この発明は、壁面、又は建屋内等に設置される遠心噴霧装置付き換気扇、送風扇等の農畜産用扇(農事用扇、畜産用扇)に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の遠心噴霧装置付き換気扇、送風扇等の農畜産用扇としては、例えば、図14に示した空間における専有面積が大きいドラム形の円筒本体(ケーシング)(a)内に設けたファン(b)と、このファンを駆動するモータ(c)、及びこのファンで回転するガード付きの遠心回転体(d)(回転板)と、この回転板に液体を供給又は回収する供給管(e)、回収管(f)と、この供給管、回収管が接続されるタンク(図示せず)とを設けた構造がある。この遠心回転体をモータで回転し、この遠心回転体にタンク内の水を供給し、この遠心回転体の高速回転を利用して、この水を霧化(細霧化)し、この細霧粒子を、遠心回転体の高速回転を介して霧状として拡散する構成である。この拡散噴霧を介してハウス、鶏舎、豚舎等の冷却と、消毒、又は葉面の清浄化等を目的とする。そして、この種の遠心噴霧装置付き換気扇、送風扇等の農畜産用扇は、地上設置方式と、ハウス空間設置方式とによる使用方式がある。そして、結果的には、円筒本体内に設けたファンと霧化装置とを利用して、冷却(冷房)、消毒等を図ることを目的とする。

しかし、この構造では、ケーシングの内面側を流れる風の流速(g)が速い。この速い流速により、ケーシングの内面に付着、又は浮遊する大粒な流体が飛散する。この大粒の流体の飛散は、作物の濡れ、濡れに起因する病気の発生等の弊害が発生すること、霧化に長い気化時間を要することと、このように時間を要することはエネルギーロスであること、又は遠くに飛ばすのに要するエネルギーが増えることでエネルギーロスが発生すること、等の課題が考えられる。尚、図中で示した▲1▼は測定面を示す。また数字は、風の風速を示す。そして、(g−1)は遠心噴霧装置に衝突する風速を示す。

またこれに類する文献として、特公表098/05432号の散霧装置および散霧方法がある(文献とする)。その内容は、散霧装置を構成する送風ファンの回転駆動軸に取付けられた筒体と、この筒体の自由端側に給水管を挿入できるように開口を備えた 筒体の周壁には貫通孔を多数開設し、また筒体の周壁の外側に網体を配設し、前記送風ファンによる送風と、筒体の回転を利用して、霧化された粒子(液体粒子)を拡散噴霧する構成であり、例えば、ビニールハウス、温室、畜舎、農作物等に大量の噴霧を行うのに適する散霧装置である。そして、簡易な装置によって大量の細霧を発生させ、広い領域に散布可能とすること、又は冷却(冷房)、消毒等を図ること、等を目的とする。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述の従来技術及び文献は、筒状の枠体に、小型のファンと遠心噴霧装置を設け、この小型のファンの風(送風)と、遠心噴霧装置による噴霧とを利用して、液体の霧化と、この細霧粒子の拡散による冷却及び消毒を図る構成である。しかし、この種の小型ファンと、遠心噴霧装置とによる装置では、次のように問題点が指摘されている。
(イ) 広いハウス内においては、効率的な噴霧(霧化)と拡散を図るには、十分でない。また効率的な噴霧と拡散が図れない場合には、多数台(装置)設置する必要があり、不経済である。
(ロ) 遠心噴霧装置とファンの組付け構造では、構造面、細霧粒子の発生にも難点がある(粗い粒子「大粒粒子」の発生頻度が大である)。
(ハ) 遠心回転体の構造が、単純な一枚構造では、遠心回転体に付着した付着水が飛散し、粗い粒子の拡散による霧化効果の低下、細霧冷房の効率化が図れないこと、又は粗い粒子の滴下による濡れ、薬液障害等の二次的な問題(二次公害)が発生する。
(ニ) 換気扇として利用するには、構造的な面での不適合性と、圧損等によるパワー不足が考えられる。
(ホ) ハウス内の塵埃の捕捉を意図した場合には、噴霧能力では、十分な効果は期待できないこと、また目的を達成するには、多数台設置する必要があり、不経済である。
(ヘ) 従来の筒状の枠体では、ハウスの壁面に取付けるのに、問題がある。例えば、枠体が突出し、邪魔となること、ハウス内が狭くなること、農業機器の移動に障害となること、埃が溜まること、等が考えられる。

上記に鑑み本発明は、この(イ)〜(ヘ)の問題点を解消することを、包括的な目的とする。以下、その一例を説明する。例えば、図13に示した如く、枠体は専有面積が少なく、かつ枠体と遠心噴霧装置との間には、大きなスペース(Y)を備えている。従って、風は吸込方向及び枠体外側近傍等より広範囲に導かれ(X)、かつ遅い流速で送風される(Z)。この遅い流速は、本発明の特徴であって、その効果は、この遅い流速により大粒の流体が飛散することなく、回収部に収容される。また遠心噴霧装置により生成される細かい粒子は、大型のファンの送風力により確実に飛散されること、又は霧化状態の生成に有益である。図中(Z−1)は遠心噴霧装置に衝突する風速を示す。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、壁面等に設置する換気扇用、又は室内空間に設置する送風扇用の遠心噴霧装置として利用できること、また大型のファンを利用して広域的に噴霧し、冷却、消毒、塵埃の捕捉を図ること、等を意図する。また農畜産用扇の開放された送風流域に、遠心噴霧装置を配して、霧化の効率化、粗い粒子の発生回避と、遠心回転体の付着水の発生回避等を意図する。さらに遠心噴霧装置の略筒部に液体を供給する供給管を利用して、霧化の効率化、迅速化を図りつつ、二次公害の解消を図ること、等を意図する。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を説明する。

本発明は、方形状のファンケース(チャンネル型材)、鋼線(パイプ)、環状枠等の空間仕切面積を少なくした枠体であり、壁面に設置しても、当該壁面の内外に突出しないので、例えば、前述の(ヘ)の問題点の解消となる。またハウス内における面積の有効活用ができる。

この設置した、本装置のモータを駆動して農畜産用扇の大型のファン(プロペラファン)を回転する。この回転と同時に、他のモータを駆動して遠心回転体を回転する。この農畜産用扇の略全面開放された吸込側より吸込まれた風は、当該農畜産用扇のファンの回転により略全面開放(前面開放)された送風側に至り、この前面開放よりハウス内(農事用の建屋、家畜用の建屋を含む)に拡散送風される。従って、この送風側領域にセットされた遠心噴霧装置に確実に送風される。また遠心噴霧装置では、タンク内のポンプを介して当該タンク内の液体(水、薬液等)を、遠心回転体の略筒部に供給する(滴下する)。この液体は、この略筒部で最初に拡散された後、当該遠心回転体の内壁面に至る。この遠心回転体の高速回転を介して細霧状態で噴霧されて、当該遠心回転体の周辺の隙間から吐出されると、瞬時に農畜産用扇の拡散送風に導かれて素早く拡散される。この略筒部への液体の供給は、この液体の落下防止と、液体の遠心回転体へのスムーズな誘導を図り、二次公害と、確実かつスムーズな霧化、又は霧化の効率化、低コスト化等を意図する。

この際、遠心回転体は、例えば、対峙関係の二枚の回転板で構成されていることから、タンクの液体は、この各回転板の内面をなめるようにして移動し、大粒状化を回避して、薄膜状態から細霧状態となって遠心力の作用により飛散される(移動する)。これにより、周辺の噴霧隙間から霧化されて吐出される(図11、図12中に矢印▲2▼で示す)。この霧化された粒子は、遅い流速(Z)により噴霧部に導かれた後、エリミネータの働きで小粒子が(小微粒子のみが)素早く拡散される(図11、図12中に矢印▲2▼’で示す)。従って、従来の弊害の一つである、ファンを囲繞する円筒本体による細霧の飛散阻止及び/又は粗大化した粒子の飛散防止等をなくすことができる。

前記略全ての細霧が、拡散送風に導かれる。しかし、その一部は、周辺隙間より滴下し、回収部に至る。この回収部内に滴下した(図11、図12中に矢印▲3▼で示す)大粒状化した流体は、回収管を介してタンクに導かれる。即ち、循環使用し、経費の削減と、二次公害の解消等を図る。

図において、10は遠心噴霧装置で、この遠心噴霧装置10は、枠体2に設けた第2支持具11と、この第2支持具11(後述するガード又は固定板)に設けたモータ12と、このモータ12の出力軸1200に略筒部13を設け、この略筒部13に二枚の回転板14、15(遠心回転体)と、この回転板14、15間に形成した空間16(大小の例を示した)と、また当該回転板14、15の周縁部(周辺)に形成したスリット式(形態)の噴霧部17と、前記枠体2(第2支持具11)に必要により設けた曲面状のガード18と、供給管19及び回収部2000並びに回収管20とで構成されている。尚、ガード18は、略皿状の形態に限定されず、パイプ、板、ネット等の支持体も可能である。このカード18の形態は、使用分野、ハウス等の建屋の広さ等により変更、又は選択される。そして、このガード18の省略、偏平化、又は小寸法化等を図ることで、当該遠心噴霧装置10の小型化と、農畜産用扇1と遠心噴霧装置10との間に、空気帯域Bを大きく形成できること、又は軽量化、低コスト化、経費の削減化等が図れる。そして、前記農畜産用扇1のモータ4と、この遠心噴霧装置10のモータ12とを一基で併用する構造も可能である。この例では、併用したモータの軸(図示せず)と農畜産用扇1及び回転板14、15の軸間に、減速機、継手等の部材を設けることが望ましい(図示せず)。例えば、ファン5と回転板14、15との回転差の調整、又は軸間の位置修正等を意図する。
