Description

【0001】
【0050】

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the formed sheet on which the above-described housing portion is formed is spirally wound, a deviation occurs in the winding positions of the housing portion wound on the inner peripheral side and the housing portion wound on the outer peripheral side. In addition, not only does the outer diameter of the spirally wound formed sheet gradually increase, but it also becomes bulky, so that a large space is required when transporting, transporting, and storing, and handling and management are troublesome. In addition, when each of the housing portions is deformed while fitted, it is difficult to mechanically separate the housing portions and must be separated by an operator, so that there is a problem that work efficiency is deteriorated.
[0005]
In addition, since the stress applied to the inner peripheral side accommodating portion is large, for example, it is difficult to maintain the form at the time of molding due to deformation, crushing, wrinkling, etc., and as a blister pack Not only is the value of the product impaired, but it is difficult to securely store the object to be stored in the storage unit. In addition, it is good to accommodate a large number of objects such as foods and medicines, but when the number of objects is small, the cost of packaging is high because the equipment and facilities are expensive. Have.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above problems, the present invention winds a continuous molded product having a recessed accommodation portion substantially in a spiral direction, and fits the preceding and subsequent wound accommodation portions with each other, thereby carrying and transporting. Provided is a method of winding a continuous molded product, which requires a small space for transportation and storage, and can save labor and improve the efficiency of an operation for accommodating an object, and a winding device and a continuous molded product thereof. With the goal.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, a band-shaped formed sheet in which a recessed accommodation portion for accommodating an object to be accommodated is formed at a predetermined interval in a length direction is wound substantially in a spiral direction, and the accommodation portion is formed. The space between the molded articles is deformed in a direction in which the winding is allowed in the substantially spiral direction, and the accommodating portion of the molded article wound in advance in the substantially spiral direction is subsequently wound. It is a method of winding a continuous molded product in which the housings of the molded products are fitted to each other and wound in a substantially spiral shape.
[0008]
The above-mentioned objects to be stored are composed of, for example, toys, stationery, miscellaneous goods, cosmetics, food, medicine (including tablets), electronic components, and the like. The strip-shaped molded sheet is composed of, for example, a translucent or non-translucent plastic sheet, a paper sheet, a metal sheet, a composite sheet made of a composite of plastic, paper, and metal.
[0009]
In addition, the molded article is, for example, an object to be accommodated is accommodated in a concave accommodating portion formed in a molded article obtained by dividing a molded sheet, and for example, a backing sheet such as a backing sheet, an aluminum foil, and other foil bodies is molded. The molded product and the sealing sheet can be mounted on the rear side of the product, and the opposing surfaces of the molded product and the sealing sheet can be bonded and fixed with an adhesive, or the opposing surfaces can be fixed by heating. Further, the object to be accommodated is accommodated in a concave accommodating portion formed in the molded article, and the sealing sheet is attached to the peripheral edge of the molded article (for example, both edges, three-sided edges excluding one edge, and four-sided edges). It can be constructed by sliding and inserting along the bent portion, by fitting and fixing the molded product and the sealing sheet to each other, or by locking and fixing the mutually facing surfaces. Further, the object to be accommodated is accommodated in a concave accommodating part formed on one or both of the front part and the rear part constituting the molded product, and the integrally molded front part and the rear part are mutually bent. Fold in opposing directions along the perforations or folding ruled lines formed in the part, and fix the facing surface or facing edge of the front and rear surfaces with an adhesive, or fit and fix the concave and convex parts to each other Alternatively, it may be configured by fixing with a stopper or the like.
[0010]
Also, the molded article is displayed with a locking portion (for example, a hole, a hook, a groove, etc.) for hanging it on a hanging portion such as a display portion, a shelf portion, a wall portion, a pillar portion, or the like, or is displayed in an upright state. It is also possible to provide a supporting leg portion to be independent.
[0011]
In addition, the concave storage portion can be formed to have a size and a shape in which one or a plurality of objects to be stored are held, for example. In addition, the external appearance of the storage portion and the molded article may be formed in a shape substantially corresponding to the external appearance of the object to be stored, such as a substantially circular shape, a substantially rectangular shape, a substantially elliptical shape, or the like when viewed from a plane.
[0012]
In addition, a continuous molded product obtained by continuously molding a molded product having one or a plurality of storage portions formed in the longitudinal direction is formed in a desired direction such as a substantially vertical direction, a substantially vertical direction, and a substantially horizontal direction. Can be wound substantially spirally. Further, the wound shape may be wound into a desired shape such as a substantially circular shape, a substantially elliptical shape, a substantially triangular shape, a substantially quadrangular shape, a substantially hexagonal shape, and other polygonal shapes as viewed from the axis direction.
[0013]
In addition, as an example of winding a continuous molded product, for example, a continuous molded product in which a single molded product is continuously formed, or a plurality (for example, two or more) of one Wound as a set, or a plurality of (for example, two or more) molded articles are arranged as a set in a direction substantially perpendicular to the winding direction, and the molded articles arranged on one end side are located inside. It may be wound.
[0014]
Further, the connecting portion connecting between the molded products (including the opposing edge and the opposing end) is formed, for example, in a width, thickness, shape, or the like that can be deformed in a direction in which winding is allowed in a substantially spiral direction. It may be formed, or may be formed of a material having flexibility that can be bent, stretchable, and flexible in a direction in which the winding is allowed.
[0015]
Further, the connecting portion is formed in a connecting shape such as a substantially U-shape or a substantially V-shape, or formed in a bellows shape or a thin wall having a cross-sectional shape such as a substantially U-shape or a substantially V-shape. Alternatively, it can be formed to be extensible and expandable in the winding direction. Further, the connecting portion may be formed partially (one or a plurality of positions) between the molded products or may be formed entirely.
[0016]
Also, for example, cuts, grooves, perforations, etc. are formed in a direction substantially perpendicular to the winding direction and the connecting direction with respect to the space between the molded products (including the opposing edge and the opposing end), and in a substantially spiral direction. On the other hand, a connecting portion deformable (including an extensible and an expandable) in a direction in which winding is allowed is formed partially (in a state where the connecting portion remains) between the molded products, or the outer periphery of the molded product is formed. The portions may be separately formed by a processing method such as a punching process or a cutout process so that the connection portion remains.
[0017]
Further, after molding a single or a plurality of molded products, for example, between the molded products separated by a processing method such as punching or cutout, for example, a tape or sheet, a foil, a band such as a film, or, It is also possible to connect with a filament, such as a thread, a string, or a synthetic resin filament, so as to be deformable in the winding direction. The above-mentioned molded product may be, for example, a plurality of integrally or continuously molded products separated from each other, or a single molded product may be independently molded.
[0018]
In other words, when the recessed accommodating portion for accommodating one or a plurality of objects to be wound is wound in a substantially helical direction on a band-shaped formed sheet formed at a predetermined interval in the length direction, the accommodating portion is formed. The space between the formed moldings is deformed in a direction in which the winding is allowed in the substantially spiral direction, and the accommodating portion of the molded product that is wound in advance in the substantially spiral direction and subsequently wound. And holding the molded products into a substantially spirally fitted state.
[0019]
As an embodiment, the accommodating portion is formed in such a manner that a concave accommodating portion accommodating an object is wound in a substantially spiral direction on a band-shaped formed sheet formed at a predetermined interval in the length direction. The space between the formed products is deformed in a direction in which the winding is allowed in the substantially spiral direction, and the accommodating portion of the formed product that is wound in advance in the substantially spiral direction, and subsequently wound. Winding means for fitting the receiving portion of the molded article to each other. Further, a forming means for forming the concave receiving portion at a predetermined interval with respect to the entire length of the forming sheet may be provided at a stage preceding the winding means. Further, at the subsequent stage of the winding means, the fitting of the leading side accommodating portion and the trailing side accommodating portion of the continuous spirally wound continuous molded product is released, and the fitting of the continuous molded product is released. Winding releasing means for supplying the side to the next step can be provided.
[0020]
In addition, the above-mentioned winding means is configured by a winding device such as a rotating table that is rotated in a winding direction by a motor or other driving means, or another holding table. The molding means is constituted by a molding device such as a vacuum molding machine, a compressed air molding machine, a pressure molding machine, and a blow molding machine. In addition, the winding releasing means includes, for example, a supply device such as a rotary table or other holding table rotated in a winding direction by a motor or other driving means, and a gas (air, gas, atmosphere, etc.), a liquid (alcohol or the like). A fluid such as distilled water or volatile liquid) is blown between the upper and lower molded products, a jig or a separating member such as a thin member is inserted between the upper and lower molded products, or a negative pressure generating device is generated. A separating means for unwinding or rewinding the continuous molded product by adsorbing with a negative pressure or adhering with the adhesive force of the adhesive. The next step includes, for example, a housing step of housing the object to be housed in the housing portion, a sealing step of sealing the rear side of the continuous molded article with a sealing sheet, and a molding step in which the object is housed. It is composed of a separation step for separation.
[0021]
Further, a concave storage portion for storing the object to be stored is formed at a predetermined interval with respect to the entire length of the molded sheet, and winding between the molded products on which the storage portion is formed is allowed in a substantially spiral direction. It is possible to form a continuous molded product connected by a connecting portion that can be deformed in the direction in which the molded product is formed.
[0022]
[Action and effect]
According to the present invention, the continuous molded product having the concave accommodating portion is wound substantially in the spiral direction, and the accommodating portion wound first and the accommodating portion subsequently wound are mutually connected. Since they are fitted, they are not deformed and crushed as in the conventional example, or are not wrinkled, and the stress applied to the housing portion is dispersed, so that the form at the time of molding can be maintained, The commercial value of the molded article is not impaired, and the operation of accommodating the object can be reliably performed. In addition, it is less bulky than spirally wound, requires less space for transportation, transportation and storage, and can be easily handled and managed.
[0023]
In addition, since the housing portion is wound while being held in the form at the time of molding, the operation of unwinding and rewinding a substantially spirally wound continuous molded product can be easily performed, and the continuous molded product is supplied. It is possible to mechanically perform the operation of performing the operation of performing the operation and the operation of accommodating the object to be stored, and it is possible to save labor and improve the efficiency of the operation. In addition, since there is no human intervention, the packaging and storage of the molded product can be performed hygienically.

In addition, the sealing sheet D wound in a roll shape is separately mounted in a size and a shape in which the rear surface side of the molded product C is covered, or a size and a shape in which the rear surface side of the molded product C is previously covered. Can be individually mounted. In addition, the facing surfaces of the molded product C and the sealing sheet D can be fixed by heat welding, the concave portion and the convex portion can be fitted and fixed to each other, or fixed with a stopper, and sealed. .
[0049]
Next, in the separation step f, the molded articles C supplied from the above-mentioned sealing step e are supplied to the separation position of the separation device 7, and the connecting portions Cb connecting the molded articles C ... For example, it is cut or shredded by a cutting tool such as a rotary blade or a fixed blade to separate it into one or a plurality of molded products C in which the object E shown in FIG. In addition, separation may be performed by, for example, punching or cutting.
[0050]
After the separation, one molded article C or a plurality of sets of molded articles C in which the articles E are accommodated are packaged (for example, boxed or bagged), and then, for example, a temperature-controlled place, a storage, a warehouse, or the like. Or store it in a storage place, or ship it to, for example, a wholesaler, dealer, or large store.
[0051]
On the other hand, at the time of molding, for example, a locking portion such as a hole, a hook, or a groove is provided at the upper portion of the molded product C, or a leg portion for supporting the standing state is provided at the lower portion of the molded product C, so as to be accommodated at the time of sale. The molded article C in which the article E is stored can be sold, for example, by hanging it on a hanging part such as an exhibition part, a shelf, a wall, a pillar, or the like, or by itself standing upright. Also, a plurality of molded articles C can be exhibited and sold while being integrally connected as one set.
[0052]
As described above, the accommodating portion Ca, which is formed by forming the accommodating portion Ca having a concave shape at a predetermined interval with respect to the entire length of the plastic sheet A in a substantially spiral direction, and the accommodating portion wound in advance. Since the Ca and the subsequently wound accommodation portion Ca are fitted to each other, the accommodation portion Ca is not deformed, crushed, or wrinkled, and the stress applied to the accommodation portion Ca is dispersed. Therefore, the shape at the time of molding can be maintained, and the commercial value of the molded product C is not impaired, and the operation of accommodating the storage object E can be reliably performed. In addition, it is less bulky than spirally wound, requires less space for transportation, transportation, and storage, and can be easily handled and managed.
[0053]
In addition, since the accommodating portions Ca are wound while being held in the form at the time of molding, the operation of unwinding and unwinding the continuous molded product B wound in a substantially spiral shape can be easily performed. The operation of supplying B and the operation of accommodating the storage object E can be mechanically performed, so that labor can be saved and the efficiency can be improved. In addition, since there is no human intervention, the packaging and storage of the molded article C can be performed hygienically.
[0054]
FIG. 10 shows another example of the molded article C formed in the continuous molded article B, in which the object E is accommodated in a concave accommodation section Ca formed in the molded article C, and the rear side of the molded article C is shown. Along a bent portion Cc formed by bending a sealing sheet D formed to a size substantially corresponding to the above to the peripheral edge of the molded product C (for example, both edges, three edges except one edge, four edges). Since the slide is inserted and sealed, the same operations and effects as those of the above embodiment can be obtained.
[0055]
FIG. 11 shows another example of the molded product C formed on the continuous molded product B, and the object E is formed on one or both of the front surface portion Cd and the rear surface portion Ce constituting the molded product C. The front part Cd and the rear part Ce, which are housed in the recessed housing part Ca and formed integrally, are bent in opposing directions along the folding ruled line Cf formed at the mutually bent part, and the front part Cd and the rear part are folded. Since the opposing surface or the opposing edge of the surface portion Ce is bonded and fixed with an adhesive and sealed, the same operation and effect as those of the above-described embodiment can be obtained. Further, the molded product C and the sealing sheet D can be sealed, for example, by fitting a concave portion and a convex portion to each other, or by fixing with a stopper.
[0056]
FIG. 12 shows another example of winding a continuous molded product B. A plurality of (three in this embodiment) continuous molded products B supplied from the above-mentioned molding step a correspond to the number thereof. Since it is supplied to a plurality of (three in this embodiment) winding devices 3 and wound in a substantially spiral shape, a plurality of continuous molded products B are wound substantially simultaneously or substantially in order. And the winding operation can be performed continuously and efficiently.
