Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a telephone exchange which, when receiving a hook signal for a predetermined time from an analog telephone in an external telephone call or an internal telephone call, places the telephone call on hold.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a telephone exchange that receives a hook flash signal from a telephone connected to the telephone exchange in order to use services such as transfer, three-way calling, and call waiting (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
When such a telephone exchange receives a hook flash signal from a telephone that is talking to another telephone, the telephone exchange with the other telephone is temporarily put on hold, and then, when a predetermined operation is performed from the telephone, a transfer or a call is performed. Services such as waiting call capture can be provided.

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional telephone exchange, when the user of the telephone which is talking with another telephone tries to put the telephone receiver on the hook switch in order to end the telephone call, the telephone receiver is poorly placed, and the telephone receiver is The hook switch may be pressed in the order of OFF → ON → OFF → ON due to being placed on the hook switch, etc., and the hook flash signal is sent to the telephone exchange before it is determined that the telephone has shifted to the on-hook state. Sometimes sent out.
[0006]
When the telephone exchange receives the hook flash signal before determining that the telephone has transitioned to the on-hook state, the telephone exchange puts the telephone call on hold (disconnects the voice path) with another telephone during a call and waits for a predetermined time. If the telephone user answers the call, the other telephone that was talking before answering the call goes on-hook and hangs up. In such a case, a tone signal such as a busy tone is simply transmitted from the telephone exchange, and there is a problem that it is difficult to know why the bell call was made.
[0007]
Also, when a user of a telephone that is in a call with another first telephone terminates the call and immediately makes a call to make a call with another second telephone, the user may make a call. If the hook switch is not pressed sufficiently for a predetermined time or more to end the operation, a hook flash signal is sent to the telephone exchange, and the call with the first telephone may be put on hold. Then, the call is made to the other second telephone in the hold state, and when the telephone is put on-hook when ending the call with the second telephone, the first telephone in the hold state becomes the second telephone. Was transferred to another phone.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and provides a telephone exchange that does not perform hold recall or transfer even when a hookflash signal unintended by a user of a telephone connected to the telephone exchange is sent to the telephone exchange. The purpose is to do.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention provides an extension interface to which an analog telephone can be connected, hook detection means for detecting a hook operation of the analog telephone connected to the extension interface, and determining a state of the analog telephone. When the operation determining means determines that the analog telephone is in a state of making an external or internal call when the hook detecting means receives a hook operation for a time length within a predetermined time range, the call is terminated. Control means for holding the call, the control means releases the call hold state when the analog telephone has performed a hook operation for a time length equal to or longer than a predetermined time range while the call is on hold, and releases the external call or It has a first mode for ending an extension call.
[0010]
This makes it possible to provide a telephone exchange that does not perform hold recall or transfer even when a hookflash signal unintended by the user of the telephone connected to the telephone exchange is sent to the telephone exchange. .

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an extension interface to which an analog telephone can be connected, hook detection means for detecting a hook operation of the analog telephone connected to the extension interface, and operation determination means for determining a state of the analog telephone. And when the operation determining means determines that the analog telephone is in a state of making an external or internal call when the hook detecting means receives a hook operation for a time length within a predetermined time range, the call is put on hold. Means for controlling, when it is determined that the analog telephone has performed a hook operation for a time longer than a predetermined time range while the call is on hold, the call release state is released and the external call or internal call is terminated. A telephone exchange characterized by having a first mode in which a user of a telephone connected to the telephone exchange intends. Even if a hook flash signal is sent to the telephone exchange and an internal or external call is put on hold, if the receiver is put on hold and the on-hook is continued, it is determined that the telephone is on-hook and the hold state is released. Therefore, it is possible to provide a telephone exchange that does not perform hold recall or transfer.
[0012]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the control means determines that the external telephone call or the internal telephone call is in a hold state, and that the operation determination means determines that the analog telephone has made an external call, and that the call hold state is set. And a second mode for terminating the external telephone call or the internal telephone call, wherein the user of the analog telephone talking to the external telephone or the internal telephone calls an on-hook request ( (Hook switch is pressed for more than a predetermined time), and the hook switch is not pressed for more than a predetermined time even though it is attempted to make a call immediately to talk to a telephone connected to another telephone line (external line). Even if a hookflash request is made to the telephone exchange and a call to an outside line or another extension is mistakenly put on hold, When an outgoing call is made, the hold state of the outside line or extension is released and the connection with the outside line or extension is released, so that it is possible to avoid staying in the hold state of the outside line or extension and to connect with other telephone lines. This has the effect that, when the call is ended, the held external line or internal line is not transferred to another telephone line.
[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect, the control means, when the external telephone call or the internal telephone call is on hold and the operation determining means determines that an internal telephone call has been made from the analog telephone, the control of the telephone call. A speech exchange having a third mode for releasing a hold state and terminating an external or internal call, wherein a user of an analog telephone that is talking to an external or internal telephone can make the call on-hook. A request (pressing the hook switch for a predetermined time or more) terminates the call, and immediately after trying to make a call to talk to another extension telephone, the hook switch has not been pressed for a predetermined time. If a request is made and the call to the outside line or another extension is inadvertently put on hold, , When you release the hold state of the external line or extension and release the connection with the external line or extension, you can avoid staying on hold of the external line or extension and terminate the call with another telephone line In addition, there is an effect that an outside line or an extension line on hold is not transferred to another extension line.
[0014]
A fourth invention of the present invention is the telephone according to the third invention, wherein at least one of the first mode, the second mode, and the third mode can be set for each extension interface. This is an exchange, and has the effect that for each user of the extension telephone, post-hold processing can be performed in accordance with the request of the user.
