Abstract
Description
【0001】

このDABチューナは、アンテナ1、減衰器(ATT)2、BPFA(Band Pass Filter)3、LバンドLNA(Low Noise Amp)4、BPFB5、Lバンドミキサー(LMIX)6、BPFC(周波数調整付き)7、PLLA(Phase Lock Loop)8、LFA(Loop Filter)9、Lバンドの局部発振器(Losc)10、PLLB11、LFB12、Band3発振器(Vosc)13、基準クロック発振器(例:水晶発振器、本例では、36.864MHz)14、BPFD(周波数調整付き)15、Band3 LNA16、BPFE(周波数調整付き)17、1st IFミキサー(1stMIX)18、BPFF19、IF AMP20、2ndIFミキサー(2ndMIX)21、BPFG22、IF AMP23から構成される。
【0018】
fvco(fosc) = M(PRE1) * M(DIV1) * fxtal/N(RDIV1)

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a DAB tuner and an IC, and more particularly, to a DAB tuner and an IC capable of eliminating occurrence of interference.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, digital audio broadcasting has been realized, and digital broadcast receiving apparatuses for receiving digital audio broadcasting broadcasted in accordance with the European Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB) standard have been commercialized. The digital broadcast receiving apparatus based on the DAB method has a feature that it is not affected by multipath noise in mobile reception, so that it can provide voice and data equivalent to CD.
[0003]
The DAB digital broadcast receiving apparatus as described above receives a signal in the L band (1452-1492 MHz), which is the first frequency band, and receives a signal in the BIII band (175-250 MHz), which is the second frequency band. (Hereinafter, referred to as a DAB tuner) for converting to the same band as the above. The L-band local oscillation frequency (Losc) of the DAB tuner is determined by considering the reference frequency, reference frequency division, Lo frequency division, and the like of the PLL and by setting the down conversion frequency.
[0004]
[Patent Document]
JP-A-11-98036
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the local oscillation frequency Losc of the L band of the DAB tuner is generally determined in consideration of the reference frequency, the reference frequency division, the Lo frequency division, etc. of the PLL and by setting the down conversion frequency. However, other generations of interfering waves (for example, when two radio waves enter the DAB tuner, interfering waves are generated due to the sum or difference of the frequencies due to the non-linearity of the semiconductor used) are considered. You.
[0006]
The DAB tuner inputs an RF signal of 1450 to 1492 MHz (L band), down-converts the signal to a VHF band, and further down-converts to a 38.192 MHz 1st-IF frequency and a 2.048 MHz 2nd-IF frequency. Therefore, there is a tendency that many harmonics are generated and the mode of occurrence of interference is increased.
[0007]
In a conventional DAB tuner, the above-described down-conversion processing is performed with the local oscillation frequency of the L band being fixed oscillation, and depending on the mode of occurrence of the interference, the interference wave may cause the pass band of the image removal BPF of the antenna input signal to be removed. However, there is a problem that the interference wave is not removed and the reception characteristics such as BER (Bit Error Rate) characteristics are deteriorated.
[0008]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a DAB tuner and an IC capable of preventing generation of an interference wave without causing a complicated circuit.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention provides a first frequency band and a second frequency band as reception bands, and a radio signal in the first frequency band is down-converted. In a DAB tuner for converting a frequency of an intermediate frequency signal into an intermediate frequency signal, an oscillation frequency of a first local oscillator for supplying a local oscillation signal for converting a frequency of the radio signal in the first frequency band to a first intermediate frequency signal to a mixer is determined. And a frequency change control means for changing the frequency so as to eliminate the interference wave.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the DAB tuner, the interfering wave signal supplies a local oscillation signal for frequency-converting the first intermediate frequency signal to a second intermediate frequency signal to a mixer. It is characterized by an even or odd harmonic signal of the oscillation signal from the local oscillator.
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the DAB tuner, the first local oscillator is a VCO in a PLL, and the oscillation frequency of the VCO is changed by changing a dividing ratio of a variable frequency dividing circuit in the PLL. It is characterized by doing.
[0012]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the DAB tuner, the change of the frequency division ratio is controlled by a signal generated based on setting data set by software.
[0013]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the DAB tuner, the DAB tuner has storage means for storing the information on the frequency division ratio, and the DAB tuner uses the signal generated according to the frequency division ratio information stored in the storage means. It is characterized in that the change of the circumference ratio is controlled.
[0014]
According to the configuration of the present invention, the oscillation frequency of the first local oscillator is changed only for the channel where the interference occurs. As a result, the RF frequency of the channel in which the interference has occurred is shifted out of the band of the band-pass filter, so that the occurrence of the interference can be prevented. As a result, it is possible to avoid deterioration of reception characteristics such as BER characteristics.
[0015]
Further, since the division ratio of the program counter can be changed only by changing the software, there is no need to add a special circuit, and the circuit is not complicated.
[0016]

According to the table, the target frequencies of interference in the interference mode A are the following five points (L4 to L8).

For example, if M (DIV1) = 640, an oscillation frequency of a VCO (Losc10) of 1269.76 MHz can be obtained. That is, only interference generated points described above, be changed to M (DIV1) of the program counter, it is possible to shift the target frequency interference outside the band of the BPF A 8, it is possible to eliminate the occurrence of interference.
