BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, each embodiment of the present invention will be described, but the same, corresponding members and portions will be denoted by the same reference numerals.
Embodiment 1 FIG.
Hereinafter, a heating cooker according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a heating cooker incorporated in a sink 2, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II of FIG.
The heating cooker includes a main body 3 provided with a heating coil 1 serving as a heating unit, a heating heater (not shown) serving as a heating unit having a heating temperature higher than that of the heating coil 1, and provided on the main body 3. And a top plate 4 on which cooking pots, kettles, and the like are placed.
The main body 3 is provided with a roaster 5 and a panel 6 on the front surface.
For example, the top plate 4 having a size of 550 mm × 400 mm has a hole 7 a at a position facing the heating coil 1 and the heater, and a receiving portion 8 serving as a locking portion is formed on the inner periphery of the hole 7 a over the entire circumference. It comprises a plate portion 7 and a heat-resistant plate portion 10 bonded to the hole 7a via a bonding portion 9. Further, on the lower surface of the protection plate portion 7, first projections 12 as engagement portions are provided at regular intervals.
[0008]
The protection plate portion 7 is made of a heat-resistant thermosetting resin which is a phenol resin having a thickness of 5.5 mm. Note that a heat-resistant thermosetting resin such as a fiber-reinforced epoxy resin may be used instead of the phenol resin. When these resins are used, the protection plate portion 7 is formed by heating at 150 ° C. to 200 ° C. Although a thermoplastic resin such as polyphenylene sulfide to which glass fiber is added can be used in terms of heat resistance, a heat-resistant thermosetting resin is preferable for long-term heat use. Further, the thickness of the protection plate portion 7 may be 5.5 mm to 6 mm, and since it is made of resin, printing on the surface can be easily performed.
[0009]
The receiving portion 8 has a size of 4 mm in height and 2.5 mm in width. The bonding portion 9 is made of a room temperature moisture-curable silicone-based adhesive.
When the crystallized glass has a thickness of 4 mm, the receiving portion 8 may have a height of 4.0 mm to 4.5 mm and a width of 2.5 mm to 3.0 mm.
[0010]
On the upper end surface of the main body 3, a first concave portion 11 which is an engaged portion is formed. A first projection 12 is inserted into the first recess 11 via a spring 16. Further, a second convex portion 14 is formed so as to surround the outer peripheral edge on the lower surface side of the protection plate portion 7, and a groove 13 is formed on the top surface. The second convex portion 14 in which the packing 15 is mounted in the groove 13 is in contact with the sink 2.
The first protrusion 12 has a height of 45 mm, a width of 30 mm, and a thickness of 4 mm, and the second protrusion 14 has a height of 4 mm and a width of 9 mm. The groove 13 has a depth of 3 mm and a width of 5 mm, and a packing 15 made of a thermoplastic elastomer is mounted in the groove 13. The spring 16 is not limited to this, as long as the first protrusion 12 is fixed to the first recess 11.
[0011]
In addition, the 1st convex part 12 should just be 40 mm-50 mm in height, 30 mm-35 mm in width, and 3 mm-5 mm in thickness, for example, and the 2nd convex part 14 is 4 mm-5 mm in height, and 8 mm-9 mm in width, for example. , And the groove 13 may be, for example, 2.5 mm to 3 mm in depth and 5 mm to 6 mm in width.
Further, since the packing 15 is a molded article of a thermoplastic elastomer such as styrene, it can be formed into a free shape at 200 ° C., has self-adhesive properties, and can be easily bonded in the groove 13 without an adhesive. Of course, it is not limited to this, and may be made of rubber, for example.
[0012]
The heat-resistant plate portion 10 is made of crystallized glass having a diameter of 207 mm and a thickness of 4 mm. The shape of the plate portion 10 is a circle larger in diameter than the heating coil 1 having a diameter of 200 mm, but may be a square shape. The rectangular shape has an advantage that the processing cost of glass is reduced.
[0013]
According to the cooking device having the above configuration, the top plate 4 is easily coupled to the main body 3 by inserting the plurality of first convex portions 12 on the lower surface of the protection plate portion 7 into the first concave portions 11 of the main body 3. This eliminates the need for mounting hardware and the like, simplifies the number of assembly steps, and reduces the number of parts, thereby reducing manufacturing costs. Moreover, since the spring 16 is interposed between the first convex portion 12 and the first concave portion 11, the top plate 4 is securely and firmly connected to the main body 3.
Further, since the groove 13 is formed on the surface of the second convex portion 14 and the packing 15 is provided in the groove 13, a waterproof seal function between the sink 2 and the main body 3 is secured.
Moreover, in the top plate 4, the heat-resistant plate portion 10 made of crystallized glass, which is expensive, is provided only in a region facing the heating coil 1 and the heater, and the cost of the top plate 4 itself is reduced. You.
[0014]
Further, since the heat-resistant plate portion 10 is locked by the receiving portion 8 of the protection plate portion 7, the load of the pot or the like is received by the receiving portion 8, and the load on the bonding portion 9 is reduced.
[0015]
Embodiment 2 FIG.
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a main part of a cooking device according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. A wall 20 having a length of 1.5 mm and a width of 15 mm is integrally formed. The wall 20 may have a height of 1.5 mm to 2.0 mm and a width of 12 mm to 20 mm, for example.
According to the heating cooker having this configuration, it is possible to prevent the overflow of water spilled on the top plate 4 and the prevention of slipping of the pan without providing an outer frame part for preventing overflow, which is a separate component from the protection plate portion. .
[0016]
Embodiment 3 FIG.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a main part of a heating cooker according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention. Compared with Embodiments 1 and 2, when the top plate 4 is viewed along the vertical direction, a heat-resistant plate is shown. The difference is that the difference between the diameter of the portion 10 and the diameter of the heater 21 is large, and that the material of the bonding portion is different.
That is, the heat-resistant plate portion 10 having a diameter of 140 mm and a thickness of 4 mm facing the heater 21 having a diameter of 130 mm is bonded to the hole 7 a of the protection plate portion 7 having a thickness of 5.5 mm by the bonding portion 22. On the inner wall surface of the hole 7a, a receiving portion 8 which is a locking portion having a height of 4 mm and a width of 2.5 mm is formed. The bonding portion 22 is made of a room-temperature-curable two-liquid epoxy resin.
[0017]
According to this heating cooker, when the top plate 4 is viewed along the vertical direction, the bonding portion 22 is separated from the outer peripheral portion of the heater 21 by a width of 5 mm over the entire circumference, and the first and second embodiments are described. The width of the heat-resistant plate portion 10 immediately above the heater 21 is 300 ° C. or more even when the temperature of the heat-resistant plate portion 10 is 300 ° C. or more. It is possible to use an epoxy adhesive having a lower heat resistance than the adhesive based on the adhesive 22.
In the case of a moisture-curable type and a room-temperature moisture-curable silicone resin, a curing time of 24 hours or more is required, whereas when this adhesive is used, the heat resistance is low. The difference between the diameter of the heater 21 and the diameter of the heater 21 is increased to compensate for the decrease in the heating temperature of the bonding portion 22. Therefore, the practical strength curing time is about 1 hour, which is greatly reduced as compared with the room temperature moisture-curable silicone resin, so that the bonding step can be shortened and the production cost can be reduced.
[0018]
In each of the above embodiments, the engaging portion is the first convex portion 12 and the engaged portion is the first concave portion 11, but the protective plate portion has a concave portion, and the main body has the convex portion. May be formed. Further, the shapes of the engaging portion and the engaged portion are not limited to the shapes of the convex portion and the concave portion.
The top plate 4 is composed of the protection plate 7 and the heat-resistant plate 10, but may be integrally formed of the same material.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the heating cooker according to the present invention, the cooking device includes a main body provided with a heating unit therein, and a top plate provided on the main body and having a cooking container placed on the surface thereof. An engaging portion for engaging with the engaged portion of the main body is provided on the back surface of the top plate, and the top plate and the main body are integrated by contacting the top plate with the main body. The plate is easily connected to the main body, which simplifies the number of assembling steps and reduces the number of parts, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.
