Description

【0001】

[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described based on embodiments.
An example of the hanger of the present invention is shown in FIGS. The hanging device 10 shown in FIG. 1 has a vertical belt 11 that is vertically stretched from both sides to a bottom portion 21 of a container 20, and a detachable connecting portion 12 that connects the vertical belts 11 on both sides to each other. A hanging tool characterized in that the vertical belts 11 are mutually restrained by the connecting portions 12 and the container bottom 21 is supported by restricting lateral movement of the vertical belts 11. Above the connecting portion 12 of the vertical belt 11, the hanging belt 13 extending upward and connected to each other may also be used, or a hook or the like may be provided at each end. The connecting portion 12 is preferably a coupler-type connecting device.
[0007]
In order to attach the hanging device 10 of FIG. 1 to a container, the connecting portion 12 is removed in advance so that the vertical belt 11 extends to both sides, and the vertical belt 11 is attached to the container with the opening of the container 20 facing upward. Insert into the bottom from both sides and wrap around the container vertically. In this case, if the container has a curved bottom, it is sufficient to insert along the curvature of the bottom, and it is not necessary to lift the container and insert it below the bottom. Next, the connecting portions 12 are engaged to connect the vertical belts 11 on both sides to each other, so that the vertical belts 11 do not spread laterally and do not come off the container bottom. When the hanging belt 13 is pulled up in this state, the container bottom 21 can be stably supported by the vertical belt 11.
[0008]
The hanging device 10 shown in FIG. 2 includes a horizontal belt 14 wrapped horizontally around the outer periphery of the container 20, at least one pair of vertical belts 11 wrapped vertically on both sides of the container bottom 21, and the vertical belts 11 on both sides. The vertical belt 11 and the horizontal belt 14 are integrally connected to each other, and the connecting portion 12 is provided below the horizontal belt 14. It is a hanging tool to which a hanging belt 13 is attached. In addition, the upper end of the vertical belt 11 may be extended so as to serve also as the suspension belt 13.
[0009]
When the hanging device 10 of FIG. 2 is attached to the container, as in the case of the hanging device of FIG. 1, the connecting portion 12 is removed in advance so that the vertical belt 11 is spread on both sides, and the opening of the container 20 is installed upward. Then, the hanging tool 10 is put on the container 20 and the horizontal belt 14 is wound around the container. Next, the vertical belt 11 is inserted along the curved bottom from both sides of each container, and is laid vertically. Further, the connecting portions 12 are engaged to connect the vertical belts 11 on both sides to each other, so that the vertical belts 11 do not spread laterally and do not come off the container bottom. When the suspension belt 13 is pulled up in this state, the container bottom 21 is stably supported by the vertical belt 11. As with the hanger of FIG. 1, when the container has a curved bottom, the hanger of FIG. 2 may be inserted with the vertical belt 11 along the curvature of the bottom. No need.
[0010]
In the illustrated hanging device of the present invention, the length L (distance between the two vertical belts) of the connecting portion 12 is determined by the length of the vertical belt wrapped around the container 20 having the curved bottom from both sides of the container bottom 21. The length of the vertical belt 11 is fixed below the apex position P of the curve of the container bottom 21 when 11 is connected by the connecting portion 12. Specifically, for example, the length L of the connecting portion is formed to be 0.2R ≦ L ≦ 0.94R with respect to the circular diameter R of the horizontal belt 14.
[0011]
Further, as shown in the figure, a pair of connecting portions 12 may be provided at portions located on both sides of the container, and at least one of the connecting portions 12 may be formed to be detachable. The length W of the connecting portions is set, for example, along one semicircle on the shorter side of the horizontal belt starting from the connecting portion between both ends of the vertical belt and the horizontal belt so that the vertical belt 11 does not come off the container. The length of W ≦ a is appropriate for the distance a from the coupling portion to the other coupling portion.
Further, the position at which the two vertical belts are connected is such that the length d from the connecting portion between the both ends of the vertical belt and the horizontal belt to the connecting portion between the vertical belts is 1/1 / the circular diameter R of the horizontal belt. A length of 3R or less is appropriate.
[0012]
FIGS. 3 to 5 show schematic surfaces of the hanging device shown in FIG. FIG. 3 is a plan view, and FIGS. 4 and 5 are schematic views as viewed from the side or front. As shown in FIG. 3, the hanging tool 10 has a rectangular frame T that supports a crucible bottom by a pair of vertical belts 11 and a pair of connecting portions 12. Further, a circular frame S conforming to the crucible shape is formed by the horizontal belt 14, and has a double structure that supports the crucible with the square frame T and the circular frame S. In addition, at least one of the connecting portions 12 is a detachable hood-type connecting tool. By releasing the engagement of the connecting portion 12, the vertical belt 11 spreads on both sides, and the hanging tool can be detached without lifting the crucible.
[0013]
In order to facilitate the removal of the hanging tool, the circumferential length (a) between the intersections of the rectangular frame T and the circular frame S is shorter (a ≦ b) than the longitudinal length (b) of the rectangular frame T. Is good. If the circumferential length a is longer than the length b of the frame T, the hanging member may not be able to be removed even if the connecting portion is removed. In order to prevent the crucible from falling when the crucible is lifted, the circumferential length (a) is preferably longer (a ≧ W) than the length (W) between the pair of connecting portions. If this circumferential length a is shorter than the mutual length W of the connecting portions, the crucible may fall when it is lifted.
[0014]
Further, the distance (d) between the connecting portion and the circular frame S is preferably 1 / or less (d ≦ 1 / R) of the diameter R of the circular frame S so that the connecting portion can be easily disengaged. If the distance d is longer than this, the connecting portion may be below the crucible when the crucible is placed, and may not be removed. In order to stably support the crucible, the length L of the connecting portion is suitably 0.2 R ≦ L ≦ 0.94 R with respect to the diameter R of the circular frame S. In the case of 0.2 ≧ L, the width of the rectangular frame T supporting the crucible bottom is too narrow, and tends to be unstable when the crucible is lifted. In the case of 0.94 ≦ L, the connecting portion is located at the bottom of the circular frame S. It becomes closer and workability worsens.
[0015]
[Example 1]
Using a polyester string (belt) having a width of 35 mm and having the structure shown in FIG. 2, the length of each portion measured at the center of the belt is a diameter R825 mm of the circular frame, and the length of the vertical belt (FIG. ) A suspension having dimensions of 1245 mm, a length L360 mm of the connecting portion, a distance W885 mm between the connecting portions, and a position d180 mm of the connecting portion was prepared. It was set on a crucible and lifted and moved using a lifter. The crucible was fixed by lifting equipment during lifting and moving. Further, both the work of attaching and detaching the hanging tool to and from the crucible was easy.
[0016]
[Example 2]
Using a 35 mm-width polyester string (belt), it has the same structure as in Example 1, and the length of each part measured at the center of the belt is a diameter R735 mm of the circular frame, and the length of the vertical belt ( FIG. B) A suspension having dimensions of 1205 mm, a length L 215 mm of the coupling part, a distance W 835 mm between the coupling parts, and a position d 185 mm of the coupling part is manufactured. It was set in a quartz glass crucible and lifted and moved using a lifter. The crucible was fixed by lifting equipment during lifting and moving. Further, both the work of attaching and detaching the hanging tool to and from the crucible was easy.
[0017]
