Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a luminous function tire illuminating device capable of increasing the luminous brightness of a luminous tire, regardless of external light, by providing a vehicle equipped with a luminous function tire with an illuminating device for irradiating the tire with light. It is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Tires and rubber materials having a luminous function on the tire surface or the rubber material of the tire itself have been developed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
They have been developed with the aim of storing the energy of daytime sunlight for a long time and causing them to emit light at night.
However, it was inevitable that the luminance would decrease over time. Also, when the daytime weather was bad or the sunshine condition of the vehicle storage location was bad, no luminous effect was obtained at night.
Furthermore, since there is a fender or the like that blocks the sunlight around the tire, when the vehicle is lit at night with external light during parking, light emission unevenness occurs.
The present invention has been made to eliminate this drawback.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A U-shaped illuminating device (1) for irradiating the surface of the light-storing tire (2) is provided at a portion that does not rotate with the wheels so as not to come into contact with the light-storing tire (2), and emits light during traveling.
The present invention is a luminous function tire lighting device having the above configuration.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
The present invention is effective in a vehicle provided with a luminous function tire having a luminous function. However, the luminous function tire and the luminous function material are not in the scope of the present invention, and thus description thereof will be omitted.
[0006]
The lighting device (1) is provided at a portion that does not rotate with the wheels.
In FIG. 1, a motorcycle is assumed and fixed to a fender stay (4) of the vehicle. Since the lighting device (1) should not cause any trouble in running, the lighting device (1) should have a distance that does not come into contact with the tires or suspension parts even when the suspension operates. Also, the direct light of the lighting device (1) is prevented from unnecessarily leaking outside the vehicle body so as not to hinder traffic. Specifically, this measure is taken by adjusting the directivity of the light source, the shape of the lens and the reflector, the light shielding cover, and the like.
[0007]
The light source (3) of the illuminating device (1) desirably emits light having a wavelength that easily absorbs energy due to the characteristics of the phosphorescent material used in the phosphorescent tire, and emits light including visible light, ultraviolet light, or both. Shall be.
[0008]
The light emitting portion of the lighting device (1) has a U-shaped shape parallel to the tire cross-sectional shape, and the light storing functional tire (2) passes through the concave portion.
The light source (3) used in the lighting device (1) uses a tube-shaped black light or fluorescent tube bent in a U-shape, or a point light source such as a plurality of LEDs is directed to the tire as shown in FIG. Arrange in a U-shape.
As a result, the tire surface can be made to emit light efficiently with the minimum necessary power.
Regarding the number of the lighting devices (1), since the tire rotates during traveling, the entire circumference can be irradiated to each wheel by providing the wheel at one or more locations on the tire circumference.
[0009]
The lighting device (1) includes means for dimming or extinguishing the surroundings of the vehicle when the surroundings are bright.
This is provided in order to reduce the load on the battery, since the light emission of the luminous function tire (2) becomes almost inconspicuous in a bright day.
If a single manual switch is used, the light emission of the light-storing tire (2) during the day is inconspicuous, and the user may forget to turn it off.
As means, it is linked with the power switch of the headlight, or by using an optical sensor, when the surrounding brightness exceeds a certain value, it is dimmed or turned off, control is performed by an electric circuit or electric circuit And by software.
[0010]
When the vehicle is stopped, light is locally applied to the surface of the light storage tire (2) to heat the tire, deteriorate the tire rubber surface due to ultraviolet rays, increase the local brightness, and reduce the load on the battery. A means for dimming or extinguishing the illumination device (1) when the vehicle is running at a low speed or stopped according to the rotation detection signal.
This control is performed by an electric circuit or an electric circuit and software. When the output of the generator is directly used in a bicycle or the like, the light is turned off when the vehicle stops, and there is no need to provide a separate means for this.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it becomes possible to make the luminous function tire continually emit light at high brightness without unevenness all over the circumference during night driving regardless of the degree of external light hit during the day.
