【従来の技術】
宣伝広告用に街頭などで図１に示すようなポケットティッシュが無料で配られている。このポケットティッシュは、ティッシュペーパーを積み重ねてビニール袋７の中にパックしたものであり、中のティッシュ５を取り出すには、両手を使わないとできない。これを家庭で、箱入りのティシュパーパートと同様、片手で取り出せるようにするために、ポケットティッシュを入れるケースが従来市販されている。代表的なものは、箱の中にポケットティッシュを入れ、取出し口をあけた蓋を被せるようにしたものである。この種のものは、ティッシュの残量が見えにくく、また、ティッシュを取り出すとき、蓋が外れやすいなどの欠点がある。

また、ティッシュの残量が少なくなると、ティッシュと取出し口の距離が大きくなり、取り出しにくくなるという欠点もある。このような欠点を解消するために、ばねでティッシュを押し上げるようにしたものもあるが（例えば特開２０００−６２８６７号公報）、構造が複雑になり、製造コストが高くなる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この発明は、従来のポケットティッシュケースにおけるこのような欠点を解消することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明によるポケットティッシュケースは、積み重ねたティッシュペーパの束を山形に折り曲げて中に挿入するようにした、両端が開口した横長の筒体であって、上部にティッシュペーパを摘み取る細長い取出し口をあけたものである（請求項１）。

使い方は、積み重ねたティッシュの束を山形に折って、端部開口からケースの中に挿入し、筒の上側の取出し口から一番上のティッシュを取り出す。

このものでは、端部開口からティッシュを中に入れるようにしたので、ティッシュの補充が簡単容易にできる。また、端部開口からケース内のティッシュの残量が一目で分かるという効果がある。

さらに、積み重ねたティッシュの束を山形に折って入れるようにしたので、ティッシュが少なくなってもケースの中に沈み込まないので、取り出しやすい。また、筒状にしたので、テーブル上などに置いておくのに場所を取らないという効果もある。

なお、筒体の断面形状は、かまぼこ形がシンプルであり、安定もよい。円形でもよいが、安定するように転がり止めをつけるとよい。

断面で見たとき、底部が山形にせり上がった形状にしてもよい（請求項２）。こうすれば、ぐらぐらしないで安定がよく、また、ティッシュを山形に折らないと筒体の中に入っていかないので、間違った使い方を防止できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明のポケットティッシュケース１は、図２および図３に示すように、底面が平らな横長の筒体１であり、両端には開口２を設ける。筒体上部には、細長い取出し口３を形成する。筒体の断面は、ポケットティッシュの束を２つに折ってちょうど入るくらいの大きさにする。なお、筒体はプラスチック、紙、陶器、金属などで作ることができる。

使用するときは、袋を破ってポケットティッシュ５の束を取り出し、これを山形に折り、端部開口２からケース１の中に入れる。こうして、図３に示すように、取出し口３からティシュ５を１枚ずつ取り出して使う。

このケースは、筒体１の中にティッシュ５が上に凸に折曲した状態で収まっているので、ティッシュが取出し口３から近いところにあり、ティッシュの残量が多いときはもちろん、少なくなっても取り出しが容易である。また、筒体の両端を塞がないで開口２を設けたので、ここからティッシュ５を中に簡単に入れることができ、また、ティッシュの残量もよく見える。

図４は他の実施形態を示すもので、筒体は同図（ａ）に示すように円形にすると作りやすいが、安定しないので、転がり止め６を設けるとよい。

同図（ｂ）は、断面で見たとき筒体の下半分を略Ｗの字形にして、底部に山形のせり上がり９を設けたものである。こうすると、ティシュの束を山折でなく谷折にすると筒体の中に入っていかないので、間違った使われ方を防止することができ、安定性もよい。

The pocket tissue case according to the present invention is a horizontally long cylindrical body having both ends opened, in which a bundle of stacked tissue papers is bent into a mountain shape and inserted therein, and an elongated outlet for picking up the tissue paper is provided at an upper portion.
