or the like, The upper surface is covered with a plate material having excellent scratch resistance such as SUS material, thereby achieving excellent watertightness / airtightness and scratch resistance at the same time.
In this case, these plate materials are formed into a U-shape or L-shape, and the ends of the plate materials are inserted into and fixed in the slide grooves to secure the strength of the slide grooves. Simple structure.
[0028]
Further, by inserting and fixing a plate material having excellent scratch resistance, such as a SUS material, into a groove below the pseudo rail, it is possible to cover a portion other than the pseudo rail portion having a complicated shape and prevent damage.
Since the pseudo rail itself is thin and is formed extremely low from the upper surface of the lower frame, it is possible to prevent most of the damage on the upper surface of the lower frame.
The structure in which the plate is inserted into the groove provided below the rail so as to be opened in the direction of finding is excellent in external design because the rail and the plate appear to be connected without any gap when viewed from above.
Processing of the plate material, even if there is some deviation in the length of the plate material in the direction of finding, the depth of the groove for inserting the plate material absorbs the deviation, does not affect the appearance, Strict processing accuracy is not required.
[0029]
Also, by providing a drainage hole for drainage in this plate, drainage can be performed from above the plate, and the drainage hole can be easily processed because the lower frame body and the plate are separate bodies. There is a reduction effect.
