(a)の別体の包装体を用いる場合は、容器から蓋を外した後、包装体を開封注出して添加物を容器の中に注入するが、その開封作業中に、テーブルの上などに置かれている容器に接触してこれを転倒させ、被収容物を零してしまうことがあり、また、包装体から添加物を容器の中に常に旨く注入できるとは限らず、容器の外に注出してしまうこともある。また、添加物注出後の空になった包装体又は添加物が残留している包装体がゴミとなり、テーブル上の放置・散乱、又は、残留添加物の漏出によるテーブル汚染などの店内環境悪化の原因となり、店側は客が退出した後のゴミの後片付けに手間がかかる。
そのため、包装体を保持する機能を有する蓋体の出現が待望されたことから、上記(b)と(c)の提供形態に発展したが、(b)の場合は、まず容器から蓋を外して、その蓋の中から包装体を取り出し、その後に包装体の開封注出作業を行うので、(a)の場合と同様の問題点がある。また、(a)(b)のいずれの場合も、添加物注入後に容器の被収容物と添加物を混合するためシェイクするときは、再び蓋を装着しなければならないという煩わしさがある。
一方、(c)の包装体を一体に有する蓋体、すなわち、包装体付き蓋体は、上記ゴミ発生やテーブル汚染などの問題が生じない利点を有するが、従来の包装体付き蓋体は、形状が複雑であるため、製造困難及び製造コスト上昇の難点があった。さらに、包装体の開封及び添加物の注出が容易にできない、開封動作の際に容器が激しく揺らされて内容物が零れる、などの問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記第一の課題を解決し得る本発明に係る蓋体は、折曲げ破断開封式の包装体を収容し得る凹部と、その包装体に形成されている支軸を嵌合して回転自在に保持する溝とを有し、前記凹部の底板に前記包装体をV字形に折曲げ破断開封する時に開口される切線又は既に開口されているスリットを有することを特徴としている。
上記構成により、蓋体の凹部に折曲げ破断開封式の包装体を収容し、凹部の反対側の溝に包装体の基板の両側に突出する支軸を嵌合して装着することができる。その支軸を溝に保持しながら包装体の基板の両端部を指先で引き上げると、基板が破断線においてV字形に折曲げ破断開封されると同時に、その破断部分が蓋体の切線を押し付けて開口させ、又は破断開封された口がスリットに対向する。従って、包装体に収容されていて加圧された添加物が開口又はスリットに向けて注出される。

【発明の実施の形態】
続いて、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。

ここで、折曲げ破断開封式の包装体Bについて、図1に例示したものを参照して説明すると、包装体Bは、ほぼ矩形の多少の剛性を有する基板11の一方の面に可撓性合成樹脂シート12の周縁を接着又は溶着などにより接合して、基板とともに袋13を形成し、その袋の中に任意の添加物、例えば砂糖、ミルク、シロップ、レモン水、各種調味料、薬味等の飲食物に添加される液体、粉粒体などを充填したものであり、通常は、基板11の他方の面の長さ方向中間位置に破断線(又は弱め線もしくは折り目線。以下、同じ)14が設けられ、また、袋は基板11の長さ方向中間部の両側に設けられている。そして、基板11をその長さ方向中間部において袋13が押圧されるようにV字形に折曲げることにより、基板11が破断線14の部分において破断して開封されるとともに、袋13の中の添加物が加圧されて、その破断部分から注出(又は噴出)されるものである。
