【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ウエアの胸部アウトポケットにメガネを入れた時、該メガネが身を屈めても安易に抜け落ちることを防止したウエアの胸部アウトポケットの構成に係るものである。

【従来の技術】
昨今、メガネは、近眼，老眼等目の良し悪しに係わらず其の他装飾的にも使用される等で、メガネの使用人口は多くなっている傾向にあると云われている。
これ等メガネの使われ方としては、例えば就寝時、洗顔時の時だけメガネを“はずし”その他の場合は、ほぼ常時“かけている”場合と、必要な時だけ例えば、読書，仕事，ゲーム等その時の状況に応じて必要な時だけ使用する場合の人、即ち“かけたり”“はずしたり”の頻度は様々であるが、その頻度が多い人達の場合は、はずした時、該メガネは、ウエアの胸部アウトポケットへ入れるのが最も自然で便利であるため一般に行なわれている。しかしながら、例えば足元にあるものを取ろうとして身を屈めたときは、胸部アウトポケットを他方の手で押さえてメガネの落下を防がねばならず、何等かの理由でメガネの入った胸部アウトポケットの押さえが出来ず、あるいは又うっかり失念して身を屈めてしまいメガネを落下させ、メガネのレンズに傷を付けてしまうことが多くあった。そのため胸部アウトポケットに入れるのを避けて、胸部内ポケットやウエアの腰廻り及びズボンのポケット等に入れることでメガネの脱落による損傷を免れようとすることもなされていた。しかしなすがら、例えば胸部内ポケットの場合、該内ポケットのポケットカバーのボタンを掛けないで身を屈めると、メガネは滑り易いため、屈めた時の姿勢によっては脱落する恐れは十分にあった。即ち、胸部内ポケットの場合でもポケットカバーのボタンを確実に掛けておく必要が有り、頻繁な“かけ”“はずし”を行う場合、ボタン等の掛け、はずしが有って、安易にメガネを“出し”“入れ”する場所としては不便さが免れず、長時間メガネケースに入れて収納する場合以外あまり使用されないのが実情であった。又更にウエアの腰廻りのポケットやズボンのポケットの場合は、ズボンのポケットに入れた儘で、混雑した乗物等に乗車した時は、他人に押されたりした時、防御が困難のため、メガネの変形や破損等が惹起され易く、又ポケット内での姿勢が様々に変わり易いため取り出しの時、引懸が生じ易く、取扱いが不便であるのみならず、ポケットが膨らみ外見上も見苦しくなり、スタイルが悪くなる等で好まれず、ウエアの胸部アウトポケットに入れる場合が多くなっているのは前述のような事情による自然ななり行きとも考えられる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
以上述べたように比較的頻繁にメガネの“かけ”“はずし”を行う場合は、該メガネを“はずし”た時は、ウエアの胸部アウトポケットに入れるのが取扱い上からも最も好ましく、一般的に行われているが、従来の胸部アウトポケットは、図５に示す如く構成され、メガネを収納して身を屈めた時でもメガネが脱落しないような配慮はなされていなかった。
以下従来のウエアの胸部アウトポケットの構成につき説明する。
図５においてＥは胸部アウトポケットである。該胸部アウトポケットＥは、外面ｅ１はウエア布ｅ７で覆われ、外観的には、該アウトポケットＥの開口部ｅ２によりその存在が明示される構成である。即ち、外面ｅ１の内側に裏布で袋状の収納部ｅ３が開口部ｅ２の近傍のウエア布ｅ７に縫合され、懸垂されて構成されている。ここでｅ４，ｅ５及びｅ６は縫目である。該胸部アウトポケットは、主としてスーツ等の構成を示したものである。

上述の如く構成された従来の胸部アウトポケットＥにメガネＸを収納すると、該ポケット内では、図５の点線で示すような姿勢になりほぼ安定される。
（図示とは反対方向に傾く場合も有るが図示せず）即ち、図５で示すような状態で収納されたメガネＸは、身を屈めると、胸部アウトポケットＥは、該ポケットの天地が逆、又は略それに近い姿勢になるため、メガネＸは抑えがない限り自然に落下又は滑り落ちることになるのは自明のことであった。
以上説明した如く従来の胸部アウトポケットＥは、筆記具，ハンカチ等の収納には支障がないが、メガネＸを収納した場合に対する配慮は具備しておらず上述した欠点を有していた。尚、胸部アウトポケットは、ウエアの外面の胸部に外付で縫合し構成される胸部ポケット（図示せず）も有るが、メガネを収納した場合は、図５で説明した場合と全く同等の欠点を有するものであった。本発明は、前記従来の技術で述べた構成の欠点を胸部アウトポケットとしての従来の機能を損なうことなく解決するために発明したものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の問題点を解決するためになされた請求項１に記載された発明は、ウエアの胸部アウトポケット内で開口部近傍の一方端又は両端側の身体側内面のウエア布又は裏布にボタンホール状の溝穴を穿設したことを特徴とするメガネ脱落防止用溝穴付ウエアの胸部アウトポケットを提供する。

【発明実施形態】
図１においてＡは本発明に係るメガネ脱落防止用溝穴付ウエアの胸部アウトポケット（以下、溝穴付アウトポケットと呼ぶ）の要部を破断で示した斜視図である。該溝穴付アウトポケットＡは、その開口部ａ６の一方端の身体側の内面にボタンホール状の溝穴ａ１が穿設され、溝穴の周囲は補強のためのカガリ縫いａ２がなされている。ａ３はポケット内部であり、裏布で袋状に形成され開口部ａ６近傍の内面側でウエア布と縫合されてウエアａ７の裏側内に懸垂された形態で構成されている。ａ５はそれ等の縫目である。
上記の如く構成された溝穴付アウトポケットＡにメガネＸを入れポケットの上側となるメガネＸのフレームのツルＸ１の端部を前記溝穴ａ１に挿入し、身を屈めると溝穴付ポケットＡは該ポケットの天地が逆、又は略それに近い姿勢になるため、メガネＸは自然落下又は滑り落ちようとするが、溝穴ａ１の上部に挿入されたツルＸ１が当たり支点となって、反対側のメガネＸのフレーム周囲点Ｐがポケット内部ａ３の下側に当たり係止状態が形成されるため、前記のように身を屈めた場合でもメガネＸはポケット内部ａ３より脱落することは防止される。
上記実施例図１では溝穴ａ１をポケット開口部ａ６の一方端側に穿設した構成であるが、該溝穴ａ１は反対側又は両側に形成した構成にすることも出来る。尚上記溝穴付アウトポケットは主にスーツ等の胸部アウトポケットに付いての実施例である。

次に他の実施例である図２に付いて説明する。図２は、ウエアの胸部アウトポケット全体が外付でウエアｂ５に縫合され構成された場合の実施例である。
図２において、Ｂは溝穴付アウトポケットであり、該ポケットＢの開口部ｂ４の一方端の要部を破断して即ち、ボタンホール状の溝穴ｂ１を開示したものである。ボタンホール状の溝穴ｂ１の全周は補強のためのカガリ縫いがなされている事は、前記図１の実施例の場合と同様である。
上記の如く構成された溝穴付アウトポケットへメガネ（図示せず）を入れ、該メガネフレームのツル（図示せず）の端部を溝穴ｂ１に挿入することで、メガネは図１で図示した如く、同様に係止めされた姿勢で収納される。かくして、身を屈めても前述の如くメガネの脱落は防止される。尚、ｂ３は縫目である。

次に、更に他の実施例である図３に付いて説明する。図３においてＣは溝穴付アウトポケットであり、ボタンホール状の溝穴ｃ１を穿設した一方端側の一部を破断して開示したものである。該溝穴付アウトポケットＣの溝穴ｃ１は、裏側に補強用のシートｃ３を裏打ちしたものである。即ち、ウエアｃ６の各種の素材により、溝穴ｃ１を穿設することで、あるいは又該溝穴ｃ１へメガネフレーム（図示せず）のツル（図示せず）の端部を係止すべく出し入れすることで、き裂や損傷等の発生を防止すべく配慮してなされたものである。かくして各種の素材でなるウエアｃ６の胸部アウトポケットに対してもメガネ脱落防止用溝穴付ウエアの胸部アウトポケットとして提供出来る。尚ｃ４は縫い目である。

続いて更に他の実施例である図４について説明する。図４は、ウエアの胸部アウトポケットが外付でウエアｄ４に縫合され構成された場合の実施例である。図４においてＤは溝穴付アウトポケットであり、ｄ１は溝穴である。該溝穴ｄ１は、ウエアｄ４に外付けで縫合し形成された胸部アウトポケットの開口部ｄ２近傍の一方端側の前記縫合の一部分を排除して間隙を設けて構成したものである。
即ち、前記実施例の如く、ポケット内部の身体側ウエア布又は裏布にボタンホール状の溝穴を穿設せず、単に胸部アウトポケットの外付の縫合の一部分を排除して胸部アウトポケットの上部側に間隙を形成して、溝穴ｄ１を構成したものである。
上記のごとくして構成された溝穴付アウトポケットＤにメガネＸを入れて、メガネＸのツルｘ１の端部を溝穴ｄ１に入れると、ツルｘ１の端部はウエアｄ４の表皮に露出されるが、メガネＸは溝穴ｄ１に挿入されたツルｘ１とポケット内部ｄ５の下側で当たるメガネＸのフレームの周囲点Ｐとで係止状態が形成されるため、身を屈めてもメガネＸは脱落することがなく、自在な行動が出来るメガネ脱落防止用溝穴付ウエアの胸部ポケットを提供出来る。尚、溝穴ｄ１の位置は図示に限定されず反対側及び両側に設定した構成にすることも出来る。しかして収納されるメガネＸの収納姿勢を変える事が出来てポケットからの出し入れの容易性を選択し得ることも出来る。尚、ｄ３は縫い目である。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上述のとおり構成されているので次の特有の効果を奏する。
すなわち、ウエアの胸部アウトポケットに溝穴が設けられているのでメガネを該ポケットに入れた時、メガネのツルの端部を溝穴に挿入することで、メガネはポケット内に係止され、不用意に身を屈めても脱落することが防止される。また頻繁にメガネの“かけ”“はずし”を要する場合、しばしばメガネの置き忘れ等でトラブルを招くことがあるが、脱落の恐れのないメガネ脱落防止用溝穴付ウエアの胸部ポケットを特定し得るので、トラブルの解消に役立てることが出来る。又更に、メガネ脱落防止用溝穴付ウエアの胸部アウトポケットは、特別な付帯部品等を必要とせず、一般家庭において極めて容易に且つ安価に構成出来る等で、メガネ使用者にとっては極めて活用度の高い商品として提供出来る。
