Description

【0001】

Have been.
[0015]
Next, an example of an assembling procedure of the rotating brush according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
First, one end of the support shaft 30 is inserted into the through hole 38 of the fixing portion 37 of one of the support rings 35a, and the support shaft 30 (or the support ring 35a) is pressed to apply pressure until the end protrudes from the support ring 35a. Press. Thereby, the spline 31 of the support shaft 30 bites into the through hole 38 of the fixing portion 37 and is fixed firmly and non-rotatably.
[0016]
Next, the first rotating body 17a is inserted into the support shaft 30 through the opening, and the through hole 22 of the fitting portion 21 is inserted into the support shaft 30. Then, the fitting portion 18a from which the cleaning body mounting portion 18 on the periphery of the opening has been removed is inserted into the insertion portion 41 formed between the first and second fitting portions 39 and 40 of the support ring 35a. At this time, if a protrusion is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the first fitting portion 39 or the inner circumferential surface of the second fitting portion 40, the protrusion bites into the fitting portion 18a and is more strongly fixed. The positioning piece 42 of the support ring 35a is located between the cleaning body mounting portions 18 of the first rotating body 17a.
[0017]
Next, the fitting hole 26 of the second rotating body 17b is inserted into the support shaft 30, the fitting hole 26 is fitted to the fitting portion 21 of the first rotating body 17a, and the fitting recess 25 is fitted. The positioning engagement portion 27 is aligned with the positioning engagement portion 24. Then, when the second rotating body 17b is pressed, the two are integrally joined. At this time, since the diameter of the fitting hole 26 is reduced toward the back and is smaller than the outer diameter of the fitting portion 21, the fitting portion 21 is elastically deformed by the slit 23 provided therein, and the fitting hole 26 is deformed. The second rotating body 17b does not come off from the second rotating body 17a because the second rotating body 17b is in close contact with the inner wall of the second rotating body 17a.
[0018]
Further, since the first and second rotating bodies 17a and 17b are positioned by the positioning locking part 24 and the positioning engaging part 27, the cleaning body mounting parts provided on both the rotating bodies 17a and 17b respectively. 18 is also connected continuously at the joint. At this time, the other end of the support shaft 30 including the spline 31 protrudes from the opening of the second rotating body 17b.
[0019]
In this state, the two cleaning members are attached to the convex grooves of the continuous cleaning member mounting portion 18 of the first and second rotating members 17a and 17b from the end (opening side) of the second rotating member 17b. The cleaning body 19 having a length corresponding to the length of the portion 18 is inserted and attached.
Then, the through hole 38 of the fixing portion 37 of the other support ring 35b is fitted to the support shaft 30 protruding from the opening of the second rotating body 17a, and pressurized. As a result, the support ring 35b is press-fitted into the rotating shaft 30, and the spline 31 bites into the inner wall of the fixing portion 37, so that the supporting ring 35b is firmly fixed so as not to rotate. At this time, the fitting portion 18a of the second rotating body 17b is inserted into the insertion portion 41 formed between the first and second fitting portions 39 and 40 of the support ring 35b, and the positioning of the support ring 35b is performed. The piece 42 is located between the cleaning body mounting portions 18.
[0020]
As a result, the first and second rotating bodies 17a and 17b are integrally connected at the connecting portion, are firmly fixed by the support shaft 30 and the support rings 35a and 35b, and the cleaning body 19 is mounted on the outer periphery. The rotating brush 15 is configured.
The support rings 35a, 35b provided at both ends and the support shafts 30 protruding therefrom are inserted into the lower case 2 from the suction port 3 of the suction tool 1 and are provided on the inner surface of the side wall of the lower case 2 (not shown). ) Is rotatably supported.
[0021]
In the suction device 1 configured as described above, the connection pipe 4 is connected to a grip portion of a hose connected to a vacuum cleaner body (not shown) or an extension pipe connected to the grip portion, and the suction device 1 is held by the grip portion. The cleaning work is performed by moving it back, forth, left and right. At this time, a suction force acts on the suction device 1 by the operation of the vacuum cleaner main body, sucks dust on the cleaning surface from the suction port 3 and the front air passage 5, and collects the dust in the dust collection chamber of the vacuum cleaner main body. . Further, the rotating brush 15 is rotated by the suction force, and the cleaning surface is cleaned by the cleaning body 19 and the fixed cleaning body 11 attached thereto.
[0022]
In this embodiment, the main body 16 of the rotating brush 15 is divided into two parts from the center to form first and second rotating bodies 17a and 17b. And the support rings 35a and 35b are integrally connected to each other, so that the balance is good and the vibration during rotation is extremely small.
Also, even if a large load is applied to the rotating brush 15 during cleaning, the rotating brush 15 is not deformed, so that the balance is not deteriorated and the vibration is not increased.
Further, since the main body 16 is divided into two parts, the structure of the mold for molding the same is simplified, and the production is easy and the cost can be reduced.

Further, the mounting portion 18c made of a hard bristle, the cleaning element 19c of a length corresponding to the radius r 2, the mounting portion 18d which was fitted with a cleaning element 19d of the same material, as long as the cleaning element 19c is there.
[0026]
In the present embodiment configured as described above, the cleaning body 19a is mainly responsible for cleaning the flooring 45, and the cleaning bodies 19b, 19c, and 19d are mainly responsible for cleaning the carpet 46.
Therefore, in cleaning, the resistance of the cleaning members 19a to 19d is small and does not affect the rotation of the rotating brush 15, so that dust on the cleaning surface can be efficiently absorbed.
[0027]
In the above description, the case where the cleaning members 19a to 19d having the above-described materials and lengths are attached to the mounting portions 18a to 18d of the rotating brush 15 has been described. However, the materials and lengths of the cleaning members are not limited thereto. They can be selected as appropriate. Further, all of them may be different or some of them may be different.
Further, in the above description, the case where the present invention is applied to the suction tool according to Embodiment 1 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a rotating brush including one rotating body, The present invention can also be applied to a rotary brush of a suction tool of another method or structure, such as a suction tool of a method in which a rotary brush is rotated by a motor provided in the above-described method.
