【0001】

I have.
[0023]
The height of the left and right trunk holding plates 6 is, for example, about 25 cm to 30 cm so that the left and right trunk holding boards 6 can hold the armpits in a range of, for example, a height of 25 cm to 30 cm. In addition, the upper side of the left and right trunk holding boards 6 is recessed downward at a location corresponding to the armpit, so that the armpit is prevented from hitting the upper side of the trunk holding board 6.
[0024]
The rear ends of the left and right trunk holding boards 6 are connected to the left and right ends of the backrest 5 by hinges 6c so as to be rotatable inward. Two hinges 6c are attached to one side, one above the other.
[0025]
The left and right trunk holding plates 6 rotatably connected to the left and right ends of the backrest 5 by the hinges 6c are constantly urged toward the outside, that is, toward the armrest 4 side. The trunk holding plate 6 is rotated outward by the urging force and is in contact with the left and right armrests 4.
[0026]
The urging force for turning the left and right trunk holding plates 6 outward is such that when the rear ends of the left and right trunk holding plates 6 are attached to the left and right ends of the backrest 5 via the hinges 6c, the opening at the time of release is released. This can be caused by attaching the rear ends of the left and right trunk holding plates 6 and the left and right ends of the backrest 5 in close contact with the angle slightly opened to the outside of the angle. When the left and right trunk holding plates 6 are rotated inward, both cushion members at the contact portion between the trunk holding plate 6 and the backrest 5 are compressed, and the compressed cushion material at the contact portion generates an elastic restoring force. , An outward biasing force can be generated. Other than this, for example, it is also possible to attach a spring for urging to the hinge 6c, or to use a hinge 6c provided with a spring for urging.
[0027]
The trunk holding plate operating mechanism 7 pushes and rotates the left and right trunk holding plates 6 toward the inner trunk side a between the trunk holding release position and the trunk holding position, and moves the trunk holding position to the trunk holding position. And is attached to the lower surfaces of the left and right armrests 4 toward the outer surfaces 6b of the left and right trunk holding plates 6, and mainly includes a mounting plate 7a, a slide pressing rod 7g, an operating lever 7i, a link 7k, and the like. Have been.
[0028]
The mounting plate 7a is fixed downward directly to the center lower surface of the left and right armrests 4 and mounted toward the outer surface side 6b of the trunk holding plate 6, and the front portion thereof is directed toward the outer surface side 6b of the trunk holding plate 6. The side has an L-shaped cross section bent downward by 90 degrees. A through hole 7b is formed on the front side of the mounting board 7a that is bent downward toward the trunk holding board 6.
[0029]
On the front surface facing the trunk holding plate 6 on the front side of the mounting plate 7a, an adjusting plate 7d having a through hole 7c communicating with the through hole 7b is mounted inside. A frame type guide plate 7e is integrally fixed to the rear surface of the front side of the mounting plate 7a, and a guide hole communicating with the through hole 7b toward the trunk holding plate 6 is provided in the guide plate 7e. 7f is formed through.
[0030]
The slide pressing rod 7g presses the outer surface side 6b of the trunk holding plate 6 directly to move the trunk holding plate 6 toward the trunk side a, and moves forward and backward with respect to the trunk holding plate 6. It is slidably mounted through the through holes 7b and 7c and the guide hole 7f for the backward movement. The slide pressing rod 7g is not connected to the trunk holding plate 6 and moves the trunk holding plate 6 toward the trunk side portion a by pressing contact, but the trunk holding plate 6 returns to the original state. Is performed by the urging force acting on the trunk holding plate 6, and the slide pressing rod 7g is not applied to the return of the trunk holding plate 6.
[0031]
At the front end of the slide pressing rod 7g, a cylindrical pressing piece 7h abutting on the outer surface side 6b of the trunk holding plate 6 is screwed movably in the front-rear direction. When the pressing piece 7h is turned in one direction, the body is turned. When the pressing piece 7h is turned in the opposite direction while moving forward to the trunk holding board 6 side, it moves backward from the trunk holding board 6 side. By adjusting the pressing piece 7h, the protrusion amount of the front end of the slide pressing rod 7g with respect to the trunk holding plate 6 can be adjusted. When the protrusion amount of the pressing piece 7h of the slide pressing rod 7g is large, the trunk holding plate 6 Can be moved more inward.
[0032]
The operating lever 7i is an operating rod for moving the slide pressing rod 7g back and forth, and a pair of L-shaped operating links 7j are attached to the tip of the operating lever 7i with a space therebetween. The L-shaped distal end of the upper operating link 7j is supported on the upper surface of the rear end side surface of the slide pressing rod 7g so as to be freely rotatable forward and reverse around a vertical axis. The L-shaped distal end is rotatably supported on the lower surface of the rear end side surface of the slide pressing rod 7g so as to be rotatable forward and backward around a vertical axis. As described above, the distal ends of the upper and lower operating links 7j bent in an L-shape are pivotally connected to the rear end of the slide pressing rod 7g while sandwiching the upper and lower operating links 7j.
[0033]
A pair of links 7k are attached in parallel above and below the slide pressing rod 7g. The upper and lower links 7k are integrally connected by a side plate 7m. One end of the upper and lower links 7k is rotatably supported on the upper and lower surfaces of a frame type guide plate 7e so as to be rotatable in the normal and reverse directions around a vertical axis, and the other end of the upper and lower links 7k is an L-shaped upper and lower operating link 7j. It is rotatably supported on the curved part so that it can rotate forward and backward.
[0034]
When the operating lever 7i is operated to move the slide pressing rod 7g forward and backward with respect to the trunk holding plate 6, the upper and lower links 7k are reciprocally rotated within a predetermined angle range with one end serving as a fulcrum. The operating link 7j of the operating lever 7i relatively rotates about the other end of the reciprocating link 7k as a base point, and the distal end of the operating link 7j pivotally connected to the rear end of the slide pressing rod 7g slides. A mechanism is provided for moving the rod 7g forward and backward toward the trunk holding board 6.
[0035]
The operation lever 7i is configured to rotate forward and backward within a range of an angle of 180 degrees with the other end of the link 7k as a base point. In FIG. 6, the solid line position is the trunk holding release position of the trunk holding board 6. The virtual line position rotated by 180 degrees from this position becomes the trunk holding position of the trunk holding plate 6, and locks the trunk holding plate 6 at the trunk holding position. The rotation range from the trunk holding release position to the trunk holding position is the pressing and rotating range of the trunk holding board 6 by the operation lever 7i.
[0036]
In the description of the above embodiment, the case where the front end of the slide pressing rod 7g is not connected to the outer surface side 6b of the trunk holding plate 6 has been described, but as shown in FIG. A structure in which the pressing piece 7h at the front end is connected by a connecting tool 6d protruding from the outer surface side 6b of the trunk holding plate 6 may be used. When the pressing body 7d at the front end of the slide pressing rod 7g and the outer surface side 6b of the trunk holding plate 6 are connected by the connecting member 6d, when the slide pressing rod 7g retreats, the trunk holding plate 6 is also connected through the connecting member 6d. As a unitary rotation of the slide pressing rod 7g in the retreating direction, that is, in the direction of opening outward, it is not necessary to always apply the urging force to the trunk holding plate 6 in the outward opening direction. [0025] The structure described in [0026] or the like can be omitted.
[0037]
Next, the operation of the chair with a trunk holding function based on the configuration of the embodiment of the present invention will be described below.
After the sick person, the elderly, the disabled, the healthy person, etc., sit on the chair 1 with a trunk holding function, the operating lever 7i of the trunk holding plate operating mechanism 7 attached to the lower surface of the left and right armrests 4 is grasped by hand. In FIG. 6, it is rotated by 180 degrees from the solid line position to the virtual line position. It should be noted that a healthy person can operate with his / her own hands, but if it is impossible with his or her own power, such as a sick person, elderly person, disabled person, or child, an attendant or a guardian will operate.
[0038]
When the operating lever 7i is operated and rotated, the operating lever 7i relatively rotates by 180 degrees around a pivotal connection point of the bent portion of the L-shaped operating link 7j with the other end of the link 7k. The pivotal connection point with the other end of the link 7k is initially located on the slide pressing rod 7g, but in conjunction with the rotation of the operation lever 7i, the rotation direction of the operation lever 7i is reversed around the one end of the link 7k. It rotates and separates from the slide pressing rod 7g.
[0039]
Initially, the pivotal connection points at both ends of the link 7k and the pivotal connection points of the operating lever 7i with the slide pressing rod 7g at the tip end of the operating link 7j are located on the slide pressing rod 7g and are located in a straight line. However, the rotation of the operation lever 7i causes the pivot point at the other end of the link 7k located in the middle to move away from above the slide pressure rod 7g, thereby actuating the operation lever 7i pivotally connected to the rear end of the slide pressure rod 7g. The distal end side of the link 7j moves the slide pressing rod 7g toward the outer surface side 6b of the front trunk holding plate 6. While the operation lever 7i rotates to the imaginary line position, it moves the slide pressing rod 7g toward the trunk holding board 6.
[0040]
When the rotation angle of the operation lever 7i exceeds 90 degrees, the pivotal connection point with the operation link 7j at the other end of the link 7k, which has been gradually separated from the slide pressing rod 7g in conjunction with the rotation of the operation lever 7i, Conversely, it gradually approaches the slide pressing rod 7g, and when the operation lever 7i reaches the imaginary line position, it is positioned on the slide pressing rod 7g.
[0041]
While the other end of the link 7k reciprocates around the one end, the distal end of the operating link 7j relatively rotates 180 degrees around the pivotal connection point at the other end of the reciprocating link 7k. Since the pivot point at the other end reciprocates, the rotational movement on the distal end side of the operation link 7j is converted into a linear movement, and the slide pressing rod 7g is linearly moved toward the front trunk holding plate 6. Will be.
[0042]
The slide pressing rod 7g moved toward the trunk holding plate 6 by the rotation operation of the operation lever 7i has its front end pressing piece 7h abutting against the outer surface side 6b of the trunk holding plate 6 and moving it forward. It is pressed toward the inside of the trunk holding plate 6. A surface seal having a small frictional resistance is affixed to the surface of the outer surface side 6b of the trunk holding plate 6 with which the pressing piece 7h contacts, so as to be easily slipped.
[0043]
By the pressing of the front end of the slide pressing rod 7g by the pressing piece 7h, the trunk holding board 6 is directed toward the trunk side a on the armpit side of the person sitting inside, centering on the hinge 6c connected to the backrest 5. To rotate. When the operation lever 7i rotates and reaches the virtual line position, the trunk holding plate 6 reaches the trunk holding position where the inner side 6a contacts the trunk side a.
[0044]
When the operating lever 7i reaches the imaginary line position, the pivotal connection points on both ends of the link 7k and the slide pressing rod 7g on the distal end side of the operating link 7j of the operation lever 7i are placed on the slide pressing rod 7g. Therefore, there is no rotational moment to rotate the operation lever 7i toward the original state due to the reaction force acting on the slide pressing rod 7g from the trunk holding plate 6, and thus, The trunk holding plate operating mechanism 7 is locked.
[0045]
In this way, the person sitting on the chair 1 with a trunk holding function has the back side held by the backrest 5, and the left and right trunk side portions a are held by the left and right trunk holding boards 6. The trunk holding plate 6 holding the left and right trunk side portions a is similarly locked by locking the trunk holding plate operating mechanism 7 at the trunk holding position.
[0046]
This prevents a person sitting on the chair 1 with a trunk holding function from leaning, twisting, or bending forward in the chair. In other words, those who cannot maintain their posture, such as the sick, elderly, and disabled, can sit comfortably in a chair for a certain period of time because their trunk is held by the backrest 5 and the left and right trunk holding discs 6. It becomes.
[0047]
Further, even in a healthy person, the trunk is held by the backrest 5 and the left and right trunk holding plates 6, so that the posture is prevented from being deteriorated, and the trunk is held because the trunk is held. There is no fatigue caused by supporting the body, and it is possible to work for a long time while sitting on the chair 1 with a trunk holding function.
[0048]
When releasing the trunk holding position by the left and right trunk holding boards 6 and returning to the original position, the operation lever 7i at the virtual line position is rotated in the opposite direction to return to the solid line position. When the operation lever 7i is rotated in the opposite direction, the slide pressing rod 7g retreats in a direction away from the outer surface side 6b of the trunk holding plate 6 by an operation reverse to the above operation. When there is no pressing from the pressing piece 7h at the front end of the slide pressing rod 7g, the left and right trunk holding plates 6 are interlocked with the left and right armrests around the hinge 6c by the urging force acting in the opening direction. It turns toward the side 4 and opens left and right, returns to the trunk holding release position, and the person sitting on the chair 1 with trunk holding function can leave this chair.
[0049]
In addition, when the pressing piece 7h at the front end of the slide pressing rod 7g is connected to the outer surface side 6b of the trunk holding plate 6 by the connecting tool 6d, when the pressing piece 7h at the front end of the slide pressing rod 7g retreats, it retreats. The torso holding plate 6 is pulled by the pressing piece 7h to rotate, the torso holding lever 6g is rotated toward the retreating side of the slide pressing rod 7g toward the left and right armrests 4 around the hinge 6c, and is opened to the left and right to release the torso holding. Return to position.
[0050]

It is arranged on a plane to be formed. The front end side of the seating surface 13 is formed in a substantially straight line in the left-right direction, and the rear end side of the seating surface 13 is formed in a convex curved shape toward the rear. The seating surface 13 has a structure in which a cushion material is attached on a hard plate, and a hole is formed in a part of the hard plate. The so-called floor slippage is prevented by being locked in this hole through.
[0056]
The armrests 14 are arranged on both left and right sides above the seating surface 13. That is, the left armrest 14 is horizontally disposed in the front-rear direction above the legs 12 disposed on the left and front, and is rotatably mounted on the upper end of the rear leg 12 about a vertical axis. The right armrest 14 is horizontally arranged in the front-rear direction above the legs 12 arranged on the right and left, and is rotatably attached to the upper end of the rear leg 12 around a vertical axis.
[0057]
A part of the outer surface side 16b of the left and right trunk holding boards 16 is integrally connected to the inside of the left and right armrests 14, and by rotating the left and right armrests 14 around the rear leg 12, By rotating the left and right trunk holding boards 16, the left and right trunk side portions a of the person sitting on the seat surface 13 can be held.
[0058]
The front ends of the left and right armrests 14 are rounded and slightly project from the front legs 12, and the rear sides of the left and right armrests 14 are formed in a curved shape toward the inside, and the rear ends are rounded. It protrudes slightly rearward from the rear leg 12. The inner side surfaces of the left and right armrests 14 are formed in a concave shape in plan view, and are formed in a convex shape toward the outside of the left and right trunk holding plates 16 installed inside the left and right armrests 14. It corresponds to the shape of the outer surface side 16b.
[0059]
The backrest 15 is disposed to be inclined rearward from the rear end side of the seating surface 13, and is fixed to the upper leg connection 12d by a screw or the like as described above. The backrest 15 is formed to have a concavely curved shape toward the front in a plan view, and the seating surface 13 has a structure in which a cushion material is attached to the front side of a hard plate that comes into contact with the back of a seated person.
[0060]
The trunk holding board 16 holds the left and right trunk side parts a, which are the lower sides of the side of the person sitting on the chair, and the trunk of the person sitting on the chair leans, twists, or leans forward in the chair. This function prevents the patient from falling into the chair and leaning forward due to these factors, and also prevents the posture from deteriorating and allows the chair to sit comfortably for a certain period of time. It is integrally connected to the inside of the armrest 14 and is installed on the left and right sides above the seating surface 13.
[0061]
The left and right trunk holding plates 16 integrally connected to the left and right armrests 14 are formed such that the inner surface side 16a that comes into contact with the trunk side portion a is concavely curved inward in plan view, and has a rounded shape. According to the shape of the right and left trunk side portions a, the structure is such that it can be sandwiched and held so as to be wrapped from the outside. In addition, the left and right trunk holding boards 16 are formed such that the inner surface side 16a is concavely curved toward the inside, so that the trunk can be prevented from tilting or twisting to the left and right as well as the body. It is also possible to prevent the trunk from leaning forward.
[0062]
The left and right trunk holding boards 16 are each composed of a hard plate and a cushion material disposed on the inner surface side of the hard plate. The hard plate prevents the trunk holding board 16 from being deformed by the load from the trunk. In addition, the cushioning material is located on the inner side 16a in contact with the trunk side part a, and the inner side 16a of the left and right trunk holding boards 16 can hold the trunk side part a with flexible elasticity. I have.
[0063]
The height of the left and right trunk holding plates 16 is, for example, about 25 cm to 30 cm so that the left and right trunk holding boards 16 can hold the armpits in a range of, for example, a height of 25 cm to 30 cm. In addition, the upper side of the left and right trunk holding boards 16 has a downwardly concave portion corresponding to the armpit, so that the armpit is prevented from hitting the upper side of the trunk holding board 16.
[0064]
The rear ends of the left and right trunk holding boards 16 are rotatably connected inward to the left and right ends of the backrest 15 by hinges 16c. Two hinges 16c are attached to one side, one above the other.
[0065]
The trunk holding plate operating mechanism 17 is a mechanism for locking the left and right trunk holding plates 16 connected to the left and right armrests 14 at the trunk holding release position and the trunk holding position. A rotation support shaft 17a, a rotation plate 17d, a slide operation rod 17h, an operation cable 17k, and a winding which are attached to the outer surface 16b of the trunk holding plate 16 and are attached to the upper ends of the left and right legs 12 on the rear side. It mainly comprises a take-off shaft 17m, an operation lever 17n and the like.
[0066]
The rotation support shafts 17a are respectively attached to the upper ends of the left and right legs 12 on the rear side. The rotation support shaft 17a has a disk shape, and a plurality of engagement grooves 17b are formed at equal intervals on a part of the disk-shaped side peripheral surface. Further, a stopper projection 17c is formed so as to protrude from a side peripheral surface of the rotation support shaft 17a.
[0067]
On the other hand, a circular ring-shaped rotating plate 17d is fitted around the outer periphery of the rotating support shaft 17a. The rotating disk 17d rotates on the outer periphery of a disk-shaped rotating support shaft 17a, and is attached to the lower surface on the rear side of the armrest 14 downward. A stopper groove 17e is formed at a certain angle on a part of the side peripheral surface of the rotating disk 17d, and the stopper protrusion 17c is engaged with the stopper groove 17e. The stopper protrusion 17c is connected to the stopper groove 17c. The range that can be turned within 17e is the range of rotation of the turntable 17d.
[0068]
A guide plate 17f is integrally formed on a side peripheral surface of the rotating plate 17d facing forward to protrude. A guide hole 17g is formed in the guide board 17f in the front-rear direction, and the inner side of the guide hole 17g is wide, and a part of the guide hole 17g is formed on the side peripheral surface of the rotation support shaft 17a. It faces the mating groove 17b.
[0069]
A slide operating rod 17h is slidably attached to the guide hole 17g. The front end side of the slide operating rod 17h is structured to be inserted into and engaged with one of a plurality of engagement grooves 17b formed on the side peripheral surface of the rotation support shaft 17a. Further, a spring 17i that constantly urges the slide operation rod 17h in a direction to be engaged with the engagement groove 17b is attached to the front side of the slide operation rod 17h.
[0070]
A connection hole 17j is formed at the rear end of the slide operation rod 17h, and one end of an operation cable 17k made of a wire or the like is connected to the connection hole 17j. The other end of the operating cable 17k is wound around a winding shaft 17m attached to the lower surface of the armrest 14 on the front side.
[0071]
A rotation shaft of an operation lever 17n provided on the side of the armrest 14 is coaxially connected to the winding shaft 17m, and when the operation lever 17n rotates, the winding shaft 17m rotates integrally with the rotation shaft. It has a structure to do.
[0072]
In this embodiment, when the operation lever 17n rotates upward, the winding shaft 17m rotates in the direction of winding the operating cable 17k, and when the operating cable 17k is pulled toward the winding shaft 17m and moves, the operating cable 17m moves. The slide operation rod 17h to which the shape 17k is connected has a structure in which the front end side of the slide operation rod 17h comes out of the engagement groove 17b to be in an unlocked state.
In order to prevent the operation lever 17n from rotating downward, a stopper 17p is formed at an end of the operation lever 17n so as to project toward the lower surface of the armrest 14.
[0073]
Next, the operation of the chair with a trunk holding function based on the configuration of the embodiment of the present invention will be described below.
After the sick person, the elderly, the disabled, the healthy person, etc., sit on the chair 11 with a trunk holding function, the operator grips the operating lever 17n of the trunk holding plate operating mechanism 17 attached to the left and right armrests 14 with his / her hand. , Rotate upward. It should be noted that a healthy person can operate with his / her own hands, but if it is impossible with his or her own power, such as a sick person, elderly person, disabled person, or child, an attendant or a guardian will operate.
[0074]
When the operation lever 17n is rotated upward, the coaxial winding shaft 17m connected to the operation lever 17n rotates in a direction to wind the operation cable 17k. As a result, the operating cable 17k is pulled and moved toward the winding shaft 17m, and the slide operating rod 17h, to which one end of the operating cable 17k is connected, overcomes the urging force of the spring 17i and moves toward the winding shaft 17m. Move toward
[0075]
When the slide operation rod 17h moves toward the winding shaft 17m, the front end side of the slide operation rod 17h engaged with one of the plurality of engagement grooves 17b formed on the side peripheral surface of the rotation support shaft 17a. Is released from the engagement groove 17b, and the locked state is released.
[0076]
In this unlocked state, the left and right armrests 14 are turned around the rotation support shaft 17a, and the left and right trunk holding boards 16 are turned toward the trunk side part a. When reaching the trunk holding position for holding the trunk side a, the operation lever 17n is released. When the operation lever 17n is released, the front end side of the slide operation rod 17h is inserted into and engaged with one of the engagement grooves 17b by the urging force of the spring 17i, so that the lock state is established again.
[0077]
When the slide operation rod 17h moves toward the engagement groove 17b, the operation cable 17k is rewound and moves toward the rotation support shaft 17a. When the operating cord 17k is unwound, the winding shaft 17m rotates in the reverse direction, the operation lever 17n coaxial with the winding shaft 17m rotates downward, and the stopper 17p of the operation lever 17n contacts the lower surface of the armrest 14. Thus, the downward rotation of the operation lever 17n is stopped.
[0078]
In this manner, the person sitting on the chair 11 with a trunk holding function has the back side held by the backrest 15 and the left and right trunk side portions a are held by the left and right trunk holding boards 16. The trunk holding plate 16 holding the left and right trunk side portions a is locked by the trunk holding plate operating mechanism 17 at the trunk holding position.
[0079]
This prevents a person sitting on the chair 11 with a trunk holding function from leaning, twisting, or leaning forward in the chair. In other words, those who cannot maintain their posture, such as the sick, elderly, and disabled, can sit comfortably in a chair for a certain period of time because the trunk is held by the backrest 15 and the left and right trunk holding boards 16. It becomes.
[0080]
In addition, even in a healthy person, the trunk is held by the backrest 15 and the left and right trunk holding plates 16, so that the posture is prevented from being deteriorated. In addition, the trunk is held because the trunk is held. There is no fatigue caused by supporting the body, and it is possible to sit on the chair 11 with a trunk holding function and work for a long time.
