本発明は、老人等が緊急に１１９番や介護センター等に救急救助を必要とする連絡を行う場合及び家屋内等への不審者の侵入等に於ける１１０番への緊急連絡装置システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、寝たきり老人や、独居老人が１１９番等の関連先に救助を求めることができない状態に陥った場合、連絡する方法がなく最悪の場合は、死亡に至ることがある。又、家屋内等への不審者の侵入等により電話による１１０番通報が不可能な状態に陥った場合における防犯・救助連絡の方法が無い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、救助を求めることが出来ない状態に陥った場合でも、１１０番及び１１９番等に救助連絡を行う装置およびシステムを提供する事を目的としている。

本発明による緊急連絡装置システムは、救助等を求めることが出来ない状態に陥る可能性を有する人が常時身体につけておき、救助を要する状態に陥ったときに発信して、救助を求めるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
発明の実施の形態を実施例にもとずき図面を参照して説明する。
図１に緊急時に於ける連絡ネットワークの一例を示す。
発信装置１は常時身体に取付けておく為、嵩張らなく軽量の物である必要がある。従って一例として指輪の形状としたが、特にこだわる必要は無い。又、常時身体に取付けておく必要があるため、防水加工を施す必要がある。尚、発信の誤作動を防止するため、発信スイッチを２個取り付け、例えば、親指と人差し指等で二ヶ所押さなければ発信出来ないような方法も考えられる。
発信装置１で発信された信号は、発信装置３で受信、または各部屋に設置された受発信装置２で受信され受発信装置３に送信される。
受発信装置２および受発信装置３には緊急信号発信者の状況映像を写す為のカメラが取付けてあり、発信装置１の発信スイッチを押した時点で、カメラスイッチが入り映像を写し始める。
受発信装置３で受信された信号および状況映像は１１０番に送信され、１１０番受信装置４にて受信される。受信された状況映像にて防犯または救助の判断を行い、防犯の場合は防犯緊急出動すると同時に受発信装置３に対し、受信を行った確認信号を発信する。確認を発信するのは緊急信号発信者に対し、受信した事実を報知し安心感を与える為のものである。
救急活動が必要な場合は、１１０番受発信装置４より１１９番受信装置５に緊急信号および状況映像が送信され１１９番による救助活動が行われる。
受発信装置３で１１０番へ緊急発信した時点で玄関の鍵を開錠し、救助活動を容易にすると同時に、玄関入口外部に取付けられた発光表示器が発光し、警報装置が警報音を発する事により、近隣者に救助を求める。

指輪形状に発信スイッチおよび発信部を取付けた状態を示す。
指輪形状の発信スイッチ１に発信スイッチ６、発信スイッチ７を取付け、スイッチを押す事により発信部８より信号を発信する。
発信スイッチを２ヶ取付けてあるが、１ヶの場合通常の動作、例えば物を握った時等にスイッチが入る可能性がある為、２ヶとしたが、単数または複数でも可能である。
スイッチ６・７を押す事により、信号が受発信装置２又は受発信装置３に発信される。尚、送信媒体は無線としたが、有線でも可能である。

受発信装置２は発信装置１から発信された信号を受信する受信部９と受信された信号を受発信装置３に送信する発信部１１があり、受発信装置３に送信する。又、信号を受信したと同時に、カメラ１０が作動し、写した状況の映像を受発信装置３に送信する。

受発信装置３は発信装置１から発信された信号及び受発信装置２から発信された信号及び映像を受信部１２で受信する。受信と同時にカメラ１３が作動し状況映像を撮影し、発信者の住所・氏名等のデータ信号と状況映像を発信部１７より１１０番へ送信する。尚、送信媒体は電話ケーブル等の有線または携帯電話等の無線電波を使用する。
受発信装置３の１１０番ボタン１８は押せる状態の場合は、発信装置１を押さず、このボタンを押し１１０番へ発信する。
介護センターボタン２２・家族ボタン２１および病院ボタン２０は通常時の連絡・会話を行う為のボタンで、他に必要な連絡先ボタンが追加可能である。
送信マイク１５は音声を発信し、受信スピーカーは受信した音声を発生させる。
ディスプレイ１４は受信画像を表示する。
開錠動作発信部３７は緊急信号を１１０番へ発信すると同時に、玄関の開錠指示を発信し、玄関の開錠を行う。送信媒体は有線・無線のどちらでも良い。
発光表示器発信部３８は玄関外部に取付けた発光表示器に発光指示を発信し表示器を発光させる。又、警報装置発信部３９は玄関外部に取付けた警報装置に作動指示を発信し警報を発生させる。送信媒体は有線・無線のどちらでも良い。
取消ボタン１９は発信装置１や受発信装置３のボタンを間違って押した場合の取消ボタンである。

マイク２３およびスピーカー２９は発信者との相互会話を行い、要すればカメラ４０とディスプレイ２８を使用し、映像を加えた会話を行う。又、ディスプレイ２８は発信者の状況映像を映し出す。
受信確認ボタン２４は発信者が発信した信号を受信した事を発信者に送信する為の受信確認ボタンであり、発信者に対し安心感を与える。
防犯指令ボタン２５は防犯活動が必要な場合に緊急防犯活動指示を行う。
１１９番指令ボタン２６は、救急救助活動が必要な場合に、１１９番受信装置５に発信し、救助指示を出す。
取消ボタン２７は防犯指示・救急指示を撤回する場合に使用する。
尚、介護センターや家族等に１１０番受発信装置４を設置しておき、インターネット接続により、通常時の連絡や会話を音声および映像にて行う。

マイク３１およびスピーカー３６は発信者および救急活動者との相互会話を行い、要すればカメラ３０とディスプレイ３５を使用し、映像を加えた会話を行う。又、ディスプレイ３５は発信者の状況映像を映し出す。受信確認ボタン３２は発信者が発信した信号を受信した事を発信者に送信する為の受信確認ボタンである。
救急指令ボタン３３は救急活動を指令するボタンであり、取消ボタン３４は救急指示を撤回するボタンである。

本発明は、以上説明したように構成されており、以下に記載されるような効果を奏する。

本発明による緊急連絡装置は、救助等を求めることが出来ない状態−例えば寝たきりで１１９番へ電話をかける事が出来ない状態や不審者が家屋内に侵入し、１１０番電話をかける事が出来ない状態の時、発信装置を押す事により救助を求める事が可能であり、人命救助および防犯に効果がある。
