Description

The present invention relates to a cloth winding device for a loom that drives a cloth roll by a motor capable of controlling torque, and controls a cloth winding tension in a programmable manner according to a change in a cloth winding diameter of the cloth roll.

In the cloth winding device described in Patent Literature 1, a friction clutch is interposed on a drive shaft of a cross roller (cloth roll), and a friction plate and a transmission plate are formed with an appropriate force as a mechanical brake built in the friction clutch. By pressing, the friction plate and the transmission plate are slipped while generating an appropriate braking force between the two, and the above-mentioned braking force is applied to the drive transmission from the main shaft of the loom, so that the cross roller is A predetermined rotational torque is transmitted.

In the above prior art, the change in the winding diameter of the woven fabric is mechanically detected, and the pressing force applied between the friction plate and the transmission plate is mechanically adjusted according to the change in the winding diameter to form a cross roller. The cloth winding tension is controlled by changing the rotational torque of the drive shaft. Here, it is expressed by the formula of [cloth tension F] = [rotation torque T] / [cloth radius R].

JP-A-60-17151 (Claims, etc.)

In the technique of the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, even if the rotational torque of the drive shaft of the cross roller is mechanically controlled in response to the change in the cloth winding diameter, an appropriate cloth winding tension is applied to each cloth diameter in the winding process. Since it is not possible to obtain the woven fabric, wrinkles are easily formed on the woven fabric, and the woven fabric is disadvantageous. If the braking force is not manually adjusted during weaving, the quality of the fabric cannot be kept good.

As a countermeasure, there is a method in which the mechanical brake is controlled by an actuator, for example, an air cylinder, according to the cloth winding diameter to adjust the braking force, but the mechanical brake itself has a life and the braking force changes due to wear. Therefore, periodic maintenance is required.

Further, there is a method of electrically controlling by a powder clutch brake, but it is expensive, and the powder also changes over time, so that periodic maintenance is also necessary.

Moreover, Patent Document 1 does not mention at all that the cloth winding tension when the loom is in a stopped state requires consideration different from that during operation.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to enable the cloth winding tension to be controlled to an appropriate value according to a change in the cloth winding diameter of the cloth roll without periodic maintenance, and to control the cloth winding when the loom is stopped. Another object of the present invention is to make the tension appropriate and prevent wrinkles from occurring at the time of startup.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cloth winding device for a loom, a torque controllable motor for driving a cloth roll, a cloth diameter detector for extracting information on the cloth diameter of the cloth roll as an electric signal, A cloth winding drive control device that programmably controls the driving of the motor based on an electric signal related to the diameter according to a cloth winding tension control program corresponding to a change in the cloth winding diameter. The cloth winding tension control program allows the cloth winding tension to be individually set during the operation of the loom and during the stop of the loom, and when the loom is stopped, the cloth winding tension is set from the set value of the cloth winding tension during the operation to the set value of the cloth winding tension during the stop. At the time of start-up, the set value of the cloth tension during the stop is shifted to the set value of the cloth tension during the operation within the specified period.

In addition, the cloth winding drive control device may enable normal rotation or reverse rotation of the stopped cross roll by operating a switch, and further, after a predetermined set time elapses, May be automatically stopped after the operation for the length of.

Further, the cloth winding tension control program automatically reverses the cloth for a predetermined length or a predetermined time when the counter is stopped, loosens the cloth and stops.

According to the cloth winding device for a loom according to the present invention, the driving of the motor is programmably controlled based on the electric signal related to the cloth winding diameter. Therefore, it is possible to prevent winding wrinkles by securing an appropriate cloth winding tension in accordance with each cloth winding diameter. Since there is no consumable part such as a mechanical brake, maintenance can be eliminated. Also, the cloth winding tension can be set individually during the operation and when the loom is stopped, and when the loom is stopped, the set value of the cloth winding tension during operation is shifted to the set value of the stopped cloth tension within the set period, and the loom is started. At times, the set value of the cloth tension during the stop is shifted from the set value of the cloth tension during the operation to the set value of the cloth tension during the operation within the specified period. Can be prevented.

Switch operation enables normal or reverse rotation of the stopped cross roll, and after a predetermined time has elapsed or after a predetermined length of operation, the cross roll is automatically stopped. Damage to the fabric due to forgetting to stop operation Can be prevented.

When the counter is stopped, the cloth winding is automatically reversed for a predetermined length or a predetermined time, and the cloth is loosened and stopped, so that the unloading work after the counter is stopped can be automated.

FIG. 1 shows a main part of a loom 1 to be controlled. In FIG. 1, the warp yarn 2 is sent out from the warp beam 3 as a sheet, passes through a heddle 5 and a reed 6 via a back roll 4, and reaches a weaving opening 9 of a woven fabric 8 while forming an opening 7. . On the other hand, the weft 10 is inserted into the openings 7 of the upper and lower warps 2, and is then beaten by the reed 6 into the weaving opening 9 of the woven fabric 8 to form the woven fabric 8. The woven fabric 8 passes through one press roll 13, a clothing roll 12, and the other press roll 13, and is taken up by a cloth roll 14. Then, the cloth winding roll 14 is driven by the cloth winding device 11 of the loom of the present invention.

FIG. 2 shows a cloth winding device 11 of a loom. In FIG. 2, the cloth take-up device 11 of the loom includes a motor 15 capable of controlling torque, a cloth diameter detector 16, a cloth drive control unit 17, a display 18, a drive amplifier 21, a setting unit 22, and the like. . The loom control device 19 detects the rotation angle of the main shaft 23 of the loom 1 by the encoder 20 and executes necessary control for the loom 1.

The motor 15 drives the cloth roll 14 with a predetermined drive torque, for example, a torque motor or a servo motor capable of controlling the torque. The cloth winding diameter detector 16 directly detects the cloth winding diameter of the cloth winding roll 14 and indirectly detects the cloth winding diameter of the cloth winding roll 14 by calculation from the weaving length, the number of picks, etc. Is taken out as an electric signal and sent to the cloth winding drive control device 17.

Here, in addition to the setting data previously input by the setting device 22 and the information on the cloth winding diameter of the cloth roll 14 from the cloth winding diameter detector 16, the cloth winding drive control device 17 also controls the main shaft 23 detected by the encoder 20. A rotation angle signal or the like is input via the loom control device 19, and the programmable control is executed, and the rotation amount of the motor 15 or the driving torque of the motor 15 is changed based on a program set according to each cloth winding diameter. .

In this way, the cloth winding drive control device 17 prevents winding of the woven cloth 8 by ensuring appropriate wrapping tension for the woven cloth 8 according to each wrapping diameter. Since there is no consumable part such as a mechanical brake in this control process, no special maintenance is required for the cloth winding device 11 of the loom.

The operator operates the setting unit 22 to preset a plurality of cloth winding diameters from the start to the end of the winding, for example, the optimum cloth winding tension for each of the winding start, the middle of the winding, and the end of the winding according to the weaving conditions. The cloth winding drive control device 17 creates a cloth winding tension control program for the woven fabric 8 according to the change in the cloth winding diameter from the start to the end of winding based on the set value of the cloth winding tension. A cloth tension control program is executed according to the change in the diameter. According to this control, an optimum cloth winding tension can be ensured in accordance with each cloth winding diameter, so that even a finer woven fabric can be prevented from wrinkling.

Further, the cloth winding drive control device 17 displays the relationship between the cloth winding diameter and the cloth winding tension as a graph on the display 18 based on the cloth tension control program, and moves a point or a line on the graph to thereby change the cloth winding tension. The set value can be changed.

FIG. 3 is a graph showing the relationship between the cloth winding diameter and the cloth winding tension. On this graph, points A, B, and C indicate the optimum cloth winding tension corresponding to the cloth winding diameter from the start of winding to the end of winding by operating the setting device 22. The control of the cloth winding tension is theoretically performed along the polygonal lines (solid lines) of points A, B, and C in the graph, but due to factors such as the response characteristics of the control system, the curve is almost close to the ideal curve (two-dot chain line). Done along the path. The dotted line is a graph showing the relationship between the cloth winding diameter and the cloth winding tension by the conventional mechanical control.

If the relationship between the cloth winding diameter and the cloth winding tension is displayed as a graph, it is easy to set and change the target value, so that the work time can be shortened and the setting variation between machines can be eliminated.

In the course of executing the cloth tension control program, the cloth winding drive control device 17 displays a graph of the relationship between the cloth winding diameter and the cloth winding tension, a set cloth winding tension (clothing torque), and a set cloth winding diameter. (Weaving length and number of picks), and current values of the cloth winding tension and the cloth winding diameter are detected (calculated) and displayed. This display is represented as a point (position) on the graph or as data (numerical value) outside the graph. According to this display, by checking the current value at the time of occurrence of a wrinkle or the like, it is possible to appropriately change the setting and prevent recurrence.

The above-mentioned cloth winding tension and cloth winding diameter are concepts including the cloth winding torque, the weaving length and the number of picks in parentheses, respectively. Further, the current value of the cloth winding diameter is directly detected by the winding diameter detector 16 or indirectly calculated by calculation based on the detection data by the winding diameter detector 16.

FIGS. 4 and 5 show another specific example of the winding diameter detector 16. The winding diameter detector 16 in FIG. 4 uses a cloth roll provided at the end of the pair of levers 24 or a guide roll 25 having a width larger than the cloth width, and causes the guide roll 25 to contact the woven fabric 8 of the cloth winding roll 14. Then, the outer diameter of the woven fabric 8 (cloth winding) is converted into the rotation angle of the pair of levers 24, and the rotation angle is detected by the potentiometer 26 as the cloth winding diameter. The winding diameter detector 16 in FIG. 5 is configured by a distance sensor, and detects the cloth winding diameter in a non-contact manner with respect to the outer diameter of the woven fabric 8 (cloth winding).

FIG. 6 shows an example of detecting the cloth winding tension. In FIG. 6, the load cell 27 is connected to a displaceable roll 28 for detection, and detects the cloth winding tension of the woven fabric 8 wound in a Z shape between the displaceable roll 28 and the fixed roll 29. . Of course, the cloth winding tension corresponds to the cloth winding torque.

The cloth tension control program can individually set the cloth tension as a different value during the operation of the loom and during the stop of the loom. At the time of stop, the control shifts from the set value of the running cloth tension to the set value of the stopped cloth winding tension within the set period. Move to the value within the specified period. According to this control, the optimum cloth winding tension can be maintained even while the loom is stopped, and wrinkles can be prevented from being generated at the time of startup.

The operator enables normal or reverse rotation of the stopped cloth winding roll 14 by operating a switch in the loom control device 19, and automatically stops after a predetermined set time has elapsed or after a predetermined weaving length operation. This is to prevent damage to the fabric due to forgetting the stop operation, for example, cloth stains, wrinkles, and scratches due to the automatic stop.

According to the cloth winding tension control program, when the counter (pick counter) in the loom control device 19 is stopped, the cloth winding operation is automatically reversed for a predetermined length or a predetermined time, and the cloth is loosened and stopped. This makes it possible to automate the stocking operation after the stop of the counter.
