【従来の技術】
従来から、マスカラ，アイライナー等の棒状化粧料容器として、例えば、図１７に示すように、化粧料５０を収容した容器体５１と、この容器体５１の上端開口部を蓋する蓋体５２とを備え、この蓋体５２に植設した塗布棒５３の先端部に塗布部材５４を取り付け、使用時には、図１８に示すように、蓋体５２を容器体５１から取り外し、塗布部材５４に付着した化粧料５０をまつ毛等に塗布するようにしたものがある（例えば、特許文献１参照）。図１８において、５５は払拭部である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このものでは、塗布部材５４のうち、まつ毛等に向いている面（塗布面）に付着している化粧料５０は、まつ毛等に塗布しやすいが、上記塗布面とは反対側の面に付着している化粧料５０は塗布しにくいという問題や、まつ毛等に塗布する化粧料５０のボリュームを調節することが難しいという問題がある。

本発明は、このような事情に鑑みなされたもので、塗布部の塗布面とは反対側の面に付着している化粧料をも容易に塗布することができ、しかも、化粧料のボリュームを調節しながら塗布することができる棒状化粧料容器の提供をその目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため、本発明の棒状化粧料容器は、化粧料が収容された有底筒状の容器本体と、この容器本体の上端開口部を蓋する蓋体と、この蓋体に回転不能に固定される塗布部とを備え、上記蓋体の上部に把持部を装着して上記蓋体に対し相対回転自在に連結したという構成をとる。

すなわち、本発明の棒状化粧料容器は、化粧料が収容された有底筒状の容器本体と、この容器本体の上端開口部を蓋する蓋体と、この蓋体に回転不能に固定される塗布部とを備えている。そして、上記蓋体の上部に把持部を装着して上記蓋体に対し相対回転自在に連結しているため、把持部を一方の手指で持ち、蓋体を上記一方の手指の親指と人差し指とで回転させることにより、蓋体を回転させることができる。これにより、使用時に、塗布部の全面をまつ毛等に向かせることができ、塗布部の全面に付着している化粧料をまつ毛等に容易に塗布することができる。しかも、蓋体の回転量により、化粧料のボリュームを調節しながらが簡単にまつ毛等に化粧料を塗布することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに、本発明の実施の形態を図面にもとづいて詳しく説明する。

図１および図２は本発明の棒状化粧料容器の一実施の形態を示している。これらの図において、１は容器本体で、２は上記容器本体１の上端開口部を蓋する蓋体で、３は上記蓋体２に相対回転自在に取り付けられる把持部である。上記容器本体１は有底円筒状に形成されており、その内部に化粧料（図示せず）が収容されている。また、上記容器本体１には、その首部１ａの外周面に、後述する蓋体２のねじ部１３ａにら合するねじ部１ｂが形成されている（図３参照）。また、上記首部１ａには、円筒部材１１が内嵌，固定されており、この円筒部材１１の内周面に、筆軸４，塗布部５のブラシ５ａ（ともに、図２参照）を挿通しうる中央孔１２ａが穿設された払拭部１２が設けられている。

上記蓋体２は、図４および図５に示すように、円筒状の側壁部１３と、それ自体の下端部外周面が上記側壁部１３の上部内周面に回転不能に内嵌，固定された円筒状の連結部１４とを備えており、上記側壁部１３の下部内周面に、上記容器本体１の首部１ａのねじ部１ｂにら合するねじ部１３ａが形成されている。また、上記連結部１４の外周面に、後述する把持部３の突条３ａに相対回転自在に係合する凹溝１４ａが形成されている。また、上記連結部１４の下端開口部から接続部１５が一体的に延設されており、この接続部１５の下面から筆軸４が一体的に垂下している。そして、この筆軸４の先端部に塗布部５の支受棒５ｂが回転不能に固定されており、この支受棒５ｂにブラシ５ａが取り付けられている。

上記把持部３は、有天円筒状に形成されており（図６参照）、上記連結部１４に相対回転自在に外嵌した状態で、上記蓋体２の上部に配設されている（図７参照）。また、上記把持部３の内周面には、上記連結部１４の凹溝１４ａに対応する部分に、上記連結部１４の凹溝１４ａに相対回転自在に係合する一条の突条３ａが突設されており、これにより、上記把持部３に対し蓋体２を相対回転させる（すなわち、空回りさせる）ことができるようにしている（図８参照）。なお、上記突条３ａに代えて、１個もしくは複数個の凸部を突設してもよい。

上記の構成において、使用時には、まず、容器本体１を一方の手指で持ち、蓋体２を他方の手指で持ちながら回転操作して両者のねじ部１ｂ，１３ａを緩め、容器本体１から蓋体２を取り外す。つぎに、把持部３を一方の手指で操作して塗布部５のブラシ５ａに付着した化粧料をまつ毛に塗布する。このとき、上記一方の手指の親指と人差し指とで蓋体２の側壁部１３を回転させると、この回転とともに塗布部５が回転し（図８参照）、塗布部５のブラシ５ａの全面をまつ毛に向けることができるため、ブラシ５ａの全面に付着した化粧料を容易にまつ毛に塗布することができる。

上記のように、この実施の形態では、把持部３を一方の手指で持った状態で、蓋体２の側壁部１３を他方の手指で持って回転させることにより、塗布部５のブラシ５ａの全面を利用して、化粧料をまつ毛に塗布することができる。また、塗布部５のブラシ５ａの回転量により、まつ毛に塗布する化粧料のボリュームを調節することができる。

一方、上記把持部３は、上記蓋体２の連結部１４に、その軸心方向に沿って摺動自在に装着されている。また、上記把持部３には、その内周面に、上記弾性片１９の凸部２０に相対回転自在で着脱自在に係合する下側凹溝２３が形成されており、この下側凹溝２３から上記連結部１４の軸心方向に沿って所定距離離間した上方位置に、上記弾性片１９の凸部２０に着脱自在に係合する上側凹溝２４が形成されている（図１４参照）。また、上記把持部３の下端開口部の内周面に、その下端面から上方に延びる複数本の筋状凹部２５が、上記下端開口部の内周面の周方向に上記所定間隔をあけて形成されており、上記複数本の筋状凸部２１に共回り可能に係合しうるようにしている。このとき、上記連結部１４の凸部２０と筋状凸部２１間の距離と、上記把持部３の上側凹溝２４と筋状凹部２５間の距離とは、同じに設定されている。また、この実施の形態では、上記弾性片１９の凸部２０を下側凹溝２３に係合させた第１の状態では（図１２参照）、上記把持部３の下端面と蓋体２の側壁部１３の上端面とは、上記両凹溝２３，２４間の距離だけ離間している。それ以外の部分は、図１〜図８に示す実施の形態と同様であり、同様の部分には同じ符号を付している。
