Abstract
Description
【0001】

【0029】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging bag, and in particular, controls the internal water vapor pressure in order to maintain the freshness of hydroponic crops or the like using vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, sponges containing moisture, etc., which are rich in moisture, as a nursery. The present invention relates to a freshness maintaining packaging bag for fruits and vegetables.
[0002]
[Prior art]
It is known that, when selling and distributing harvested vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, etc., a state with roots and plants is more suitable for maintaining freshness. Recently, a method of hydroponic cultivation that uses a sponge or the like containing water for a nursery bed and does not adhere soil or germs to the above-mentioned roots and strains has been developed and used. In order to keep these fruits and vegetables in a fresher state for sale and distribution, it is necessary to perform tray wrap packaging, film packaging, and the like to retain the moisture of the fruits and vegetables.
[0003]
However, when packaging fruits and vegetables without cutting off the roots and plants, the inside of the container is filled with excess moisture, which not only has various adverse effects such as wateriness, decay, off-flavor, and melting, and also causes There is a problem that the appearance is deteriorated by the attachment of water droplets to the surface.
[0004]
As a method for solving this problem, means for providing an auxiliary hole having a predetermined opening area in a container such as a tray wrap package or a film package has been generalized (for example, see Patent Document 1). However, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, when the auxiliary hole is a large hole (through hole) 50 that penetrates, the opening 51 of the through
