TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a speaker device installed in an automobile.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Regarding a speaker system mounted on an automobile, the present applicant has disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-274299 that three speakers are arranged on the dashboard of an automobile in a central portion of the dashboard, and among these, from an L channel speaker to an L channel signal. By outputting an LR signal obtained by subtracting an R channel signal, an RL signal from an R channel speaker, and an L + R signal from a center speaker, a speaker system capable of obtaining a wide stereo image even at a narrow speaker interval is proposed. ing.
[0003]
In addition, the present applicant has proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-46323 a technique of laying out speaker units such that the vibration axis of the above-described speaker units is directed to a windshield.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As a result of subsequent research and development, it was found that the angle of the vibration axis of the speaker unit is important for obtaining a wider stereo image.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention, in order to solve the above-described problems, is disposed in the front center of the driver's seat and front passenger seat of the car, the vibration axis in the horizontal direction is the direction rotated counterclockwise from the front in the traveling direction of the car, And an L-channel speaker unit whose vibration axis is inclined at a predetermined angle in the traveling direction of the vehicle in the vertical direction, and which is disposed at the front center of the driver's seat and the passenger's seat of the vehicle, and whose vibration axis in the horizontal direction is An R-channel speaker unit is provided which is turned clockwise from the front in the traveling direction and whose vibration axis is inclined at a predetermined angle in the vertical direction in the traveling direction of the vehicle.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below in detail based on an embodiment shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing the inside of an automobile. A center speaker unit 11, an L-channel speaker unit 12, and an R-channel speaker unit 13 are arranged at the center of the dashboard 2 in the width direction of the vehicle. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the speaker units 11 to 13, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of the center speaker unit 11 in FIG. 4 will be described with reference to FIG.
The vibration axis of the center speaker unit 11 is parallel to the traveling direction of the vehicle in the horizontal direction, and is inclined at 25 degrees to the rear side of the vehicle in the vertical direction. The line is arranged to intersect the windshield 3 of the vehicle. Further, the R-channel speaker unit 13 is inclined forward by 48 degrees clockwise in the horizontal direction and 65 degrees in the vertical direction toward the traveling direction of the vehicle. Although not shown, the L-channel speaker unit 12 is inclined at an angle of 48 degrees counterclockwise in the horizontal direction toward the traveling direction of the vehicle, and 65 degrees in the vertical direction like the R-channel speaker unit 13 in the forward direction of the vehicle. are doing. Note that the speaker units 11 to 13 are attached to closed enclosures 14 to 16, respectively. In this embodiment, a subwoofer 17 is provided below the glove box.
With the arrangement of the speaker units 11 to 13 described above, the reproduced sound from the L-channel speaker unit 12 is radiated at an angle of about 48 degrees in the horizontal direction with respect to the windshield 3, and is reflected by the windshield 3. The reflected sound continues to be reflected by the side glass (not shown) on the passenger seat 3 side, and then emitted toward the listener sitting on the passenger seat 3 or the driver seat 4 along the arrow shown by the broken line in FIG. Similarly, since the reproduced sound from the R channel speaker unit 13 is emitted at an angle of about 48 degrees in the horizontal direction with respect to the windshield 3, the sound reflected on the windshield 3 continues to be reflected on the side glass (see FIG. (Not shown), and is radiated toward the listener sitting on the front passenger seat 3 or the driver seat 4.
FIG. 5 is a circuit block diagram for driving the above-mentioned speaker units 11 to 14. The L-channel signal input to the L-channel input terminal 21 passes through a high-pass filter (hereinafter, referred to as HPF) 23 having a cutoff frequency of 170 Hz, is amplified by an amplifier 31, and reproduced by the L-channel speaker unit 12. Similarly, the R channel signal input to the R channel input terminal 22 passes through the HPF 24 having a cutoff frequency of 170 Hz, is amplified by the amplifier 32, and is reproduced by the R channel speaker unit 13.
The L-channel signal and the R-channel signal are added by an adder 25, then inverted by an inverter 26 and passed through a band-pass filter (hereinafter referred to as BPF) 27 which outputs a band from 300 Hz to 2 KHz. Thereafter, the signal is amplified by the amplifier 33 and reproduced by the center speaker unit 11. Therefore, the center speaker unit 11 reproduces the mid-range component in the sum signal (-LR signal or ((-L) + (-R)) signal) of the -L signal and the -R signal.
The output of the adder 25 is input to a low-pass filter 28 having a cut-off frequency of 170 Hz, so that a signal of about 150 Hz or less is amplified by an amplifier 34 and then input to the subwoofer 17. With the above circuit configuration, the L-channel signal from the L-channel speaker unit 12 reaches both ears of the listener seated on the driver's seat 4 and the passenger's seat 3, respectively, but the opposite of the L-channel signal reproduced from the center speaker unit 11. The -L signal, which is a phase signal, also reaches the listener's ears, and this -L signal cancels the L channel signal around the right ear more than around the left ear. Therefore, as a result of a level difference occurring near both ears of the listener, the sound image of the L channel is recognized as being on the front left side of the listener.
As shown by the broken line in FIG. 1, since the sound reproduced from the L-channel speaker unit 12 comes from the left side of the listener by being reflected by the windshield 3 and the side glass, the listener can hear the L-channel sound image. It is recognized as being on the front left side of the listener. As a result, as shown in FIG. 1, even when the speaker units 11 to 13 are concentrated on the dashboard 2, it is possible to reproduce a stereo image comparable to a case where the speaker spacing is wide.
Further, the reproduced sound from the center speaker unit 11 is also radiated toward the windshield 3, so that the ratio of the direct sound from the center speaker unit 11 directly to the listener is reduced. Accordingly, the monaural component reproduced by the center speaker unit 11, such as vocals, reaches the listener after being reflected by the windshield 3, so that the sound image is localized above the listener, so that realistic reproduction can be realized. .
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, but can take various forms. For example, the mounting angles of the center speaker unit 11, the L-channel speaker unit 12, and the R-channel speaker unit 13 in the above-described embodiment need to be appropriately changed according to the position of the dashboard 2 in the depth direction, the inclination angle of the windshield, and the like. There is.
[0015]
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a realistic sound reproduction while installing the speaker unit on the dashboard of the automobile.
