Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a paper bag with a film inner bag, and more particularly, to form a bottom closed portion by closing a bottom end of a paper bag forming tubular member in which a synthetic resin film inner bag is placed inside a paper tubular body. Paper bag with film inside.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a paper bag with a film inner bag using a film bag made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene as an inner layer bag is used in a large amount because it is suitable in terms of airtightness, moistureproofness, and cleanness. Specifically, a conventional paper bag with a film inner bag is configured by arranging a polyethylene film bag as an inner bag inside a 1-3 layer paper outer bag mainly formed of kraft paper, In addition, foods such as various flours, grains or proteins, or resin pellets (hereinafter simply referred to as contents) have been used for transportation and storage in an inner bag (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
Such a paper bag with a film inner bag is also commonly called a flash pinch bag. In this flash pinch bag, the bottom end side of the film cylinder is heat-sealed and placed in the paper cylinder, and the bottom end of the film inner bag and the paper cylinder together at least once. The bent portion was surrounded and restrained by a backing sheet with an opening tape so as to straddle the outer edge of the bent portion to form a closed bottom portion.
[0004]
The mouth of such a conventional paper bag with a film inner bag is formed by heat-sealing the mouth end side of the film inner bag filled with the contents, and then, just like the bottom portion, the mouth between the film inner bag and the paper outer bag. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
Such a paper bag with a film inner bag, which is extremely easy to use in terms of airtightness, moistureproofness, and cleanliness, has a problem in that it is opened when a paper bag is manufactured or when the paper bag is transferred, and foreign matter is easily mixed. That is, when the tube-shaped intermediate product is transported to the next process, when the paper bag is inspected, when the paper bag is transported to the user, or when the user sets the paper bag in the machine, there is a possibility that dust will enter.
There is also a problem in that foreign substances are likely to be mixed (contamination) when the contents are filled into the film inner bag. That is, the filling of the contents into the paper bag containing the film inner bag is performed by a dedicated machine. In that case, before setting the paper bag containing the inner bag in the content filling machine, the mouth of the inner bag is manually opened. However, since the paper bag containing the film inner bag is in a flat state, the opposing wall surfaces of the film inner bag are in close contact, and static electricity may be generated when the mouth is opened by hand, and the static electricity is attracted by this static electricity. The surrounding dust adsorbs to the mouth end of the film inner bag and enters with the contents.
[0007]
In order to prevent this contamination from occurring at all, the inner film bag and the outer paper bag are separated from the beginning, and only the inner film bag is carried into a clean room where the contents are filled. There has also been a method in which the filling port of the bag is heat-sealed and then inserted into an outer bag made of paper. However, since such a method is complicated, the efficiency of filling the contents is very poor, and improvement has been desired.
[0008]
Also, when it is necessary to reliably prevent the occurrence of contamination, a special film inner bag has been used. That is, this special film inner bag is formed into a film cylindrical body by an inflation molding method, and at this time, special processing is performed so that the films are in a weak blocking state. In other words, the opposed wall surfaces of the flattened film cylindrical body are in a state of being quasi-lightly joined. For this reason, generation of contamination can be almost completely prevented.
[0009]
However, when this special inner bag is used, the mouth does not open and dust does not enter when handling the empty bag. However, when opening the mouth when filling the contents into the inner bag, static electricity is generated. The surrounding dust may be drawn in by the generation. In addition, the work of opening the mouth when filling the inner bag with the film, that is, the peeling operation is very troublesome and time-consuming, and the work of filling the paper bag with the inner bag cannot be quickly performed. was there. For this reason, there has been a demand for the development of a paper bag with a film inner bag that hardly causes contamination and allows the contents to be filled quickly.
[0010]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and when opening the mouth when filling the contents into the film inner bag, there is almost no occurrence of contamination due to static electricity, and the film It is an object of the present invention to provide a paper bag with a film inner bag that can quickly open the mouth of the inner bag.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned technical problems, the present invention closes the bottom end of a paper bag forming tubular member in which a synthetic resin film inner bag is placed inside at least one layer of a paper tubular body. In a paper bag with a film inner bag provided with a formed bottom closure portion and a mouth portion opposite to the bottom closure portion, the film inner bag is provided at both ends of the tube-shaped film on opposite sides of the opening, The two end portions are flattened, and first and second seal portions extending in a lateral direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction which is the direction between the both end portions are formed in advance and are sealed, and the paper bag with the film inner bag is sealed. At the time of filling the contents, the film inner bag located at the mouth portion was cut and opened in the lateral direction at a position closer to the center in the longitudinal direction than the first seal portion, and the contents were filled from the opening. Later, the opening is resealed and the opening is Closed to the, characterized in that it uses.
[0012]
Further, in the paper bag with a film inner bag of the present invention, each edge of the film inner bag and the paper-made tubular body at the mouth portion is substantially aligned in the longitudinal direction, and the film inner bag is filled. At the time of filling the contents into the paper bag, the end of the film inner bag together with the end of the paper tubular body is closer to the center in the longitudinal direction than the first seal portion located at the mouth of the film inner bag. It is characterized in that it is cut open in the lateral direction and opened, and after filling the contents from the open port, the open port is resealed and the port is closed and used.
[0013]
Furthermore, in the paper bag with a film inner bag of the present invention, the first seal portion of the film inner bag located at the mouth portion projects outward in the longitudinal direction from an edge of the paper tubular body. And when filling the contents into the paper bag with the film inner bag, the first seal portion of the film inner bag protruding from the edge of the paper cylindrical body is attached to the end of the paper cylindrical body. After cutting along the edge and opening, filling the contents into the film inner bag through the opening, resealing the opening and closing the opening for use.
[0014]
In such a paper bag with a film inner bag of the present invention, it is preferable that the respective edges on the bottom side and the mouth side of the film inner bag and the paper tubular body are formed by linear cutting, It is also preferable that the paper bag with the film inner bag is formed with folds folded in a V-shape on both sides. Further, it is preferable that the first and second sealing portions formed at the both end portions of the film inner bag are sheet seals.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, a preferred embodiment shown in the drawings of the paper bag with a film inner bag of the present invention will be described in more detail. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a paper bag 10 with a film inner bag according to an embodiment of the present invention in a state in which the paper bag 10 is folded flat and partially cut away, and FIG. FIG. 2 is a configuration explanatory view schematically showing a cross-sectional structure taken along line 2-2 of FIG. The paper bag 10 with a film inside bag is provided with a paper bag forming member 13 composed of a one-layer paper cylindrical body 11 and a synthetic resin film inside bag 12 disposed therein. The bottom end 13a is closed.
[0016]
The paper tubular body 11 is formed of a tubular body having no folds, which is mainly made of kraft paper and cut straight at both ends, and the film inner bag 12 is formed of a synthetic resin film. Similarly, the first and second seal portions 14a and 14b extending in the width direction formed by heat sealing are provided at the mouth end side and the bottom end side of the tubular body which is cut straight at both ends and has no folds. As the synthetic resin film forming the film inner bag 12, a thermoplastic resin film is preferable, and as the thermoplastic resin film, a film formed from a polyethylene resin is preferable.
[0017]
When the bottom end portion 13a of the paper bag forming member 13 is closed, a closed bottom portion of the paper bag 10 with a bag in a film, that is, a bottom closing portion 15, is formed. The bottom closing portion 15 surrounds the reinforcing paper 16 in a U-shape so as to straddle the bottom end 13a without bending the flat bottom end 13a of the paper bag forming member 13. In this case, both sides 16b and 16c of the bent portion 16a are bonded to the respective wall surfaces 11a and 11b of the paper tubular body 11 with a water-soluble adhesive 17.
[0018]
The bottom closing portion 15 is a non-opening end that will not be opened when the film inner bag 12 is taken out of the paper tubular body 11 in the future, and the reinforcing paper 16 forming the non-opening end will be described below. Has a width in the width direction larger than the width of the wall surface of the paper tubular body 11, and both ends of the reinforcing paper 16 protrude outward from both side edges of the paper bag forming member 13 evenly to form a tab 16 d. .
[0019]
On the other hand, at the mouth 18 of the paper bag 10 containing the film inner bag, the respective edges of the film inner bag 12 and the paper tubular body 11 are substantially aligned in the longitudinal direction. Is closed by the first sealing portion 14a extending in the width direction formed by heat sealing as described above. Further, at the mouth 18 of the paper bag 10 with the film inside bag, one end 19a of the reinforcing paper 19 having the same width as the wall surfaces 11a and 11b of the paper tubular body 11 is bonded to one wall surface 11b with a water-soluble adhesive 17. Have been.
[0020]
On the surface 19c of the other end 19b of the reinforcing paper 19 facing the wall surface 11b side of the paper tubular body 11, a dried and solidified hot melt adhesive 20 is applied from the edge of the other end 19b to the paper tubular body. An opening tape 21 is provided on the front surface 19c on the other end 19b side of the reinforcing paper 19 in a predetermined range in the longitudinal direction and on the other end 19b side of the reinforcing paper 19 to tear the reinforcing paper 19 at the time of opening. The position where the opening tape 21 is attached to the surface of the reinforcing paper 19 is not limited to the position near the other end 19b, but may be provided between the adhesive 20 and the adhesive 17 described above. . In short, the opening tape 21 only needs to be attached to a position where the reinforcing paper 19 can be torn in the width direction.
[0021]
Next, a method of using the paper bag 10 with a film inner bag according to this embodiment will be described. When contents such as, for example, synthetic resin pellets are put into the paper bag 10 with the film inside bag and the mouth 18 is sealed, first, the first sealing portion 14a of the film inside bag 12 located at the mouth 18 is used. At a position closer to the center in the longitudinal direction (a position indicated by a cutting line 22 in FIGS. 1 and 2), the mouth end side of the film inner bag 12 is cut in the width direction together with the mouth end of the paper tubular body 11 and FIG. An opening 23 is formed as shown.
[0022]
At this time, the reinforcing paper 19 attached to the mouth 13a of the paper bag forming member 13 may be an obstacle. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the reinforcing paper 19 is folded back at a bent portion 24 extending in the width direction at a position closer to the center in the longitudinal direction from the planned cutting line 22 to the side opposite to the wall surface 11b of the paper tubular body 11. It is preferable to keep it.
[0023]
Next, contents are filled into the inner bag 12 through the opening 23 of the inner bag 12 at the mouth 18 of the paper bag 10 containing the inner bag. Thereafter, the mouth portion 18 of the paper bag 10 with the inner bag in the film is flattened and heated with a pair of heating bars (not shown) sandwiching the band region to be heat-sealed. Heat sealing is performed, and a reseal portion 25 is formed and closed as shown in FIG. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 6, the mouth end 13b of the paper bag forming member 13 is bent once, and then the folded backing paper 19 is returned to its original state, and the dried and solidified hot melt system applied to the other end 19b. After hot air is blown on the adhesive 20 to reactivate it, the reinforcing paper 19 is folded to the opposite side so as to cover the bent portion 26 of the paper bag forming member 13 and adhered to the wall surface 11 a of the paper tubular body 11. The mouth 18 of the paper bag 10 with the film inner bag is closed.
[0024]
FIG. 6 shows this state, that is, the mouth closing portion of the paper bag 10 with the inner bag after the contents are filled. In the example shown in FIG. 6, as a result, the entire bent portion 26 of the mouth end 13 b of the paper bag forming member 13 is covered with the reinforcing paper 19, and both end portions 19 a and 19 b are respectively provided on both wall surfaces of the paper tubular body 11. 11a and 11b are adhered and closed, but as shown in FIG. 7, one end 19a of the reinforcing paper 19 with the opening tape 21 is attached to the surface of the bent portion 26, and the other end 19b is attached. It may be closed by bonding to one wall surface 11a of the paper cylinder 11.
[0025]
As described above, in the paper bag 10 with the inner bag in the film, both the mouth end and the bottom end of the inner bag 12 are closed by the first and second seal portions 14a and 14b until the contents are filled. At the time of filling, the lower side of the first seal portion 14a of the film inner bag 12 is cut in the width direction and opened, and the contents are filled through the opening 23. When the mouth end of the film inner bag 12 is opened at the time of filling the object, contamination due to static electricity hardly occurs, and the work of opening the mouth end of the film inner bag 12 can be performed quickly.
[0026]
When opening the paper bag 10 containing the inner film bag with the mouth 18 sealed as described above, the ends of the paper tubular body 11 and the inner film bag 12 inside the paper cylindrical body 11 are mutually restrained. It is necessary to open the end of the paper bag forming member 13. In the case of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, this is the mouth end 13b of the paper bag forming member 13, so that the mouth end 13b is opened. In other words, it is only necessary to open the mouth end 13b. In view of this, an opening tape 21 is provided in advance on the reinforcing paper 19 sealing the opening 18 of the paper bag 10 with a film inside bag on the side of the opening 13b. When grasped and strongly pulled, the reinforcing paper 19 is torn linearly in the width direction, and the mouth 18 of the paper bag 10 with the inner film bag is opened.
[0027]
In the paper bag 10 with the inner bag of the film, as described above, of the ends of the cylindrical body 11 made of paper and the inner bag 12 of the film, the ends located on the side of the mouth 18 seal the mouth 18. When folded, the two ends are not locked to each other because the bottom end 13a of the paper bag forming member 13 is not bent at the bottom closing portion 15.
[0028]
Therefore, it is not necessary to open the bottom closing portion 15 of the paper bag 10 with the film inside bag, and the left and right tabs 16 d on both sides of the reinforcing paper 16 constituting the bottom closing portion 15 are used to form the paper tubular body. When the inner film bag 12 is pulled out from the opened end of the opened paper bag cylindrical member 11 by, for example, pulling up the inner film bag 12 from the paper cylindrical member 11 while holding the 11 against the floor or the like, The film inner bag 12 can be easily taken out of the paper tubular body 11.
[0029]
Alternatively, after opening the mouth end of the paper tubular body 11 of the paper-made bag 10 as described above, the paper-made bag 10 is turned upside down to reinforce the bottom closing portion 15 located above. When the left and right tabs 16c of the paper 16 are gripped with both hands and the paper tubular body 11 is lifted, the heavy film inner bag 12 filled with the contents is located on the floor as it is. Only the paper cylinder 11 is pulled up, and as a result, the inner film bag 12 can be pulled out from the paper cylinder 11.
[0030]
The film inner bag 12 finally taken out in this way is carried into a clean room or the like as it is and opened, and the contents are taken out from the inside into an appropriate container or directly supplied to a hopper or the like of a processing device. You.
[0031]
FIG. 8 is a schematic sectional view similar to FIG. 2 showing a paper bag 10 with a film inner bag according to another embodiment of the present invention. In the paper bag 10 with a film inner bag shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the mouth edge of the paper tubular body 11 and the mouth edge of the film inner bag 12 are aligned in the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 8, the mouth end side of the film inner bag 12 may be projected outward from the mouth end of the paper tubular body 11, and an initial seal portion, that is, a first seal portion 14a may be formed in this protrusion. Good. When filling the contents into the paper bag 10 with the film inner bag shown in FIG. 8, the opening end 23 of the film inner bag 12 is cut off along the edge of the opening of the paper tubular body 11 to form an opening 23. The contents are filled through the opening 23. The subsequent closing method is as described above.
[0032]
FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view similar to FIG. 6, illustrating another method of closing the mouth of the paper bag 10 with a film inner bag according to the present invention. In this example, at the bottom closing portion 15 of the paper bag 10 with the film inside bag, as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the reinforcing paper 16 is not bent at the flat bottom end 13 a of the paper bag forming member 13, and It is shaped like a letter and is fixed so as to straddle the bottom end 13a. In addition, as for the mouth 18 at the time of sealing the mouth after filling the contents, the reinforcing paper 19 is formed in a U-shape without bending the flat mouth end 13b of the paper bag forming member 13 similarly to the bottom closing portion 15. It is bent and straddled over the mouth end 13b so as to surround and be fixed.
[0033]
In the case of this embodiment, when taking out the film inner bag 12 from the paper tubular body 11, either the mouth end or the bottom end of the paper tubular body 11 may be opened. An opening tape 21 is provided at the unopened end, and the length of the reinforcing paper in the width direction at the non-opening end is made larger than the width of the paper tubular body 11 so that both sides of the reinforcing paper are equal to both sides of the paper bag forming member 13. A tab that can be used as a handle by protruding outward. Of course, the opening tape 21 may be provided on both the reinforcing papers 16 and 19.
[0034]
When the opening tape 21 is provided on both the reinforcing papers 16 and 19, when the opening operator opens the paper bag 10 containing the inner film bag, it is necessary to confirm which end is on the opening side one by one. Therefore, the reinforcing paper at the end of the paper bag 10 located at the upper portion can be accidentally broken and the paper bag 10 can be opened. Further, when it is not known which end of the paper bag 10 containing the inner bag of the film is to be opened as in this case, both sides of the reinforcing papers 16 and 19 at both ends are formed on both sides of the paper bag forming member 13. The tab may be formed so as to protrude outward evenly from the edge.
[0035]
Further, the bottom closed portion 15 of the paper bag 10 with the film inside bag is bent at least once by the bottom end portion 13a of the paper bag forming member 13 in the same manner as the mouth closed structure shown in FIG. 6, so as to surround the bent portion. The reinforcing paper 16 is arranged in a U-shape, and its both ends 16a, 16b are respectively adhered to both wall surfaces 11a, 11b of the paper tubular body 11 to be closed or closed similarly to the mouth closing structure shown in FIG. One end 16a of the reinforcing paper 16 is attached to the surface of the bent portion, and the other end 16b is adhered to one wall surface 11a of the paper tubular body 11 to form a closed structure. Regarding the sealing of 18, the reinforcing paper 19 is surrounded in a U-shape so as to straddle the flat end 13b of the paper bag forming member 13 without bending the flat end 13b without bending the flat end 13b. On both wall surfaces 11a and 11b of the body 11 It may be wearing and closed structure.
[0036]
This aspect is exactly the same as the state in which the paper bag 10 with the inner bag filled with the contents shown in FIG. 6 or 7 is viewed upside down, so that the illustration of this aspect is omitted. In this embodiment, as is clear from the above description, the opening tape 21 is formed by bending the bottom end 13a of the paper bag forming member 13 between the ends of the paper tubular body 11 and the film inner bag 12. Tabs provided on the reinforcing paper 16 of the bottom closing portion 15 which are locked to each other, and formed by the reinforcing paper in order to facilitate taking out the inner film bag 12 from the inside of the paper tubular body 11 at the time of opening. Is formed by uniformly projecting the reinforcing paper 19 on the side of the mouth 18 which is the unopened end outward from both side edges of the paper bag forming member 13.
[0037]
In the above-described embodiment, one of both ends of the paper bag forming member 13 is bent once to restrict the ends of the paper tubular body 11 and the film inner bag 12, and the bent portion is formed. The number of bending of the end of the paper bag forming member 13 is not limited to one, and may be two or more. However, in the case of a paper bag with a film inner bag, since the bottom end side of the film inner bag is heat-sealed and the mouth end side is basically heat-sealed after the content is filled, the content is transferred from the film inner bag 12 to the film inner bag. There is no concern about leakage of the paper bag, and it does not make much sense to bend one end of the paper bag forming member 13 a plurality of times.
[0038]
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the paper bag with the film inner bag without folds was taken as an example. However, in the present invention, fold portions that can be folded inward in a V-shaped cross section are formed on both sides. The present invention is also applicable to a paper bag with a film inner bag.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the paper bag with a film inner bag of the present invention, both ends of the film inner bag are sealed until the content is filled, and the sealing portion on the mouth end side is filled when the content is filled. By resection and opening, there is almost no contamination due to static electricity that tends to occur when opening the mouth end side when filling the contents in the film inner bag, and the mouth of the film inner bag is closed. Opening work can be performed quickly.
