Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention belongs to the technical field of a vehicle sun visor mounted on a front ceiling or the like of a vehicle compartment to block direct light to a driver's seat and a passenger seat of a vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of vehicle sun visor includes a substantially rectangular plate-shaped sun visor main body having a hollow portion therein and a stay rotatably supporting the sun visor main body, and the sun visor main body is substantially centered in its thickness direction. It is known that two flat bodies divided by a part are overlapped on the other side while one side is integrally connected by a hinge part (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
Each of the two flat bodies has a substantially rectangular plate-shaped flat part and a side wall part erected substantially perpendicularly to an outer peripheral edge of the flat part, and the side wall part located on one side (the hinge-side outer periphery of the sun visor body) One thin hinge that connects between the two flat bodies is formed at a substantially central portion in the thickness direction of the sun visor body (corresponding to the side wall) in the length direction of the one side portion. The two flat bodies are rotated and superimposed on the single thin hinge as a center to form a sun visor body. At this time, in the sun visor main body, the overlapping surfaces (end surfaces on the side overlapping each other) of the side wall portions of both flat bodies are overlapped to form a substantially continuous planar outer peripheral side wall, and a hollow portion is formed therein. Is done. By providing a horizontal shaft portion of the stay and a spring member for holding the horizontal shaft portion of the stay with a moderation in the hollow portion, the sun visor body is rotated around the horizontal shaft portion of the stay to block light. The position and the storage position can be switched.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the above-mentioned conventional one, since one thin hinge is provided at a substantially central portion in the thickness direction of the sun visor body on the hinge-side outer peripheral side wall at one side of the sun visor body, after the sun visor body is formed, it is developed. In the state where both flat bodies are rotated around the thin hinge from the state of being overlapped, a concave groove is formed in the thin hinge corresponding portion on the hinge side outer peripheral side wall surface in a superimposed state, and the appearance is poor, and the sun visor body is The above-mentioned thin hinge forming portion in the mold to be injection-molded has a sharp ridge shape, and the ridge portion may be broken when the molded product (sun visor body) is removed from the mold (during removal). There is a problem that an expensive mold material must be used to prevent the occurrence of the problem.
[0006]
Further, in the above-described conventional device, the thin hinge is provided only in a part near the center in the length direction of the outer peripheral side wall on the hinge side. In other words, the end of the thin hinge is located at a corner located between both ends in the longitudinal direction of the hinge side outer peripheral wall and the outer peripheral side wall on the overlapping side extending in a direction intersecting with the end of the thin hinge from the end on the hinge side outer peripheral side wall. It is located at a distant position, the overlapping surface also appears on the hinge side outer peripheral side wall, and the mouth is opened, and the appearance is not good. In order to prevent the overlapping state of the overlapped surface on the hinge side outer peripheral side wall, a structure for separately connecting the two flat bodies is required, which causes a problem that the shape of the sun visor body becomes complicated and the molding die becomes expensive. is there.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to improve the appearance of the outer peripheral side wall of the vehicle sun visor by modifying the structure of the hinge portion. It is in.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a pair of thin hinges is provided as a hinge between two flat bodies.
[0009]
Specifically, the invention according to claim 1 includes a substantially rectangular plate-shaped sun visor main body having a hollow portion therein, and the sun visor main body includes two flat bodies divided at a substantially central portion in a thickness direction thereof. It is assumed that a sun visor for a vehicle is formed in which one side portion is integrally connected by a hinge portion and is overlapped on another side portion.
[0010]
And, of the outer peripheral side wall of the sun visor body, a corner located between the hinge side outer peripheral side wall located at the hinge portion and the overlapped outer peripheral side wall extending in a direction intersecting with the hinge side outer peripheral side wall from both longitudinal ends thereof. The portion is divided into a substantially central portion in the thickness direction of the sun visor body continuously to the polymerization-side outer peripheral side wall, and the hinge portion is composed of a pair of thin hinges formed apart from both sides in the width direction of the hinge-side outer peripheral side wall. The corner portion side ends of both thin hinges extend to near the hinge portion side ends of the corner portions. Between both ends of the corner portions of both thin hinges, each thin hinge is connected so as to connect between both ends. A hinge-side end surface extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the hinge portion, and the hinge-side end surface is in contact with or close to the end surface of the hinge portion-side end portion of the corner portion in the overlapping state of the sun visor body. To.
[0011]
According to the above configuration, since the pair of thin hinges are formed to be spaced apart on both sides in the width direction of the hinge-side outer peripheral side wall, in the superposed state of the sun visor body, a concave streak is formed on the hinge-side outer peripheral side wall surface corresponding to the thin hinge. The groove does not appear, the appearance is good, and the thin hinge forming part in the mold for injection molding the sun visor body is not a sharp ridge shape as in the past, so even if an expensive mold material is not used, The ridge does not break when the sun visor body is released.
[0012]
In addition, since the corners of the thin hinges extend to the vicinity of the corners of the corners, the two flat bodies are separately joined to prevent the overlapping surface of the overlapping surfaces on the hinge-side outer peripheral side walls. There is no need to provide a structure that does not need to be provided, and the shape of the sun visor body does not become complicated, so that the molding die can be prevented from being expensive.
[0013]
Further, a hinge-side end face extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to each thin hinge is formed between both end portions on the corner portion side of both the thin hinges so as to connect the two end portions, and the corner portion is formed on the hinge-side end surface. Since the end surfaces of the hinge portions are in contact with or close to each other, a good-looking vehicle sun visor whose outer peripheral side wall is substantially continuous can be easily obtained.
[0014]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the corner portion is formed by bending into a curved shape in plan view, and the hinge-side outer peripheral wall and the overlap-side outer peripheral wall are formed in a substantially arc-shaped cross section that bulges outwardly of the sun visor body. Shall be
[0015]
According to the above configuration, the corner portion is formed by bending into a curved shape in plan view, and the outer peripheral side wall on the hinge side and the outer peripheral side wall on the overlapping side are arc-shaped in cross section. Is preferable in appearance because it looks thin.
[0016]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, when the sun visor body is developed around a pair of thin hinges and the corner portion is in a non-overlapping state, the corner portion in contact with or close to the hinge side end surface has the hinge portion side end portion. It is configured to be formed in an arc shape so as to approach each other toward the divided overlapping surface side of the corner portion.
[0017]
According to the above configuration, the end surface at the hinge-side end of the corner portion is divided by the overlapping surface that is continuous with the overlapping-side outer peripheral side wall in the deployed state of the sun visor body. In this non-polymerized state, since the end surfaces of the hinge portion side end portions of the corner portions are formed in an arc shape so as to approach each other toward the divided polymerized surface side, the shape does not have an under portion, so that the sun visor is not formed. It is not necessary to separately provide a slide mold for forming a corner portion in the molding die of the main body, which facilitates molding and prevents the molding die from becoming expensive. Therefore, an inexpensive sun visor for a vehicle with good appearance of the outer peripheral side wall can be obtained.
[0018]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The following embodiments are merely preferred examples in nature, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, its applications, and applications.
[0019]
(Embodiment 1)
5 and 6 show an overall view of the vehicle sun visor 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The sun visor 1 has a substantially rectangular plate-shaped sun visor body 3 and a horizontal shaft portion 5a inserted through the sun visor body 3. The sun visor body 3 is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape that is long in the vehicle width direction. The stay 5 is provided with a mounting bracket (not shown) at a base end of a vertical shaft portion 5b connected to the horizontal shaft portion 5a. The mounting bracket allows the horizontal shaft portion 5a to rotate in a horizontal direction. As described above, the stay 5 is attached to the ceiling surface 7 of the passenger compartment. As shown in FIG. 6, the sun visor 1 is arranged, for example, above the front seat on the right side of the vehicle body, and is normally in a stored state in which the sun visor body 3 is located along the ceiling surface 7 of the vehicle compartment. On the other hand, when the front occupant grasps the sun visor main body 3 and rotates the sun visor main body 3 around the horizontal shaft portion 5a of the stay 5 from this stored state, the sun visor main body 3 is The state is switched to the light-shielding state located along the inner surface. The stay 5 side of the sun visor 1 in the light-shielded state is on the upper side. In the following description, “upper side” refers to the stay 5 side of the sun visor body 3 and “lower side” refers to the opposite side. I do. Further, the left side and the right side in the vehicle width direction refer to the front of the vehicle body, and are hereinafter simply referred to as “left side” and “right side” respectively.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 4, the sun visor main body 3 includes two plane bodies 11 and 13 divided at a substantially central portion in a thickness direction thereof. The opposite side (the window W side) is a second plane body 13. The first and second flat bodies 11 and 13 are integrally formed by a pair of thin hinges 15 and 15 each having one side (a part corresponding to the lower end of the sun visor body 3) serving as a hinge by injection molding of molten resin. It has been connected to.
[0021]
The first flat body 11 includes a substantially rectangular plate-shaped flat portion 11a, and a side wall portion 11b which is integrally and substantially continuously erected at a position on the outer peripheral edge of the flat portion 11a except for the thin hinge 15 portion. In the same manner, the second plane body 13 also has a plane section 13a having a shape corresponding to the plane section 11a of the first plane body 11 and a position of the outer peripheral edge of the plane section 13a excluding the thin hinge 15 portion. The first and second flat bodies 11 and 13 are both formed in a shallow dish shape. Each of the side wall portions 11b and 13b of the first and second flat bodies 11 and 13 has a semicircular cross section.
[0022]
In the side wall portions 11b and 13b of the first and second planar bodies 11 and 13, the portion where the horizontal shaft portion 5a of the stay 5 is inserted (the portion located on the upper right side of the sun visor body 3) is substantially semicircular. When notches 11c and 13c are formed respectively, and the two flat bodies 11 and 13 are overlapped, a substantially circular hole (not shown) through which the horizontal shaft portion 5a can be inserted by the two notches 11c and 13c. Is formed.
[0023]
Also, on the inner surfaces of the plane portions 11a, 13a of the first and second plane bodies 11, 13, first engagement portions 19, 19,... And second engagement portions are provided along left and right side walls 11b, 13b, respectively. Are protruded. Further, on the inner surface of the flat portion 11a of the first flat body 11, cylindrical first fitting portions 23, 23,... Project substantially perpendicularly from the flat portion 11a along the side wall portion 11b. The cylindrical second fitting portion 25 having a smaller outer circumference than the first fitting portion 23 is provided on the inner surface of the flat portion 13a of the second flat body 13 at a position corresponding to the first fitting portions 23. , 25,... Protrude substantially perpendicularly from the plane portion 13a.
[0024]
Then, the first and second flat bodies 11 and 13 are rotated about the pair of thin hinges 15 and 15 so that the engaging portions 19 and 21 of the first and second flat bodies 11 and 13 are mutually connected. The first and second flat bodies 11 and 13 are engaged with each other, and the first and second flat bodies 11 and 13 are overlapped with each other (end faces on the side where they overlap each other) 11d by engaging the engagement portions 23 and 25 with each other. , 13d are accurately polymerized and combined in a plate shape. Thus, the sun visor body 3 having the hollow portion 31 inside is formed.
[0025]
The second flat body 13 is detachably fitted to a hook 35 (shown only in FIG. 6) provided on the ceiling surface 7 of the vehicle compartment, and the sun visor body 3 together with the stay 5 is attached to the vehicle body. A support bar 33 rotatably supporting forward and backward, a first support portion 37 in which a leaf spring (not shown) for holding the horizontal shaft portion 5a of the stay 5 with moderation is provided; The second support portion 39 that supports the distal end side of the horizontal shaft portion 5a is integrally formed. The support bar 33 and the first and second support portions 37 and 39 may be provided on the first flat body 11 side, or may be provided in the hollow portion 31 separately from the sun visor body 3.
[0026]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, in the sun visor body 3 formed by polymerization, the thin hinge of the outer peripheral side wall formed by the side wall portions 11 b and 13 b of the first and second plane bodies 11 and 13 is provided. The hinge-side outer side walls 41 located at 15 and 15 and the overlap-side outer side walls 43 and 43 extending from both ends in the longitudinal direction of the hinge-side outer side walls 41 in a direction intersecting with the hinge-side outer side walls 41 face outward of the sun visor body 3. It is formed in a substantially arc-shaped cross section that bulges out.
[0027]
Further, a corner portion 45 of the outer peripheral side wall of the sun visor body 3 where the hinge side outer peripheral side wall 41 and each overlap side outer peripheral side wall 43 intersect is formed to be bent in an arcuate curved shape in plan view. Each of the corner portions 45 is formed by the side wall portions 11 b and 13 b of the first and second flat bodies 11 and 13 in the same manner as the hinge-side outer peripheral side wall 41 and the overlap-side outer peripheral side wall 43. The sun visor body 3 is divided by the overlapping surfaces 11d and 13d at the center in the thickness direction.
[0028]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, the pair of thin hinges 15 are formed substantially parallel to each other on both sides in the width direction (thickness direction of the sun visor body 3) of the hinge side outer peripheral side wall 41. The ends of the thin hinges 15 on the corner 45 side extend to near the ends of the corners 45 on the hinge-side outer peripheral side wall 41 side. That is, both thin hinges 15 extend over the entire straight portion (lower side portion) of the sun visor body 3 in plan view. The thin hinges 15, 15 extend between the thin hinges 15 in a direction substantially orthogonal to the thin hinges 15 so as to connect between the two ends. A separation line 46 (shown only in FIG. 1) for separating the outer peripheral side wall 41 is formed, and a hinge side end surface 47 is formed on the hinge side outer peripheral side wall 41 side of the separation line 46.
[0029]
The hinge-side end surface 47 is in contact with or close to the end surface 45a of the corner portion 45 on the hinge-side outer peripheral side wall 41 side in the overlapping state of the sun visor body 3. Here, the contact or proximity is preferably such that the hinge-side end surface 47 and the end surface 45a of the corner portion 45 on the hinge-side outer peripheral side wall 41 side are actually in contact with each other. Means that there may be some gaps. However, it is preferable that this gap is of a degree that is not noticeable in appearance. As shown in FIG. 3, when the sun visor body 3 is deployed around the pair of thin hinges 15, 15, the corner portions 45 are divided on the overlapping surfaces 11 d, 13 d. An end surface 45a of the corner portion 45 that is in contact with or close to the hinge-side end surface 47 is formed in an arc shape so as to approach each other toward the overlapping surfaces 11d and 13d. That is, at the time of injection molding of the sun visor body 3, when the formed sun visor body 3 is taken out from the mold (not shown), there is no portion that is caught by the mold near the corner 45.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 1, in the first embodiment, the positions B, C, and D of the hinge-side outer peripheral side wall 41, the corner portions 45, and the overlap-side outer peripheral side wall 43 pass through the overlapped surfaces 11d and 13d, respectively. The cross-sectional shape cut in a direction perpendicular to the plane is formed so that the outer peripheral surfaces thereof are all formed into an arc shape having the same radius r. For this reason, the appearance of the outer peripheral surface of the sun visor body 3 is good. The radius of the curved surface of the sun visor body 3 in plan view is also the same as the radius r of the outer peripheral surface. For this reason, each corner portion 45 has a shape of the outer peripheral surface obtained by dividing the sphere into approximately one-fourth, and the outer peripheral side wall of the sun visor main body 3 has a good appearance.
[0031]
Therefore, according to the vehicle sun visor 1 of the first embodiment, the pair of thin hinges 15 are formed on both sides in the width direction of the outer peripheral side wall 41 on the hinge side. No concave groove appears on the surface of the hinge side outer peripheral side wall 41 corresponding to the hinges 15, 15, the appearance is good, and the portions for molding the thin hinges 15, 15 in the molding die for injection molding the sun visor body 3 are conventional. Since it is not such a sharp ridge shape, the ridge portion does not break when the sun visor body 3 is removed from the mold without using an expensive mold material.
[0032]
The corner portion 45 is formed by bending a curved surface in a plan view, and the hinge-side outer peripheral side wall 41 and the overlap-side outer peripheral side walls 43 are arc-shaped in cross section. The appearance of the three bodies is thin, which is preferable in appearance.
[0033]
Furthermore, since the ends of the thin hinges 15, 15 on the corner 45 side extend to near the hinge-side end of the corner 45, the overlapping surface of the hinge-side outer peripheral side wall 41 is prevented from opening. It is not necessary to separately provide a structure for connecting the two flat bodies 11 and 13, and the shape of the sun visor body 3 is not complicated, so that it is possible to prevent the molding die from becoming expensive.
[0034]
A hinge-side end surface 47 extending in a direction substantially orthogonal to the thin hinges 15 is formed between the two end portions of the thin hinges 15 on the corner portion 45 side. , The end face of the hinge portion side is in contact with or close to, so that a good-looking vehicle sun visor 1 whose outer peripheral side wall is substantially continuous can be easily obtained.
[0035]
Furthermore, the end surface 45a of the corner portion 45 on the hinge-side outer peripheral side wall 41 side is circular so that the sun visor body 3 is unfolded and the corner portion 45 approaches each other toward the divided overlapped surfaces 11d and 13d in a non-overlapping state. Since it is formed in an arc shape, it does not have a shape having an under part, so that it is not necessary to separately provide a slide die for forming the corner part 45 in the molding die of the sun visor body 3, and the molding becomes easy and the molding die becomes compact. It can be prevented from becoming expensive. Therefore, it is possible to obtain an inexpensive sun visor 1 for a vehicle with good appearance of the outer peripheral side wall.
[0036]
(Embodiment 2)
7 and 8 show a second embodiment of the present invention (in the following embodiments, the same parts as those in FIGS. 1 to 6 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted). The third embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the shape of the outer peripheral side wall of the main body 3 is different.
[0037]
That is, the side wall portions 11b and 13b of the first and second planar bodies 11 and 13 both extend vertically from the respective planar portions 11a and 13a. Thus, the hinge-side outer peripheral side wall 41 and the overlap-side outer peripheral side wall 43 are formed in a cross-sectional shape having a flat portion.
[0038]
The lengthwise end (hinge-side end surface 47) of the hinge-side outer peripheral side wall 41 extends to a region where the thickness of the side walls 11b and 13b of the first and second flat bodies 11 and 13 is left in plan view. I have.
[0039]
Therefore, also in the vehicle sun visor 1 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the same operation and effect as those of the first embodiment can be obtained.
[0040]
(Other embodiments)
In the first or second embodiment, the engaging portions 19 and 21 provided on the first and second plane bodies 11 and 13 are engaged with each other, and the engaging portions 23 and 25 are engaged with each other. Has caused the first plane body 11 and the second plane body 13 to overlap with each other, but the invention is not limited to such a polymerization method. For example, the first plane body 11 and the second plane body 13 may be engaged with the overlapped surface of the side wall portions of the first and second plane bodies. It is needless to say that the function and effect of the present invention can be obtained even when the pawls are formed and the engaging pawls are engaged with each other to overlap the two flat bodies.
[0041]
Further, the method of supporting the sun visor body 3 by the stay 5 is not limited to that of the first or second embodiment. For example, a substantially rod-shaped stay is formed integrally with the sun visor body, and the protruding portion of the stay is attached to the ceiling of the vehicle compartment. The sun visor body may be rotatably supported by being inserted into a leaf spring provided inside the surface.
[0042]
In the first and second embodiments, the first and second planar bodies 11 and 13 are configured such that the lower end portions of the sun visor body 3 are integrally connected by a pair of thin hinges 15, but the sun visor body May be integrally connected to each other by a pair of thin hinges.
[0043]
In the first or second embodiment, the sun visor body 3 is made up of the two flat bodies 11 and 13 divided at the center in the thickness direction in order to improve the appearance. May not be divided, and may be slightly unevenly divided. In particular, in the first embodiment, if the overlapping surface of the corner portion is divided at a portion where the outer periphery becomes the largest in plan view of the sun visor body, the mold is caught by the corner portion when removing the sun visor body during injection molding. Never.
[0044]
Furthermore, in the first or second embodiment, the skin is not provided on the surface of the sun visor body 3, but the operation and effect of the present invention can be obtained even when the sun visor body 3 is molded integrally with the skin during injection molding. . In this case, the skin may be set in a mold in advance and then injection-molded.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the invention of the sun visor for a vehicle according to the first aspect, in the sun visor body in which one side portion is integrally connected by the hinge portion including the pair of thin hinges and the other side portion is overlapped, Of the outer peripheral side wall of the main body, the corner portion located between the hinge side outer peripheral side wall located at the hinge portion and the overlap side outer peripheral side wall extending in the direction intersecting with the longitudinal end portions of the hinge side outer peripheral side wall is overlapped. The sun visor body is divided continuously at the substantially central portion in the thickness direction of the sun visor body, the corner portion side ends of the thin hinges are extended to near the hinge portion side ends of the corner portions, and the ends are connected. The hinge-side end surface is formed by extending in a direction substantially orthogonal to each thin hinge, and the hinge-side end surface is formed at the hinge-side end of the corner portion in the superposed state of the sun visor body. By making contact with or close to the end face, it is possible to easily obtain a good-looking vehicle sun visor whose outer peripheral side wall is substantially continuous without using an expensive mold and without breaking the mold. it can.
[0046]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the corner portion is formed by bending a curved surface in plan view, and the hinge-side outer peripheral side wall and the overlap-side outer peripheral side wall are formed in a substantially arc-shaped cross section that bulges outwardly of the sun visor body. Due to this, the sun visor main body in a polymerized state has a soft feeling and looks thin, which is preferable in appearance.
[0047]
According to the invention of claim 3, the end face of the hinge part side end of the corner part which is in contact with or close to the hinge side end face, the sun visor body is developed around the pair of thin hinges and the corner part is in a non-polymerized state, Since it is formed in an arc shape so as to approach each other toward the divided overlapping surface side of the corner portion, it is possible to obtain an inexpensive sun visor for a vehicle having a good outer peripheral side wall.
