Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a piercing rod.

Conventionally, in this type of through-hole rod, the inner surface of the rod remains in a state in which the rod material is formed, and there are many opportunities for the thread to directly contact the inner surface of the rod, so that the thread can be slid when the thread is fed. Dynamic resistance is large. Therefore, from the viewpoint of reducing the sliding resistance of the thread, there is a type in which a hard thread guide ring or the like as a thread support for reducing the sliding contact resistance is provided at the tip of the tip of the tip where the sliding resistance of the thread increases. (For example, Patent Document 1).
JP-A-63-173065

As described above, even if the tip of the tip rod is provided with a thread guide ring or the like, since the installation site is limited to only the tip, the thread in the tip rod is not The contact with the inner surface is likely to occur, particularly when the fish is hooked and the rod is bent, and the increase in sliding contact resistance at that portion was inevitable. An object of the present invention is to arrange a thread support even in an intermediate portion of a tip rod so that sliding resistance of a thread on the tip rod can be reduced.

A characteristic configuration according to the first aspect of the present invention is a bobbin piercing rod formed by connecting a plurality of rod portions, wherein a thread support for supporting a thread is disposed on an inner surface near the connection portion. The operation and effect are as follows.

[Action]
That is, the tip rod is divided into a plurality of rod portions. Then, the portion that becomes the connecting portion at the front and rear ends of the rod portion is located near the opening portion, so that the thread support can be arranged near the connecting portion as in the related art. When the rod portions are connected to each other in the state where the thread support is arranged to form the tip rod, the thread support disposed near the connecting portion is disposed at an intermediate position as the tip rod.

[Other purposes, configurations, functions, and effects]
(1) The object of the present invention 2 is to arrange a thread support even in the middle part of the tip rod so as to reduce the sliding resistance of the thread on the tip rod, and this is adopted. The configuration is that, in the configuration of the first aspect of the present invention, the rod portions are connected to each other, and the thread support is provided on the inner surface near the connection portion of the rod portions. The operational effects are as follows. is there. That is, the tip rod is divided into a plurality of rod portions. Then, the portion which becomes the connecting portion at the front and rear ends of the rod portion is near the opening portion, so that the thread support can be arranged near the connecting portion of the rod portion as in the related art. When the rod portions are connected to each other in the state where the thread support is arranged to form the tip rod, the thread support disposed near the connecting portion is disposed at an intermediate position as the tip rod. In this way, by newly adopting the configuration in which the tip rod is divided, the thread support is disposed in the vicinity of the opening, which is easy to dispose, as in the related art, and the thread support is also provided in the middle as the tip rod. Can be arranged, and the sliding contact resistance of the yarn can be reduced. Since the arrangement position of the thread support is determined in the rod itself, no special member for disposing the thread support is required.

(2) An object of the present invention 3 is to dispose a thread support even in the middle of the tip rod so that the sliding resistance of the thread on the tip rod can be reduced. The structure of the first aspect of the present invention is that a connecting tool for connecting the rod portions is provided, and the thread support is provided on an inner surface of the connecting tool. The operational effects are as follows. The same operation and effect as the operation and effect of the first aspect of the invention can be obtained, and further, the following effects can be obtained. In other words, since the installation position of the thread support is determined by the connecting tool, it is not necessary to newly form a mounting structure for installing the thread support on the rod itself having a fixed shape. In addition to the structure for connecting the rod portion to the shaft, a process for attaching the thread support may be performed.

(3) An object of the present invention 4 is to dispose a thread support even in the middle part of the tip rod so that the sliding resistance of the thread on the tip rod can be reduced. The configuration is that, in the configuration of the present invention 1 or the present invention 3, a connecting tool for connecting the rod portions is provided, and the thread support is provided on the inner surface of the connecting tool at the front and rear ends thereof. The operation and effect are as follows. The same operation and effect as the operation and effect of the third aspect can be obtained, and further, the following effects can be obtained. In other words, since the front and rear ends of the connector are portions where the thread support can be easily mounted, the thread support can be mounted with the same workability as in the past, and the intermediate portion of the tip rod Two thread supports can be provided, the installation interval of the thread supports in the tip rod can be reduced, and the chance that the thread contacts the inner surface of the tip rod can be reduced.

(4) An object of the present invention 5 is to reduce the sliding resistance of the yarn while reducing the installation pitch by installing a plurality of yarn supports, and the configuration adopted for this purpose is the same as that of the present invention. 1, In the configuration of the present invention 3 or the present invention 4, the connecting tool to which the thread support is attached is provided at a plurality of locations, and the operation and effect are as follows. In other words, by providing the connecting tool at a plurality of locations, a plurality of thread supports attached to the connecting tool can be installed, so that the installation pitch between the thread supports can be shortened, and the thread comes into contact with the inner surface of the spike. And the sliding resistance of the yarn is reduced.

[First Embodiment]
As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), the head rod 1, the first intermediate rod 2 and the second intermediate rod 3, and the head rod 1, the first intermediate rod 2, and the second intermediate rod 3 are mounted in a swinging manner. The original rod 4 is arranged to form a swing type through rod. The reel 7 is attached to a reel leg mounting portion 4B formed at an intermediate position of the original rod 4, and the thread a fed from the reel 7 is passed through an elliptical thread introduction hole 4A formed on the outer surface of the original rod 4 to the tip. The rod 1 is inserted into the first intermediate rod 2 and the second intermediate rod 3.

Next, the intermediate rods 2 and 3 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, in the first intermediate rod 2 and the second intermediate rod 3, in order to reduce the sliding resistance of the thread a in the opening 2A at the rear end, a thread support 6 for supporting the thread a is provided. A hard thread guide ring is provided. Thereby, when the yarn a entering the second intermediate rod 3 from the yarn introduction port 4A described later contacts the rear end of the intermediate rod 3 and changes the direction, the yarn a is pressed against the rear end and the sliding resistance of the yarn a increases. At this point, the sliding resistance of the yarn a is reduced by providing the yarn guiding ring 6.

The configuration of the former pole 4 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a thread introduction port 4A for introducing the thread a from the reel 7 into the original rod 4 and a reel leg mounting portion 4B for attaching the reel 7 are provided. The interval is set to an interval corresponding to the length of the intermediate poles 2 and 3. With such a configuration, the first and second intermediate rods 2 and 3 can be stored without protruding from the distal end between the yarn introduction ports 4A. The distance from the yarn inlet 4A to the reel leg mounting portion 4B is set to be longer than the distance from the tip to the yarn inlet 4A, thereby reducing the sliding resistance of the yarn a at the yarn inlet 4A. Can be reduced. In other words, when the yarn a coming out of the yarn introduction port 4A is wound on the reel 7 or when it comes out from the reel 7, if it is a dual bearing reel, it is swung right and left by the level wind mechanism, or it is turned by the spinning reel. If present, it has a spiral shape. Therefore, for example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 50-89886, when the reel leg mounting portion 4B and the yarn introduction port 4A are set close to each other, the yarn a swung left and right is moved right and left of the yarn introduction port 4A. It comes into pressure contact with the edge, and the sliding resistance of the yarn a there increases.

Therefore, as described above, by setting the distance between the reel leg mounting portion 4B and the yarn introduction port 4A to be equal to or longer than the length of the intermediate rods 2, 3, the left-right swing or the spiral diameter on the reel 7 can be reduced. Even if they are the same, the right and left runout at the yarn introduction port 4A where the interval is increased is reduced, and the pressure at which the yarn a contacts the left and right edges of the yarn introduction port 4A can be reduced. The sliding resistance of the thread a can be reduced. Note that two yarn guides 9, 9 are provided upright between the yarn introduction port 4A and the reel leg mounting portion 4B in order to suppress the run-out of the yarn a coming out of the reel 7. Further, a configuration may be adopted in which a ring-shaped guide 4a of a hard thread is provided in the thread inlet 4A to reduce the sliding resistance of the thread. The distance from the tip to the yarn introduction port 4A is set to a length corresponding to the first and second intermediate rods 2 and 3, and the distance from the thread introduction port 4A to the reel leg mounting portion 4B is set from the tip to the yarn introduction port 4A. Since the distance is set to be longer than the interval, the length from the tip to the reel leg mounting portion 4B is long, and the entire rod is also long. Of the whole rod, the former rod with the larger diameter is the longest, so the feeling of weight is somewhat reduced, and when the fish caught by the needle runs sideways, the elastic force of the rod is used to prevent the fish from being pulled Occasionally, the original rod having high rigidity at hand is long, so that a rigid part having high rigidity can be taken for a long time, wobbling at hand due to fish pulling is small, and there is a surface that is easy to handle.

Next, a description will be given of the positioning means P for positioning the rear end openings 1D, 2A, 3A of the tip rod 1, the first and second intermediate rods 2, 3 near the yarn introduction port 4A in the housed state. As shown in FIG. 3, a screw portion 3B is formed at the tip of the second intermediate rod 3, and a cap nut-shaped cap 11 screwed to the screw portion 3B is provided. By contacting the front end, the rear end opening 3A of the second intermediate rod 3 can be located near the yarn inlet 4A. As for the first intermediate rod 2, the rear end of the first intermediate rod 2 is fitted into an opening 3C provided in the rear end opening 3A of the second intermediate rod 3, and the rear end of the first intermediate rod 2 is opened. The portion 2A is located near the yarn inlet 4A. As described above, the cap 11 and the tip of the former rod 4, and the rear end opening 2A of the first intermediate rod 2 and the flange of the rear end opening 3A of the second intermediate rod 3 are referred to as positioning means P.

As described above, in the head rod 1, the first intermediate rod 2, the second intermediate rod 3, and the former rod 4, the first intermediate rod 2 and the second intermediate rod 3 have substantially the same length. The former rod 4 is longer than the intermediate rods 2 and 3 and the former rod 4 is longer than the front rod 1. As described above, by making the tip rod 1 longer than the intermediate rods 2 and 3, the tip rod 1 originally having less sliding resistance is made longer, and the length of the intermediate rods 2 and 3 having larger sliding resistance is shortened. As a result, the overall sliding resistance can be relatively reduced as compared with the related art, and the tip of the tip of the tip of the tip of the tip of the tip of the tip of the tip of the tip of the tip of the tip of the tip of the tip of the tip of the tip of the tip of the tip of the tip 1 The state is substantially along the line to be caught, the degree of contact between the line and the inner surface of the spike 1 is reduced, and the sliding resistance is reduced.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the tip end rod 1, the first intermediate rod 2, and the second intermediate rod 3 have their rear end openings 1D, 2A, 3A connected to the yarn introduction port 4A by the action of the positioning means P. Will be located near. This state is referred to as a first state, in which the tip of the tip rod 1 is considerably ahead of the tip of the former rod 4. From this state, the cap 11 is removed, and the tip rod 1, the first intermediate rod 2, and the second intermediate rod 3 are further stored in the back side of the original rod 4 from the first state, so that the total length of the rod is made compact. , For convenience of carrying. This state is called a second state. In the second state, only the top guide 5 provided at the tip of the tip rod 1 protrudes from the tip of the original rod 4, and the tip rod 1 can be pulled out with the top guide 5 held. Then, when the tip rod 1 is pulled out, it is of a swing-out type, so that the inner surfaces of the front end portions of the first intermediate rod 2 and the second intermediate rod 3 are pressed against the inner surfaces of the first intermediate rod 2 and the tip parts of the tip rod 1 so as to form the first intermediate rod. The rod 2 and the second intermediate rod 3 can be pulled out.

The tip rod 1 will be described. As shown in FIG. 4, the tip rod 1 is divided into a front-end-side rod portion 1A and a rear-end-side rod portion 1B, and these rod portions 1A and 1B are connected by a connecting member 8. The connecting member 8 is cylindrical and contacts the inner surfaces of the rod portions 1A and 1B to connect them. The connecting and fixing structure may be bonded, but may be a fixing structure only by fitting. Hard ring-shaped thread supports 6, 6 are attached to the front and rear ends of the connecting tool 8, and the thread supports are attached to the front end of the distal rod portion 1A and the rear end of the rear rod portion 1B. The yarn a is supported together with 6, 6 so that the yarn a is separated from the inner surface of the rod portion. As described above, the yarn support 6 can be arranged near the connecting portion between the rod portions 1A and 1B.

[Another embodiment]
(1) Another structure of the tip rod 1 will be described.
(a) As shown in FIG. 5, a connecting member 8 for connecting the front-end side rod portion 1A and the rear-end side rod portion 1B is fitted around the rod portions 1A and 1B. This eliminates the need to install a narrowing path in the internal path b of the rod portions 1A and 1B, as compared with the case where the narrow path is disposed inside the rod portions 1A and 1B, so that the narrow path can be effectively used. In addition, a ring-shaped yarn support 6 is mounted on the inner surface of the rear end of the distal rod portion 1A, and the ring-shaped yarn support 6 is mounted on the front end of the distal rod portion 1A and the rear end of the rear rod portion 1B. 6 supports the thread a. Although not shown in this case, the attachment position of the thread support 6 may be at the tip of the rear end side rod portion 1B, or may be at both the front and rear side rod portions 1A and 1B.

(b) As shown in FIG. 6, the tip rod 1 is provided with a front rod part 1A, a rear rod part 1B, and an intermediate rod part 1C between them, and these are connected by two connecting members 8,8. A configuration in which they are connected may be adopted. Then, a configuration may be adopted in which a ring-shaped thread support 6 is provided at the distal end of the connecting tool 8 to reduce the sliding resistance of the thread a. Further, the number of divisions of the tip rod 1 may be three or more. With this configuration, the number of the thread supports 6 can be increased, and accordingly, the number of the thread supports 6 The pitch can be fine, and the chance that the thread a contacts the inner surface of the rod portion can be reduced. In the above-described configuration, the yarn support 6 may be provided at the front and rear ends of each connecting tool 8.

(c) As shown in FIG. 7, an outwardly protruding portion 8a is provided at a midpoint in the longitudinal direction on the outer peripheral surface of the connecting member 8, and the distal end side rod portion 1A and the rear end side rod portion 1B are provided by the connecting member 8. When the two are connected, the protruding portion 8a enters the gap between the front-end-side rod portion 1A and the rear-end-side rod portion 1B. With such a configuration, the protruding portion 8a can function as a positioning portion that defines an overlapping allowance between the distal-end-side rod portion 1A and the connecting member 8 and between the rear-end-side rod portion 1B and the connecting member 8.

(d) As shown in FIG. 8, a drain hole 8A is formed in the connecting member 8, and the position of the drain hole 8A is adjusted by using the connecting member 8 to connect the front-end side rod portion 1A and the rear-end side rod portion 1B. When connected, the protruding portion 8a is located in a gap between the front-end side rod portion 1A and the rear-end side rod portion 1B so that water or the like that has entered the connection tool 8 can be discharged. .

(e) As shown in FIG. 9, both rod portions 1A and 1B are connected by a connecting tool 8 to which a thread support 6 is attached, and the supporting rod 9 is extended from the connecting tool 8 in a cantilever manner. It is possible to attach a thread support 6 attached to the tip of the support rod 9 and install the thread support 6 at a position where the connecting tool 8 does not exist. In addition, since it is supported by the support rod 9, there is no need to attach the thread support 6 to the inner surface of the rod.

(f) As shown in FIG. 10, a configuration may be adopted in which connection is performed without using the connection tool 8. In other words, the rear end of the distal rod portion 1A and the distal end of the rear rod portion 1B may be fitted to each other so that the thread support 6 is sandwiched between the contact points. With such a configuration, the connecting tool 8 is not required, and the number of parts is small for only the connecting tool 8, so that the weight of the rod can be reduced. In addition, as a mounting form of the thread support 6, not only a form of being sandwiched between the both rod portions 1A and 1B, but also a structure of attaching the thread support 6 to one of the rod portions 1A and 1B may be adopted.

(g) As shown in FIG. 11, a spiral body may be used as the connecting tool 8 for connecting the both rod portions 1A and 1B. In other words, a configuration may be adopted in which a thread groove corresponding to the spiral 8 is formed in both rod portions 1A and 1B, and the spiral 8 connects the rod portions 1A and 1B. With such a configuration, the spiral body 8 can also exert the function of the thread support 6, and there is no need to provide the thread support 6. Moreover, since the spiral body 8 is located in the gap between the two rod portions 1A and 1B, it also has a water draining function.

(2) The following may be used as the yarn support 6.
(a) As shown in FIG. 12, a thread insertion path 6a is formed on one end face of the block-shaped main body, and a guide path 6b that opens in a tapered shape is formed on the other end face opposite to the thread insertion path 6a. It may be something. With this configuration, the tapered guide path 6b facilitates guiding the thread to the thread insertion path 6a when performing the thread insertion operation.
(b) The thread support 6 may have a ring shape, but may have a cross section other than a circle, an ellipse or the like.
(c) The thread support 6 does not have to be a complete ring, and a part of the ring may be notched. The cutout may be C-shaped with a large notch.
(d) The material of the yarn support 6 is mainly a hard material such as ceramic or metal, but a soft material such as resin or rubber may be used. Further, a coating material for improving the slippage of the yarn may be applied to the surface of the yarn support 6.

(3) Other structures as the connecting tool 8 may be as follows.
(a) The connecting member 8 does not have to be a completely cylindrical shape, and may have a notch formed at one position in the circumferential direction along the axial direction. Further, a plurality of through holes for drainage may be formed in the cylindrical connecting member 8.
(b) A prepreg may be used as the material of the connecting tool 8, and the prepreg may be wound to form a cylindrical member, or a lightweight metal, resin, or the like may be used.
